上件药，用生绢袋子盛，取竹沥油四两，麻油十二两，入药袋子，于有油瓷合内浸，密
封于
固齿，使胡须和鬓角变黑。
浆石榴皮、生干地黄、槐白皮、青盐、何首乌、猪牙皂角（以上六味药各一两）、细辛（研成粉末，半两）。
以上药物，先将前六味药锉碎，取一个藏药瓶，将药放入其中，用盐泥密封固定，留一个小孔排出烟火气，用火……漱口/乌髭鬓。
生姜（一斤半，带皮细细切碎）、皂角（四两，不……的，细细切碎）、细辛（去掉叶子和泥土，一两）、香白芷（一两）。
以上药物捣烂成膏状，用河水调和得当。用铁锅先将猪脂涂抹在锅内，然后放入药物，用碗盖严，用湿纸条……取出研细，装入瓷器中收藏。每次用杖子挑少许药，在白胡须处反复擦拭使其发热，即拔掉白胡须，再用药擦拭，待皮肤发热即停止。之后长出的毛发为黑色，永远不再变白。
使胡须变黑。
胡桃（一枚，敲碎，去壳取完整果肉，放在新瓦片中心，四周用慢火烘烤，逐渐聚火靠近，不时拨动……）
以上药物一起研磨如膏状，用小瓷盒收存。每次用少许，先涂在白胡须根部，然后用镊子拔除胡须，急忙用手擦药……
每次用针砂，不限多少，用水淘洗干净，放入好米醋中长期浸泡。如果要使用时，将针砂在无油的铁锅中炒……包裹，至……诃子（二两，将一两炒黑，去核）。
以上研成细末，各自贴敷。如果使用时，各取二钱，加入少许荞麦面，用水调匀，隔水加热打成糊状，稀稠适度……桃油。
治疗妇女头发脱落稀疏发黄。（以下为生发方。）
鲫鱼胆（二十个）、铁（五钱大的一片）、诃子（五枚，煨制去核）、郁金（二枚，切碎）、黄芩（半两）。

Punica granatum pericarpium (Pomegranate Peel), Rehmanniae Radix Preparata (Prepared Rehmannia Root), Fraxinus rhynchophylla cortex (Ash Bark), Natrii Chloridum Purificatum (Refined Salt), Polygoni multiflori Radix (Fleeceflower Root), Gleditsiae Sinensis fructus cum spina (Chinese Honeylocust Pod with Spines) (each of the above six herbs 1 liang), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Asarum Root) (ground into powder, 0.5 liang).
The aforementioned ingredients: first, chop the first six herbs finely. Place them in a medicinal storage jar, seal tightly with salt mud, leaving a small aperture for smoke to escape, and apply fire... [text incomplete] rinse mouth/darken beard.
