*Radix Euphorbiae Humifusae* (Loulou) (remove the rhizome head, 2 liang, used raw) *Galla Chinensis* (Wubeizi) (0.5 liang, slightly stir-fried) *Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis* (Huangbai) (remove the rough bark, 1 liang, coated with honey and roasted five to seven times).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Before going to bed, mix with honey and apply topically. If there is slight redness or sores, mix with facial oil for application.

Take equal parts of the above, grind into powder. Pour three bowls of water over them to leach out the juice. Leach the collected juice two more times. Simmer slowly over low heat until it becomes a paste. Use a small amount each time; prick the pockmark with a needle before application.

Treats pathogenic wind qi invading the brain or entering the ears, lingering for a long time without dispersing, causing obstruction in the meridians and collaterals, preventing free flow, resulting in tinnitus and vertigo.
