上件并锉，内仙茅不犯铁器，以法酒拌匀，于饭上蒸，以饭熟为度。晒干、捣罗为细末，

上将朱砂入在猪心内，却用麻皮缚定，汤煮一伏时取出。将朱砂细研，不用猪心，别碾

上件为细末，醋糊为丸如梧桐子大。每服三十丸，温酒、盐汤任下，空心。

将上述药材用水煮山药糊作为粘合剂，制成如鸡头大小的丸药。每次服用一粒，空腹时可用温酒或盐汤送服。
治疗小便白浊，梦遗滑精，日久不愈。
朱砂（半两，选用色泽光亮呈块状的）、猪心（一枚）。
先将朱砂放入猪心内，然后用麻皮捆扎固定，在汤水中煮一个时辰（约两小时）后取出。将朱砂细细研磨，不再使用猪心，另外碾碎茯神……
治疗下焦虚寒，精关不固，遗精滑泄，尿后余沥不断。

将上述药材研成细末，用醋糊作为粘合剂，制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用三十丸，空腹时可用温酒或盐汤送服。
治疗水火不足（指肾阴肾阳亏虚），精神恍惚，心神不宁且健忘，遗精白浊，小便淋沥不尽，消渴症，吐血、鼻衄，以及虚烦发热等症状，均能治疗。
朱砂（不限多少，需细研，用水飞法处理，待干燥）、木通（制成细末，一两）、白芨（一两，切碎，用麻油……花子不……）。
将上述煎好的油和细研的朱砂、木通末混合研磨均匀，根据用量调和得像软面团一样，用浓皂角水清洗药剂数遍，让油……药水……
Greatly tonifies the Qi, strengthens the Primordial Yang (Yuan Yang), and with long-term use, prolongs life and enhances longevity.
Xian Mao Rhizoma Curculiginis, Bai Fu Ling Poria, Shan Yao Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Jiu Jie Chang Pu Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (each of these four herbs is one liang).
The above ingredients are all chopped. Note that Xian Mao must not come into contact with iron vessels. They are mixed evenly with prescribed medicinal wine, steamed over rice until the rice is cooked. After sun-drying, they are pounded and sifted into a fine powder.

Take Rou Cong Rong Cistanches Herba (one and a half liang), boil it in wine until soft, grind it finely, and separately add wine to boil into a paste. Ji Tou Qian Shi Semen Euryales, Lian Hua Rui Nelumbinis Stamen, Long Gu Os Draconis (separately ground), Wu Mei Fructus Mume (baked dry, powder taken, each one liang).

Fu Zi Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (processed, skin and navel removed), Wu Wei Schisandrae Fructus, Long Gu Os Draconis (each of these three herbs is half a liang), Sang Piao Xiao Ovi Mantidis.
The above ingredients are ground into a fine powder. Use vinegar paste as a binder to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Each dose is thirty pills, taken on an empty stomach with warm wine or salt water as desired.
