蜡匮之，以少朱砂为衣。每服一团，浓煎木香汤送下，痛频时服。
治生产不正及难产者。
山茵陈叶 仙灵脾叶（各等分）
上件为细末。每服二钱，童子小便并酒共半盏，温调下。
治难产。
乳香（一两，别研）
上用猪心血和，作十丸。每服一丸，煎乳香汤化下。
治产后诸疾，四肢浮肿，呕逆心痛。或子死腹中，恶露不下，胸胁气满，小便不禁
刺不定，虚烦冒闷。及产后中风，口噤寒热、头痛。又能安胎，临月服之，即滑胎易产
下产后方。）

取朱砂研磨至极细，用刚打来的冷水调匀，用新毛笔蘸取朱砂，在清晨焚香至诚念诵：“九天大力魔军迅速降临，威灵摄护生命本源，急急如律令敕。”念到“生”字时，立即书写“生”字，然后在“生”字下面一划的左侧烧画一圈，令其“急急如律令敕”，必须随着笔尖移动一句一句地念，直到笔咒全部完成，待干后剪下，折叠成一团，用黄蜡封存，外层再涂少许朱砂作为外衣。每次服用一团，用浓煎的木香汤送服，疼痛频繁发作时服用。
治疗难产及产程不顺者。

将上述药材研为细末。每次服用二钱，用童子尿和酒共半盏，温调后服用。

用猪心血调和，制成十丸。每次服用一丸，用煎好的乳香汤化开服用。
治疗产后各种疾病，四肢浮肿，呕吐逆气心痛。或者胎儿死于腹中，恶露不下，胸胁气满，小便失禁，刺痛不定，虚烦头晕闷胀。以及产后中风，口噤寒热、头痛。又能安胎，临产前服用，即可使滑胎易产。（出自产后方。）

Grind cinnabar (Zhusha) to an extremely fine powder, mix thoroughly with fresh cold water using a new brush dipped in the cinnabar paste. At dawn, burn incense with sincere devotion and recite: "May the Nine Heavens' Powerful Demon Armies descend swiftly, with majestic spirits safeguarding the origin of life. Execute immediately as per the law's decree." Upon reaching the character "Sheng" (Life), write the character "Sheng", then draw a circle under the bottom stroke on the left side while chanting "Execute immediately as per the law's decree". The chanting must accompany each stroke until the writing and spell are complete. Once dry, cut it out, fold it into a ball, seal it with yellow beeswax, and coat the exterior with a thin layer of cinnabar. Take one ball per dose, administered with strong decoction of Aucklandia Root (Muxiang Tang). Take frequently during periods of intense pain.
Treats difficult labor and abnormal delivery processes.
Shepherd's Purse Leaf (Yinchen Ye) and Epimedium Leaf (Xianlingpi Ye) (equal parts)
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with half a cup of urine from an uncircumcised boy and wine, taken warm.
Treats difficult labor.
Frankincense (Ruxiang) (1 liang, ground separately)
Mix with pig heart blood to form ten pills. Take one pill per dose, dissolved in a decoction of Frankincense.
Treats various postpartum disorders, including edema of the four limbs, vomiting and regurgitation with chest pain. Or fetus retained in the womb, lochia not descending, fullness of chest and hypochondrium, urinary incontinence, fixed stabbing pain, deficiency-induced irritability and dizziness. Also treats postpartum wind-stroke, locked jaw with chills and fever, headache. It can also calm the fetus; taking it near term facilitates smooth and easy delivery. (From Postpartum Formulas.)
Ginseng Root (Ren Shen) (remove rhizome), Angelica Sinensis Root (Dang Gui) (wash and dry), White Angelica Root (Xiang Baizhi), Red Halloysite (Chishi Zhi), Moutan Bark (Mudan Pi), Ligusticum Wallichii Rhizome (Ben Cao) (remove soil), Poria Sclerotium (Bai Fu Ling) (remove skin), Cinnamon Bark (Rou Gui) (above fourteen herbs in equal parts)
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder, bind with refined honey to make pills, where 1 liang of powder yields ten pills. Take one pill per dose, dissolved in warm wine or light vinegar soup, taken before meals.
Treats improper postpartum care leading to Qi and Blood injury, disharmony of Zang-Fu organs, emaciation of limbs, infertility, and irregular menstruation. All these conditions are suitable for this formula.
Deer Antler Velvet (Lu Rong) (processed with wine), Cistanche Stem (Rou Cong Rong) (soaked in wine overnight, sliced and dried. Each 2 liang), Achyranthes Root (Niu Xi) (soaked in wine overnight), Eucommia Bark (Du Zhong) (remove rough bark, processed with ginger juice), Cornus Fruit (Shan Zhu Yu), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuan Xiong), Raspberry (Fu Pen Zi), Cinnamon Bark (Rou Gui) (remove rough bark. Each 1 liang above), Dipsacus Root (Xu Duan) (remove rhizome), Angelica Sinensis Root (Dang Gui) (wash and dry), Cortex Acanthopanacis (Jia Pi) (Each 1.5 liang above)
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use 1 jin of black chicken meat, boiled in wine until soft, then ground and formed into pills the size of paulownia seeds; if too hard, add a small amount of wine paste to knead. Take 30 pills per dose
