治疗小儿急惊风和慢惊风，抽搐发作如潮汐般定时出现。
蜈蚣一条（干品，用葱汁浸泡一天一夜，焙干后使用），麝香一字（单独研磨），草乌头尖十四枚（薄片，微炒）。
以上药物研成细末，每次在抽搐发作时，男患者取左侧鼻孔，女患者取右侧鼻孔，取一粒米大小的药粉吹入鼻中。
治疗小儿高热，痰涎壅盛，神情恍惚不安，夜间睡梦中说胡话，咬紧牙关、弄舌，急惊风发作，眼睛直视，牙关紧闭，手足抽搐，项背强直，精神昏乱。
天竺黄一分，白附子一分（微炮制），郁金一分，人参一分（去芦头，以上四味各一分）；真珠末一钱，犀角屑一钱（以上两味各一钱）；金箔适量。
以上药物研成细末，随后加入朱砂、冰片、麝香、金银箔一同研磨均匀，用炼蜜制成丸药，每两药粉制成四十丸。每次服用一丸。
治疗小儿急惊风伴高热，手足抽搐，大便秘结，小便涩滞，发作无规律，神志不清。
金箔七片（单独研磨），芦荟二钱（单独研磨），朱砂二钱（单独研磨），轻粉半钱（单独研磨）；全蝎二钱（去毒，焙干，单独研磨）。
以上药物研成细末，随后加入前面四种已研磨的药物，一起研磨均匀，用煮糯米粉的糊状物调和制成丸药，每两药粉制成四十丸，中午晒干。
治疗小儿急惊风痰涎壅盛，抽搐发作无定时，神志昏沉闭塞，项背强直。
牛黄一分（研磨），朱砂半两（水飞法处理），棘刚子二十一枚（去壳取虫体，微炒），全蝎七个（去毒，焙干，研磨），麝香少许（单独研磨）。
以上药物研成细末，随后加入已研磨的药物，研磨均匀，用粟米饭和丸如黍米大小。每次服用五丸，用荆芥汤送服，不限时间。
Treatment for pediatric acute and chronic convulsive disorders (Ji Man Jing Feng), characterized by coma and loss of consciousness.
Shuixianzi (Xiamazi, *Fritillaria cirrhosa* bulb or related species) 0.5 qian, Gudi (*Cucumis melo* seed) 0.5 qian, Zhizhuhua (*Rhododendron molle* flower) 3 qian, Ebusicaocao (*Centipeda minima*) 3 qian, Xeshao (Scorpion tail, half liang, detoxified and slightly stir-fried).
The above ingredients are ground into a fine powder. Each time, take an amount the size of half a rice grain, insufflate into the nasal cavity, and stop when sneezing occurs.
Treatment for pediatric acute and chronic convulsive disorders, characterized by spasms occurring periodically like tides.
Wugong (Scolopendra subspinipes mutilans, one dried specimen, soaked in scallion juice for one day and night, then baked dry), Shexiang (Musk, one zi, separately ground), Caowutoujian (Aconitum carmichaelii lateral root tip, fourteen pieces, thinly sliced and slightly stir-fried).
The above ingredients are ground into a fine powder. During each spasm episode, for male patients, insufflate into the left nostril; for female patients, into the right nostril. Use an amount the size of one rice grain.
Treatment for pediatric high fever with excessive phlegm-saliva, mental confusion and restlessness, delirium during sleep, teeth grinding and tongue protrusion, acute convulsive disorder onset, fixed gaze, trismus, limb convulsions, opisthotonos, and mental disorientation.
Tianzhuhuang (Calamostachys densa tuber) 1 fen, Baifuzi (Typhonium giganteum rhizome) 1 fen (slightly processed), Yujin (Curcuma aromatica rhizome) 1 fen, Renshen (Ginseng radix) 1 fen (rhizome removed; these four ingredients each 1 fen); Zhenzhumo (Pearl powder) 1 qian, Xijiaoxie (Rhinocerotis cornu shavings) 1 qian (these two ingredients each 1 qian); Jinbo (Gold foil) appropriate amount.
The above ingredients are ground into a fine powder. Then add Zhusha (Cinnabaris), Naobing (Borneolum Syntheticum), Shexiang (Moschus), and Yinjibo/Jinbo (Silver/Gold foil), and grind together until uniform. Form pills using refined honey, making forty pills from every liang of powder. Take one pill per dose.
Treatment for pediatric acute convulsive disorder with high fever, limb spasms, constipation, dysuria, irregular episodes, and loss of consciousness.
Jinbo (Gold foil) seven pieces (separately ground), Lvhua (Aloe) 2 qian (separately ground), Zhusha (Cinnabaris) 2 qian (separately ground), Qingfen (Calomelas) 0.5 qian (separately ground); Quanxie (Scorpio) 2 qian (detoxified, baked dry, separately ground).
The above ingredients are ground into a fine powder. Then mix with the previously ground four ingredients and grind uniformly. Form pills using paste made from boiled glutinous rice flour, making forty pills from every liang of powder. Dry in the sun at noon.
Treatment for pediatric acute convulsive disorder with excessive phlegm-saliva, unpredictable spasms, mental stupor and obstruction, and opisthotonos.
Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis) 1 fen (ground), Zhusha (Cinnabaris) 0.5 liang (water-leveled), Jigangzi (Gleditsia sinensis fruit pulp/insect) twenty-one pieces (shells removed, insect body taken, slightly stir-fried), Quanxie (Scorpio) seven specimens (detoxified, baked dry, ground), Shexiang (Moschus) appropriate amount (separately ground).
The above ingredients are ground into a fine powder. Then mix with the previously ground ingredients and grind uniformly. Form pills the size of millet seeds using millet rice. Take five pills per dose, administered with Jingjie Tang (Schizonepeta Decoction), at any time.
