治小儿眉丛内生疮，名曰炼银癣。
穿山甲（前膊上鳞，不以多少，火炙焦）
上件为细末，用生麻油调敷。
治小儿月蚀疮。耳后耳下或鼻内生疮是也。
地龙粪（韭菜地中者）
上用炭火烧令通赤，放冷地上，用碗覆之，候冷取出，研细，以猪脂调敷。
小儿遍体生疮，宜用此汤洗浴。
大黄 苦参 赤芍药（三味各一两） 黄柏（二两） 蛇床子（二两） 菝 （四两）
上件 咀。每用一两，水三升煎十余沸，去滓，通手洗之。
治小儿啼哭，躯气不正，动击于阴，偏坠肿胀，小腹作痛。
木香 槟榔（各二钱） 石燕子（二枚，火炙，醋淬七遍） 使君子肉（一钱） 郁李
仁（一分，
上将前四味为细末，次入郁李仁同研匀，煮面糊为丸如黍米大。每服十丸，煎紫苏、
陈橘皮汤送下，乳食前。
治小儿阴核偏肿，疼痛往来。
金铃子（一两，取肉微炒） 马蔺花（炒黄） 茴香（炒黄） 莳萝（三味各半两）
上件为细末。每服一钱，煎木瓜汤调下，乳食空。
治小儿外肾肿大，胀闷作痛。
香附子（用去壳巴豆二、七粒，同炒焦，去巴豆不用） 茴香（炒。各一两）
上件为细末。每服半钱，煎紫苏汤调下。如是三岁以上，服一钱，乳食空。
治疗小儿眉毛丛中生长疮疡，名为炼银癣。

将上述药材研成细末，用生麻油调和后敷于患处。

鲫鱼去鳞取皮，贴敷在软疖上，效果极佳。
小儿全身遍生疮疡，适宜用此汤剂洗浴。

将上述药材切碎。每次取一两，加水三升，煎煮十余次沸腾，滤去药渣，待水温适宜时清洗全身。
治疗小儿啼哭不止，体内气机不正，邪气冲击阴部，导致一侧睾丸坠胀肿大，小腹部疼痛。
木香 槟榔（各二钱） 石燕子（两枚，用火烤炙，再用醋淬炼七次） 使君子肉（一钱） 郁李仁（一分）
先将前四味药研成细末，再加入郁李仁共同研磨均匀，用煮好的面糊制成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸，用紫苏和陈橘皮煎成的汤送服，在吃奶或吃饭之前服用。
治疗小儿阴核一侧肿胀，疼痛反复发作。
金铃子（一两，取果肉轻微炒制） 马蔺花（炒至黄色） 茴香（炒至黄色） 莳萝（这三味药各半两）
将上述药材研成细末。每次服用一钱，用木瓜煎成的汤调服，在空腹时服用。
治疗小儿外生殖器肿大，胀闷疼痛。
香附子（用去掉壳的巴豆二至七粒，同炒至焦黑，去掉巴豆不用） 茴香（炒制。各一两）
将上述药材研成细末。每次服用半钱，用紫苏煎成的汤调服。如果是三岁以上儿童，服用一钱，在空腹时服用。
Treats sores growing in the cluster of eyebrows in children, known as "Lian Yin Xuan" (Silver Smelting Tinea).
Squama Manis (Scales from the forelimbs of Pangolin, quantity unspecified, roasted over fire until charred)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with cold-pressed sesame oil and apply topically to the affected area.
Treats "Yue Shi Chuang" (Moon Eclipse Sores) in children. This refers to sores occurring behind or below the ears, or inside the nose.
Excrement of Earthworm (collected from leek fields)
Roast the above material over charcoal until thoroughly red-hot. Place on a cold ground surface, cover with a bowl, wait until cool, then remove and grind into a fine powder. Mix with lard and apply topically.
Treats soft carbuncles in children that fail to heal.
Take the skin of a crucian carp after removing scales. Apply directly to the soft carbuncle; this is extremely effective.
For children with widespread sores all over the body, it is advisable to use this decoction for bathing.
Radix Rheae Palmatae (Da Huang), Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (Ku Shen), Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Chi Shao Yao) [each 1 liang], Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis (Huang Bo) [2 liang], Semen Cnidii (She Chuang Zi) [2 liang], Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae (Ba Qian) [4 liang]
Cut the above ingredients into small pieces. Use 1 liang per dose, add 3 sheng of water, boil vigorously for more than ten times, strain the dregs, and wash the body when the temperature is suitable.
Treats excessive crying in infants, abnormal qi dynamics within the body, pathogenic qi striking the yin region, resulting in unilateral testicular descent and swelling, and pain in the lower abdomen.
Radix Aucklandiae (Mu Xiang), Fructus Arecae (Bing Lang) [each 2 qian], Lapides Fellei Suis Preparati (Shi Yan Zi) [2 pieces, roasted and quenched in vinegar seven times], Semen Quisqualis Indicae (Shi Jun Zi Rou) [1 qian], Semen Pruni Persicae (Yu Li Ren) [1 fen]
First, grind the first four ingredients into a fine powder. Then add Semen Pruni Persicae and grind uniformly. Form pills using wheat flour paste, sized like millet seeds. Take 10 pills per dose, administered with a decoction of Perilla Leaf (Zi Su) and Exocarpium Citri Reticulatae (Chen Ju Pi), taken before milk or food intake.
Treats unilateral swelling of the infant's genitalia with recurrent pain.
Fructus Meliae (Jin Ling Zi) [1 liang, flesh extracted and lightly stir-fried], Flos Iris Germanicae (Ma Lin Hua) [stir-fried until yellow], Fructus Foeniculi (Hui Xiang) [stir-fried until yellow], Fructum Anisi Stellati (Shi Luo) [the latter three each 0.5 liang]
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose, mixed with a decoction of Mesocarpis Papayae (Mu Gua), taken on an empty stomach.
Treats enlargement of the external genitalia in children, accompanied by distension, stuffiness, and pain.
Rhizoma Cyperi Rotundi (Xiang Fu) [processed with 2-7 kernels of Fructus Crotonis Tiglii (Ba Dou) without shell, stir-fried until charred, discard Ba Dou], Fructus Foeniculi (Hui Xiang) [stir-fried]. [Each 1 liang]
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 0.5 qian per dose, mixed with a decoction of Perilla Leaf (Zi Su). For children over three years old, take 1 qian, administered on an empty stomach.
