上件同炒令变色，地上出火毒，碾为细末。每服三钱，米饮调下，空心服。
治久痢不瘥，或赤或白，或瘀血作片，后重疼痛，日夜无度。
罂粟壳（一十枚，蜜炙黄色） 甘草（三寸半，擘破，一半炙令黄，一半生用）
上件为粗末。每服三钱，用水一盏半入粟米一撮，同煎至一盏，去滓服，空心、食前。
治一切恶痢。
木香（一分） 乳香（一钱，别研） 没药（一钱，别研） 肉豆蔻（二枚，面裹煨）
上件为细末。每服一钱，用大干枣一枚去核，先入半钱药末在枣内，次入水浸巴豆半枚，

消虚积，治冷热不调，下痢赤白，脓血相杂。

上件为细末，于瓷器内熔蜡成汁，入麻油半茶脚许，后入余药，和丸如绿豆大。每服二

治水泻积痢。
杏仁（四十枚，去尖，烧留性） 巴豆（四十枚，去皮，烧留性） 砒（二字，别研） 草
乌头（
上件为细末，酒煮蜡一两和丸如芥子大。每服五丸，小儿三丸。赤痢，煎甘草汤下。白
痢，
治泄泻及赤白痢。

Treats persistent bloody dysentery, or stools resembling chicken or duck liver slices, or those like red bean juice; all can be treated.
Coptidis Rhizoma (remove fibrous roots, half tael) Cyathulae Radix (remove soil, finely cut, two qian and a half)
Stir-fry the above ingredients together until the color changes, place on the ground to eliminate fire toxicity, grind into fine powder. Take three qian per dose, mixed with rice water, taken on an empty stomach.
Treats chronic dysentery that does not heal, with stools being either red or white, or containing blood clots in pieces, accompanied by tenesmus and pain, occurring day and night without limit.
Papaveris Pericarpium (ten pieces, honey-fried until yellow) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (three cun and a half, broken apart, half fried until yellow, half used raw)
Grind the above ingredients into coarse powder. Take three qian per dose, add one zan of millet to one zhan of water, decoct together until one zhan remains, remove dregs and take, on an empty stomach and before meals.
Treats all kinds of severe dysentery.
Aucklandiae Radix (one fen) Boswelliae Resina (one qian, separately ground) Myrrha (one qian, separately ground) Myristicae Semen (two pieces, wrapped in flour and roasted)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Take one qian per dose, use one large dried jujube, remove the pit, first put half a qian of powder inside the jujube, then add half a piece of Crotonis Fructus soaked in water,
and
take before meals.
Eliminates deficiency accumulation, treats imbalance of cold and heat, dysentery with red and white stools, pus and blood mixed.
Boswelliae Resina (separately ground) Realgar (separately ground. These two ingredients each take the size of a soap bean) Euphorbiae Lathyridis Semen (forty-nine pieces, peel removed) Scorpio (two pieces, remove toxicity)

Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, melt wax in a porcelain vessel until liquid, add half a tea-foot of Sesame Oil, then add the remaining medicines, mix and form pills the size of mung beans. Take two pills per dose,
Treats watery diarrhea and accumulated dysentery.
Amygdalus Communis Semen (forty pieces, remove tips, burn to retain charred nature) Crotonis Fructus (forty pieces, peel removed, burn to retain charred nature) Arsenicum (two characters, separately ground) Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix
The above ingredients are ground into fine powder, boiled in wine with one tael of wax, and formed into pills the size of mustard seeds. Take five pills per dose, three for children. For red dysentery, take with decocted Licorice Soup. For white
