细辛，泡陈皮，入青盐，各味平称，细研，炼蜜为丸，如独蒜、盐、酒，清晨服一丸，常服二七身康
健，保养身全，此方名唤一枝花，养得灵龟粗大坚，夜三女能周战。

俱为粗末，或绢或缎，照暖腰式做成行药，兼丝绵横直行之，毋使走移，缚腰中。四十以前，半月
见功；五十以后，一月见效。
长龟方

共为末，空心温服二钱，日三服，七日不能容。
移心至宝丹
用天王补心丹一丸，入房时，左手紧紧捏着，须去指甲，方能捏得严密，若泄气则不验矣。须
护以银盒，郑重其事，则心有所注，火不易泄，自然坚固长久，妙极。内服补中益气汤，加肉苁蓉、枸杞
子更妙。如不用移心至宝丹，即单服益气汤亦可。
（药材需）用蜜水炒制。上好肉桂（一两五钱），浓黄柏（五钱，酒浸后炒制），五味子（拣去梗，五钱），巴戟天（去骨，二两五钱），牡蛎（酒浸，一两），破故纸（五钱），紫桑椹（二斤），圆眼肉（八两），肉苁蓉（二两五钱，酒洗去甲）。
以上药材经炮制后，装入绢袋，放入坛内，加入五十斤上好烧酒浸泡。夏季浸泡七日，冬季浸泡二十一日，春秋季浸泡半个月即可使用。可于早、午、晚三次适量饮用。将药渣滤出，晒干研为细末，用炼蜜制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每早晨空腹服用三钱，用淡盐汤送服。忌食牛肉和狗肉。此方延年益寿、生育子女的功效不可限量。

(Ingredients are to be) stir-fried with honey water. Premium Cinnamon Twig (1 liang 5 qian), dense Phellodendron Bark (5 qian, soaked in wine and stir-fried), Schisandra Berry (stems removed, 5 qian), Morinda Root (bone removed, 2 liang 5 qian), Oyster Shell (soaked in wine, 1 liang), Psoralea Fruit (5 qian), Purple Mulberry Fruit (2 jin), Longan Aril (8 liang), Cistanche Stem (2 liang 5 qian, washed with wine to remove scales).
After the above herbs have been processed, they are placed in a silk bag, put into a jar, and soaked in 50 jin of premium distilled liquor. Soak for seven days in summer, twenty-one days in winter, and half a month in spring and autumn before use. It can be consumed in moderate amounts three times a day: morning, noon, and evening. Filter out the dregs, dry them, grind them into fine powder, and make pills with refined honey, sized like paulownia seeds. Take 3 qian each morning on an empty stomach, delivered with light salt water. Avoid eating beef and dog meat. The efficacy of this prescription in prolonging life and promoting fertility is immeasurable.
Zhou Wang's Hundred Sons Pill
Gold should not be passed on carelessly, white jade should not be lightly exchanged; named a priceless treasure, the formula is called the Health-Preserving Pill. Those who understand it may view it together; though valuable, it is hard to exchange back. Its merits accomplish ten thousand things.
It replenishes Kidney Water and assists Primordial Yang.
Using one part Psoralea Fruit, accompanied by Cistanche Stem and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, dried Chinese Yam. Codfruit and Morinda Root are boiled together. Polygonum Multiflorum is steamed and sun-dried two or three times. Sichuan Pepper is cleaned of its white membrane. Gold Ink is stir-fried to remove smoke odor. Cornus Fruit flesh is taken. Periploca Root and Angelica Sinensis must be soaked in wine. Poria Sclerotium requires careful selection. Polygala Root is steamed. Alpinia Oxyphylla is soaked. Asarum, tangerine peel soaked in water, and green salt are added. Each ingredient is weighed equally, ground finely, and made into pills with refined honey, sized like a single garlic clove, salt, or wine. Take one pill in the early morning. Regular consumption for fourteen days brings physical health and preserves the body completely. This formula is called "One Flower Branch," nurturing the spirit turtle to become thick, large, and firm, enabling sexual intercourse with three women at night.

Each of the above weighs 1 liang.
Warm Waist Divine Formula
Epimedium Leaf (4 liang), Psoralea Fruit, Zanthoxylum Fruit, Qicheng Mugwort Wormwood (each 2 liang).
All are made into coarse powder. Using either silk or satin, fashion them according to the waist-warming style, incorporating raw silk cotton horizontally and vertically to prevent shifting, and bind them around the waist. For those under forty, results appear in half a month; for those over fifty, results appear in one month.
Long Turtle Formula
Fennel Fruit (8 qian), Biota Seed (1 liang 2 qian), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome, Black Aconite, Cassia Twig, Prepared Ginger (each 8 qian).
Grind all into powder. Take 2 qian warm on an empty stomach, three times a day. After seven days, [the condition] cannot contain [the vitality].
Heart-Transferring Supreme Treasure Pill
Take one pill of Tianwang Buxin Wan. During intercourse, hold it tightly in the left hand. Fingernails must be removed to ensure a tight grip; otherwise, if Qi leaks, it will not be effective. It must be protected in a silver box, treated with utmost seriousness. Thus, the mind focuses, Fire does not easily leak, naturally becoming firm and lasting long, which is extremely wonderful. Internally, take Buzhong Yiqi Tang; adding Cistanche Stem and Goji Berry is even better. If Heart-Transferring Supreme Treasure Pill is not used, taking only Yiqi Tang alone is also acceptable.
