凡跌打骨断皮破皆用。大黄（一两） 川归（一两） 肉桂（三钱） 生地（一两） 红花（三钱） 川连（三钱）
甘草（五钱） 荆芥（三钱） 白芨（五钱） 白敛（五钱） 以上肉桂、白芨、白敛、黄占，共研细末，余
药油浸，照前熬法，成膏收用，时加膏上末药、土鳖、血竭、龙骨、象皮、螵蛸、珍珠、乳
香、没药八味再贴。

适用于下部二便闭塞不通的情况。使用红花、苏木、芒硝各五钱，煨制的大黄七钱，桔梗二钱，桃仁二十五粒，猪苓和泽泻各三钱，加入生姜三片、童便一盏、酒半斤，煎煮后服用。

适用于下部二便闭塞不通的情况。使用当归、枳壳、赤芍、车前子、木通、桔梗、大黄、芒硝，以上药材各等分，用童便、水和酒混合煎煮后服用。
（第十六方）
手足部的损伤也可以使用此方。使用独活、牛膝、秦艽、桂心、生地黄、陈皮、赤芍、续断、当归、防风、牡丹皮、五加皮、姜黄、海桐皮，以上药材各等分，用童便、水和酒混合煎煮后服用。
（第十七方）
将红花五钱、归尾一两、苏木三钱、五加皮五钱、肉桂五钱、地黄五钱、白芷五钱、紫金皮（此处原文缺具体剂量，依文意略过或视为固定量）、黄柏五钱，放入容器中浸泡，夏季两天、冬季四天为度。用铜锅熬煮至药材呈枯色，加入少许生姜，再次熬煮并滤去药渣，继续熬煮并加入片脑（冰片）、黄丹、霜梅（此处“片黄霜”疑为笔误或特定炮制品，结合上下文及膏剂制作常规，通常指冰片、黄丹等，但依原文直译：片黄霜）三味药，再煮沸数次，取出收拾备用。使用时，在膏药上加入麝香、乳香、没药三种药的粉末。

凡是跌打损伤导致骨折且皮肤破损的情况皆可使用。使用大黄一两、川当归一两、肉桂三钱、生地黄一两、红花三钱、川黄连三钱、甘草五钱、荆芥三钱、白芨五钱、白敛五钱。其中肉桂、白芨、白敛、黄占（即黄丹），共同研磨成细末；其余药材用油浸泡，按照前述熬制膏药的方法，制成膏药收存备用。使用时，在膏药上撒上之前研好的药末，并加上土鳖虫、血竭、龙骨、象皮、海螵蛸、珍珠、乳香、没药这八味药粉后再贴敷。
(Formula 14)
Indicated for obstruction of both urination and defecation in the lower body. Use Honghua (Carthami Flos), Sumu (Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae), Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas) each 5 qian; Wei Dajun (Baked Rhubarb) 7 qian; Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix) 2 qian; Taoren (Persicae Semen) 25 grains; Zhuling (Polyporus) and Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma) each 3 qian. Add Jiang (Fresh Ginger) 3 slices, Tongbian (Child's Urine) 1 zhan, and Jiu (Wine) 0.5 jin. Decoct and take orally.
(Formula 15)

All above herbs are used in equal proportions. Decoct with Tongbian (Child's Urine), water, and wine, and take orally.

Also applicable for injuries to the hands and feet. Use Duohuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Qinjiao (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix), Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Xuduan (Dipsaci Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Danpi (Moutan Cortex), Jiapi (Acanthopanacis Cortex), Jianghuang (Curcumae Longae Rhizoma), Haitongpi (Spatholobi Caulis). All above herbs are used in equal proportions. Decoct with Tongbian (Child's Urine), water, and wine, and take orally.
(Formula 17)
Soak Honghua (Carthami Flos) 5 qian, Guiwei (Tail of Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 1 liang, Sumu (Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae) 3 qian, Jiapi (Acanthopanacis Cortex) 5 qian, Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex) 5 qian, Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix) 5 qian, Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) 5 qian, Zijinpi (Unknown, likely a local or specific bark name) [dose missing in text], Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) 5 qian. Soak these herbs: for two days in summer and four days in winter. Boil in a copper pot until the herbs turn withered color. Add a small amount of Jiang (Fresh Ginger), boil again, and filter out the dregs. Continue boiling and add Pianhuangshuang [likely referring to Bingpian/Borneolum Syntheticum and Huangdan/Litharge, but translated literally as "Piece Yellow Frost"] three ingredients. Boil a few more times, remove, and store. When using, add the powdered forms of Shexiang (Moschus), Ruxiang (Olibanum), and Moyao (Myrrha) onto the plaster.
(Formula 18)
Applicable for all cases of traumatic fractures with broken skin. Use Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) 1 liang, Chuan Gui (Chuanxi Danggui, Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 1 liang, Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex) 3 qian, Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix) 1 liang, Honghua (Carthami Flos) 3 qian, Chuanlian (Coptidis Rhizoma) 3 qian, Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) 5 qian, Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica) 3 qian, Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma) 5 qian, Bailian (Veratrimi Nigrī Rhizoma) 5 qian. The Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma), Bailian (Veratrimi Nigrī Rhizoma), and Huangzhan (Huangdan, Litharge) are ground into fine powder together. The remaining herbs are soaked in oil. Follow the previous method for making the plaster. Store the finished plaster. When applying, sprinkle the previously prepared powdered medicine on the plaster, along with Tubie (Eupolyphaga/Steleophaga), Xuexue (Dragon's Blood), Longgu (Fossilized Bones), Xiangpi (Elephant Skin - *Note: Historically used, now prohibited/ethical issues*, kept as per source), Piaoxiao (Sepiae Endoconcha), Zhenzhu (Margarita), Ruxiang (Olibanum), and Moyao (Myrrha), totaling eight ingredients, before applying.
