（丸）鹤虱及使君，槟榔芜荑苦楝群，白矾胡粉糊丸服，肠胃诸虫永绝氛。〔槟榔、鹤
虱、苦楝根（东引者）、胡粉（炒）各一两，使君子、芜荑各五钱，枯矾一钱半，面糊丸，
亦可末服。数药皆杀虫之品，单服尚可治之，汇萃为丸，而虫焉有不死者乎！〕
六首、附方二
（饮）金银花，防芷归陈草节加。贝母天花兼乳没，穿山角刺酒煎嘉。〔金银花二钱，
当归（酒洗）、陈皮（去白）各钱半，防风七分，白芷、甘草节、贝母、天花粉、乳香各一
钱，没药五分，二味另研。候药熟，下皂角刺五分，穿山甲三大片（锉，蛤粉炒，去粉用），
好酒煎服，恣饮尽醉。忍冬、甘草散热解毒，痈疮圣药，花粉、贝母清痰降火，防风、白芷
燥湿排脓，当归和血，陈皮行气，乳香托里护心，没药散瘀消肿，山甲、角刺透经络而溃坚，
加酒以行药势也。〕一切痈疽能溃散，（已成者溃，未成者散。）溃后忌服用毋差。大黄便实
可加使，铁器酸物勿沾牙。
加甘草，奇疡恶毒皆能保。〔金银花五两（生者更佳），甘草一两，水煎一日一夜，服
尽。〕护膜须用蜡矾丸，（黄蜡二两，白矾一两，溶化为丸，酒服十丸，加至百丸则有力，使
毒不攻心。一方加雄黄，名雄矾丸，蛇咬尤宜服之。）二方均是疡科宝。
（丸剂）鹤虱与使君子，配合槟榔、芜荑和苦楝根这一组药物，用白矾和胡粉制成糊丸服用，肠胃中的各种寄生虫就能永远绝迹。〔槟榔、鹤虱、苦楝根（向东生长的根部）、胡粉（炒制）各一两，使君子、芜荑各五钱，枯矾一钱半，用面糊制成丸剂，也可以研成粉末服用。这几味药都是杀虫的药物，单独服用还可以治疗寄生虫病，汇聚在一起制成丸剂，虫子哪有不死之理呢！〕
六首、附方二
（饮剂）金银花，加上防风、白芷、当归、陈皮、甘草节。再配伍贝母、天花粉以及乳香、没药，用穿山甲片和皂角刺煎酒服用效果佳。〔金银花二钱，当归（酒洗）、陈皮（去白）各钱半，防风七分，白芷、甘草节、贝母、天花粉、乳香各一钱，没药五分，后两味药单独研磨。待其他药物煎熟后，加入皂角刺五分、穿山甲三大片（锉碎，用蛤粉炒制，去掉粉渣），用好酒煎服，可以尽情饮酒直到醉倒。忍冬（金银花）、甘草能散热解毒，是治疗痈疮的圣药；花粉、贝母能清痰降火；防风、白芷能燥湿排脓；当归能和血；陈皮能行气；乳香能托毒外出并保护心脏；没药能散瘀消肿；穿山甲、皂角刺能穿透经络并溃破坚结；加入酒是为了推动药势运行。〕一切痈疽都能使其溃散或消散。（已经形成的脓肿使其溃破，尚未形成的使其消散。）溃破之后忌口服药不要出错。如果大便干实，可以加用大黄，铁器和酸性食物千万不要沾嘴。
再加甘草，奇难治疗的恶毒疮疡都能保全。〔金银花五两（生用的效果更好），甘草一两，用水煎煮一天一夜，全部服下。〕保护心膜必须使用蜡矾丸，（黄蜡二两，白矾一两，熔化后制成丸剂，用酒送服十丸，逐渐增加到一百丸则效力更强，使毒素不攻心。另一配方加入雄黄，名叫雄矾丸，被蛇咬伤尤其适宜服用。）这两个方子都是外科医生的宝贝。
(Pill) *Nanascarnis Fructus* (Heshi) and *Quisqualis Indica Fructus* (Shijunzi), combined with the group of *Areca Seed* (Binglang), *Chrysanthemi Corollae* (Wuyi), and *Meliae Cortex Radicis* (Kulian), taken as pills made into a paste with *Alumen* (Baifan) and *Plumbi Subcarbonas* (Hufen), will permanently eradicate all intestinal parasites. [Each of Areca Seed, Nanascarnis Fructus, Meliae Cortex Radicis (roots growing eastward), and Plumbi Subcarbonas (stir-fried) is 1 liang; Quisqualis Indica Fructus and Chrysanthemi Corollae are each 5 qian; dried Alumen is 1.5 qian. Form into pills using wheat flour paste, or may be administered as powder. These drugs are all insecticidal agents; single administration can still treat parasitic infections. When gathered together to form pills, how could the worms not die!]
Sixth Section, Supplementary Formula Two
(Decoction for drinking) *Lonicerae Japonicae Flos* (Jinyinhua), added with *Saposhnikoviae Radix* (Fangfeng), *Angelicae Dahuricae Radix* (Baizhi), *Angelicae Sinensis Radix* (Danggui), *Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium* (Chenpi), and *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Caogenjie). Also include *Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus* (Beimu), *Trichosanthis Radix* (Tianhuafen), along with *Boswelliae Resina* (Ruxiang) and *Myrrhae Resina* (Moyao). Decoct with *Pholidotae Scutellum* (Chuanshanjia) and *Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina* (Zaocishi) in wine for excellent results. [Lonicerae Japonicae Flos 2 qian; Angelicae Sinensis Radix (wine-washed) and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (white part removed) each 1.5 qian; Saposhnikoviae Radix 7 fen; Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (tips), Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus, Trichosanthis Radix, and Boswelliae Resina each 1 qian; Myrrhae Resina 5 fen. The latter two should be ground separately. After the other herbs are decocted, add Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina 5 fen and Pholidotae Scutellum three large slices (chopped, stir-fried with Arsenici Trioxidum et Arsencii Sulfidi Concretio? No, *Armeniacae Semen Amarum*? No, *Mercurii Oxydum Rubrum*? No, it says *Ge Fen* which is *Concha Meretricis et Cyclinae* (Clam Shell Powder) fried, then remove powder. Use good wine to decoct and take. Drink freely until intoxicated. *Lonicera japonica* (Ren Dong) and *Glycyrrhiza* dissipate heat and detoxify, being sacred medicines for sores and ulcers; Trichosanthes root and Fritillaria clear phlegm and descend fire; Saposhnikovia and Angelica dahurica dry dampness and discharge pus; Angelica sinensis harmonizes blood; Citrus reticulatum promotes qi movement; Boswellia expels toxins outward and protects the heart; Myrrha disperses stasis and reduces swelling; Pholidota scutellum and Gleditsia spine penetrate collaterals and break up hardness; adding wine serves to promote the action of the medicinal ingredients.] All carbuncles and sores can be made to suppurate or disperse. (Those already formed are made to suppurate; those not yet formed are dispersed.) After suppuration, avoid incorrect dietary restrictions and medication. If stool is dry and solid, *Rhei Radix et Rhizoma* (Dahuang) may be added. Do not let ironware or sour substances touch your teeth.
Adding *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (Gancao) ensures protection against all strange and malignant toxic sores. [Lonicerae Japonicae Flos 5 liang (fresh is better), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma 1 liang. Decoct in water for one day and one night, and consume completely.] To protect the membrane, *La Fan Wan* (Wax-Alum Pill) must be used. (Yellow beeswax 2 liang, Alumen 1 liang, melted and formed into pills. Take ten pills with wine, increasing to one hundred pills for greater efficacy, preventing toxins from attacking the heart. Another formula adds Realgar, named Xiong Fan Wan, especially suitable for snake bites.) Both formulas are treasures of surgery.
