（饮，《易简》）常山果，槟榔朴草青陈多。水酒合煎露一宵，阳经实疟服之妥。〔常山
面东温服。常山吐痰，槟榔破积，陈皮利气，青皮伐肝，浓朴平胃，草果消膏梁之痰。加甘
草，入胃佐常山引吐也。〕
九首、附方二
（丸）芡莲须，龙骨蒺藜牡蛎需。莲粉（为）糊丸盐酒下，涩精秘气滑遗无。〔芡实（蒸）、
莲蕊须、沙苑蒺藜（炒），各二两，龙骨（酥炙）、牡蛎（盐水煮一日夜， 粉），各一两，
莲子粉为糊丸，盐汤吞服，或酒下。芡实固精补脾，牡蛎涩精清热，莲子交通心肾，蒺藜补
肾益精，龙骨、莲须皆固精收脱之品。〕
（《局方》）疗精滑脱，菟苓五味石莲末。酒煮山药为糊丸，亦治强中及消渴。〔强中者，
下消之人，茎长兴盛，不交精出也。菟丝子十两（酒浸），五味子八两，白茯苓、石莲各三
两，山药六两，酒煮为糊丸。漏精，盐汤下；赤浊，灯心汤下；白浊，茯苓汤下；消渴，米
饮下。菟丝强阴益阳，五味涩精生水，石莲精心止浊，山药利湿固脾，茯苓甘淡而渗，于补
之中能泄肾邪也。〕
（丸）莲蕊须，砂仁连柏二苓俱。益智半夏同甘草，清热利湿固兼躯。〔固本之中，兼
利湿热。莲须、黄连（炒）各二两，砂仁、黄柏、益智仁、半夏（姜制）、茯苓各一两，猪
苓二两，甘草（炙）三钱。精浊多由湿热与痰，连、柏清热，二苓利湿，半夏除痰。湿热多
由郁滞，砂、智利气，兼能固肾强脾。甘草补土和中，莲须则涩以止脱也。〕
（出自《医方易简》）常山、草果，加上槟榔、厚朴、甘草、青皮和陈皮用量较多。用水和酒混合煎煮，浸泡一夜后服用，适用于阳经实疟患者。〔常山需面向东方温服。常山能催吐痰涎，槟榔能破除积滞，陈皮能理气，青皮能疏肝破气，厚朴能平胃燥湿，草果能消除膏粱厚味所生之痰。加入甘草，是为了入胃辅助常山引导呕吐。〕
九首、附方二
（丸剂）芡实、莲须，龙骨、蒺藜、牡蛎都需要。用莲子粉做糊丸，用盐汤或酒送服，可以涩精固气，消除滑精遗泄。〔芡实（蒸）、莲蕊须、沙苑蒺藜（炒），各二两，龙骨（酥炙）、牡蛎（盐水煮一天一夜，制成粉末），各一两，用莲子粉做糊丸，用盐汤吞服，或用酒送下。芡实能固精补脾，牡蛎能涩精清热，莲子能交通心肾，蒺藜能补肾益精，龙骨、莲须都是固精收脱的药物。〕
（出自《太平惠民和剂局方》）治疗精液滑脱，使用菟丝子、茯苓、五味子、石莲子的粉末。用酒煮山药为糊丸，也能治疗强中症及消渴病。〔强中症，是指下消病患者，阴茎经常勃起兴盛，不发生性交却自行射精。菟丝子十两（酒浸），五味子八两，白茯苓、石莲子各三两，山药六两，用酒煮成糊丸。漏精者，用盐汤送下；赤浊者，用灯心草汤送下；白浊者，用茯苓汤送下；消渴者，用米饮送下。菟丝子能强阴益阳，五味子能涩精生水，石莲子能清心止浊，山药能利湿固脾，茯苓味甘淡而能渗湿，在补益之中能泄除肾邪。〕

(From *Yifang Yijian*) *Changshan* (Dichroa Root), *Caoguo* (Tsaoko Fruit), along with *Binglang* (Areca Seed), *Houpo* (Magnolia Bark), *Gancao* (Licorice Root), *Qingpi* (Green Tangerine Peel), and *Chenpi* (Aged Tangerine Peel) in relatively large quantities. Decoct with water and wine, soak overnight, then take; it is suitable for patients with Yang-channel excess malaria. [Take *Changshan* warm, facing east. *Changshan* induces vomiting of phlegm, *Binglang* breaks down accumulations, *Chenpi* regulates Qi, *Qingpi* invigorates the Liver and breaks Qi stagnation, *Houpo* calms the Stomach and dries dampness, *Caoguo* eliminates phlegm generated from rich food. Adding *Gancao* enters the Stomach to assist *Changshan* in guiding vomiting.]
Nine Verses, Supplementary Formulas 2
(Pill) *Qianshi* (Euryale Seed), *Lianxu* (Lotus Plumule), *Longgu* (Fossilized Bones), *Jili* (Tribulus Fruit), and *Muli* (Oyster Shell) are all required. Make pills with a paste of *Lianfen* (Lotus Seed Powder), administer with salt water or wine; this astringes essence and secures Qi, eliminating slippery emission and nocturnal seminal emission. [*Qianshi* (steamed), *Lianruixu* (Lotus stamen), *Shayuan Jili* (Tribulus seed, stir-fried), each two taels; *Longgu* (baked with butter), *Muli* (boiled in salt water for one day and night, powdered), each one tael. Make pills with lotus seed powder paste, swallow with salt water or administer with wine. *Qianshi* secures essence and tonifies the Spleen, *Muli* astringes essence and clears heat, Lotus connects the Heart and Kidney, *Jili* tonifies the Kidney and benefits essence, *Longgu* and *Lianxu* are both substances that secure essence and arrest collapse.]
(From *Ju Fang*) Treats seminal slipperiness and collapse, using powders of *Tusizi* (Dodder Seed), *Fuling* (Poria), *Wuweizi* (Schisandra Berry), and *Shilian* (Stone Lotus). Decoct *Shanyao* (Chinese Yam) with wine to make pill paste; it also treats *Qiangzhong* (excessive erection) and *Xiaoke* (wasting-thirst syndrome). [*Qiangzhong* refers to patients with Lower Wasting-Thirst, whose penis remains constantly erect and vigorous, ejaculating without sexual intercourse. *Tusizi* ten taels (soaked in wine), *Wuweizi* eight taels, *Baifuling* (White Poria) and *Shilian* three taels each, *Shanyao* six taels. Decoct with wine to make pill paste. For seminal leakage, take with salt water; for red turbidity, take with Centella asiatica soup; for white turbidity, take with Poria soup; for wasting-thirst, take with rice drink. *Tusizi* strengthens Yin and benefits Yang, *Wuweizi* astringes essence and generates fluids, *Shilian* clears the Heart and stops turbidity, *Shanyao* promotes dampness drainage and secures the Spleen, *Fuling* is sweet and bland and promotes diuresis, thereby draining Kidney pathogenic factors within the process of tonification.]
(Pill) *Lianruixu* (Lotus stamen), *Sharen* (Amomum Fruit), *Huanglian* (Coptis Rhizome), *Huangbai* (Phellodendron Bark), *Fuling* (Poria), and *Zhu Ling* (Polyporus). Add *Yizhiren* (Alpinia Oxyphylla Fruit), *Banxia* (Pinellia Tuber), and *Gancao* (Licorice Root); it clears heat, promotes dampness drainage, and simultaneously secures the root and strengthens the body. [This formula secures the root while simultaneously promoting damp-heat drainage. *Lianxu* and *Huanglian* (stir-fried) each two taels, *Sharen*, *Huangbai*, *Yizhiren*, *Banxia* (prepared with ginger juice), *Fuling* each one tael, *Zhu Ling* two taels, *Gancao* (honey-fried) three qian. Essence turbidity often arises from damp-heat and phlegm; *Huanglian* and *Huangbai* clear heat, *Fuling* and *Zhu Ling* promote dampness drainage, *Banxia* eliminates phlegm. Damp-heat often arises from Qi stagnation; *Sharen* and *Yizhiren* regulate Qi, and simultaneously secure the Kidney and strengthen the Spleen. *Gancao* tonifies Earth and harmonizes the middle, while *Lianxu* astringes to stop collapse.]
