（牙散）猪羊骨，腊月腌成 研之。骨能补骨咸补肾，坚牙健啖老尤奇。（用腊月腌猪
羊骨，火 ，细研，每晨擦牙，不可间断。至老而其效益彰，头上齿骨亦佳。）
中芎芷防，细辛四味研如霜。轻撒鞋中行远道。足无针 汗皆香。（防风、白芷
，川芎、细辛各二钱半，为末。行远路者，撒少许于鞋内，步履轻便，不生针 ，足汗皆香
。）
一首、附方三
（米以功）丹三种豆，粉草细末竹筒装。腊月厕中浸洗净，风干配入梅花良。丝瓜藤丝
煎汤服，一年一次三年光。（用赤小豆、黑豆、绿豆、粉草各一两，细末，入竹筒中，削皮
留节，凿孔入药，杉木塞紧，溶蜡封固，浸腊月厕中；一月取出，洗浸，风干。每药一两，
腊月梅花片三钱，以雪中花片落地者，不着人手，以针刺取更妙。如急出用，入纸套中略烘
即干。儿大者服一钱，小者五分，以霜后丝瓜藤上小藤丝煎汤，空腹服。忌荤腥十二日，解
出黑粪为验。每年服一次，二次可稀，三次永不出矣。）又方蜜调忍冬末，（顾骧宇。）不住
服之效亦强。（金银花为末，糖调，不住服之。）更有玄参菟丝子，（娄江王相公。）蜜丸如弹
空心尝。白酒调化日二次，〔菟丝子半斤（酒浸二宿，煮干去皮），玄参四两，共为细末，蜜
丸，弹子大，白酒调下，每日二次。〕或加犀麦生地黄。（又方加生地、麦冬四钱，犀角二两。）
此皆验过稀痘法，为力简易免仓皇。
（固齿散）取猪骨和羊骨，在腊月腌制后研磨成粉。骨头能补益骨骼，咸味入肾以补肾，坚固牙齿、增强咀嚼能力，老年人使用效果尤为奇特。（使用腊月腌制的猪羊骨，经火煅烧后，细细研磨，每天早晨用来擦牙，不可中断。到了老年，其功效更加显著，连头顶的牙齿也能受益。）
（足香方）川芎、白芷、防风、细辛这四味药研磨如霜状粉末。轻轻撒在鞋里，行走远路时，脚底没有针刺般的疼痛感，脚汗也散发香气。（防风、白芷、川芎、细辛各二钱半，研成粉末。长途行走的人，将少许药末撒在鞋内，步履轻便，不生针刺痛，脚汗皆香。）
一首歌诀，附方三个
（稀痘方）丹砂与三种豆子，加上甘草细磨成粉装入竹筒。在腊月于厕所中浸泡洗净，风干后配入梅花效果良好。煎服丝瓜藤丝汤，每年一次，连续三年即可痊愈。（用赤小豆、黑豆、绿豆、甘草各一两，细磨成粉，装入竹筒中，削去竹皮保留竹节，凿孔放入药物，用杉木塞紧，溶化的蜡封固，浸泡在腊月的厕所中；一个月后取出，清洗浸泡，风干。每两药粉，配腊月梅花片三钱，最好选用落在雪地上的梅花片，不让人手接触，用针刺取更佳。如果急需使用，放入纸套中稍微烘烤即可干燥。年龄大的孩子服用一钱，年幼的孩子服用五分，用霜降后丝瓜藤上的小藤丝煎汤，空腹服用。忌食荤腥十二天，排出黑色粪便为见效标志。每年服用一次，第二次可减少出痘，第三次则永远不再出痘了。）另一首方子：蜂蜜调和金银花粉末，（顾骧宇创制。）坚持服用效果也很强。（金银花研成粉末，用糖调和，坚持服用。）还有玄参和菟丝子，（娄江王相公创制。）制成蜜丸如弹子大小，空心含服。白酒送服，每日两次。〔菟丝子半斤（酒浸两天，煮干去皮），玄参四两，共同研成细末，蜜丸，如弹子大，用白酒调下，每日二次。〕或者加入犀角、麦冬、生地黄。（又一方：加生地、麦冬四钱，犀角二两。）这些都是经过验证的稀痘方法，效力简易，可避免仓促慌乱。
(Tooth-Fortifying Powder) Use pig bones and sheep bones, pickle them in the twelfth lunar month, then grind into powder. Bones can tonify the skeletal system; the salty flavor enters the Kidney to tonify the Kidney, strengthening teeth and enhancing mastication, with particularly remarkable effects for the elderly. (Use pig and sheep bones pickled in the twelfth lunar month, calcine over fire, grind finely, and use to brush teeth every morning without interruption. By old age, its efficacy becomes even more pronounced, benefiting even the upper teeth.)
(Foot-Fragrance Formula) Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), and Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin) are these four herbs, ground into a frost-like powder. Sprinkle lightly into shoes for long journeys. The feet will feel no needle-like pain, and foot sweat will be fragrant. (Saposhnikoviae Radix, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, and Asari Radix et Rhizoma, each 2.5 qian, ground into powder. Travelers on long journeys sprinkle a small amount inside their shoes, making steps light and agile, preventing needle-like pain, and keeping foot sweat fragrant.)
One verse, with three attached formulas
(Varicella-Thinning Formula) Cinnabar (Dan), three types of beans, and licorice root (Gancao) are ground into fine powder and packed into bamboo tubes. Soak in a latrine during the twelfth lunar month, wash clean, air-dry, and combine with plum blossoms for good effect. Decoct and drink silk from loofah vines; once a year for three years is sufficient. (Use Adzuki Bean (Chi Xiaodou), Black Soybean (Heidoudou), Mung Bean (Lvdoudou), and Licorice Root (Gancao), each 1 liang, grind finely, place in a bamboo tube. Peel the bamboo but retain the nodes, drill a hole to insert the medicine, plug tightly with fir wood, seal with melted wax, and soak in a latrine during the twelfth lunar month. After one month, take out, wash and soak again, then air-dry. For every 1 liang of medicine, add 3 qian of plum blossom pieces from the twelfth lunar month. It is best to use flowers that have fallen on snow, avoiding human touch; using a needle to collect them is even better. If urgent use is needed, place in a paper sleeve and slightly bake until dry. Older children take 1 qian, younger children take 0.5 qian. Decoct small vine tendrils from loofah vines after the Frost Descent solar term, and take on an empty stomach. Avoid meat and fish for twelve days. Expelling black feces indicates efficacy. Take once a year; the second time reduces varicella occurrence, and the third time prevents it permanently.) Another formula: Honey-mixed Polygoni Multiflori Folium (Jinyinhua) powder, (created by Gu Xiangyu.) Continuous consumption yields strong effects. (Polygoni Multiflori Folium ground into powder, mixed with sugar, taken continuously.) Furthermore, Scrophulariae Radix (Xuanshen) and Cuscutae Semen (Tusizi), (created by Prime Minister Wang of Loujiang.) Form honey pills like bullets, take on an empty heart. Dissolve in white wine, twice daily. [Cuscutae Semen 0.5 jin (soaked in wine for two nights, boiled dry, peeled), Scrophulariae Radix 4 liang, both ground into fine powder, formed into honey pills the size of bullets, taken with white wine, twice daily.] Or add Cornu Rhinocerotis (Xijiao), Ophiopogonis Tuber (Maidong), and Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdihuang). (Another formula: add Rehmanniae Radix and Ophiopogonis Tuber 4 qian, Cornu Rhinocerotis 2 liang.) These are all verified methods for thinning varicella, offering simple and effective power to avoid panic.
