此因失跌动伤，恶血破，来如水流不止，急用胶艾汤，以止
其血。眉批∶（胎即欲坠，此方须一日频服二三帖，方可安固。）再服安胎散，以护其胎。
胶艾汤
治妊妇下血不止。
阿胶（蛤粉炒） 白芍 熟地（各二钱） 艾叶（三钱） 川芎（八分） 枣（三枚）

孕妇下血，而腰痛腹重胎动，此胎欲坠也。治宜行气安胎，急
服佛手散加砂仁，如脉大有火加黄芩、白术，腹痛下黄汁加黄 一两，糯米一合先煎，以米汤即煎服二三帖。
凡毒药伤胎，状类中风，牙关紧闭，口不能言，两手强直握
拳，头低自汗，身微热，其脉浮而软，若作中风治必死，宜甘豆竹叶汤解毒。
甘豆竹叶汤
甘草 黑豆 淡竹叶（各五钱） 眉批∶（宜加生扁豆二两，去皮为末，用甘豆竹叶汤送，立愈。）
煎浓汁服。
壮实妇人，两手脉平和，饮食如常，别无所苦，而经暗下，此血气旺，养胎之余血也。儿大能饮，自不来
矣。然亦不可使之多下，当和血凉血健脾为主。用佛手散加黄 、白术，如不已加阿胶。去血多者，用八珍汤
加胶艾。若因热用逍遥散，因肝火加山栀，因脾火用加味归脾汤。因气虚不能摄血，用补中益气汤。
陆氏胎漏下血方
当归 川芎（各二钱） 人参（七分） 白术（一钱五分） 茯苓（一钱） 黄 （
五钱炙） 升麻（五分） 香附（三钱）
加姜枣引，若胎不动去白术加苏梗（五分）
这是因为跌倒损伤，导致恶血破裂，出血如水流般不止，急需使用胶艾汤来止血。眉批：（此时胎元即将坠落，此方必须一日内频繁服用两到三帖，才能稳固安胎。）随后再服用安胎散，以保护胎儿。

孕妇出现下血，且伴有腰痛、腹部沉重感及胎动不安，这是胎元即将坠落的征兆。治疗应当行气安胎，紧急服用佛手散并加入砂仁；如果脉象大且有火热之象，加入黄芩、白术；如果腹痛并排出黄色汁液，加入黄芪一两，糯米一合先煎煮，待米汤形成后，再用此米汤煎煮药物，服用两到三帖。
凡是毒药损伤胎元，症状类似中风，牙关紧闭，口不能言语，双手强直握拳，头部低垂自汗，身体微热，其脉象浮而软，如果按照中风治疗必死无疑，适宜使用甘豆竹叶汤解毒。
甘豆竹叶汤
甘草 黑豆 淡竹叶（各五钱） 眉批：（适宜加入生扁豆二两，去皮研为粉末，用甘豆竹叶汤送服，立即痊愈。）
煎煮浓汁服用。
体质壮实的妇女，两手脉象平和，饮食正常，没有其他痛苦，但经血暗中下行，这是因为血气旺盛，是滋养胎儿后的余血。胎儿长大能够吸收这些血液，自然就不会再流出了。然而也不可使出血过多，应当以调和血液、凉血、健脾为主。使用佛手散加入黄芪、白术，如果出血不止加入阿胶。如果失血较多，使用八珍汤加入胶艾。如果是因热邪所致，使用逍遥散；如果是因肝火，加入山栀；如果是因脾火，使用加味归脾汤。如果是因气虚不能统摄血液，使用补中益气汤。
陆氏胎漏下血方
当归 川芎（各二钱） 人参（七分） 白术（一钱五分） 茯苓（一钱） 黄芪（五钱，炙） 升麻（五分） 香附（三钱）
加入生姜、大枣作为药引，如果胎元未动，去掉白术，加入苏梗（五分）。
This is caused by trauma from a fall, leading to the rupture of stagnant blood (stasis), with bleeding flowing continuously like water. It is urgent to use Ejiao Tang (Donkey-Hide Gelatin Decoction) to stop the bleeding. Marginal note: (At this stage, when the fetus is about to abort, this formula must be taken frequently over one day, two or three doses, to stabilize and secure the pregnancy.) Subsequently, take Antai San (Fetus-Securing Powder) to protect the fetus.
Ejiao Tang
Treats continuous lower bleeding in pregnant women.

Take on an empty stomach.
When a pregnant woman experiences lower bleeding accompanied by lower back pain, abdominal heaviness, and fetal movement discomfort, this indicates that the fetus is about to abort. The treatment should focus on moving Qi and securing the fetus. Urgently take Foshou San (Buddha's Hand Powder) added with Sharen (Amomum Fruit). If the pulse is large and there are signs of fire, add Huangqin (Scutellaria Root) and Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome). If there is abdominal pain and discharge of yellow fluid, add Huangqi (Astragalus Root) 1 liang, and Mixiao (Glutinous Rice) 1 he; decoct the rice first, then use the rice soup to decoct the medicine, and take two to three doses.
Whenever toxic substances damage the fetus, the symptoms resemble wind-stroke (stroke): the jaw is tightly closed, speech is impossible, both hands are stiff and clenched into fists, the head hangs low with spontaneous sweating, the body has slight heat, and the pulse is floating and soft. If treated as wind-stroke, death is inevitable. It is appropriate to use Gandou Zhuye Tang (Black Bean and Bamboo Leaf Decoction) to resolve toxicity.
Gandou Zhuye Tang
Gancao (Licorice Root) Heidou (Black Soybean) Danzhuye (Lophatherum Herb) (each 5 qian) Marginal note: (It is advisable to add Sheng Bian Dou (Raw Broad Bean) 2 liang, remove the skin, grind into powder, and administer with Gandou Zhuye Tang for immediate cure.)
Decoct into a thick liquid and take.
In robust women whose pulses in both hands are peaceful and regular, who eat and drink normally, and have no other complaints, but experience dark vaginal bleeding, this is due to abundant Qi and Blood, representing residual blood after nourishing the fetus. As the fetus grows and can absorb it, the bleeding will cease naturally. However, excessive bleeding should not be allowed. The main approach should be harmonizing Blood, cooling Blood, and strengthening the Spleen. Use Foshou San added with Huangqi (Astragalus Root) and Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome); if bleeding persists, add Ejiao (Donkey-Hide Gelatin). If blood loss is significant, use Bazhen Tang (Eight Treasure Decoction) added with Ejiao (Donkey-Hide Gelatin) and Aiye (Mugwort Leaf). If caused by Heat, use Xiaoyao San (Free and Easy Wanderer Powder); if due to Liver Fire, add Shanzhi (Gardenia Fruit); if due to Spleen Fire, use Jiawei Guipi Tang (Modified Heart-Nourishing Decoction). If due to Qi deficiency failing to control Blood, use Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Middle-Warmer-Boosting Qi-Rescuing Decoction).
Lu Shi Tailou Xiexue Fang (Dr. Lu’s Formula for Vaginal Bleeding during Pregnancy)

Add Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger) and Zao (Jujube) as guides. If the fetus is not moving, remove Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome) and add Sugeng (Perilla Stem) (5 fen).
