上将灯草用新瓦一个盛之，又用新瓦一个盒之，以火焚烧成灰，再将盐一大匙头，就于
瓦上
雄黄（五钱，研） 郁金（五钱） 白矾（二钱半，生用，研） 胆矾（半钱，研）
上为极细末，以竹筒吹入喉中，立能言语。
治乳蛾及风热上攻，咽喉肿痛。
真僵蚕（去丝嘴三条，姜汁浸湿，炙黄色） 防风（鼠尾者，去叉，二钱） 明矾（三
钱，
研）上为极细末，用竹筒吹于喉内立愈。
腊姑脑子捶烂涂上即出。
上用硫黄研细，调贴，以纸花贴定，觉痒时其针即出。
针入肉不得出者，用双杏仁捣烂，以车脂调匀，贴在针疮上，其针自出。
用软饧一块令食之即下，极妙。
乌羊粪
上将乌羊粪烂捣，用水和奄于伤口浓敷之，曾有一庄仆脚心中刺不得出，痛苦欲死，以
此药
琥珀（二钱，明者，细）
上为细末，空心，用葱白浓煎汤下调服，无问诸般淋证，一二服立效。
通心气，补漏精，治小便余沥并赤白浊。
益智仁 川萆 石菖蒲（盐炒） 天台乌药
上等分，锉为散，入盐少许，煎。空心服。
治三焦气滞，腹胁生痛，因服热药，引入下焦，膀胱受热，小便淋涩，脐下胀痛。
露蜂房 血余（各三两） 白茅根（五钱）
上为细末，入生麝香少许，每服二钱，食前温酒下，淋止，不须服。甚者不过三、五服

以上药物制成极细的粉末，用竹筒吹入喉内，立即痊愈。
腊姑脑子（即蜂房中的蜡质部分）捶烂后涂上，异物即可排出。
上面提到的硫黄研细，调和后贴敷，用纸花固定，感觉痒时，针就会自行排出。
针扎入肉中无法取出的，用双杏仁捣烂，用车脂调匀，贴在针孔伤口上，针会自行排出。
用软饴糖一块让其吃下，异物即可下行，效果极佳。
乌羊粪
将乌羊粪捣烂，用水调和，厚敷于伤口处。曾有一位庄户仆人的脚心被刺伤且刺无法取出，痛苦欲死，用此药……
琥珀（二钱，质地透明的，研细）
以上药物制成细末，空腹时，用葱白浓煎的汤剂送服，无论何种淋证，服用一两次立即见效。
通心气，补漏精，治疗小便余沥以及赤白浊。
益智仁 川萆薢 石菖蒲（盐炒） 天台乌药
以上药物等分，锉成散剂，加入少许盐，煎煮。空腹服用。
治疗三焦气滞，腹胁部产生疼痛，因服用热药，病邪引入下焦，膀胱受热，导致小便淋涩，脐下胀痛。
露蜂房 血余（各三两） 白茅根（五钱）
以上药物制成细末，加入少许生麝香，每次服用二钱，饭前用温酒送下，淋症停止后，无需再服。严重的不过三五次服用即有效。
Cao (Juncus effusus) (Take a handful that fits in the hand, remove both ends.)
Place the Cao on a new tile, cover it with another new tile, and burn it to ash. Then take one large spoonful of salt and place it on the tile.
Xionghuang (Realgar, five qian, ground) Yujin (Curcuma aromatica Rhizome, five qian) Baifan (Alumen, two and a half qian, raw use, ground) Danfan (Chalcanthite, half qian, ground)
Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Use a bamboo tube to blow the powder into the throat; speech will be restored immediately.
Treats Ru'e (Swollen Tonsils) and wind-heat attacking upwards, causing soreness and swelling of the throat.
Zhenjiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, three pieces without silk mouth, soaked in ginger juice, roasted until yellow) Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia divaricata Root, select those resembling rat tails, remove forks, two qian) Mingfan (Alumen, three qian, ground)
Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Use a bamboo tube to blow the powder into the throat for immediate cure.
Lagunao (Beeswax from honeycomb) pounded until soft and applied topically will expel foreign bodies.
The aforementioned Sulfur (Liuhuang), finely ground, is mixed and applied. Secure with paper flowers; when itching is felt, the needle will emerge spontaneously.
For needles embedded in flesh that cannot be removed: Pound double apricot kernels (Shuang Xingren) until soft, mix evenly with char grease (Chezhi), and apply to the needle wound. The needle will emerge spontaneously.
Eat a piece of soft maltose (Xuanyi); the foreign body will descend downward. This is highly effective.
Wuyangfen (Black sheep dung)
Pound the Wuyangfen until soft, mix with water, and apply thickly to the wound. Once, a servant's foot was pierced by a thorn that could not be removed, causing extreme pain; using this medicine...
Hupo (Amber, two qian, transparent quality, finely ground)
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take on an empty stomach, mixed with a strong decoction of scallion white (Congbai). It is effective after one or two doses for any type of Lin syndrome (Dysuria).
Unblocks Heart Qi, supplements leaking essence, treats dribbling urine and red/white turbid urine.
Yizhiren (Alpinia oxyphylla Fruit) Chuanbiexie (Dioscorea hypoglauca Rhizome) Shichangpu (Acorus tatarinowii Rhizome, stir-fried with salt) Tiantai Weyao (Lindera aggregata Root)
Equal parts of the above, cut into fragments to make a powder. Add a small amount of salt and decoct. Take on an empty stomach.
Treats Qi stagnation in the Sanjiao (Triple Burner), pain in the abdomen and hypochondrium caused by taking hot medicines which led the pathogen into the Lower Jiao, heating the Bladder, resulting in dysuria, and distending pain below the umbilicus.
Lufengfang (Vespa Velutina Nest) Xueyu (Scorched Human Hair, each three liang) Baimaogen (Imperata cylindrica Rhizome, five qian)
Grind the above into a fine powder. Add a small amount of Raw Moschus (Shexiang). Take two qian per dose before meals with warm wine. Discontinue use once dysuria stops. Severe cases require no more than three to five doses for effectiveness.
