九味芦荟丸
当归 胡黄连 川芎 芜荑 白芍（各一两） 龙胆草（酒浸炒焦，七钱） 真芦荟（五钱） 广
木香 甘草（各三钱）
上为末，米粥捣丸麻子大，每服一钱或一钱五分，白汤送下。若虚者佐以加味归脾汤、加味消遥散治之。
珍珠散 下疳皮损腐烂，痛极难忍，及诸疮新肉已满，不能生皮。又治新婚玉
茎损伤，新娶阴户伤痛，搽之极效。并治汤泼火伤，皮损肉烂，疼痛不止。
新白珍珠（一钱，入豆腐内煮数滚，研极细，以研至无声为度） 上好花青（即青黛，五分） 真轻粉（一两）
三味共研千转，细如飞面，瓷瓶收贮。初起搽之即愈，若腐烂疼痛，甘草汤洗净，
猪脊髓调搽。又治妇人蚀疮极效。汤泼火伤痛者以玉红膏调搽∶
滑石 没药（去油） 龙骨（各等分）
上研极细，乘疮脓汁未干，掺之不可见水，自结痂矣。
又方（张化俭）。红枣去核，将铜绿整块者包在枣内，放炭火上 存性，研极细末。
加大尼冰片再研，瓷瓶密贮，先将疮上用陈松萝茶洗净，软绢拭干，将药掺上，虽龟头烂半者，无不奇效。
又方
螳螂子（火 ） 白僵蚕（火 ） 儿茶 轻粉（各等分）
研极细。用甘草汤洗净，搽之。
又方 玉茎疳疮，或渐至蚀透，有烂去一半者，服此而愈。

疳疮简便方 用戴旧油透罗缎帽沿烧灰，杭粉瓦上 黄色，各等分，共研极
细，瓷瓶中收贮。先用红枣十五个，甘草三钱，煎汤温洗患上，挹干搽之。
又方 蛛窝拭净贴之。
又方（安庆僧授）。白螺蛳（要叮在岸上的四十九枚，阴阳瓦 枯，如叮在水底者无用。）
研细。用生酒调服，盖被取汗。外用大田螺二个，将靥挑开，入冰片三分，伺螺化水，鸡翎挡上，如未痊可如法再
制服。
又方 蟹壳 研，加冰片少许搽之。

研细，外以银花、蕲艾、花椒煎汤洗净，干掺。

血竭 儿茶 乳香（去油） 龙骨（研细末） 没药（去油，各三分） 研细掺之。

研细，香油调搽。
又方 灯草灰入轻粉、麝香少许，干掺。

下疳妒精疮 七月七日采凤眼草烧灰，淋水洗之。
金螺散 大田螺数枚，水养吐尽泥沙，俟靥开入研细冰片末，伺螺化水，以
铅粉填满，仍用靥合上，放新瓦上 令红赤，去壳研细，又填入第二螺内，又 如此三次，研细密贮任用。
二灵丹 下疳初起流脓。
儿茶（一钱） 冰片（三分）
研匀。将疮先用冷茶或甘草汤洗净挹干，以鸡翎将药扫上。
龟头烂半。
竹蛀虫粪 银粉 腊肉骨髓 松香（各等分）
研细和匀，用烧酒将疮洗净以搽之，内单服土茯苓汤当茶。
七宝槟榔散 玉茎疳疮，或渐至蚀透，久不愈者。
槟榔 密陀僧 牛黄 轻粉 黄连 黄柏 朴硝（各等分）
研末，先将葱白浆水洗净，软帛拭干，如疮湿干掺，疮干油调搽。
圣粉散 下蛀疳疮，蚀臭腐烂，痛不可忍。
密陀僧 黄丹 黄柏（蜜灸） 孩儿茶 乳香（各三钱） 轻粉（一钱五分）
研极细，用葱汤洗疮，湿则干搽，干则用香油调搽，兼治小儿疳疮。
玉茎生疳烂去大半 吧嗒杏二钱，研细，纸包压去油，取净白霜一钱，加冰
片三分，再乳绝细听用。 先以甘草煎汤洗净，挹干掺上。
下疳疼不可忍。（窦氏）
黑羊角（ ） 穿山甲（ ，各二钱） 乳香（去油） 没药（去油，各一钱）
研细，酒调服。
下疳大烂。
黄蜡（八钱） 白蜡 面粉（各一两） 冰片（一钱） 麻油（三两）
先将油与二蜡熬化，随下面粉，次下冰片和匀，作隔纸膏贴之，五日后痛自止，肉即生矣。
银粉散（胡公弼）治下疳毋论新久，腐烂作痛，及杨梅疮熏后结毒，玉茎腐烂，或
阳物烂半者。 好锡六钱化开，入朱砂末二钱搅炒，炒枯去朱砂留锡，再化开入水
银一两和匀，倾出听用。又将杭粉一两，铺夹纸上卷成一条，以一头点火燃至纸尽，吹
去纸灰，单用粉同前锡末加轻粉一两，共研极细末收贮。凡遇前证，先用甘草煎汤
淋洗拭干，以此药掺上，即能止痛生肌收敛。
妒精疮玉茎烂一二寸者，兼用柯子灰散神方（周鹤仙）。黄柏、荆芥，甘草、马鞭草、葱同煎洗取脓靥。
柯子灰散
黄柏（炒存性） 柯子灰（各二钱） 麝香（少许）
共研极细，掺患处令睡，睡醒服冷水两、三口，切勿令阳道兴起，胀断疮靥，二七即愈。（一方无黄柏。）
银粉神丹（曹振先）。专治玉茎虫蚀，生长如初，止少元头者，或舌头被人咬去，抹上此丹，亦能长全，大有神
功。
黑铅（五钱） 寒水石（三钱五分） 轻粉（二钱五分） 水银（二钱五分） 硼砂 珍珠（各一钱）
先将黑铅化开，投水银研不见星，共为细末收贮。遇前证先用葱艾花椒煎汤洗
净，若怕洗畏痛，须先熏止了痛再洗，拭干上药。若舌头咬去，先用乳香、没药煎水，口噙之止痛后上药，自然生长全
愈。
儿茶散 下疳蛀秆。
铜绿不拘多少， 红放地上冷定，又 又冷定，乳细加儿茶等分和匀后，将下疳洗净掺之。
下疳久不愈（海藏） 橡斗子二枚，合盛黄丹令满，以乱发浓缠定，烧烟尽为度，
同研为细末，先以葱白热浆水洗疮，脓净再上药，甚者不过三次如神。
阴头生疮（孙真人）。蜜煎甘草末，频频涂之。
竹节霜（《百效》） 龟头因热毒马口结蕊，或粗衣抢擦损。取新竹节上霜刮下，一掺即愈。
下疳蚀烂 白果树叶包裹。

研为末。酸浆水葱白川椒煎汤洗净搽之，奇效无比。
疳疮蛀秆。
银朱（水飞） 儿茶（各一钱） 轻粉（五分） 黄柏灰 老茶叶（各二分）
研末，用黄蜡二钱熔化为丸，却作二十粒。每用一丸，好酒空心送下，神效无敌。
下疳阴疮（邵真人）。芦甘石一两，火 醋淬五次，加儿茶三钱，研末麻油调敷。
蜡烛卸（周鹤仙）。红 子烧灰，每一钱加梅花冰片五厘，麻油调搽。
下疳 圆浓五倍子一个去顶，以砂仁三颗，捣碎入于内，仍以顶合好，用湿
纸包裹，火内煨极黑，取出为末，掺患处即愈。
又方
五倍子（烧灰存性，一钱） 真冰片（少许）
研极细末，掺上立效。

凤凰衣（焙） 橄榄仁（去油） 人参（各五分） 儿茶（ 红存性，二钱） 珍珠（一分） 金箔（十张）
共乳细末，掺上立刻定痛生肌。此方加南北铅制白霜一钱，红升丹三分，乳匀掺上更妙。
疳疮舌烂鼻烂龟头烂。
黑铅（一两，装入黑狗脑内，以盐泥封固，入金粟火 红，取出冷定，去泥，研细。）
每用法制铅末一钱五分，加乳香（去油） 没药（去油） 铅霜（各三分） 硼砂（二分五厘） 雄黄
（一分） 金箔（十张） 寒水石（生用四分） 轻粉（二分）
共乳细末，瓷瓶密贮。舌断者，用米泔水葱茶煎汤，温漱拭干上药，待长时洗
去药，又渐渐搽之。龟头烂者，又以葱汤熏洗过，搽药。

蛀秆疳烂去半段者 先用苦茶洗净，用黄连末搽三四日，待腐肉去尽，取
雄犬阳茎连肉在火上炙黄， 干存性为末，每用少许，加入黄连末内掺之，犬茎末只
可逐日渐加，不可骤用太多，则收口速而反裂破矣，至多亦不过与黄连末等分为率。
下疳。
轻粉 黄柏（各一钱）
共研细末，先用麦门冬煎汤，浇洗掺之。
下疳红肿热痛 鲤鱼胆汁敷。
大豆甘草汤
黑豆（一合） 生甘草（一两） 赤皮葱（三根） 槐条（六十寸） 煎洗一切疳疮。
二子消毒散
肥皂子 杏仁（炒） 蝉蜕 僵蚕 皂角子（各七枚） 土茯苓（八两） 猪牙皂（一条） 荆芥
防风 牛膝（各一钱） 金银花（三钱） 猪板油（二两）
水八碗，煎三碗，早午晚分三次服，如
结毒服二十一日痊愈。袖口疳加黄柏一钱，肥皂子加倍。杨梅疮加绿豆、侧柏叶、糯米各三钱，薏苡仁，皂
角刺各二钱。内疳加海金砂、白丑、五加皮各一钱五分。
凤衣散
抱鸡卵（净壳 ） 黄丹（各一钱） 冰片（二分） 轻粉（四分）
研极细干掺，或鸭蛋清调搽。
旱螺散
冰片 麝香（各三分） 白田螺壳（ ，三钱） 轻粉（一钱）
研极细，以香油调搽之。
白玉膏 贴疳疮一切疮。
白芷 芦甘石（ ） 甘松 当归尾 乳香（去油） 五灵脂 三奈 北细辛 樟冰（各
五钱） 没药（去油） 象皮 白蜡（各三钱） 松香 冰片 麝香（各一钱） 铅粉（十三两）
先将麻油二斤熬至烟起离火；入白蜡、松香又熬，不住手搅，看有大泡，便将铅
粉陆续下，但滚即取起，稍停又入火，如此数次，见有菊花纹小泡，便入前诸药末，
仍取起；滴水成珠入冰麝搅匀，待凝定时倾水二三盏，入罐收贮，听摊贴。
凤凰散 治男女下疳肿烂，疼痛难堪，并一切皮破肿烂诸疮，实时消肿定痛，拔毒生肌。
抱鸡蛋壳（连衣壳焙）
乳细末，每一钱加冰片二分密贮，用时或干掺，或猪胆汁、或麻油调搽。
黑香散 治男女下疳，痒不可当者，并一切极痒诸疮。
橄榄核（烧灰存性）
研极细末，每一钱加冰片二分密贮。或干掺，或麻油猪胆汁俱可调搽。
蜡烛卸（下疳。）
抱过鸡蛋壳（焙存性） 黄连 轻粉
各等分，乳细。香油调搽，立时止痛结靥。
下疳。
陈毡灰 橄榄核（ 灰） 儿茶 轻粉（各三钱） 冰片（一钱）
研极细末，搽上。用鸡蛋软皮，黄连汤煮过，贴之。
九味芦荟丸
当归、胡黄连、川芎、芜荑、白芍（各一两），龙胆草（用酒浸泡后炒至焦黑，七钱），真芦荟（五钱），广木香、甘草（各三钱）。
将上述药材研为细末，用米粥捣烂制成如麻子大小的丸药。每次服用一钱或一钱五分，用温开水送服。若属虚证，可配合加味归脾汤、加味逍遥散治疗。
珍珠散
主治下疳皮损腐烂，疼痛剧烈难以忍受，以及各类疮疡新肉已长满但无法生皮的情况。又治新婚男子阴茎损伤，新婚女子阴户伤痛，外敷效果极佳。并治烫伤、火伤导致的皮损肉烂，疼痛不止。
新白珍珠（一钱，放入豆腐内煮数次，研磨至极细，以研磨时听不到声音为标准），上好花青（即青黛，五分），真轻粉（一两）。
将三味药共同研磨千次，细如飞面，装入瓷瓶密封保存。初起时直接外敷即可痊愈；若已腐烂疼痛，先用甘草汤洗净患处，再用猪脊髓调和后外敷。又治妇人阴部蚀疮效果极佳。烫伤火伤者用玉红膏调和后外敷：
滑石、没药（去油）、龙骨（各等分）。
将上述药材研至极细，趁疮口脓汁未干时掺入，注意不可见水，自然结痂。
又方（张化俭创制）
红枣去核，将整块铜绿包裹在枣内，放在炭火上烧至存性（保留药性），研成极细粉末。
加入大尼冰片再次研磨，装入瓷瓶密封保存。先将疮口用陈年松萝茶洗净，用软绢擦干，将药粉掺上，即使龟头腐烂一半者，无不有奇效。
又方
螳螂子（火煅），白僵蚕（火煅），儿茶，轻粉（各等分）。
研成极细粉末。用甘草汤洗净患处，外敷。
又方
主治阴茎疳疮，或逐渐侵蚀穿透，甚至烂去一半者，服用此方可愈。

加水煎煮，内服并外用清洗。

用戴过的透油罗缎帽沿烧成灰，杭粉在瓦上烧至黄色，各等分，共同研成极细粉末，装入瓷瓶密封保存。先用十五个红枣、三钱甘草煎汤，温热清洗患处，擦干后外敷。

蜘蛛网擦拭干净后贴敷。
又方（安庆僧人传授）
白螺蛳（要选取吸附在岸上的四十九枚，阴阳瓦中焙枯，吸附在水底的无效。）
研细。用生酒调服，盖被取汗。外用大田螺二个，挑开螺靥，放入冰片三分，待螺化水，用鸡毛蘸取涂抹，若未痊愈可按法再服用一次。
又方
铅粉（一钱），冰片（一分）。
研细，外用金银花、蕲艾、花椒煎汤洗净患处，干燥后掺药。
又方
血竭，儿茶，乳香（去油），龙骨（研细末），没药（去油，各三分）。
研细后掺敷。
又方
旱田螺（烧灰），麝香，轻粉，冰片（各等分）。
研细，用香油调和外敷。
又方
防风煎汤清洗。
金螺散
数枚大田螺，用水饲养吐尽泥沙，待螺靥张开，放入研细的冰片末，待螺化水，用铅粉填满，仍用螺靥合上，放在新瓦上烧至红赤，去掉外壳研细，再填入第二个螺内，如此重复三次，研细后密封保存备用。
二灵丹
主治下疳初起流脓。
儿茶（一钱），冰片（三分）。
研匀。先将疮口用冷茶或甘草汤洗净擦干，用鸡毛将药粉扫上。
龟头腐烂一半。
竹蛀虫粪，银粉，腊肉骨髓，松香（各等分）。
研细和匀，用烧酒洗净疮口后外敷，内服单味土茯苓汤当茶喝。
七宝槟榔散
主治阴茎疳疮，或逐渐侵蚀穿透，久不愈者。
槟榔，密陀僧，牛黄，轻粉，黄连，黄柏，朴硝（各等分）。
研末，先将葱白浆水洗净，软帛擦干，若疮口湿则干掺，若疮口干则用油调和外敷。
圣粉散
主治下蛀疳疮，腐蚀发臭腐烂，疼痛难忍。
密陀僧，黄丹，黄柏（蜜炙），孩儿茶，乳香（各三钱），轻粉（一钱五分）。
研极细，用葱汤洗疮，湿则干搽，干则用香油调搽，兼治小儿疳疮。
玉茎生疳烂去大半
巴旦杏二钱，研细，用纸包压去油，取净白霜一钱，加冰片三分，再研磨至极细备用。先用甘草煎汤洗净，擦干后掺药。
下疳疼痛难忍。（窦氏方）
黑羊角（煅），穿山甲（煅，各二钱），乳香（去油），没药（去油，各一钱）。
研细，用酒调服。
下疳严重腐烂。
黄蜡（八钱），白蜡，面粉（各一两），冰片（一钱），麻油（三两）。
先将油与两种蜡熬化，随后加入面粉，接着加入冰片和匀，做成隔纸膏贴敷，五日后疼痛自止，肌肉即生长。
银粉散（胡公弼方）
治疗下疳无论新旧，腐烂作痛，以及杨梅疮熏蒸后结毒，阴茎腐烂，或阳物烂去一半者。好锡六钱熔化，加入朱砂末二钱搅拌翻炒，炒枯后去除朱砂留下锡，再熔化加入水银一两和匀，倒出备用。又将杭粉一两，铺在夹纸上卷成一条，一头点火燃至纸尽，吹去纸灰，单独用粉同前锡末加轻粉一两，共同研成极细末密封保存。凡遇前述症状，先用甘草煎汤淋洗擦干，以此药掺上，即能止痛生肌收敛。
妒精疮阴茎腐烂一二寸者，兼用柯子灰散神方（周鹤仙方）。黄柏、荆芥、甘草、马鞭草、葱同煎清洗，取出脓液和结痂。
柯子灰散
黄柏（炒存性），柯子灰（各二钱），麝香（少许）。
共同研极细，掺于患处令其睡觉，睡醒后喝冷水两三口，切勿让阴茎勃起，以免胀断疮痂，十四日即可痊愈。（一方无黄柏。）

白芷，芦甘石（煅），甘松，当归尾，乳香（去油），五灵脂，三奈，北细辛，樟冰（各五钱），没药（去油），象皮，白蜡（各三钱），松香，冰片，麝香（各一钱），铅粉（十三两）。

Zhenzhu San (Pearl Powder)
Indicated for chancre lesions with rotting skin, unbearable severe pain, and for various sores where new flesh has grown but skin cannot regenerate. Also treats injuries to the penis after first marriage, pain in the vulva after first marriage, applying externally is extremely effective. It also treats burns and scalds causing skin damage and rotting flesh with unceasing pain.
Xin Baizhenzhu (New White Pearl) (1 qian, boiled in tofu several times, ground extremely fine until no sound is heard during grinding), Shang Hao Huaqing (i.e., Qingdai / Indigo Naturalis) (5 fen), Zhen Qingfen (Calomel / Mercurous Chloride) (1 liang).
Grind the three ingredients together a thousand times until fine as flying flour. Store in a porcelain bottle. Apply directly at the onset for immediate cure. If rotting and painful, wash clean with Gancao Tang (Licorice Decoction), then mix with pig spinal cord and apply externally. Also extremely effective for women's corrosive ulcers in the genital area. For burns and scalds, mix with Yuhong Gao (Jade Red Ointment) and apply.

First, decoct 15 red dates and 3 qian Gancao (Licorice) in water. Wash the affected area with the warm liquid, dry thoroughly, and apply.

Zhuzhu Chong Fen (Excrement of Bamboo Borer), Yinfen (Calomel/Lapis), Larou Suijing (Marrow of Salted Pork), Songxiang (Resina Pini) (each equal parts).

Indicated for deep-penetrating chancre with foul-smelling rot and unbearable pain.
Mituo seng (Litharge / Lead Monoxide), Huangdan (Minium / Red Lead), Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri) (honey-fried), Haiercha (Child's Tea / Terminalia Chebula), Ruxiang (Olibanum) (each 3 qian), Qingfen (Calomel) (1.5 qian).
Grind extremely fine. Wash the sore with Cong Tang (Scallion Decoction). If wet, sprinkle dry; if dry, mix with sesame oil. Also treats pediatric chancre.
Penile Chancre Rotting More Than Half Away.
Bada Xing (Badam / Almond) (2 qian), grind fine, wrap in paper and press to remove oil. Take 1 qian of the pure white frost, add 3 fen Bingpian (Borneol), and grind to absolute fineness. First wash with Gancao Decoction, dry, and sprinkle.
Xiagan Unbearable Pain. (Dou Family Prescription)
Hei Yangjiao (Black Goat Horn) (calcined), Chuanshanjia (Squama Manis) (calcined, each 2 qian), Ruxiang (Olibanum) (de-oiled), Moyao (Myrrha) (de-oiled, each 1 qian).
Grind fine, mix with wine, and take orally.
Severe Xiagan Rot.
Huangla (Yellow Beeswax) (8 qian), Baila (White Beeswax), Mianfen (Wheat Flour) (each 1 liang), Bingpian (Borneol) (1 qian), Mayou (Sesame Oil) (3 liang).
First melt the oil and both waxes. Then add flour, followed by Borneol, and mix well. Make into a plaster sandwiched between papers. Apply for five days; pain will stop and flesh will grow.
Yinfen San (Silver Powder Powder) (Hu Gongbi Prescription)
Treats Xiagan regardless of new or old, rotting and painful, as well as condyloma acuminatum (Venereal Wart) toxicity after fumigation, penile rot, or half-gland erosion.
Melt 6 qian of good Tin. Add 2 qian Zhusha (Cinnabar) powder, stir-fry until burnt. Remove Cinnabar, keep the Tin. Remelt and add 1 liang Mercury, mix evenly, pour out and set aside. Spread 1 liang Hangfen (Lead Carbonate) on double-layered paper, roll into a strip. Ignite one end until the paper is consumed. Blow off ash. Use only the powder. Mix with the previous Tin residue and 1 liang Qingfen (Calomel). Grind extremely fine and store. For these conditions, first wash with Gancao Decoction, dry, and sprinkle this powder. It stops pain, generates flesh, and contracts wounds.
Du Jing Chuang Penile Rot 1-2 Cun. Combine with Kezi Hui San Divine Formula (Zhou Hexian). Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri), Jingjie (Schizonepeta), Gancao (Licorice), Mabiancao (Verbena officinalis), Cong (Scallion). Decoct and wash to remove pus and scabs.
Kezi Hui San (Chebula Ash Powder)
Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri) (stir-fried to preserve nature), Kezi Hui (Ash of Terminalia chebula) (each 2 qian), Shexiang (Moschus) (a little).
Grind extremely fine. Sprinkle on the lesion and let the patient sleep. Upon waking, drink 2-3 mouthfuls of cold water. Strictly avoid erection to prevent tearing the scab. Cured in 14 days. (One formula excludes Huangbai).
Yinfen Shendan (Silver Powder Divine Elixir) (Cao Zhenxian)
Specifically treats penile insect-like erosion, regenerating as new, missing only the glans tip. Or if the tongue is bitten off, applying this elixir can fully regrow it, showing great divine power.
Heiqian (Black Lead) (5 qian), Hanshuishi (Stalactite) (3.5 qian), Qingfen (Calomel) (2.5 qian), Shuiyin (Mercury) (2.5 qian), Pengsha (Borax), Zhenzhu (Pearl) (each 1 qian).

Tonglv (Malachite) any amount. Red-heated and cooled on the ground repeatedly until cool. Grind fine, mix with equal parts Ercha (Terminalia Chebula Resin). Wash the chancre and sprinkle.
Xiagan Persisting for a Long Time. (Haizang Prescription)
Xiangdouzi (Oak Gall) (2 pieces). Fill with Huangdan (Minium). Tie tightly with messy hair. Burn until smoke is gone. Grind into fine powder. First wash the sore with hot Congbai Jiangshui (Scallion White Fermented Rice Water). After pus is clean, apply medicine. Severe cases cured in no more than three applications.

Grind into powder. Melt 2 qian Huangla (Yellow Beeswax) and make into pills. Make 20 pills. Take one pill each time with good liquor on an empty stomach. Invincible divine effect.
Xiagan Yinchuang (Chancre Genital Ulcer). (Sha Zhenren Prescription)
Luganshi (Gypsum Fibrosum prepared?) 1 liang. Calcine and quench in vinegar 5 times. Add Ercha (Terminalia Chebula Resin) 3 qian. Grind into powder, mix with sesame oil and apply.
Lazhu Xie (Candle Unloading). (Zhou Hexian)
Hong Langzi (Red Ladybug / Mylabris) calcined to ash. Add 5 li Mei Hua Bingpian (Plum Blossom Borneol) per 1 qian. Mix with sesame oil and apply.
Xiagan Yuan Nong Wubeizi One Piece. Remove top. Crush 3 Sharen (Amomum villosum) seeds and insert inside. Replace top. Wrap in wet paper. Roast in fire until very black. Grind into powder and sprinkle on affected area. Cured immediately.

Fenghuang Yi (Chicken Egg Membrane) (baked), Ganlan Ren (Olive Kernel) (de-oiled), Renshen (Radix Ginseng) (each 5 fen), Ercha (Terminalia Chebula Resin) (calcined red to preserve nature, 2 qian), Zhenzhu (Pearl) (1 fen), Jinbo (Gold Foil) (10 sheets).
Grind into fine powder. Sprinkle on. Immediately stops pain and generates flesh. Adding 1 qian Nan Bei Qianzhi Baishuang (North/South Prepared Lead Frost) and 3 fen Hong Shengdan (Red Sublimated Elixir) and mixing evenly for application is even better.
Gan Chuang Tongue/Nose/Glans Rot.
Heiqian (Black Lead) (1 liang, placed inside Black Dog Brain, sealed with salt mud, heated in Jin Su Fire until red hot, removed, cooled, mud removed, ground fine).

Grind into fine powder, store tightly in porcelain bottle. For severed tongue, decoct Mi Gan Shui (Rice Washing Water), Congbai (Scallion White), Cha (Tea). Warm, rinse, dry, and apply. When healing, wash off medicine and gradually reapply. For rotting glans, fumigate and wash with Cong Tang (Scallion Decoction) before applying.

Longdancao (Radix Gentianae), Shanzhi (Fructus Gardeniae) (raw), Danggui Wei (Tail of Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Mutong (Caulis Akebiae), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae), Chaihu (Radix Bupleuri), Zexie (Rhizoma Alismatis), Sheng Gancao (Raw Radix Glycyrrhizae uralensis).
Decoct in plain water. For pain, add Jingjie (Schizonepeta), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae), Baizhi Shao (Tip of Radix Angelicae Dahurica). For redness/swelling, add Chuanlian (Rhizoma Coptidis), Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei).
Zhu Gan Han Lan Quasi Ban Duan Zhe (Deep Ulcer Chancre Rotting Half Way).
First wash with bitter tea. Apply Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis) powder for 3-4 days until dead flesh is gone. Take male dog penis with meat, roast over fire until yellow, calcine to preserve nature, grind to powder. Take a small amount, mix with Huanglian powder, and sprinkle. Er Zi Xiaodu San (Two Seeds Detoxification Powder)

For sleeve-edge chancre, add 1 qian Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri), double Feizaozi. For Venereal Wart, add 3 qian each of Ludou (Mung Bean), Ce Bai Ye (Biota Tops), Nuomi (Glutinous Rice), 2 qian each of Yiyiren (Coix Seed), Zaogao Ci (Gleditsia Spine). For internal chancre, add 1.5 qian each of Haijinsha (Spore Lygodii), Bai Chou (Seed of Hyoscyamus), Wujia Pi (Cortex Acanthopanacis Senticosi).
Fengyi San (Phoenix Feather Powder)
Baojiluan Jingke (Clean Shell of Hen Egg Incubating Chick) (calcined), Huangdan (Minium) (each 1 qian), Bingpian (Borneol) (2 fen), Qingfen (Calomel) (4 fen).
Grind extremely fine. Sprinkle dry, or mix with Duck Egg White and apply.
Hanluo San (Dry Snail Powder)
Bingpian (Borneol), Shexiang (Moschus) (each 3 fen), Bai Tianluo Qiao (Shell of White River Snail) (calcined, 3 qian), Qingfen (Calomel) (1 qian).
Grind extremely fine, mix with sesame oil and apply.
Baiyu Gao (Jade White Ointment)
Apply to all chancre sores.

First boil 2 jin Sesame Oil until smoke rises, remove from fire. Add Baila (White Beeswax) and Songxiang (Resina Pini), boil again, stirring constantly. When large bubbles appear, gradually add Qianfen (Basic Lead Carbonate). Remove when boiling, rest, return to fire. Repeat several times until chrysanthemum-pattern small bubbles appear. Add previous herb powders, remove. Test drop in water to form pearls. Add Bingpian (Borneol) and Shexiang (Moschus), mix evenly. When solidified, pour off 2-3 cups of water, store in jar, ready for spreading.
Fenghuang San (Phoenix Powder)
Treats male/female chancre swelling/rot, unbearable pain, and all skin-breaking swollen/rotting sores. Instantly reduces swelling, stops pain, draws out toxin, generates flesh.

Chenzhan Hui (Ash of Old Felt), Ganlan He (Olive Pit) (calcined ash), Ercha (Terminalia Chebula Resin), Qingfen (Calomel) (each 3 qian), Bingpian (Borneol) (1 qian).
Grind extremely fine. Apply. Use Egg Soft Skin, boiled in Huanglian Decoction, to cover.
