治喉痈喉癣口疳
凤蜕（即抱鸡蛋壳烧存性） 儿茶 橄榄核（烧存性，各等分）
共研细。每一钱加冰片三分，吹。
咽喉悬痈舌肿塞痛（《外科秘宝》）
五倍子 白僵蚕 甘草（各等分）
研末。用白梅去核，捣丸如弹子大，噙噬，其痈自破。
书云∶喉癣即肺花疮。
冯鲁瞻曰∶阴虚咳嗽，久之喉中痛者必有疮，名曰肺花疮。用坎离汤加元参、桔
梗、甘草。不可用冰片吹药，恐辛散疮转溃也。（《锦囊》）
陈实功曰∶凡痰火劳嗽，咳伤咽痛者，无法可治。（《正宗》）
汪省之曰∶肺花疮，即俗谓喉生鱼鳞刺也，难救。（《理例》）
奎光曰∶喉刺多因先患痨病重证，既多虚火上升，荣血已枯，其喉上 有红点
密密如蚊蚤咬者，死勿治。
陈远公曰∶人有生喉癣于咽门之内，以
至喉痛。其证必先作痒，面红耳热而不可忍，后则咽唾随觉干燥，必再加咽唾而后
快，久则成形作疼，变为杨梅红瘰，或疼或痒，而为癣矣。夫癣必有虫在咽喉之地，
此因肾水之耗，以致肾火上冲而肺金又燥，兼治杀虫以治癣，庶几正固邪散，虫可尽
扫也。化癣神丹∶元参、麦冬各一两，白苏子、白薇、甘草、紫菀、鼠粘子、白芥
子各一钱，百部三钱，水煎服，二剂疼少止，又四剂癣虫尽死。换用润喉汤∶熟地、
麦冬各一两，薏仁五钱，桑白皮、生地各三钱，山萸肉四钱，贝母、甘草各一钱，水
煎服，十剂痒痛俱除矣。方中再加肉桂一钱饥服，为善后之计，万举万全也。（《辨证冰鉴》）
奎光曰∶喉癣，乃虚火上炎，肺金太旺，致攻牙关，生如哥窑纹样，又如秋叶
背后红丝，饮食阻碍，咽痛虽不致殒命，久则咽喉失音而不救。
又曰∶喉癣用碧丹吹，不时服膏子药，再服煎剂加大贝母下气，守戒一月愈。（方载咽喉门。）
治疗喉痈、喉癣及口疳：
凤蜕（即孵化小鸡的蛋壳，烧至存性）、儿茶、橄榄核（烧至存性），三者各取等份。
共同研磨成细粉。每次取一钱药粉，加入冰片三分，吹入患处。
咽喉悬痈、舌体肿胀堵塞疼痛（出自《外科秘宝》）：

研磨成末。用白梅去核，捣烂制成如弹子大小的丸剂，含在口中慢慢咀嚼吞咽，其痈肿自然破溃。
书中记载：喉癣即是肺花疮。
冯鲁瞻说：阴虚咳嗽日久，导致咽喉疼痛的必然生疮，名为肺花疮。使用坎离汤加玄参、桔梗、甘草。不可使用冰片吹药，恐怕辛散之性导致疮疡溃烂。（出自《锦囊》）
陈实功说：凡是痰火劳嗽，因咳嗽损伤咽喉导致疼痛的，无法治愈。（出自《正宗》）
汪省之说：肺花疮，就是俗话说的喉咙里长出像鱼鳞一样的刺状物，难以救治。（出自《理例》）
奎光说：喉刺大多因为先患有严重的劳病，既然多有虚火上升，营血已经枯竭，其咽喉上有红点密密麻麻如同蚊蚤叮咬的样子，这种死症不可治疗。
陈远公说：有人在咽门之内生出喉癣，以至于咽喉疼痛。其症状必定先感到瘙痒，面部发红、耳朵发热且难以忍受，随后则吞咽唾液时感觉干燥，必须再吞咽唾液后才觉得舒适，久而久之形成形状并产生疼痛，变为杨梅红色的瘰疬，或痛或痒，从而成为癣。夫癣必定有虫存在于咽喉之地，这是因为肾水耗损，导致肾火上冲而肺金又干燥，兼治杀虫以治疗癣，或许正气稳固邪气消散，虫子可以全部清除。化癣神丹：玄参、麦冬各一两，白苏子、白薇、甘草、紫菀、鼠粘子、白芥子各一钱，百部三钱，水煎服，两剂后疼痛稍止，又服四剂后癣虫全部死亡。换用润喉汤：熟地黄、麦冬各一两，薏苡仁五钱，桑白皮、生地黄各三钱，山萸肉四钱，贝母、甘草各一钱，水煎服，十剂后痒痛全部消除。方中再加肉桂一钱空腹服用，作为善后之计，万无一失。（出自《辨证冰鉴》）
奎光说：喉癣，是虚火上炎，肺金太旺，导致攻冲牙关，生成如哥窑瓷器纹路样的病变，又如秋天树叶背面的红丝，饮食受阻，咽喉疼痛虽然不至于致命，但久了会导致咽喉失音而无法救治。
又说：喉癣使用碧丹吹药，不时服用膏滋药，再服用加大贝母的煎剂以降气，遵守禁忌一个月即可痊愈。（方剂载于咽喉门。）
Treatment for throat carbuncle (Throat Carbuncle), throat tinea (Throat Tinea), and oral canker:
Fengtui (Phoenix Chrysalis, i.e., eggshells from hatched chicks, calcined to retain their properties), Ercha (Catechu), Ganlanhe (Olive Pit, calcined to retain their properties), each in equal parts.
Grind together into a fine powder. For each qian (approx. 3-5g) of powder, add Sanfen (approx. 0.9-1.5g) of Bingpian (Borneol), and insufflate into the affected area.
Suspension abscess of the uvula, swelling and obstructive pain of the tongue (from *Waike Mibao* / Secret Treasures of Surgery):
Wubeizi (Chinese Gall), Baijiangcan (White Silkworm), Gancao (Licorice Root), each in equal parts.
Grind into powder. Use a white plum (Meizi), remove the pit, pound it, and form pills the size of a bullet. Hold in the mouth and slowly chew/swallow; the abscess will naturally rupture.
The book states: Throat tinea is also known as Lung Flower Sore (Lung Flower Sore).
Feng Luzhan said: In cases of Yin deficiency with chronic cough, if throat pain persists for a long time, sores must appear, named Lung Flower Sore. Use Kanli Tang (Kanli Decoction) added with Yuanshen (Scrophularia Root), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), and Gancao (Licorice Root). Do not use Bingpian (Borneol) insufflations, lest the acrid-dispersing nature causes the sore to ulcerate further. (*Jinnang* / Brocade Pouch)
Chen Shigong said: For all cases of phlegm-fire and consumptive cough where coughing damages the throat causing pain, there is no effective treatment. (*Zhengzong* / Orthodox Standard)
Wang Shengzhi said: Lung Flower Sore is what common people call "fish-scale thorns" growing in the throat; it is difficult to save. (*Lili* / Principles and Examples)
Kui Guang said: Throat thorns mostly occur after suffering from severe consumptive disease. Since there is much rising deficient fire and Ying blood (Nutritive Blood) has already dried up, red spots densely covering the throat like mosquito or flea bites indicate a fatal condition that should not be treated.
Chen Yuan Gong said: Some people develop throat tinea inside the gate of the throat, leading to throat pain. The symptoms must first present as itching, with an unbearable red face and hot ears. Subsequently, swallowing saliva feels dry, requiring repeated swallowing to feel relief. Over time, it takes shape and becomes painful, transforming into red scrofula resembling yangmei (bayberry) lesions, alternating between pain and itching, thus becoming tinea. Tinea necessarily involves insects in the region of the throat. This is due to the depletion of Kidney Water, causing Kidney Fire to rush upward while Lung Metal becomes dry. Concurrently treating insect removal to cure tinea may allow righteous Qi to solidify and evil to scatter, clearing the insects completely. Huaxian Shendan (Divine Elixir for Dissolving Tinea): Yuanshen (Scrophularia Root) and Maidong (Ophiopogon Tuber) each 1 liang (approx. 37.5g); Baizisu (Perilla Seed), Baiwei (Cynanchum Atratum Root), Gancao (Licorice Root), Ziwan (Aster Root), Niuzhizi (Arctii Fructus), Baijiezi (Sinapis Semen) each 1 qian (approx. 3-5g); Bubai (Stemona Root) 3 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. After two doses, pain subsides slightly; after four more doses, the tinea insects die completely. Switch to Runhou Tang (Moistening Throat Decoction): Shudi (Prepared Rehmannia Root), Maidong (Ophiopogon Tuber) each 1 liang; Yiren (Coix Seed) 5 qian; Sangbaipi (Morus Alba Bark), Shengdi (Rehmannia Root) each 3 qian; Shanyurou (Cornus Fruit) 4 qian; Beimu (Fritillaria Bulb), Gancao (Licorice Root) each 1 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. After ten doses, itching and pain are completely removed. Add Rougui (Cinnamon Bark) 1 qian to the formula and take on an empty stomach as a follow-up measure, ensuring absolute safety. (*Bianzheng Bingjian* / Ice Mirror of Differentiation)
Kui Guang said: Throat tinea is caused by rising deficient fire and excessive Lung Metal attacking the jaw joint. It manifests like Ge ware porcelain cracks or red veins on the back of autumn leaves. It obstructs eating and drinking. Although throat pain does not cause immediate death, prolonged cases lead to loss of voice and become incurable.
He also said: For throat tinea, use Bidan (Green Cinnabar Powder) for insufflation, regularly consume paste medicines, and additionally take decoctions with increased Beimu (Fritillaria Bulb) to direct Qi downward.
