续断各八两，何首乌一斤。人生此患，各受一经，兼二经三经者，此方万无一失，若六经通遍，五脏先露凶者，
不救也。春则地气融和，万物发生，加连翘二斤。夏则火旺烦躁，加黄连二斤，薄荷一斤。秋则雾露乍寒乍热，
加白术一斤，苍术二斤。冬则严寒地冻，加乌药二斤。
秘授大麻疯
番木鳖（一两，酥油润，三面火炙透黄，不可焦，研末） 麻黄（八两，大罐煎汁倾出，再煎取汁二升，复
用文武火缓缓煎至黄色为妙，研末）
每以制番木鳖末一两，加麻黄末一钱五分，和研入瓷瓶封贮，勿令泄气。春夏
用三分，秋冬用四五分，好酒调服，以醉为妙。预扫空房一间，四围勿令透风，俱
要遮好。先用布衫一件，青裤一条，以鸡子清涂遍里面，令病患先穿二衣，再将绵
被盖之，方服药酒，俟出臭汗，方去被换衣，看衣上有虫数合，无虫则风从汗解，病
出一半，换下衣裤，掘一深潭埋之，勿使人见，以免传染之患。如不汗透，再服一
服，照前谨慎如法，随服大补汤五剂。看人老少浓薄，病之远近轻重，不可一例治
之。轻者一服，追虫发汗即愈，重者次第用药治之，百发百中。
火龙丹 治蛇皮疯、脱根疯、鱼鳞疯、漏蹄疯、核桃疯。
大黄 辰砂 代赭石（醋炙） 火龙（即死人蛆，横死者佳）
上为末。先用防风、荆芥煎汤洗浴，然后用热酒调服三钱，被覆取汗，毒从皮肤
内追出后，用雄黄、硫黄、代赭石、花蕊石等分为末，香油调搓。
利疯丹（即三生丹）。治蛇皮疯、鳞癫疯、 毛疯。
番木鳖一味，刀刮去皮毛，入麻油内煎至焦黄色为度，取出为末。大疯发表用
之，每服一分，卧时白汤下，须择无风处，出汗一月，方可起身。
奇数丸（即苦参丸）。治蛇皮疯、脱根疯、 粑漏蹄、冷疯、雁来疯。
苦参（六两） 白蒺藜 防风（各三两） 牛蒡子 胡麻 当归 蕲蛇 蔓荆子（各一两）
共为末，大枫子肉三两去油，同饭糊丸桐子大。每服三十丸，热酒送下。
大消疯散 治脱根鱼鳞、鹅掌 粑、痒疯、 毛、鸡爪疯。
防风 白蒺藜 荆芥 苦参 胡麻 黄芩 柴胡（各十二两） 麻黄（八两） 乳香 没
药麝香（各三钱） 大枫肉（一斤，去油）
先用一料，除去大枫肉、乳香、没药、麝香，匀为十五剂，水煎服，后用全料，不
可见火，晒燥为末，酒米煮糊为丸桐子大，每服五十丸，日三服，酒送下。如病面上
重加白芷、海风藤、蝉蜕各四两，升麻五钱；四肢重者，加羌活、独活各四两；口
眼歪斜，加白僵蚕四两；服此丸须用细辛、苍耳、马鞭草煎汤洗浴，避风取汗为妙。
一粒金丹 治鱼鳞刺疯、 曳疯。

上为末，蜜丸桐子大。每服百丸，茶酒任下。

香三钱，用苡仁米为末，酒煮糊丸桐子大，朱砂为衣。每服百丸，温酒下。兼治壁泥疯。
正阳丹 治血疯、鹅掌血痹、半肢软瘫、痒疯、冷疯、蛤蟆疯。

上三味同水入罐内，绢帛包裹，勿令泄气，煮百沸，先用麝香擦患处，后以药熏之，二三次即愈。
鹅掌疯 皂矾 为末，牛油调搽手，火烘三四次，即愈。
又方 白酒浆涂手，以柏枝烧火烘干，又涂又烘，四五日即好。
神仙换骨丹 治鼓槌软瘫疯。

独圣散 治鼓槌疯。
川乌重八钱者一枚为末，每服二钱，用葱头七个，酒一碗煎浓服，或者服一钱，先
用后方洗浴，然后服药取汗。切宜避风，慎之。

秦艽 枸杞子 槟榔 何首乌（各四两） 鳖甲（一个，重一两佳） 凌霄花 川芎 大枫肉（去
油，同川乌煮） 防己（各一两） 虎胫骨（酥炙） 陈皮 牛膝 甘菊花 紫草 海风藤 木瓜（各二
两） 杜仲（一两二钱） 甘草（一两五钱） 白芷（一两二钱） 薏苡仁（六两） 芝麻（二合） 乳香
（三斤，用河水添换煮四五次为度。又用川乌十两捣碎，煎汁一钵，入
乳香煮至汁干为度。再用防风、石菖蒲、荆芥、苍术各四两，煎汁一钵，入乳香煮至汁尽为度。又用石菖蒲四
斤，捣汁一钵，入乳香煮干为末，每制乳香一斤，配药一斗。）
用鲜皂角刺三斤捣碎，水煎去渣熬成膏，入前药捣丸桐子大。初服一钱五分，三
日后服二钱，又三日服二钱五分，再三日服三钱为止。服至二十日，伸指酸麻，一
月后容颜光洁，服至百日而愈。
大定风丸 治痛疯 毛、历节疯。
苍术（八两） 草乌（三两） 杏仁 川乌 白芷 半夏（各四两）
上药用生姜二斤，葱一斤，取汁拌匀，以姜葱渣一半铺瓶底，将药装瓶内，瓶上
又将渣一半盖上，埋土内，春五夏三秋七冬九日取出，晒干为末，外加猴姜、牛膝、
红花末各二两，当归、萆 根末各四两，酒糊为丸桐子大，每服六十丸，茶酒任下，一日三服。
麻黄饮 治痛疯。
石蚕 海风藤 秦艽 地苏木 麻黄 五加皮（各一两） 熟地 下山虎（各八钱）
用好酒一大壶煮一大炷香，出火毒，每次量情温服，至第四日须任情一醉，用后
愈风汤洗浴，发表出汗一次。汗后以粥补之，再服数日，又表一次，务要表三四次为妙。切宜避风，要紧。
愈风汤

芎术丹 治痛疯、半肢软瘫、泥壁疯、遍身疯气及冻风、起身不得，一服痊愈。

上为细末。用鲜石菖蒲十斤，去苗捣汁，拌前药末。不可太湿，晒干复磨为末，
炼蜜丸桐子大。每日二服，白汤送下百丸。
救苦回生丹 治半肢 毛、历节蛊疯。

上为末，米糊为丸龙眼大，辰砂为衣，金箔裹。薄荷汤磨服一丸，昏迷而病愈。妇
人血晕经闭，胎衣不下，炒黑豆淋酒磨服一丸，神效。
散 治软瘫疯，并风气攻冲，遍身疼痛，不能起床。

半，兼服大补气血丸药，致腠理固密，永绝此患。
护元丹 治干疯、白癜疯。

玉枢丹 治白癜疹疯。
续断各八两，何首乌一斤。人患此病，各自受邪于不同的经络，若兼及二经或三经者，此方万无一失；若是六经全部受邪，且五脏功能已显露凶险征兆的，则无法救治。春季地气融和，万物生长，加连翘二斤。夏季火旺导致烦躁，加黄连二斤，薄荷一斤。秋季雾露乍寒乍热，加白术一斤，苍术二斤。冬季严寒地冻，加乌药二斤。
秘授大麻疯方：
番木鳖（一两，用酥油润透，在文火上炙至三面焦黄，不可烧焦，研成粉末） 麻黄（八两，在大罐中煎汁并倒出，再次煎取汁液二升，再用文武火缓缓煎至黄色为妙，研成粉末）
每次取制好的番木鳖末一两，加入麻黄末一钱五分，混合研磨后装入瓷瓶密封保存，不要漏气。春夏季节每次服用三分，秋冬季节每次服用四五分，用好酒调服，以喝到微醉为妙。预先打扫一间空房，四周不要透风，都要遮挡好。先用一件布衫、一条青裤，用鸡蛋清涂遍衣服内侧，让病人先穿上这两件衣服，再盖上绵被，然后服用药酒，等到排出臭汗后，才去掉被子更换衣物，查看换下的衣裤上有虫多少合（量词），若无虫，则说明风邪随汗而解，病去一半，将换下的衣裤挖深坑埋掉，不要让人看见，以免传染。如果汗出不透，再服一次，照前谨慎依法操作，随后服用大补汤五剂。根据人的老少、体质浓薄，以及病程远近、病情轻重，不可一概而论治疗。轻者服一次，追出虫子并发汗即可痊愈；重者依次用药治疗，百发百中。
火龙丹：治疗蛇皮疯、脱根疯、鱼鳞疯、漏蹄疯、核桃疯。
大黄 辰砂 代赭石（醋炙） 火龙（即死人蛆，横死者为佳）
以上研成粉末。先用防风、荆芥煎汤洗浴，然后用热酒调服三钱，盖被取汗，毒邪从皮肤内追出后，用雄黄、硫黄、代赭石、花蕊石等分为末，香油调搓患处。
利疯丹（即三生丹）：治疗蛇皮疯、鳞癫疯、毛疯。
仅用番木鳖一味，用刀刮去皮毛，放入麻油中煎至焦黄色为止，取出研成粉末。用于大疯发表，每次服用一分，睡前用白开水送下，必须选择无风处，出汗一个月后，方可起身。
奇数丸（即苦参丸）：治疗蛇皮疯、脱根疯、粑漏蹄、冷疯、雁来疯。

正阳丹：治疗血疯、鹅掌血痹、半肢软瘫、痒疯、冷疯、蛤蟆疯。

独圣散：治疗鼓槌疯。
川乌重八钱者一枚研成粉末，每次服用二钱，用葱头七个，酒一碗煎浓服，或者服一钱，先用后方洗浴，然后服药取汗。切忌避风，慎之又慎。

升麻 牛蒡子 胡麻 白鲜皮 连翘 草 苦参 桑寄生 当归 怀生地 秦艽 枸杞子 槟榔 何首乌（各四两） 鳖甲（一个，重一两佳） 凌霄花 川芎 大枫肉（去油，同川乌煮） 防己（各一两） 虎胫骨（酥炙） 陈皮 牛膝 甘菊花 紫草 海风藤 木瓜（各二两） 杜仲（一两二钱） 甘草（一两五钱） 白芷（一两二钱） 薏苡仁（六两） 芝麻（二合） 乳香（三斤，用河水添换煮四五次为止。又用川乌十两捣碎，煎汁一钵，入乳香煮至汁干为止。再用防风、石菖蒲、荆芥、苍术各四两，煎汁一钵，入乳香煮至汁尽为止。又用石菖蒲四斤，捣汁一钵，入乳香煮干为末，每制乳香一斤，配药一斗。）
用鲜皂角刺三斤捣碎，水煎去渣熬成膏，入前药捣丸梧桐子大小。初服一钱五分，三日后服二钱，又三日服二钱五分，再三日服三钱为止。服至二十日，伸指酸麻，一月后面容光洁，服至百日而愈。
大定风丸：治疗痛疯毛、历节疯。
苍术（八两） 草乌（三两） 杏仁 川乌 白芷 半夏（各四两）
以上药用生姜二斤，葱一斤，取汁拌匀，以姜葱渣一半铺瓶底，将药装瓶内，瓶上又将渣一半盖上，埋土内，春五夏三秋七冬九日取出，晒干研成粉末，外加猴姜、牛膝、红花末各二两，当归、萆薢根末各四两，酒糊制成梧桐子大小的丸药，每次服用六十丸，茶或酒任便送下，一日三次。
麻黄饮：治疗痛疯。
石蚕 海风藤 秦艽 地苏木 麻黄 五加皮（各一两） 熟地 下山虎（各八钱）
用好酒一大壶煮一大炷香的时间，去除火毒，每次酌情温服，至第四日须尽情喝醉，用后愈风汤洗浴，发表出汗一次。汗后以粥补之，再服数日，又表一次，务必表三四次为妙。切忌避风，要紧。
愈风汤：
苍术 陈皮 甘草 防风 皮硝 苦参 瓦松 胡麻仁 紫背浮萍（各等分） 煎汤洗浴。
芎术丹：治疗痛疯、半肢软瘫、泥壁疯、遍身疯气及冻风、起身不得，一服痊愈。
川芎 枳壳 甘草 白茯苓 桔梗（各三钱五分） 乌药 苍术 威灵仙 陈皮 羌活 白芷 当归 黄芩 苍耳子 秦艽 白术 杜仲 熟地 香附 海风藤 牛膝 木瓜 防风 红花 苡仁 荆芥（各五钱） 川乌 草乌（各一钱） 白花蛇（一寸）
以上药用麻袋盛好，放酒坛内封固，隔水蒸煮约半日，候透后埋土中一日夜去除火毒。每日不拘时饮一茶杯，服尽即好，不用加减。
四磨丹：治疗癫疯、曳疯。
闹扬花（酒拌，九蒸九晒） 败龟板（ ，各三两） 苍耳子（炒，八两） 番木鳖（四十九粒，酥煮三沉三浮为止）
以上各研成粉末混合均匀。放入筒内挂在当风处七日，初服五分，三四日六分，逐渐加至一钱，空腹热酒调服。
驱邪安神丸：治疗癫疯、半肢、毛、历节疯。
秦艽 桑寄生（不见火，捣末） 茯神 川续断（酒炒） 远志 海风藤 苍术（去粗皮，米泔浸） 制半夏（各四两） 熟地（酒煮晒干，八两） 胆南星 防风 甘枸杞（酒熏） 杜仲（盐水炒） 川萆薢（酒炒，另捣） 牛膝（酒炒） 防己（各三两） 肉桂 川乌（童便制） 草乌（童便制） 黄柏（酒炒） 甘草（炙，一两） 何首乌（重一斤一枚者，黑豆煮晒）
以上研成细末。用鲜石菖蒲十斤，去苗捣汁，拌前药末。不可太湿，晒干复磨为末，炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每日两次，白开水送下一百丸。
救苦回生丹：治疗半肢毛、历节蛊疯。
乳香 没药 川芎（各一两五钱） 五灵脂 枫香 自然铜（醋 ） 松脂 威灵仙（各一两） 荆芥 苦参 白芷（各一两二钱） 闹扬花（蒸熟） 地龙（去泥） 虎骨（炙） 天麻 全蝎 草乌 京墨（各五钱） 黑豆（炒二合） 紫荆皮 白僵蚕（各六钱） 番木鳖（三十个） 冰片（三分） 麝香（五分）
以上研成粉末，米糊制成龙眼大小的丸药，辰砂为衣，金箔包裹。薄荷汤磨服一丸，昏迷而病愈。妇人血晕经闭，胎衣不下，炒黑豆淋酒磨服一丸，神效。
散：治疗软瘫疯，并风气攻冲，遍身疼痛，不能起床。

以上用三白酒一坛，将前药用绢包好，贮坛内，隔水蒸煮，令透冷一日，每空腹服一盅，三四日后服盅半，酒干病愈。
清气饮：治疗紫云疯。

用水一桶，煎去十分之三，取汤洗浴，必得汗出而止，切勿透风，浴后饮药酒温睡至四五日后，又浴一次，再五日后又浴一次，酒到病除，皮肤颜色如故，饮酒将半，兼服大补气血丸药，致腠理固密，永绝此患。
护元丹：治疗干疯、白癜疯。

小枣丹：治疗刺疯。
防风 白僵蚕 荆芥 何首乌 全蝎 蔓荆子 苦参 威灵仙 黄芩 牛蒡子 大黄 赤芍药 生地 大枫肉 羌活 独活（各二两） 白术（一斤） 两头尖（重一钱一头） 扁柏枝 山栀（各四两） 甘草（五钱） 薄荷 甘枸杞 明天麻 天南星（各一两）
以上研成粉末，枣肉制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用六十丸，薄荷汤送下。
Radix Dipsaci (Xuduan) eight taels, Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata (Heshouwu) one jin. Humans contracting this disease are affected by different meridians; if two or three meridians are involved, this prescription is infallible. However, if all six meridians are affected and the five zang organs show signs of critical failure, it is incurable. In spring, when earth qi is mild and all things grow, add Fructus Forsythiae (Lianqiao) two jin. In summer, when fire is prosperous causing irritability, add Radix Scutellariae (Huanglian) two jin, Herba Menthae (Bohe) one jin. In autumn, when mist and dew bring alternating cold and heat, add Radix Atractylodis Macrocephalae (Baizhu) one jin, Rhizoma Atractylodis (Cangzhu) two jin. In winter, when severe cold freezes the ground, add Rhizoma Linderae (Wuyao) two jin.
Secretly Transmitted Prescription for Leprosy:
Strychnos nux-vomica L. seed (Fanmubie) (one tael, moistened with clarified butter, roasted over gentle fire until yellow on all sides but not burnt, ground into powder) Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang) (eight taels, decocted in a large pot, liquid poured out, decocted again to obtain two sheng of liquid, then slowly simmered over moderate fire until yellow, ground into powder).
Take one tael of prepared Fanmubie powder each time, add one qian five fen of Mahuang powder, mix well, store in a porcelain bottle sealed tightly to prevent gas leakage. In spring and summer, take three fen each time; in autumn and winter, take four or five fen each time. Mix with good wine and ingest; becoming slightly intoxicated is ideal. Prepare an empty room in advance, ensure no wind penetrates from any side, and cover thoroughly. First, take a cotton shirt and blue trousers, coat the inside with egg white, have the patient wear these two garments first, then cover with a cotton quilt. Then administer the medicinal wine. Wait for foul-smelling sweat to appear, then remove the quilt and change clothes. Check the removed clothes for insects; if no insects are found, it indicates that the wind pathogen has been resolved through sweating, and half the disease is cured. Bury the removed clothes and trousers in a deep pit where no one can see them to avoid contagion. If sweat does not penetrate thoroughly, take another dose, following previous precautions strictly. Subsequently, take five doses of Da Bu Tang (Great Tonifying Decoction). Treatment must be tailored according to age, constitution, duration, and severity of the disease; do not treat all cases uniformly. Mild cases may be cured after one dose by expelling parasites and inducing sweating; severe cases should be treated sequentially, with high efficacy.
Huo Long Dan (Fire Dragon Pill): Treats Snake Skin Leprosy, Rootless Leprosy, Fish Scale Leprosy, Hole-foot Leprosy, Walnut Leprosy.
Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang), Cinnabaris (Chensha), Haematitum (Daizheshi) (vinegar-processed), Huolong (maggots from corpses, preferably those who died violently).
Grind all into powder. First, bathe with a decoction of Radix Saposhnikoviae (Fangfeng) and Herba Schizonepetae (Jingjie). Then, mix three qian with hot wine and ingest. Cover with blankets to induce sweating. After toxins are expelled from the skin, apply a powder made of equal parts Realgar (Xionghuang), Sulfur (Liuhuang), Haematitum (Daizheshi), and Lithops Minii (Huaruishi) mixed with sesame oil to rub the affected area.
Li Feng Dan (Three Lives Pill): Treats Snake Skin Leprosy, Scale Leprosy, Hair Leprosy.
Use only Strychnos nux-vomica L. seed (Fanmubie). Scrape off skin and hairs, fry in sesame oil until dark yellow, remove and grind into powder. Used to release exterior pathogens in severe leprosy. Take one fen each time, swallow with warm water before bed. Must choose a draft-free place, induce sweating for one month before getting up.
Qi Shu Wan (Odd Number Pill / Kushen Pill): Treats Snake Skin Leprosy, Rootless Leprosy, Cracked Hoof Leprosy, Cold Leprosy, Wild Goose Leprosy.
Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (Kushen) (six taels), Spina Gleditsiae Sinensis (Bajili), Radix Saposhnikoviae (Fangfeng) (three taels each), Semen Armeniacae Amarum (Niuzi), Sesamum Indicum (Huma), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Agkistrodon (Qishe), Fructus Viticis (Manjingzi) (one tael each).
Grind into powder. Remove oil from Semini Carpesii (Dafengrou) three taels, mix with rice paste to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty pills each time, swallow with hot wine.
Da Xiao Feng San (Great Elimination Wind Powder): Treats Rootless Fish Scale Leprosy, Goose Palm Cracked Hoof, Itchy Leprosy, Hair Leprosy, Chicken Claw Leprosy.
Radix Saposhnikoviae (Fangfeng), Spina Gleditsiae Sinensis (Bajili), Herba Schizonepetae (Jingjie), Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (Kushen), Sesamum Indicum (Huma), Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin), Radix Bupleuri (Chaihu) (twelve taels each), Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang) (eight taels), Resina Boswelliae (Ruxiang), Resina Myrrhae (Moyao), Moschus (Shexiang) (three qian each), Semini Carpesii (Dafengrou) (one jin, de-oiled).
First, use one batch, removing Semini Carpesii, Resina Boswelliae, Resina Myrrhae, and Moschus. Divide evenly into fifteen doses, decoct in water and drink. Later, use the full batch, dry without fire exposure, grind into powder, and make pills the size of paulownia seeds using rice paste cooked with wine. Take fifty pills each time, three times daily, swallow with wine. If facial symptoms are severe, add Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (Baizhi), Caulis Sinomenii (Haifengteng), Periostracum Cicadae (Chantui) (four taels each), Radix Cimicifugae (Shengma) (five qian). If limb symptoms are severe, add Radix Notopterygii (Qianghuo), Radix Angelicae Pubescentis (Duhuo) (four taels each). For facial paralysis, add Bombyx Batryticatus (Baijiangcan) four taels. When taking these pills, bathe with a decoction of Radix Asari (Xixin), Fructus Xanthii (Canger), and Herba Verbenae (Mabiancao), avoiding wind to induce sweating.
Yi Li Jin Dan (One Grain Golden Pill): Treats Fish Scale Thorn Leprosy, Dragging Leprosy.
Resina Liquidambaris (Baijiaoxiang) (three taels five qian), Jingmo (Beijing Ink), Lemna Minor (Zibeifuping), Colla Corii Asini (Ejiao) (two taels five qian each), Feces Trogopterori (Wulingzhi), Rhizoma Aconiti Kusnezoffii (Caowu) (fried, two taels each), Strychnos nux-vomica L. seed (Fanmubie) (five qian), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Resina Boswelliae (Ruxiang), Resina Myrrhae (Moyao) (seven qian five li each), Earthworm (Dilong), Moschus (Shexiang) (two qian five li each).
Grind into powder. Use two taels of Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang) decoction to cook rice and make pills the size of longan seeds. Coat with Cinnabaris (Zhusha). Swallow with wine. Black sweat from the soles of feet indicates efficacy.
Zhen Bao San Sheng Dan (Treasure Three Lives Pill): Treats Hemiplegia due to Evil Obscuration, Soft Paralysis Leprosy.
Semen Cannabis (Huomaren), Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang), Fructus Corni (Shanyurou), Rhizoma Dioscoreae (Shanyao), Semen Dodonaeae (Tusizi), Fructus Aurantii (Zhike) (fried), Fructus Arecae (Binglang), Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (Niuxi) (three taels each), Semen Pruni (Yuliren), Fructus Plantaginis (Cheqianzi), Radix Angelicae Pubescentis (Duhuo) (three taels five qian each).

Shu Feng San (Wind Dispersion Powder): Treats Evil Obscuration Wall Mud, Cracked Insect Leprosy, Water Blood Heat Leprosy.

Increase the previous herbs tenfold, grind into powder, add Resina Boswelliae, Resina Myrrhae, Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum (Chenxiang), Sanguis Draconis (Xuexue) (one tael each), Calculus Bovis (Niuhuang), Borax (Bingpian) (one qian each), Moschus (Shexiang) (three qian). Use Coicis Semen (Yiyiren) powder, cook with wine to make paste, form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Coat with Cinnabaris. Take one hundred pills each time, swallow with warm wine. Also treats Wall Mud Leprosy.
Zheng Yang Dan (Upright Yang Pill): Treats Blood Leprosy, Goose Palm Blood Bi, Hemiplegic Soft Paralysis, Itchy Leprosy, Cold Leprosy, Toad Leprosy.

Hei Guang Tang (Black Light Decoction): Treats Goose Palm Leprosy.
Radix Siegesbeckiae (Qianliguang) (large handful), Young Shoots of Rhizoma Atractylodis (Cangshu Miao) (medium handful), Grass facing east on wall top (Xiaodong Qiangtou Cao) (small handful).
Place the three herbs in a pot with water, wrap in silk cloth to prevent gas leakage, boil vigorously. First rub the affected area with Moschus (Shexiang), then fumigate with the herbal steam. Two or three treatments result in cure.
Goose Palm Leprosy: Alum (Zaofan) ground into powder, mixed with beef fat, applied to hands, baked over fire three or four times until cured.
Another method: Apply white wine slurry to hands, bake over platycladi branch fire, repeat application and baking for four to five days until healed.

Du Sheng San (Supreme Holy Powder): Treats Drumstick Leprosy.
Rhizoma Aconiti Kusnezoffii (Chuanwu) weighing eight qian, one piece, ground into powder. Take two qian each time, decoct with seven scallion bulbs in one bowl of wine until concentrated and drink. Or take one qian. First bathe with the posterior formula, then take medicine to induce sweating. Avoid wind strictly.

Crush three jin fresh Spina Gleditsiae Sinensis (Zaojiaoci), decoct in water, remove dregs, boil into paste. Mix with previous herbs, grind, and make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Initial dose: one qian five fen. After three days: two qian. After three more days: two qian five fen. After three more days: three qian. After twenty days, fingers feel sore and numb. After one month, complexion becomes clear. Cure after one hundred days.
Da Ding Feng Wan (Great Settling Wind Pill): Treats Painful Leprosy Hair, Joint Leprosy.
Rhizoma Atractylodis (Cangzhu) (eight taels), Rhizoma Aconiti Kusnezoffii (Caowu) (three taels), Semen Armeniacae Amarum (Xingren), Rhizoma Aconiti Kusnezoffii (Chuanwu), Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (Baizhi), Rhizoma Pinelliae (Banxia) (four taels each).
Mix with juice extracted from two jin Ginger and one jin Scallion. Spread half the ginger-scallion residue at the bottom of a bottle, put herbs inside, cover with remaining residue. Bury in soil: five days in spring, three in summer, seven in autumn, nine in winter. Remove, dry, and grind into powder. Add Powder of Rhizoma Zingiberis (Houjiang), Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (Niuxi), Flos Carthami (Honghua) two taels each, Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Rhizoma Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae (Bixie Gen) four taels each. Make pills the size of paulownia seeds using wine paste. Take sixty pills each time, swallow with tea or wine as preferred, three times daily.

Decoct in a large pot of good wine for the time it takes to burn one incense stick. Remove fire toxicity. Take appropriate amount warm each time. On the fourth day, drink to intoxication. Bathe with Yu Feng Tang (Wind Healing Decoction) to induce sweating once. Replenish with congee after sweating. Continue medication for several days, induce sweating again. Ideally, induce sweating three to four times. Avoid wind strictly.

Si Mo Dan (Four Grindings Pill): Treats Epileptic Leprosy, Dragging Leprosy.
Nao Yang Hua (mixed with wine, steamed and dried nine times), Testudo Carapax et Plastrum (Baiguiban) ( , three taels each), Fructus Xanthii (Canger) (fried, eight taels), Strychnos nux-vomica L. seed (Fanmubie) (forty-nine grains, boiled in butter until three sinks and three floats).

San (Powder): Treats Soft Paralysis Leprosy, Wind Qi attacking throughout body, generalized pain, inability to get out of bed.

Place wrapped herbs in a jar of Sanbai Wine. Steam over water until permeated, cool for one day. Take one cup on empty stomach. After three to four days, take half a cup. Cure when wine is finished.

Soak herbs in strong liquor in a large jar for three days. Drink one small cup each time, do not get drunk excessively. Maintain wine aroma throughout the day. Before drinking wine, bathe with the posterior decoction.

Use one bucket of water, decoct until three-tenths remain. Use liquid for bathing. Stop when sweating occurs. Avoid wind. After bathing, drink medicinal wine and sleep warmly. Bathe again after four to five days, and again after five more days. Disease cures with wine, skin color returns to normal. Drink halfway, also take Great Qi-Blood Tonifying Pills to consolidate pores and permanently prevent recurrence.
