轻粉 银粉 铜绿（各等分）
研细。灌入猪胆内调匀，将指套入胆内，用线轻轻扎定，三日一换，重者二次。
又方 生栗去壳去衣，捣烂敷之。
又方 黑黄牛粪做饼晒干，入罐内，烧酒熏之，极效。
又方 白果叶入灯窝油内浸透贴之，腐尽肌生。
又方 黑豆、天南星研细，滴醋调敷。
又方 人粪、雄黄同捣，裹在患处，即愈。
又方 生鸡蛋一个，一头打洞入雄黄细末五钱，将患指套入浸之，拔去毒，立止痛。
又方 生鸡蛋三个，一头打一洞，每个入雄黄细末一钱，和匀，将痛指插入，待
热换之，立刻止痛。
苦瓜膏（陈伯迪。） 苦瓜（即癞葡萄。）不拘多少，捣烂，以盐卤浸收，不可太稀，愈
久愈好。凡遇蛇头毒，取一匙敷患上，外以绢缚过一夜，痛止即愈。
水蛇套（《明医集》） 治天蛇毒，痛不可言。取活水蛇一条，取中段去骨，以蛇
皮肉如指长，裹患指上，外用纸包，顿觉半身凉快，痛止肿消，即愈。数日后去皮，
指上蛇形宛然。
雄黄散 治蛇头疔，初起红肿发热，疼痛澈心者，宜用。
明雄（二钱） 轻粉（五分） 蟾酥（微焙，二分） 冰片（一分）
共为末。新汲水调涂，纸盖，日用三次，极效。
蜈蚣散
大蜈蚣（一条） 全蝎（七个） 雄黄（三钱）
共为末。用鸡子清调敷患处，外以猪胆皮套上即愈。（一方无全蝎。）
又方（《济生》）
雄黄（一钱） 蟾酥（一分）
研细。用蝣蜒一条，共捣如泥，敷患处空顶，立愈。
又方（《全集》）
蜈蚣 雄黄（各五分）
研细。装入猪胆内，套指上扎紧，立愈。
又方 白萝卜一段挖空，入雄黄末三分，蒸半熟，套指上愈。
又方 雄黄研细，猪胆汁调涂。

生鸭蛋（二个） 蜈蚣（一条，焙研）
分装两蛋内搅匀，套指上候热，再换一个，即消。
雄黄散 蛇头疔。

研细，新汲水调浓，重汤炖温敷上，薄纸盖之。
雄蛎散 天蛇毒。

研细。蜜水调浓，重炖温，涂患上，止痛，日用五六次。

麻油脚（一钱） 酒曲 血竭（各一钱） 百草霜（少许）
和匀敷上，以布护好。

又一方：生栗子去壳去皮，捣烂后敷在患处。
又一方：黑黄牛粪做成饼晒干，放入罐内，用烧酒熏蒸，效果极佳。
又一方：白果叶浸入灯窝油中浸透后贴敷，待腐肉尽去，新肉生长。
又一方：黑豆、天南星研磨成细末，滴加醋调和后敷贴。
又一方：人粪、雄黄共同捣碎，包裹在患处，即可痊愈。
又一方：生鸡蛋一个，在一头打洞，装入雄黄细末五钱，将患指套入浸泡，拔出毒素，立即止痛。
又一方：生鸡蛋三个，在一头各打一洞，每个装入雄黄细末一钱，混合均匀，将疼痛的手指插入，待变热后更换，立刻止痛。
苦瓜膏（陈伯迪方）。苦瓜（即癞葡萄），不拘多少，捣烂，用盐卤浸泡收存，不可太稀，存放越久越好。凡是遇到蛇头毒，取一匙敷在患处，外面用绢布包扎过夜，疼痛停止即愈。
水蛇套（《明医集》）。治疗天蛇毒，疼痛难以言表。取一条活水蛇，取中段去骨，保留如手指长短的蛇皮肉，包裹在患指上，外面用纸包好，顿时感觉半身凉快，疼痛停止肿胀消退，即愈。数日后去掉皮，指上留下蛇形痕迹。
雄黄散。治疗蛇头疔，初起时红肿发热，疼痛彻心者，适宜使用。
明雄黄（二钱）、轻粉（五分）、蟾酥（微焙，二分）、冰片（一分）
共同研为粉末。用新汲取的凉水调匀涂抹，用纸覆盖，每天使用三次，效果极佳。
蜈蚣散
大蜈蚣（一条）、全蝎（七个）、雄黄（三钱）
共同研为粉末。用鸡蛋清调和敷在患处，外面套上猪胆皮即愈。（另一方没有全蝎。）
又一方（出自《济生方》）
雄黄（一钱）、蟾酥（一分）
研磨成细末。用一条蝣蜒（即马陆/千足虫），共同捣成泥状，敷在患处顶部，立即痊愈。
又一方（出自《全集》）
蜈蚣、雄黄（各五分）
研磨成细末。装入猪胆内，套在指上扎紧，立即痊愈。
又一方：白萝卜一段挖空，装入雄黄末三分，蒸至半熟，套在指上即愈。
又一方：雄黄研磨成细末，用猪胆汁调和涂抹。

生鸭蛋（两个）、蜈蚣（一条，焙干研末）
分别装入两个蛋内搅匀，套在指上等待变热，再换一个，即可消肿。
雄黄散。治疗蛇头疔。
明雄黄（二钱）、轻粉（五分）、蟾酥（二分）、冰片（一分）
研磨成细末，用新汲取的水调浓，隔水炖温后敷在患处，盖上薄纸。
雄蛎散。治疗天蛇毒。
牡蛎（四钱）、明雄黄（二钱）
研磨成细末。用蜜水调浓，隔水炖温，涂在患处，止痛，每天使用五六次。
蛇头疔。
麻油脚（一钱）、酒曲、血竭（各一钱）、百草霜（少许）
混合均匀敷在患处，用布保护固定。
Snake-Head Ding (Herpetic Carbuncle on the Fingertip).
Qingfen (Calomelas), Yinfen (Silver Powder), Tonglv (Verdigris) (equal parts each).
Grind into fine powder. Pour into a pig gallbladder and mix evenly. Insert the affected finger into the gallbladder, and gently tie it securely with thread. Change once every three days; for severe cases, change twice.
Another prescription: Fresh chestnuts, peeled and dehusked, pounded into a paste and applied to the lesion.
Another prescription: Black or yellow cattle dung formed into cakes and sun-dried, placed in a jar, and fumigated with distilled liquor. Highly effective.
Another prescription: Leaves of Ginkgo biloba soaked thoroughly in lamp wick oil, then applied. Effective until necrotic tissue is eliminated and new muscle grows.
Another prescription: Black beans and Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum ground into fine powder, mixed with vinegar, and applied.
Another prescription: Human feces and Realgar crushed together, wrapped around the affected area, leading to immediate cure.
Another prescription: One raw egg, a hole made at one end, filled with five qian of fine Realgar powder. Insert the affected finger into the egg to soak, drawing out the toxin and providing immediate pain relief.
Another prescription: Three raw eggs, a hole made at one end of each, filled with one qian of fine Realgar powder per egg. Mix evenly. Insert the painful finger into the mixture. Replace when it becomes warm, providing immediate pain relief.
Kugua Gao (Bitter Melva Paste) (Prescription by Chen Bodi). Kugua (Bitter Melon, also known as Laitaoputao), quantity not restricted. Pound into a paste, preserve by soaking in brine. Do not make it too thin; the longer it is stored, the better. For any case of Snake-Head Toxin, take one spoonful and apply to the lesion. Bind with silk cloth overnight. Cured when pain ceases.
Shuishe Tao (Water Snake Sleeve) (from *Mingyi Ji*). Treats Tianshe Du (Heavenly Snake Poison), where pain is unbearable. Take one live water snake, remove the middle section and bones, keeping the skin and flesh of finger-length. Wrap this around the affected finger, cover externally with paper. The patient will instantly feel coolness throughout half the body, pain stops, swelling subsides, and cure is achieved. Remove the skin after several days; a snake-shaped mark remains on the finger.
Xionghuang San (Realgar Powder). Indicated for Snake-Head Ding presenting with initial redness, swelling, heat, and heart-piercing pain.
Mingxiong (Refined Realgar, 2 qian), Qingfen (Calomelas, 5 fen), Chansu (Toad Venom, lightly roasted, 2 fen), Bingpian (Borneol, 1 fen).
Grind all into powder. Mix with fresh cold water and apply. Cover with paper. Apply three times daily. Highly effective.
Wugong San (Centipede Powder).
Da Wugong (Large Centipede, 1 piece), Quanxie (Whole Scorpion, 7 pieces), Xionghuang (Realgar, 3 qian).
Grind all into powder. Mix with egg white and apply to the lesion. Cover externally with pig gallbladder membrane for cure. (Another version excludes Quanxie.)
Another prescription (from *Jisheng Fang*).
Xionghuang (Realgar, 1 qian), Chansu (Toad Venom, 1 fen).
Grind into fine powder. Crush one Youyan (Millipede) together with the powder into a mud-like consistency. Apply to the apex of the lesion. Immediate cure.
Another prescription (from *Quanjí*).
Wugong (Centipede), Xionghuang (Realgar) (each 5 fen).
Grind into fine powder. Place inside a pig gallbladder, fit over the finger, and tie tightly. Immediate cure.
Another prescription: A segment of white radish hollowed out, filled with 3 fen of Realgar powder, steamed until half-cooked, and fitted over the finger. Cure achieved.
Another prescription: Realgar ground into fine powder, mixed with pig bile, and applied.
Another prescription.
Raw duck eggs (2 pieces), Wugong (Centipede, 1 piece, roasted and ground).
Divide equally into the two eggs and mix well. Fit over the finger. When it becomes warm, replace with another. Swelling resolves.
Xionghuang San (Realgar Powder). For Snake-Head Ding.
Mingxiong (Refined Realgar, 2 qian), Qingfen (Calomelas, 5 fen), Chansu (Toad Venom, 2 fen), Bingpian (Borneol, 1 fen).
Grind into fine powder. Mix with fresh water to a thick consistency. Warm in a double boiler and apply to the lesion. Cover with thin paper.
Xiongli San (Realgar and Oyster Shell Powder). For Tianshe Du (Heavenly Snake Poison).
Muli (Oyster Shell, 4 qian), Mingxiong (Refined Realgar, 2 qian).
Grind into fine powder. Mix with honey-water to a thick consistency. Warm in a double boiler and apply to the lesion. Relieves pain. Apply 5–6 times daily.
Snake-Head Ding.
Mayoujiao (Sesame Oil Dregs, 1 qian), Jiuqu (Medicated Leaven), Xuexie (Dragon's Blood) (each 1 qian), Baicaoshuang (Soot from Chimney, a small amount).
Mix evenly and apply to the lesion. Protect with cloth bandage.
