退管丸（周鹤仙。）当归（酒洗） 露蜂房（槐树上的，微炒） 川连（酒炒） 象牙（各五钱） 槐花
（微炒） 川芎（炒） 滴乳香（包在新鲜箸叶内，去油净，各三钱）
共研细末，取黄蜡二两，熔化为丸如桐子大，每空心以漏芦、芦甘石煎汤送下，其管退出，用剪剪去；亦有化为脓
血出者。
服此药忌房事、豆腐、火酒。虽愈仍忌四十九日。
捷法 地沥青一两，置有 盆中，用大蜈蚣一条，养在盆内，勿令游去，伺蜈
蚣将油食尽为度，用竹签将蜈蚣绷住，竹刀剖开取腹内油，搽痔漏上，务将脓血洗净再搽。
琉璃饼
陈芥菜（切碎） 陈琉璃（炙各五钱） 螳螂壳（水洗 阴阳瓦焙，三钱） 陈 皮（ 灰六钱） 田螺
（二个，冰片化水） 珍珠（一粒，如无用药珠代）
五味同为细末，取田螺水和药，乘潮捏饼，先用天芥菜入砂锅内煎汤，倾入小
口瓶内，对患处热熏温洗，如无天芥菜，即用番白草或苦参煎汤熏洗亦可，洗后拭净，
将药饼放患顶上膏封。一日一换，痔管内仍用所存药末，鹅毛管吹入。
痔漏丸
大熟地（四两） 白茯苓 山药 山萸肉 牡丹皮 白芍（各二两） 象牙（一两五钱） 鳖
肉苁蓉 何首乌（各三两） 炼蜜为丸如桐子大，白汤送下三钱
又方
象皮（二两） 人乳（浸一宿，瓦上焙脆存性） 荔枝核（二十八个，焙脆）
研细。用猪膈肝四个，白酒洗去油，入砂锅内加酒半斤许，糯米一撮，煮烂为度，
捣烂和药为丸，每服二钱白汤下，虚人用人参汤下。
又方 雄牛胆汁入铜锅微熬，飞面收为丸，空心白汤送下，管从大便而出。
又方
槐花（炒黑） 青黛（各半斤） 当归（酒洗晒干，一两）
打糊为丸，先嚼核桃肉一枚，淡盐汤送下三钱，退管至速。
又方
胡黄连（二两） 石决明（火 ） 槐花 穿山甲（各五钱 麻油一斤，瓷瓶内煮黄色）
研细饭丸，每早米汤送下一钱。四十日见功。
又方
胡连（姜汁拌炒） 刺 皮（炒各一两） 指甲（炙五钱） 蜣螂（七个） 麝香（二分）
研细饭丸，每早淡酒送下一钱。忌火酒、椒、姜等味。
退管如神 活獾子一只，杀之退毛净，又将肠内粪去净，入石臼内连骨舂碎，
盛坛内封固，埋背阴地下，或背阴房内，过三伏天听用。看管大小，用纸捻蘸坛内浮油插入，其管即出，生肌敛口。
金蝉补漏。
推粪虫（七个） 滴乳香（去油） 没药（去油各五钱） 炙甘草 生矾 生甘草 熟矾（各七钱五分）
研细，黄蜡四两熔化，乘热丸桐子大，先服八分，渐加至二钱，酒送下，其管自退。
退管 牛皮末晒炒研一斤，槐角子半斤，蜜丸白汤送下。
又方 木耳一斤，用扁柏叶煎水洒上，晒干研末 每岁一分，日逐加一分，如
二十五岁可递加至二钱五分为止。俱用白汤调下，如管未退，到二十六天降序一分，只服二钱四分，日逐减至一分为止。
狗肠丸
象牙屑 建青黛 陈松萝 女贞子（各等分）
研细。用黄狗肠一具，洗净蒸烂为丸，每早白汤送下三钱。
混元球 治痔漏如神。
白马屎（七粒） 真川椒（三十七粒） 蕲艾 河蚬（各七钱） 槐皮（一斤，切片研末）
用蚯蚓屎作球，包众药在内晒干，每日一球，安于马桶内烧取烟熏。
痔漏。（《济生》）
血竭 象牙末（各二两） 乳香（去油，六钱） 蝉蜕 没药（去油） 朱砂（各二钱） 白僵蚕 蜂房（各三钱）
上为细末，黄蜡丸弹子大，每空心温酒下三丸。
狐仙封脏丸 此方并不治痔，而治痔有神效之功。十日见效，服完一料，永
不再发。久服可延年益寿。但服此当禁色欲。
枸杞子（去蒂，酒拌蒸） 菟丝子 白茯苓（乳拌，蒸晒五次） 赤茯苓 大生地（竹刀切片） 大

石莲蓬 冬青子（各三两） 川黄连 真川芎 牛膝（酒炒） 赤芍 当归（酒洗） 黄芩
黄柏 熟大黄（各一两） 槐角子 象牙末（各二两） 蛇蜕（去头尾） 全蝎（各五钱） 金墨（一锭约重三钱）
共研细末，炼蜜为丸，每早服三钱，至七日后服二钱五分，又七日服二钱，忌火
酒，又七日服一钱五分，每早晚用柳须、花椒煎水熏洗一料，服完永不再发。忌羊肉、驴肉、公鸡、鲤鱼、辛辣。
又方
蚯蚓（半斤，用竹刀剖开去净腹内泥，砂锅上焙干）
象牙（二两）
共研极细末。用白糖水和匀为丸如梧桐子大，每早空心用陈无灰酒送下三钱。三
服后即有效验，服至十日，有管者渐渐退出，内自生肌。勿吃一切发物、腥、酒、猪
首、公鸡等类，尤忌房事。此方屡用验过多人，万勿轻视。
推车客散 痔漏不论远年近日，最凶者百日收，其管自出。
酸枣仁（炒） 远志肉 苍术（盐、醋、米泔、童便四制） 穿山甲（炙） 侧柏叶（白矾水煮） 枳壳（醋

如法制度为极细末，空心酒调服三钱，或白汤亦可。服一月后，每服加推车客即
蜣螂细末三分，管自退出。如出以快剪去之。
柏胶丸 内消痔漏。
雄黄（同蜜煎老去蜜） 小茴香（各三钱） 川黄连 侧柏叶（各一两） 广胶（八两 切断以牡蛎粉八
两炒成珠，去牡蛎） 熊胆（一钱） 槐角子（一荚四五粒者佳，四两）
研细炼白蜜为丸，早晚各服三钱，白汤送下，荤用鸡蛋，素用豆腐过口。如痔
痛极者，加乳香去油、没药去油（各二钱），蟾酥（一钱五分。）
追毒丸 痔漏通肠，污从孔出，先用此丸追尽脓毒，后服闭管丸立效。
胡连（切片，姜汁拌炒） 皮（炙，切片再炒黄色各一两） 麝香（二分）
研细，软饮为丸麻子大，每服一钱，食前酒下。服丸后脓水反多，药力到也，莫惧。
闭管丸
胡连（一两） 槐花（微炒） 穿山甲（麻油内煮黄色） 石决明（ ，各五钱）
炼蜜丸麻子大。每服一钱，空心清米汤送下，早晚日进二服，至重四十日而愈。如漏四边有硬肉突起者，加蚕茧二
十个炒，研和入药中。并治遍身诸漏皆效。
痔漏不拘蜂窠翻花通肠三十二孔者，不用刀针挂线，立建神功。

加味槐角丸 痔漏通用，并治肠风下血。

钓肠丸 久漏虚漏，肛门肿痛生疮，时有脓血及肠风下血，虚寒久不愈者。

枯白矾（各二两） 鸡冠花（微炒五两） 栝蒌（烧后存性） 皮（烧存性，各二个） 胡桃仁（十五两，不去

研末醋糊丸桐子大，每服二十丸，空心临卧时，俱用温酒送下。
痔漏出血不止。（孙真人。）
熟附子（焙） 明矾（各一两）
研细蜜丸桐子大，每服二丸酒下，一日三服。数日血止，百日除根。
痔漏神方 柿饼放炭火上烧灰存性，每一两入嫩滴乳石一钱，共研细末。每
服一匙，一日服四五次，或茶或米饮，或糕或饭，俱可服。俱在食前服。初服五七
日，必流血水，管渐化出，或痛，或不痛，次流黄水，结疤全愈，永不再发。远年者
用半斤，近者数两。（滴乳石要极嫩的，指甲刮得下者为佳，生用不必 。）
治痔油药（灵秘丹药。）
苏合油 熊胆各五分 鸡蛋头生者二个，取蛋清
将鸡蛋清熬油，三味和匀敷之。（有一赵姓患痔垂死，用之即愈。）
治痔药水
片脑（一分） 朴硝（五分） 熊胆（三分） 蜗牛 田螺肉（各十两） 橄榄核（烧灰五分）
将蜗牛、田螺肉捣烂，入药浸一夜，取水并药敷疮，无不断根。
痔漏。（洪武帝亲验。）
犀角 象牙 乳香 没药（各一两） 明矾 黄蜡（各五钱）
铜器熔化蜡入药，丸梧子大。用连翘、金银花入好酒煎半日，去渣，酒服二十一丸，自愈。
槐角丸
槐角子 槐花（各八两） 槟榔（四两） 黄芩（三两） 刺 皮（两个，酒浸焙）
共为细末，炼蜜为丸桐子大，空心白汤送下，每服一百丸。
又方（《外科秘书》）青苔，青石上者焙末，加生矾少许，再研听用，先将瓦花
一把水煎滚，加盐卤一碗，坐上浴洗，其痔渐渐缩小，揩干将药抹上，但要痛三四次即愈，永不再发。
痔漏（周鹤仙。）
金银花（拣净梗叶） 粉甘草（各一斤）
上二味，以一斤为末，炼蜜为丸如桐子大。以一斤浸黄酒，每用一杯，送丸药
二钱，一日三服，一料即愈。一切痔俱枯落，漏管渐退出，神效无比。
海州州尊李公方 治痔漏血痔如箭，肠风下血，并效。
橡斗子壳（四两） 黄 （蜜炙） 枳壳（麸炒） 黄连（酒炒） 地榆（去下半截，只用上头半截，取净末，各
二两）
共为细末。老米打糊为丸如绿豆大，每清晨用槐花米三钱煎汤送下一钱，重者二
钱，半月全愈。至重者兼用小灵丹必效。
小灵丹 番木鳖不拘多少，用麻油煎枯存性，取起为末，面糊为丸，如萝卜
子大。临卧时用清茶调服一分六厘，盖暖出汗，切忌不可说话。其油用熊胆为末，冰
片少许和匀，留搽外痔。如外痔先以荆芥、防风、瓦松煎汤熏洗涂药；如内痔则只服
二方丹药自愈。此丹兼治中风，口眼 斜，如神。此油搽梅花（瘌痢），三日即好。
痔漏。
活磁石（六两，打如豆大，用硫黄一两研细，以白芨水浸磁石，将硫黄为衣，晒干）
入阳城罐内，铁盏盖定，盐泥固济，升七炷香，冷定开看，其灵药只有三钱，听
用。又用朱砂、明矾、火硝、青盐（各四两）。
入阳城罐内，照前升七炷香，刮取灵药。又用纹银（一两），硫黄（三钱），白砒（三分）。
入倾银罐内，炼化搅成粉，将三项药各称等一分，米饭为丸，空心白芷煎汤送
下一分，半日许下部作胀痛时，要人手拍左右，其管退出；外用好生肌药收口，其
功甚速，如疮口小，可另用好烂药烂开疮口，其管更易退出。如欲速于退管，可用萆麻子一两煎水熏洗，其退更速。
治痔良方 夫痔何由而生，乃心经之积热，流于大肠经，为害于谷道，古人
名之曰痔、曰漏，此证男女皆患。盖缘美味多飧，醇醪过饮，醉饱贪欲，喜怒交加，
渐积而成。其患初起结累如牛乳鸡心，不破为痔，破流脓水为漏，变为莲花通肠鸡
冠，其祸不小，不医则患重于一切。世人不审痔源，不解漏根，动辄药线穿蚀，致受痛苦，男子强求一时之功，而妇人
岂能穿线乎！譬夫瓦破则漏水下流，不补其瓦，漏安能免，予得此方，男妇并治，不理其
疮，惟补其气血为主，使其上不漏则下无害矣。且无号痛之惨，溃烂之险，服此药
者，不惟能愈痔漏，抑且以保寿延年耳。
人参 甘枸杞 生地 当归身（各一两五钱） 茯苓 麦门冬（去心） 枣仁（炒） 远志肉
白芍（酒炒，各八钱） 粉甘草（去皮，五钱） 白术（土炒，一两）
上为细末，用猪心血略加炼蜜，为丸如桐子大。每临卧时，无灰酒送下七八十
丸。先看疮之轻重。轻者煎五六剂，重者十剂，候疮痛止水收。再照方合丸药服。服
时仰卧一二时，勿令心乱妄想，宜少房欲，忌火酒、葱、蒜、生酒、小鸡，宜永断羊肉。
痔漏方（方君达）。若久漏倍人参二三两，鸡冠、石榴等痔，先宜止痛为主，再
搽枯痔药、冰螺散，或用熊胆磨搽，或番木鳖磨搽。
阿魏（一两） 人参（五钱） 生地（三两） 熟地 全蝎（米泔浸洗） 槐花（去梗灰炒） 阿胶（蛤粉炒，各
退管丸（周鹤仙方）
当归（用酒清洗），露蜂房（生长在槐树上的，微炒），川黄连（用酒炒），象牙（各五钱），槐花（微炒），川芎（炒），滴乳香（包裹在新鲜箸叶内，去尽油分，各三钱）。
以上药材共同研磨成细末，取黄蜡二两，熔化后制成如梧桐子大小的药丸。每次空腹时，用漏芦、芦甘石煎汤送服，使痔管退出，然后用剪刀剪除；也有化为脓血排出的情况。
服用此药期间禁止房事，忌食豆腐和烈性白酒。即使痊愈，仍需忌口四十九天。
捷法
地沥青一两，放入有盖的盆中，放入一条大蜈蚣，养在盆内，不要让蜈蚣逃走，等到蜈蚣将油吃尽为止。用竹签将蜈蚣绷住，用竹刀剖开取出腹内的油，涂抹在痔漏患处，务必先将脓血洗净后再涂抹。
琉璃饼
陈芥菜（切碎），陈琉璃（炙，各五钱），螳螂壳（水洗，在阴阳瓦上焙干，三钱），陈皮（烧灰，六钱），田螺（二个，用冰片化水），珍珠（一粒，如果没有用药珠代替）。
五味药材共同研磨成细末，取田螺水和药，趁着潮湿捏成药饼。先用天芥菜在砂锅内煎汤，倒入小口瓶内，对着患处热熏温洗。如果没有天芥菜，也可以用番白草或苦参煎汤熏洗也可以。洗后擦干，将药饼放在患口顶部，用膏药封固。一天更换一次，痔管内仍使用剩下的药末，用鹅毛管吹入。
痔漏丸
大熟地黄（四两），白茯苓，山药，山萸肉，牡丹皮，白芍（各二两），象牙（一两五钱），鳖甲，肉苁蓉，何首乌（各三两）。炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大小，用白开水送服三钱。
又一方
象皮（二两），人乳（浸泡一夜，在瓦上焙脆保留药性），荔枝核（二十八个，焙脆）。
研磨细。用猪横膈膜肝四个，用白酒洗去油分，放入砂锅内加酒约半斤，糯米一撮，煮烂为止，捣烂与药混合制成丸剂。每次服用二钱，用白开水送下，体虚的人用人参汤送下。
又一方
雄牛胆汁放入铜锅微熬，用飞面收湿制成丸剂，空腹时用白开水送服，痔管会从大便排出。
又一方
槐花（炒黑），青黛（各半斤），当归（用酒洗晒干，一两）。
打糊为丸，先嚼一枚核桃肉，用淡盐汤送服三钱，退管速度极快。
又一方
胡黄连（二两），石决明（火煅），槐花，穿山甲（各五钱，用麻油一斤，在瓷瓶内煮至黄色）。
研磨细，用饭做丸，每天早晨用米汤送下一钱。四十天见效。
又一方
胡黄连（用姜汁拌炒），刺蒺藜皮（炒，各一两），指甲（炙，五钱），蜣螂（七个），麝香（二分）。
研磨细，用饭做丸，每天早晨用淡酒送下一钱。忌食烈性白酒、花椒、生姜等味道。
退管如神
活獾子一只，杀死褪毛干净，又将肠内粪便去净，放入石臼内连骨舂碎，盛在坛内密封，埋在背阴地下，或背阴房内，经过三伏天备用。根据痔管的大小，用纸捻蘸取坛内的浮油插入，痔管即会退出，促进生肌敛口。
金蝉补漏
推粪虫（七个），滴乳香（去油），没药（去油，各五钱），炙甘草，生矾，生甘草，熟矾（各七钱五分）。
研磨细，黄蜡四两熔化，趁热制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。先服用八分，逐渐增加至二钱，用酒送服，痔管自然退出。
又一方
木耳一斤，用扁柏叶煎水洒在上面，晒干后研磨成末。每岁一分，每天增加一分，如二十五岁可递加至二钱五分为止。都用白开水调服。如果痔管未退，到第二十六天降序一分，只服二钱四分，每天减少至一分为止。
狗肠丸
象牙屑，建青黛，陈松萝，女贞子（各等分）。
研磨细。用黄狗肠一具，洗净蒸烂制成丸剂，每天早晨用白开水送服三钱。
混元球 治疗痔漏效果神奇。
白马屎（七粒），真川椒（三十七粒），蕲艾，河蚬（各七钱），槐皮（一斤，切片研磨成末）。
用蚯蚓屎做成球状，包裹众药在内晒干，每天一球，放在马桶内燃烧取烟熏。
痔漏。（出自《济生方》）
血竭，象牙末（各二两），乳香（去油，六钱），蝉蜕，没药（去油），朱砂（各二钱），白僵蚕，蜂房（各三钱）。
以上研为细末，黄蜡为丸，如弹子大小。每次空腹时温酒送服三丸。
狐仙封脏丸 此方并不直接治疗痔疮，但对痔漏有神效。十天见效，服完一料，永不复发。久服可以延年益寿。但服用此药应当禁绝色欲。
枸杞子（去蒂，用酒拌蒸），菟丝子，白茯苓（用乳汁拌，蒸晒五次），赤茯苓，大生地（用竹刀切片），大熟地，甘菊花，女贞子，何首乌（同女贞子蒸晒五次），山萸肉，远志肉（用甘草水浸泡二日），当归身，人参，莲须，柏子仁，天门冬，龙眼肉，麦门冬（去心），酸枣仁（各四两），北五味子，川牛膝，粉丹皮，石菖蒲，泽泻（各二两）。
炼蜜为丸，每次服用二钱，用白开水送服。
痔漏丸 此方退管生肌，屡用屡验。
石莲蓬，冬青子（各三两），川黄连，真川芎，牛膝（用酒炒），赤芍，当归（用酒洗），黄芩，黄柏，熟大黄（各一两），槐角子，象牙末（各二两），蛇蜕（去头尾），全蝎（各五钱），金墨（一锭约重三钱）。
共同研磨成细末，炼蜜为丸，每天早晨服用三钱，七日后服用二钱五分，再过七日服用二钱。忌食烈性白酒。再过七日服用一钱五分。每早晚用柳须、花椒煎水熏洗一料。服完永不再发。忌食羊肉、驴肉、公鸡、鲤鱼、辛辣食物。
又一方
蚯蚓（半斤，用竹刀剖开去净腹内泥土，在砂锅上焙干）。
象牙（二两）。
共同研磨极细末。用白糖水和匀制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，每天早晨空腹用陈年无灰酒送服三钱。服用三次后即有效验，服用至十日，有痔管者渐渐退出，内部自然生肌。不要吃一切发物、腥气食物、酒、猪头、公鸡等类，尤其忌讳房事。此方屡用验过多人，万勿轻视。
推车客散 痔漏不论病程长短，最严重的百日治愈，其痔管自然排出。
酸枣仁（炒），远志肉，苍术（用盐、醋、米泔水、童便四种方法炮制），穿山甲（炙），侧柏叶（用白矾水煮），枳壳（用醋煮），地骨皮（各一两），槐角子（炒），贯众（用酒拌，九蒸九晒），陈棕炭（各三两），椿皮（煅存性，一两），白花地丁（七八月采挖生白花者，六两）。
依法制备成极细末，空腹用酒调服三钱，或者用白开水也可以。服用一个月后，每次服用增加推车客即蜣螂细末三分，痔管自然退出。如果排出，用快剪去除。
柏胶丸 内消痔漏。
雄黄（同蜜煎去老蜜），小茴香（各三钱），川黄连，侧柏叶（各一两），广胶（八两，切断后用牡蛎粉八两炒成珠，去掉牡蛎），熊胆（一钱），槐角子（一荚四五粒者佳，四两）。
研磨细，炼白蜜为丸，早晚各服三钱，用白开水送服。荤食用鸡蛋，素食用豆腐过口。如果痔痛极其严重，加乳香去油、没药去油（各二钱），蟾酥（一钱五分）。
追毒丸 痔漏通肠，污秽从孔出，先用此丸追尽脓毒，后服闭管丸立效。
胡黄连（切片，用姜汁拌炒），椿皮（炙，切片再炒黄色，各一两），麝香（二分）。
研磨细，用软饮为丸如麻子大小。每次服用一钱，食前用酒送服。服用丸药后脓水反而增多，是药力到达的表现，不要害怕。
闭管丸
胡黄连（一两），槐花（微炒），穿山甲（在麻油内煮至黄色），石决明（火煅，各五钱）。
炼蜜丸如麻子大小。每次服用一钱，空腹用清米汤送服，早晚每日进服两次，重症四十天痊愈。如果漏管四周有硬肉突起，加蚕茧二十个炒，研磨混入药中。并治疗遍身诸漏皆有效。
痔漏不拘蜂窠翻花通肠三十二孔者，不用刀针挂线，立即建立神功。
黑丑（连皮炒），大黄（用酒拌，蒸极烂），白莲蕊（各三两），红矾（用醋煮），五倍子（炒），五味子（炒），川当归（各一两），黄连（七钱），乳香（去油），没药（去油，各一钱），山豆根（五钱）。
研磨细，用酒叠丸，每次服用一钱五分，用肉汤送服。
退管。
童发（煅），槐角子（炒，各一两），白蒺藜（炒，去刺，二两），直僵蚕（炒），皮硝（炒），儿茶，没药（去油，各五钱），蝉蜕（用酒洗，焙，三钱），蜂房（焙，四钱），犀角（在瓦上炙），鹿茸（各五钱），肥皂子（四十九粒，取肉在瓦上焙）。
研磨细。用黄蜡四钱，狗油一两，熔化均匀和丸如梧桐子大小。每次服用六七十丸，早晚用酒送服。半月痔管自然退出。
加味槐角丸 痔漏通用，并治疗肠风下血。
川芎，真阿胶，白芷（各五钱），槐角子，生地，当归身（各二两），黄连，条芩，枳壳，连翘，防风，秦艽，地榆，升麻（各一两），黄芪（二两）。
研磨末，蜜丸。或者用酒糊丸如梧桐子大小，每次服用五十丸，逐渐增加至七八十丸、一百丸，空腹用温酒或米汤送服。
钓肠丸 治疗久漏虚漏，肛门肿痛生疮，时有脓血及肠风下血，虚寒久不愈者。
生附子（去皮、脐），枯绿矾（各一两），诃子（煨），枳壳（去瓤麸炒），天南星（生用），白附子，半夏，枯白矾（各二两），鸡冠花（微炒五两），栝蒌（烧后存性），椿皮（烧存性，各二个），胡桃仁（十五两，不去油，罐内煅存性）。
研磨末，醋糊丸如梧桐子大小。每次服用二十丸，空腹临卧时，都用温酒送服。
痔漏出血不止。（孙真人方。）
熟附子（焙），明矾（各一两）。
研磨细，蜜丸如梧桐子大小。每次服用二丸，用酒送服，一日三次。数日血止，百日除根。
痔漏神方 柿饼放在炭火上烧灰存性，每一两加入嫩滴乳石一钱，共同研磨细末。每次服用一匙，一日服用四五次，或用茶或米饮，或糕或饭，都可以送服。都在食前服用。初服五七日，必然流血水，痔管渐渐化出，或痛，或不痛，随后流黄水，结疤全愈，永不再发。病程久远者用半斤，病程近者用数两。（滴乳石要极嫩的，指甲刮得下的为佳，生用不必煅。）
治痔油药（灵秘丹药。）
苏合油，熊胆各五分，鸡蛋头生者二个，取蛋清。
将鸡蛋清熬油，三味和匀敷之。（有一位赵姓患者患痔垂死，用此药即愈。）
治痔药水
片脑（一分），朴硝（五分），熊胆（三分），蜗牛，田螺肉（各十两），橄榄核（烧灰五分）。
将蜗牛、田螺肉捣烂，入药浸泡一夜，取水并药敷疮，无不除根。
痔漏。（洪武帝亲验方。）
犀角，象牙，乳香，没药（各一两），明矾，黄蜡（各五钱）。
铜器熔化蜡入药，丸如梧子大小。用连翘、金银花入好酒煎半天，去渣，酒服二十一丸，自愈。
槐角丸
槐角子，槐花（各八两），槟榔（四两），黄芩（三两），刺蒺藜皮（两个，用酒浸焙）。
共同为细末，炼蜜为丸如梧桐子大小，空腹用白开水送服，每次服用一百丸。
又一方（《外科秘书》）青苔，长在青石上的焙干成末，加少许生矾，再研磨备用。先将瓦花一把水煎滚，加盐卤一碗，坐上浴洗，其痔渐渐缩小，揩干将药抹上，但要痛三四次即愈，永不再发。
痔漏（周鹤仙方。）
金银花（拣净梗叶），粉甘草（各一斤）。
以上两味，以一斤为末，炼蜜为丸如梧桐子大小。以一斤浸黄酒，每次用一杯，送丸药二钱，一日三次，一料即愈。一切痔都枯落，漏管渐渐退出，神效无比。
海州州尊李公方 治疗痔漏血痔如箭，肠风下血，均有效。
橡斗子壳（四两），黄芪（蜜炙），枳壳（麸炒），黄连（酒炒），地榆（去下半截，只用上头半截，取净末，各二两）。
共同为细末。老米打糊为丸如绿豆大小，每清晨用槐花米三钱煎汤送下一钱，重症者二钱，半月全愈。至重者兼用小灵丹必效。
小灵丹 番木鳖不拘多少，用麻油煎枯存性，取起为末，面糊为丸，如萝卜子大小。临卧时用清茶调服一分六厘，盖暖出汗，切忌不可说话。其油用熊胆为末，冰片少许和匀，留搽外痔。如外痔先以荆芥、防风、瓦松煎汤熏洗涂药；如内痔则只服二方丹药自愈。此丹兼治中风，口眼歪斜，如神。此油搽梅花癣（癞痢），三日即好。
痔漏。
活磁石（六两，打如豆大，用硫黄一两研细，用白芨水浸磁石，将硫黄为衣，晒干）。
入阳城罐内，铁盏盖定，盐泥固济，升七炷香，冷定开看，其灵药只有三钱，备用。又用朱砂、明矾、火硝、青盐（各四两）。
入阳城罐内，照前升七炷香，刮取灵药。又用纹银（一两），硫黄（三钱），白砒（三分）。
入倾银罐内，炼化搅成粉，将三项药各称等一分，米饭为丸，空腹用白芷煎汤送下一分，半日许下部作胀痛时，要人手拍左右，其管退出；外用好生肌药收口，其功甚速，如疮口小，可另用好烂药烂开疮口，其管更易退出。如欲速于退管，可用蓖麻子一两煎水熏洗，其退更速。
治痔良方 痔疮为何而生，乃是心经之积热，流于大肠经，为害于谷道，古人名为痔、为漏，此证男女皆患。大概因为美味多食，醇酒过饮，醉饱贪欲，喜怒交加，渐积而成。其患初起结累如牛乳鸡心，不破为痔，破流脓水为漏，变为莲花通肠鸡冠，其祸不小，不医则患重于一切。世人不审痔源，不解漏根，动辄药线穿蚀，致受痛苦，男子强求一时之功，而妇人岂能穿线乎！譬如瓦破则漏水下流，不补其瓦，漏安能免，予得此方，男妇并治，不理其疮，惟补其气血为主，使其上不漏则下无害矣。且无号痛之惨，溃烂之险，服此药者，不惟能愈痔漏，抑且以保寿延年耳。
人参，甘枸杞，生地，当归身（各一两五钱），茯苓，麦门冬（去心），枣仁（炒），远志肉，白芍（酒炒，各八钱），粉甘草（去皮，五钱），白术（土炒，一两）。
以上为细末，用猪心血略加炼蜜，为丸如梧桐子大小。每次临卧时，用无灰酒送下七八十丸。先看疮之轻重。轻者煎五六剂，重者十剂，候疮痛止水收。再照方合丸药服。服药时仰卧一二时，勿令心乱妄想，宜少房欲，忌烈性白酒、葱、蒜、生酒、小鸡，宜永断羊肉。
痔漏方（方君达）。若久漏倍人参二三两，鸡冠、石榴等痔，先宜止痛为主，再搽枯痔药、冰螺散，或用熊胆磨搽，或番木鳖磨搽。

Tuiguan Wan (Formula of Zhou Hexian)
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, washed with wine), Lufengfang (Apiis Nidus, from locust trees, slightly stir-fried), Chuanlian (Coptidis Rhizoma, stir-fried with wine), Xiangya (Elephantis Dentis Substantia, each 5 qian), Huaihua (Sophorae Flos, slightly stir-fried), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, stir-fried), Diluxiang (Boswelliae Resina, wrapped in fresh leaves to remove oil, each 3 qian).
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Take 2 liang of Huangla (Beeswax), melt it, and make pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take on an empty stomach with a decoction of Loulu (Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba) and Luganshi (Calamina), so that the fistula tract is expelled, then cut it off with scissors; some may turn into pus and blood and discharge.
Avoid sexual intercourse, tofu, and strong liquor while taking this medicine. Even if cured, continue the dietary restrictions for 49 days.
Jiefang (Quick Method)
Put 1 liang of Diqingxi (Bitumen) in a covered basin. Place one large Wugong (Scolopendra) inside, preventing it from escaping. Wait until the Scolopendra has consumed the bitumen. Pin the Scolopendra with a bamboo stick, slice it open with a bamboo knife, and extract the oil from its abdomen. Apply this oil to the hemorrhoid or fistula lesion after thoroughly cleaning away pus and blood.
Liuli Bing (Glazed Cake)
Chenjiecai (Old Mustard Greens, chopped), Chenliuli (Old Glaze, calcined, each 5 qian), Tanglangqiao (Mantis Ootheca, washed, baked on Yin-Yang tiles, 3 qian), Chenpi (Aged Tangerine Peel, burnt to ash, 6 qian), Tianluo (Snail, 2 pieces, dissolved with Bingpian/Borneol water), Zhenzhu (Pearl, 1 piece, substitute with Yaozhu/Medical Pearl if unavailable).
Grind the five ingredients into fine powder. Mix with snail juice to form cakes while damp. First, decoct Tianjiecai (Descurainiae Herba) in a clay pot, pour into a small-mouthed bottle, and fumigate/wash the affected area with the hot steam. If Tianjiecai is unavailable, use Fanbaicao (Portulaca Oleracea) or Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix) for fumigation and washing. After drying, place the cake on the top of the lesion and seal with plaster. Change once daily. For the fistula tract, blow the remaining powder into it using a goose feather tube.
Zhilou Wan (Hemorrhoid and Fistula Pill)
Dashudi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, 4 liang), Baifuling (Poria, 2 liang), Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma, 2 liang), Shanyurou (Corni Fructus, 2 liang), Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex, 2 liang), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, 2 liang), Xiangya (Elephantis Dentis Substantia, 1.5 liang), Biejia (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum, 3 liang), Rongzhurou (Cistanches Herba, 3 liang), Heshouwu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix, 3 liang).
Make pills with refined honey, size of Sophora seeds. Take 3 qian with warm water.
Another Formula
Xiangpi (Elephantis Cutis, 2 liang), Renru (Human Milk, soaked overnight, baked crisp on tiles retaining efficacy), Lizhihe (Litchi Seed, 28 pieces, baked crisp).
Grind finely. Use 4 pig diaphragm livers, wash with white wine to remove oil, add to a clay pot with about half a jin of wine and a pinch of glutinous rice. Boil until soft, mash, and mix with the powder to make pills. Take 2 qian with warm water; for deficient patients, take with Ginseng decoction.
Another Formula
Xiongniu danzhi (Male Cattle Gallbladder Juice) is slightly boiled in a copper pot. Combine with Feimian (fine wheat flour) to make pills. Take on an empty stomach with warm water; the fistula tract will be discharged via stool.
Another Formula
Huaihua (Sophorae Flos, charred black), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, each half jin), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, washed with wine and dried, 1 liang).
Make pills with paste. Chew one walnut kernel first, then take 3 qian with light salt water. This rapidly expels the fistula tract.
Another Formula
Huhuanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, 2 liang), Shijueming (Argonautae Oolitheca, calcined), Huaihua (Sophorae Flos), Chuanshanjia (Manis Squama, each 5 qian, boiled in 1 jin of sesame oil in a porcelain bottle until yellow).
Grind finely. Make pills with cooked rice. Take 1 qian with rice soup every morning. Efficacy seen in 40 days.
Another Formula
Hulian (Coptidis Rhizoma, stir-fried with ginger juice), Ciji (Tribuli Fructus, stir-fried, each 1 liang), Zhijia (Nails, calcined, 5 qian), Qianglang (Scarabaeus Sphalerus, 7 pieces), Shexiang (Moschus, 2 fen).
Grind finely. Make pills with cooked rice. Take 1 qian with light wine every morning. Avoid strong liquor, Sichuan pepper, and ginger.
Tuiguan Rushen (Divine Efficacy in Expelling Tracts)
Take one live Huanzi (Badger), kill it, remove hair cleanly, clean the intestines of feces, and pound the whole body including bones in a mortar. Store in a jar, seal tightly, and bury in a shady place or room. Let it ferment through the Sanfu (Dog Days) period. For use: depending on the size of the tract, dip a paper wick in the floating oil from the jar and insert it into the tract. The tract will be expelled, promoting tissue regeneration and wound closure.
Jinchan Bulou (Golden Cicada Repairing Fistula)
Tuifen chong (Scarabaeus Sphalerus, 7 pieces), Diluxiang (Boswelliae Resina, oil removed), Moyao (Myrrhae Resina, oil removed, each 5 qian), Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata), Shengfan (Alumen Crudum), Shenggancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Shufan (Alumen Ustam, each 7.5 qian).
Grind finely. Melt 4 liang of Huangla (Beeswax) and make pills the size of Sophora seeds while hot. Start with 8 fen, gradually increase to 2 qian, taken with wine. The tract will naturally recede.
Tuiguan (Expelling Tract)
Grind 1 jin of dried and stir-fried cowhide powder and 0.5 jin of Huaiguozhi (Sophorae Tonkinensis Fructus) into fine powder. Make pills with honey. Take with warm water.
Another Formula
Take 1 jin of Mu'er (Aurantii Microcarpi Fructus), sprinkle with decoction of Bianbaiye (Platycladi Cacumen), dry, and grind into powder. Dosage: 1 fen per year of age, increasing by 1 fen daily. For a 25-year-old, increase up to 2.5 qian. Mix with warm water. If the tract has not receded by day 26, reduce dosage by 1 fen, down to 2.4 qian, decreasing daily until 1 fen.
Gouchang Wan (Dog Intestine Pill)
Xiangyaxie (Elephantis Dentis Substantia Powder), Jianqingdai (Indigo Naturalis), Chen songluo (Usnea, aged), Nvzhenzi (Ligustri Lucidi Fructus, equal parts).
Grind finely. Steam one yellow dog intestine until soft, mix with powder, and make pills. Take 3 qian with warm water every morning.
Hunyuan Qiu (Primordial Sphere) - Divine Efficacy for Hemorrhoids and Fistulas.
Baimashi (White Horse Manure, 7 grains), Zhen Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper, 37 grains), Qiai (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), Hexian (Corbiculae Concha, each 7 qian), Huaipi (Phellodendri Cortex, 1 jin, sliced and ground).
Form pellets using earthworm excrement, enclosing the herbs inside. Dry them. Burn one pellet daily in a toilet and fumigate with the smoke.
Zhilou (Hemorrhoids and Fistulas) - From *Jisheng Fang*.
Xuexie (Draco Sanguis), Xiangya Mo (Elephantis Dentis Substantia Powder, each 2 liang), Ruxiang (Boswelliae Resina, oil removed, 6 qian), Chantui (Bombyx Batryticatus), Moyao (Myrrhae Resina, oil removed), Zhusha (Cinnabar, each 2 qian), Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus), Fengfang (Apiis Nidus, each 3 qian).
Grind into fine powder. Make pills with Huangla (Beeswax), size of a bullet. Take 3 pills with warm wine on an empty stomach.
Huxian Fengzang Wan (Fox Immortal Sealing Viscera Pill)
This formula does not directly treat hemorrhoids but has miraculous effects on fistulas. Visible results in 10 days; after one course, no recurrence. Long-term use promotes longevity. Sexual abstinence is required during treatment.
Gouqizi (Lycii Fructus, stalks removed, steamed with wine), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen), Baifuling (Poria, steamed and sun-dried 5 times with milk), Chifuling (Red Poria), Dashengdi (Rehmanniae Radix, sliced with bamboo knife), Doshudi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), Ganjuhua (Chrysanthemi Flos), Nvzhenzi (Ligustri Lucidi Fructus), Heshouwu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix, steamed and sun-dried 5 times with Nvzhenzi), Shanyurou (Corni Fructus), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, soaked in Licorice water for 2 days), Dangguishen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Lianxu (Nelumbinis Stamen), Baiziren (Biota Semen), Tiandong (Asparagi Radix), Rougui (Longan Aril), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix, heart removed), Suanzaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, each 4 liang), Bei Wuwei (Schisandrae Fructus), Chuan Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Fen Danpi (Moutan Cortex), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma, each 2 liang).
Make pills with refined honey. Take 2 qian with warm water.
Zhilou Wan (Hemorrhoid and Fistula Pill)
Shilianpeng (Nelumbinis Calyx), Dongqingzi (Ilicis Cornutae Fructus, each 3 liang), Chuanhuanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Zhen Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, wine-stir-fried), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, wine-washed), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Shu Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma Preparata, each 1 liang), Huaiguozhi (Sophorae Tonkinensis Fructus), Xiangya Mo (Elephantis Dentis Substantia Powder, each 2 liang), Shetui (Bovis Colla Depurata, head and tail removed), Quanxie (Scorpio, each 5 qian), Jinmo (Gold Ink, one stick approx. 3 qian).
Grind into fine powder. Make pills with refined honey. Take 3 qian every morning. After 7 days, take 2.5 qian. After another 7 days, take 2 qian. Avoid strong liquor. After another 7 days, take 1.5 qian. Fumigate and wash with Willow whiskers and Sichuan pepper decoction twice daily for one course. No recurrence after completion. Avoid mutton, donkey meat, rooster, carp, and spicy foods.
Another Formula
Qiuyin (Earthworm, 0.5 jin, slit open with bamboo knife, remove soil, bake dry in clay pot).
Xiangya (Elephantis Cutis, 2 liang).
Grind into extremely fine powder. Mix with white sugar water to make pills size of Sophora seeds. Take 3 qian on an empty stomach every morning with aged non-fermented wine. Effective after three doses. By day 10, tracts gradually recede, and internal tissue regenerates. Avoid all stimulating foods, raw fish, alcohol, pig heads, roosters, etc. Especially avoid sexual intercourse. This formula has been verified on many people; do not underestimate it.
Tuche Ke San (Cart-Pusher Powder)
Effective for hemorrhoids and fistulas regardless of duration. Worst cases heal in 100 days, with natural expulsion of tracts.
Suanzaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, stir-fried), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma, processed with salt, vinegar, rice wash water, and child's urine), Chuanshanjia (Manis Squama, calcined), Cibaiye (Platycladi Cacumen, boiled with Alumen), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, boiled with vinegar), Digupi (Lycii Cortex, each 1 liang), Huaiguozhi (Sophorae Tonkinensis Fructus, stir-fried), Guanzhong (Cyathullae Rhizoma, wine-mixed, steamed and sun-dried 9 times), Chen Zongtan (Canni Fibra Carbonisatum, each 3 liang), Chunpi (Toosendan Fructus, calcined retaining nature, 1 liang), Baihua Diding (Viola Yedoensis Herb, harvested in July-August with white flowers, 6 liang).
Process according to method into extremely fine powder. Take 3 qian mixed with wine on an empty stomach, or with warm water. After one month, add 3 fen of Tuche Ke (Scarabaeus Sphalerus) powder to each dose. The tract will naturally expel. Cut it off quickly if it protrudes.
Bojiao Wan (Birch Gum Pill) - Internal resolution of hemorrhoids and fistulas.
Xionghuang (Realgar, boiled with honey to remove old honey), Xiaohuixiang (Foeniculi Fructus, each 3 qian), Chuanhuanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Cibaiye (Platycladi Cacumen, each 1 liang), Guangjiao (Colla Corii Asini, 8 liang, cut and stir-fried with 8 liang Ostreae Concha until pearl-like, remove Ostreae), Xiongdan (Ursi Fel, 1 qian), Huaiguozhi (Sophorae Tonkinensis Fructus, 4 liang, 4-5 seeds per pod are best).
Grind finely. Make pills with refined white honey. Take 3 qian morning and evening with warm water. Accompany with egg (non-vegetarian) or tofu (vegetarian). For severe pain, add Ruxiang (Boswelliae Resina, oil removed) and Moyao (Myrrhae Resina, oil removed, each 2 qian), Chansu (Bufonis Venenum, 1.5 qian).
Zuidu Wan (Poison-Chasing Pill)
For hemorrhoids/fistulas penetrating the intestine, where filth discharges from the orifice. Use this pill first to chase out all pus and toxins, then use Guanbi Wan (Tube-Closing Pill) for immediate effect.
Hulian (Coptidis Rhizoma, sliced, stir-fried with ginger juice), Chunpi (Toosendan Fructus, calcined, sliced, stir-fried yellow, each 1 liang), Shexiang (Moschus, 2 fen).
Grind finely. Make pills size of hemp seeds with soft drink. Take 1 qian before meals with wine. Increased pus discharge after taking indicates the medicine has reached the site; do not fear.
Guanbi Wan (Tube-Closing Pill)
Hulian (Coptidis Rhizoma, 1 liang), Huaihua (Sophorae Flos, slightly stir-fried), Chuanshanjia (Manis Squama, boiled in sesame oil until yellow), Shijueming (Argonautae Oolitheca, calcined, each 5 qian).
Make pills with refined honey, size of hemp seeds. Take 1 qian on an empty stomach with clear rice soup. Twice daily. Severe cases cure in 40 days. If hard flesh protrudes around the fistula, add 20 fried silkworm cocoons, grind, and mix into the medicine. Also effective for various fistulas on the body.
For hemorrhoids/fistulas regardless of complexity (e.g., honeycomb, flower-like, penetrating intestines, 32 holes), without using knives, needles, or threads, divine efficacy is achieved immediately.
Heiqiu (Cassiae Semen, stir-fried with skin), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, wine-mixed, steamed until very soft), Bailianrui (Nelumbinis Stamen, each 3 liang), Hongfan (Ferrum Arsenicosum, boiled with vinegar), Wubeizi (Terminaliae Fructus, stir-fried), Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus, stir-fried), Chuan Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, each 1 liang), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, 7 qian), Ruxiang (Boswelliae Resina, oil removed), Moyao (Myrrhae Resina, oil removed, each 1 qian), Shandougen (Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix, 5 qian).
Grind finely. Make pills layered with wine. Take 1.5 qian with meat broth.
Tuiguan (Expelling Tract)
Tong Xueyu (Capillaris Humanis Carbonisatus), Huaiguozhi (Sophorae Tonkinensis Fructus, stir-fried, each 1 liang), Baijili (Tribuli Fructus, stir-fried, thorns removed, 2 liang), Zhijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, stir-fried), Pixiao (Natrii Sulfas, stir-fried), Ercha (Camelliae Sinensis Var. Assamicae Folia Et Ramulus), Moyao (Myrrhae Resina, oil removed, each 5 qian), Chantui (Bombyx Batryticatus, wine-washed, baked, 3 qian), Fengfang (Apiis Nidus, baked, 4 qian), Xijiao (Rhino Ceratoss, calcined on tile), Lurong (Cervi Cornu Degelatinatum, each 5 qian), Feizaizi (Saponis Fructus, 49 pieces, flesh baked on tile).
Grind finely. Melt 4 qian Huangla (Beeswax) and 1 liang Gouyou (Dog Fat), mix evenly, and make pills size of Sophora seeds. Take 60-70 pills morning and evening with wine. The tract will naturally recede in half a month.
Jiawei Huaijiao Wan (Modified Huaijiao Pill) - General for hemorrhoids/fistulas, also treats Changfeng Xiexue (Intestinal Wind Bleeding).
Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Zhen Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini, each 5 qian), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, 5 qian), Huaiguozhi (Sophorae Tonkinensis Fructus), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix, each 2 liang), Dangguishen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 2 liang), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Tiao Qin (Scutellariae Radix, each 1 liang), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Qinjiao (Gentianos Macrophyllae Radix), Diyü (Sanguisorbae Radix), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma, each 1 liang), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, 2 liang).
Grind into powder. Make pills with honey or wine paste, size of Sophora seeds. Take 50 pills initially, gradually increase to 70-80, then 100 pills. Take on an empty stomach with warm wine or rice soup.
Diaochang Wan (Hooking Intestine Pill)
For chronic/deficient fistulas, anal swelling/pain with sores, intermittent pus/blood discharge, and Changfeng Xiexue (Intestinal Wind Bleeding), chronic deficiency-cold not healing.
Sheng Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata, peel and navel removed), Ku Lüfan (Green Alum, each 1 liang), Hezi (Chebulae Fructus, roasted), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, pulp removed, bran-stir-fried), Tiannanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, raw), Baifu Zi (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Preparata), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Ku Baifan (White Alum, each 2 liang), Jiguanhua (Galli Crista, slightly stir-fried, 5 liang), Gualou (Trichosanthis Fructus, burnt retaining nature), Chunpi (Toosendan Fructus, burnt retaining nature, each 2 pieces), Hutao Ren (Juglandis Semen, 15 liang, keep oil, calcined in pot retaining nature).
Grind into powder. Make pills with vinegar paste, size of Sophora seeds. Take 20 pills on an empty stomach and before bed with warm wine.
Zhilou Chuxue Bizhi (Unstoppable Bleeding from Hemorrhoids/Fistulas) - Sun Simiao's Formula.
Shu Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata, baked), Mingfan (Alumen, each 1 liang).
Grind finely. Make pills with honey, size of Sophora seeds. Take 2 pills with wine, three times a day. Bleeding stops in a few days; root cause eliminated in 100 days.
Zhilou Shenfang (Divine Formula for Hemorrhoids/Fistulas)
Roast Persimmon Cake (Shibing) on charcoal fire until ash retains efficacy. For every 1 liang of ash, add 1 qian of Nen Dilushi (Young Gypsum Fibrosum). Grind finely. Take one spoonful, 4-5 times a day, with tea, rice drink, cake, or rice. Take before meals. In the first 5-7 days, bloody fluid will discharge, and the tract will gradually dissolve/expel. It may hurt or not. Then yellow fluid discharges, scabs form, complete cure, no recurrence. For long-standing cases, use half a jin; for recent cases, use several liang. (Use very young Gypsum Fibrosum that can be scratched with a fingernail; use raw, do not calcine.)
Zhi Shi Youyao (Hemorrhoid Oil Medicine) - Lingmi Yangdan.
Suheyóu (Styrax Liquidus), Xiongdan (Ursi Fel, each 5 fen). Two raw eggs, take the egg white.
Boil egg white to make oil. Mix the three ingredients and apply. (A Mr. Zhao was dying from hemorrhoids; he was cured instantly using this.)
Zhi Shi Yaoshui (Hemorrhoid Medicinal Water)
Piannao (Borneolum Syntheticum, 1 fen), Puxiao (Natrii Sulfas, 5 fen), Xiongdan (Ursi Fel, 3 fen), Woniu (Helix Aspersa), Tianluo Rou (Snail Flesh, each 10 liang), Ganlanhe (Canarii Fructus, burnt to ash, 5 fen).
Mash Woniu and Tianluo Rou. Soak medicines in them overnight. Take the liquid and medicine to apply to the sore. Root cause eliminated.
Zhilou (Hemorrhoids/Fistulas) - Verified by Emperor Hongwu.
Xijiao (Rhino Ceratoss), Xiangya (Elephantis Dentis Substantia), Ruxiang (Boswelliae Resina), Moyao (Myrrhae Resina, each 1 liang), Mingfan (Alumen), Huangla (Beeswax, each 5 qian).
Melt wax in a copper vessel with the medicine. Make pills size of Sophora seeds. Decoct Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus) and Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos) in good wine for half a day. Strain. Take 21 pills with wine. Self-heals.
Huaijiao Wan (Sophora Fruit Pill)
Huaiguozhi (Sophorae Tonkinensis Fructus), Huaihua (Sophorae Flos, each 8 liang), Binglang (Arecae Semen, 4 liang), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, 3 liang), Ciji Pi (Tribuli Fructus Cortex, 2 pieces, wine-soaked and baked).
Grind into fine powder. Make pills with refined honey, size of Sophora seeds. Take 100 pills on an empty stomach with warm water.
Another Formula (*Waike Mishi*)
Qingtai (Green Moss), from green stones, baked and ground. Add a little Shengfan (Alumen Crudum), grind again. First, boil a handful of Wahi (Tile Flower/Wall Moss) in water, add one bowl of Yanlu (Salt Brine). Sit and wash. Hemorrhoids gradually shrink. Dry and apply medicine. Pain occurs 3-4 times, then cures, no recurrence.
Zhilou (Hemorrhoids/Fistulas) - Zhou Hexian's Formula.
Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, cleaned stems and leaves), Fengancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata, each 1 jin).
Grind these two into powder. Make pills with refined honey, size of Sophora seeds. Soak 1 jin of the powder in Yellow Wine. Take one cup to deliver 2 qian of pills, three times a day. One course cures. All hemorrhoids wither and fall off; fistula tracts gradually recede. Miraculous efficacy.
Haizhou Prefect Li's Formula
Treats hemorrhoids/fistulas, arterial bleeding hemorrhoids, and Changfeng Xiexue (Intestinal Wind Bleeding).
Xiangdouzi Qiao (Quercus variabilis Cupule, 4 liang), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, honey-roasted), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, bran-roasted), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, wine-stir-fried), Diyü (Sanguisorbae Radix, remove lower half, use upper half only, pure powder, each 2 liang).
Grind into fine powder. Make pills with old rice paste, size of mung beans. Every morning, decoct 3 qian Huaihua Mi (Sophora Flower Rice) in water to deliver 1 qian of pills (2 qian for severe cases). Cured in half a month. For most severe cases, combine with Xiao Lingdan (Little Spirit Pill) for sure efficacy.
Xiao Lingdan (Little Spirit Pill)
Fanmubie (Strychni Semen), any amount. Fry in sesame oil until crisp retaining efficacy. Grind into powder. Make pills with flour paste, size of radish seeds. Before bed, take 1.6 li with clear tea. Keep warm to induce sweating. Do not speak. The oil residue: grind Xiongdan (Ursi Fel) into powder, mix with a little Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum). Reserve for external application on external hemorrhoids. For external hemorrhoids, fumigate/wash with Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Wasong (Radulae Musci) decoction, then apply medicine. For internal hemorrhoids, just take the two formulas internally. This pill also treats stroke, facial paralysis, miraculously. This oil cures Meihua Xian (Ringworm/Tinea) in 3 days.
Zhilou (Hemorrhoids/Fistulas)
Huo Cishi (Magnetitum, 6 liang, crushed bean-sized). Use 1 liang Sulfur ground fine. Soak Magnetitum in Baji (Polygoni Multiflori Vine) water, coat with Sulfur, dry. Put into Yangcheng jar. Cover with iron lid, seal with salt mud. Distill for seven incense sticks' time. Cool down and open. Only 3 qian of spirit medicine remains. Reserve. Also use Zhusha (Cinnabar), Mingfan (Alumen), Huoxiao (Saltpeter), Qingyan (Halitum, each 4 liang). Put into Yangcheng jar. Distill as before. Scrape off spirit medicine. Also use Wen Yin (Silver, 1 liang), Sulfur (3 qian), Baipi (Arsenic Trioxide, 3 fen). Put into silver melting jar. Refine, stir into powder. Weigh equal parts of the three medicines. Make pills with rice. Take 1 fen on an empty stomach with Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) decoction. After half a day, when lower body feels distended/painful, have someone pat left and right. The tract will expel. Apply good tissue-regenerating medicine externally to close the wound. Very fast. If wound is small, use a caustic medicine to enlarge it for easier tract expulsion. To speed up tract expulsion, fumigate/wash with 1 liang Castor Bean (Bimazi) decoction; expulsion is even faster.
Zhi Zhi Liangfang (Good Formula for Treating Hemorrhoids)
Why do hemorrhoids arise? They are accumulated heat in the Heart Meridian flowing into the Large Intestine Meridian, harming the anal canal. Ancients named them Zhi (Hemorrhoids) and Lou (Fistulas). Both men and women suffer. Caused by excessive rich food, overdrinking strong wine, gluttony, lust, anger, and joy accumulating over time. Initially, nodules form like cow's milk or chicken hearts. Unbroken, they are Zhi (Hemorrhoids); broken with pus discharge, they are Lou (Fistulas). They may transform into Lotus-shaped, intestinal-penetrating, or Cock Comb shapes. The disaster is significant; without treatment, the condition worsens beyond all others. People who do not understand the source of hemorrhoids or the root of fistulas often use medicinal threads to pierce and erode, causing suffering. Men may seek quick results, but how can women endure thread piercing? Like a broken tile leaking water, if the tile is not repaired, how can the leak stop? I obtained this formula, treating both men and women. It does not focus on the sore itself but primarily tonifies Qi and Blood. If the upper part does not leak, the lower part is safe. There is no agony of crying pain or danger of ulceration. Those taking this medicine not only cure hemorrhoids/fistulas but also preserve life and extend years.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Gan Gouqi (Lycii Fructus), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix), Dangguishen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, each 1.5 liang), Fuling (Poria, 8 qian), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix, heart removed, 8 qian), Zaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, stir-fried, 8 qian), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, 8 qian), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, wine-stir-fried, 8 qian), Fengancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata, peeled, 5 qian), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, earth-stir-fried, 1 liang).
Grind into fine powder. Mix with Pig Heart Blood and a little refined honey. Make pills size of Sophora seeds. Take 70-80 pills with non-fermented wine before bed. Assess severity first. Mild cases: decoct 5-6 doses. Severe cases: 10 doses. Wait for pain to stop and discharge to cease. Then take the pills according to the formula. Lie supine for 1-2 hours after taking. Do not let the mind wander. Reduce sexual desire. Avoid strong liquor, scallions, garlic, raw wine, young chickens. Permanently avoid mutton.
Zhilou Fang (Hemorrhoid/Fistula Formula) - Fang Jun Da.
For chronic fistulas, increase Renshen (Ginseng Radix) by 2-3 liang. For Cock Comb or Pomegranate hemorrhoids, prioritize pain relief first, then apply Kuzhi Yao (Withering Hemorrhoid Medicine), Bingsuo San (Ice Snail Powder), or rub with Xiongdan (Ursi Fel) or Fanmubie (Strychni Semen).
