诸痔初起煎方
槐角子（黑牛胆制） 生地 当归 连翘 枳壳 升麻 荆芥穗 陈皮 防风 地榆
（各等分） 黄连 黄柏 黄芩（此三味春秋用七分，夏用一钱五分，冬用五分）
水煎空心服。大便秘加蒸大黄、火麻仁。
又方
柴胡 甘草 浓朴 独活 生地 牡丹皮 陈皮 槐角子 黄芩 白芍 金银花 当归 黄柏 水煎服。
痔疮初起大便下血，未破无脓，皆可内消。
象牙（ ） 白僵蚕（ ） 地榆（ ） 胡黄连（各一两） 槐花（火酒拌炒） 贯众（火酒拌炒） 生地
（各二钱） 石燕（一对，火 醋淬）
研细蜜丸。清晨淡盐汤送下二钱。
熊胆散 痔疮坚硬作痛，脱肛肿泛不收。冰片一分，熊胆二分，研细。先将
大田螺一个，用尖刀挑起螺靥，入药在内，放片时，待螺化出浆水，用鸡翎扫痔上，频频用之即愈。
又方 田螺水养伺其靥开，入冰片少许，螺自化水，鸡翎扫上。
又方 槐花研末。灌入雄牛胆内阴干为丸，白汤送下三钱。
又方 雄鹅胆汁调冰片搽之。
又方
白鹅胆（取汁，三四枚） 熊胆（二分） 冰片（一分）
调匀，涂痔上。
又方
橄榄核（ 灰） 熊胆（二钱） 冰片（六分）
研匀，鹅胆汁调搽。
内痔 树上干桃枚，阴阳瓦焙干，再入冰片三分入瓶内，加猪胆汁挤入肛内。
立止痔疼 乌梅肉七枚，阴阳瓦焙研细末，冰片三分，儿茶七分，研细末，先以瓦松皮硝汤洗过，再搽。
又方 活蚯蚓洗净泥土，捣烂冲热酒服，外用猪胆调杏仁冰片末，鸡翎扫上。
痔内生虫 鳗鲡鱼骨烧烟薰肛门，其痔内虫尽死。
药线方 诸痔瘿瘤，凡根蒂小而头面大者，用此线系，其患根自落。
芫花（五钱） 壁钱（二钱） 白色细扣线（三钱）
水一碗，同浸小瓷罐内，慢火煮，水干为度，取线阴干，凡遇前患，用线一根，
患大者二根，双扣系于根蒂，两头留线，日渐紧之，其患自然冰冷紫黑，枯落后长肉药收口。
又方 蜘蛛网四边粗丝合成线，结患根上。
枯痔法 凡痔疮泛出，即用此药涂之，痔自干黑枯落。欲用此方，四边好肉须先用护痔散护住良肉。
明矾（四两） 轻粉 朱砂（各三钱） 白砒（四钱）
先将矾入铜杓内 滚，次入砒末搅匀，以矾枯为度，去火毒片时，次入轻粉、朱
砂，再研极细，瓷罐收贮。每日辰、午、申三时，以温汤洗净痔上，唾津调涂，七八日其痔自然枯尽，方上生肌药。
护痔散
白芨 大黄 苦参 寒水石 绿豆粉 黄柏（各等分）
研细热水调涂四边好肉上，方搽枯痔药。
唤痔散 痔在肛门内肠头上，外面看不见，痛苦不胜，用此药唤出痔来，以葱汤洗净上药。
磁石（一两，活而吸铁者） 草乌尖（生用五分） 枯矾（五钱） 干姜（三分，泡，另研）
共研极细。用生姜汁或葱汁调涂肛门上，少顷肛自内脱出，痔疮上下洗净，四
边好肉上用前护药，次上枯药，一日三上，洗用新笔蘸药洗之。如此六七日脱尽痔根，
即用生肌药收口，后用贴顶升阳散收入其肠，内服槐角丸。
贴顶升阳散
萆麻子（四五粒去壳） 麝香（三分）
共捣膏。将头心发去钱大一块，贴此药少顷，其肛即收入。如缓再用醋一口喷患人面上，立收。
熏痔法 莲蓬壳一个，五倍子一个，将倍子开一孔纳明雄五分于内，再将倍子
有孔一头纳入莲蓬壳内，以线扎紧，入小口砂锅内水煎十数沸，对痔上熏之，冷则又温，频熏自效。
又方
苍耳子 荆芥 黄芩 花椒 马齿苋 瓦松 皮硝 白矾 槐花（各等分）
每用五钱加葱白五根，煎汤熏洗。
又方 鱼腥草煎汤熏洗，仍以草挹痔上。
又方 凤尾草煎汤熏洗。
又方 梓桐树枝叶煎汤熏洗。
又方 草连根煎汤熏洗。
又方 槐花泡汁当茶饮，渣再煎熏洗。
又方 新蚕豆花梗叶煎汤熏洗。
又方 芒硝、瓦松、陈莲蓬壳煎汤熏洗。
又方 苦 菜煮烂为度，和汤置器中坐熏，待温下手以菜频频洗之，每日洗三次。
又方 陈枳壳、干茄蒂、冬瓜皮、陈槐花各等分，煎汤熏洗。
又方 桃树根皮煮汁，每日熏洗三四次。
又方 马齿苋煎汤熏洗，内食生熟荸荠。
又方 苦参、茵陈各五钱，煎汤熏洗，兼治脱肛。
又方 枳壳二两，荔枝草四两，河水煎汤，先熏后洗。
又方 无花果叶煎汤熏洗。
洗痔黄硝汤 痔疮肿痛。大黄二两，水十二碗煎至八碗，再入朴硝一两，略滚倾桶内薰洗之。
肛门四边肿硬痒痛不可忍者 白矾三分研碎，用童便化开洗痔上，每日二三次。
洗痔膏 此膏能洗痔疮，用刀剪不疼不痛。
槐花 明矾（各一斤，或用胆矾）
先将槐花用河水熬取浓汁，滤清复入净锅内，投矾于内熬至极稠，瓷罐收贮。每
用少许入开水内化开洗之，其痛立止。
外痔 瓦花（朝北者） 同冰片捣敷。

五倍子（五个焙） 冰片（五厘）
研细，麻油调搽。
痔疮初起。
熊胆（三钱） 冰片（四分）
研细，猪胆汁调搽痔上。如已溃者不可用猪胆汁，如用在已破之疮便要极疼。
消痔千金散
孩儿茶 黄连 寒水石（各五分） 硼砂 赤石脂 芦甘石（各三分） 熊胆（二分） 冰片（一分）
研细，清茶调敷患上，肿痛立止。
蜗牛膏（《集验》）。蜗牛一枚，加麝香、冰片研烂，瓷盒盛，次早取汁涂。
消痔丸 痔疮痔漏初起，人壮便秘，血分壅热者。
生地（四两，水洗） 片芩（一两五钱） 金银花 枳壳（麸炒） 秦艽（各一两） 防风 大黄（
九制） 当归 苍术（米泔浸炒） 地龙 槐花（炒） 赤芍（各二两）
研末，炼蜜为丸，空心白汤送下三钱。
又方 白鸡胆二三枚取汁，入熊胆二分，冰片五厘共研一处，瓷盒收藏，勿使出气。用时以手指搽之。
神茧散 蚕茧纳入男子指甲，以满为度，外用童发缠裹烧灰存性，研细蜜调搽。
鲫鱼散 鲫鱼一尾刮去肠净，入白矾令满，瓦上 存性，研末用鸡毛扫上。
猪甲散 猪悬蹄甲为末，每空心米汤调下二钱。
痔疮虫 作痒 槐白皮煎浓汁浸洗，冷再换洗；良久大便欲解，当有虫出。
翻花痔 荆芥、防风、朴硝煎汤熏洗，再用木鳖子、郁金研末，加冰片、熊胆少许，水调敷。
洗痔 槐花、枳壳、荆芥、艾叶水煎，入白矾先熏后洗。
又方 木鳖子净仁七个研，加白矾二钱，水煎熏洗。
痔疮灸法 大蒜一片，头垢捻成饼子，先放痔上，再安蒜艾灸。
痔疮头大蒂小 芫花根洗净，木臼捣，以少水绞汁于银铜器内，慢火煎成膏，
将丝线于膏内度透，系痔疮根上。系时微痛，候心躁痔落时，以纸蘸膏捻入窍内除根。
偷粪鼠 牛皮胶一两，好酒一碗，顿化服，一二次自消。
三神丸（《养生》）治僧道痔疮。
枳壳（炒，去穣） 皂角（烧存性） 五倍子（各等分）
上为细末。炼蜜为丸桐子大，每服二三十丸，温水食前送下，其效如神。
治痔 每日食海螺蛳半升，用苦茶漱口，约食二斗即消矣。痔乃脏火属阳，海
蛳性寒味咸属阴，寒能敌火，咸能软坚，茶又苦凉，深得旨矣。
小儿生痔 甘草熬膏，空心服之自愈。
痔疮初起痛痒不止 旧布鞋底烘热频频熨之，冷则再烘再熨，其痛痒则已。
洗痔奇方
夏枯草 黄柏 枳壳 槐花 马齿苋 五倍子（各二钱）
上药装夏布袋内，入瓷罐中，加明矾八两，开水冲洗，立刻止痛。
治痔疮并脱肛。
黄蜡 白蜡（各一两） 雅连（三钱）
研细熔化为丸，每服三钱，白汤送下。
痔疮 熊胆涂之。
又方
秦椒（即大椒）
晒干磨细，取净末一斤，浸麻油十斤封口，每饮食时以椒油或下面或蘸菜吃，神效。
又方 大田螺一个，入铜青、麝香、冰片各五厘，入螺内，取水搽之。
又方 旱莲草一把连根洗净，捣烂滚酒冲汁服。
又方 秦椒同饭捣烂为丸，每服二钱，白汤送下，止痛神效。
清脏补漏丸（汤阿松道士。）
穿山甲（炮，一两） 槐花（炒） 明矾（各二两）
共磨细。以黄蜡二两熔化为丸，每早空心白汤送二钱。一料除根。
又方 以绢袋装银硝二两，缝长条，以带系腰中，如坐即将硝袋垫肛门痔上，久久自愈。
偷粪鼠 猫屎、井底泥和匀，围之立愈。
痔疮神验方（周鹤仙。） 生甘草节大者一百个，为末，炼蜜为丸桐子大，每空心
用槐米煎汤送下，轻则三钱，重则五钱，服半料或一料即愈。戒房事百日，永不再发，
神验无比，此天下第一奇效方也。若痔肿
痛难忍，发而极重者，用地骨皮一两，荆芥、槐角子、枳壳、金银花各三钱，煎汤
频洗，午后空心再进一服，自然渐渐消去而愈，不可以平易忽视。
大肠火盛，肛门肿痛难于大便，或生痔并肛门边生疖毒者 槐米不拘多少，
炒深黄色，放地上去火毒，为末，空心黄酒调服三钱，服三四钱即愈。若生痔并一切疖毒，多服自消，极验。
痔疮丸
黄连 苦参 乳香（去油） 没药（去油） 雄黄（各一两） 连翘 僵蚕 蝉蜕 防风
全蝎 槐角（入牛胆汁煮） 生地 牛膝 陈皮 穿山甲 当归 枳壳 地龙（去泥晒干，各二
两） 蜈蚣（焙，去头、足，二十条） 象牙末（五钱） 人参（二钱五分） 蜂房（一个，入玄明粉干眼内，
草纸湿透包好，用微火煨之）
各制为末，炼蜜为丸，空心开水送下三钱。忌一切火酒、发物、房事，服过六七日，再用后方洗。
洗痔法
荔枝草 马鞭草（阴干，各半斤） 蒲公英（二两） 甘草（三钱）
入罐煎好，再入皂矾一两，略煎数沸，（皂矾煎久，升去无功。）先熏后洗。
痔疮初起 通州膏子眼药搽之，自消。
痔疮（江仍度。）
粉甘草（八两，用青盐四两和水拌，晒干又拌又晒，汁尽为度） 粉甘草（八两，生晒）
共磨末，炼蜜为丸，每早白汤送下三钱。
又方 生桐油频涂。
痔疮痛不可忍 羊胆一个，取汁入冰片五分，和匀扫上。
痔疮蜡矾针 黄蜡熔化，入枯矾末少许于内，揉成长条如线，看痔漏深浅插入，待脓尽再上生肌药收功。
又方 川贝母、五倍子等分，研末搽之。
痔疮突出疼痛坐立不便 先用韭菜
洗净，煎沸汤于瓦木器中熏之，通手沃洗即愈。如未消用生姜切薄片放于痔上痛甚处，以熟艾作炷于上，灸三
炷，黄水即出自消。若肛门上有三二个痔，三五日后如前法逐一灸之，屡验。
肛门起窠作痛 野薄荷、明矾各等分，煎汤熏洗自消。
外痔 红枣去核，入铜青线扎，炭火 存性，研细末，痔潮干渗；痔干以津润湿搽之。
痔痛下血。
川芎 当归 黄 神曲 槐花 地榆（各一两） 阿胶（炒珠） 血余 荆芥穗（炒黑） 木贼草（炒黑各三钱）
炼蜜丸如桐子大，每服五十丸，食前米饮送下。
痔疮定痛。
白壳旱螺（七个） 杭粉（一钱）
共研一处阴干，入冰片三分，研细瓶贮，每以木鳖子、全猪胆汁磨浓调搽。
洗虫痔 河堤柳根上须，一把，花椒、白芥子煎汤熏洗，其虫头黑身白，从痔疮孔内出。
洗痔（吴韵清）
鱼腥草 夏枯草 马齿苋（各一两） 五倍子 枳壳 黄柏（各五钱） 明矾（四两）
共煎浓汁，每用一杯，搀滚汤熏洗。
又方
瓦松 马齿苋 槐花 五倍子（去虫） 皮硝（各一两） 葱白（十个）
共装绢袋内煮汤，每日熏七八次。
消痔脱管奇方
刺 （一个，皮纸湿包烧灰、存性） 牛角腮（一枚烧灰存性） 猪悬蹄（十个烧灰存性） 苦参（二两）
木耳 石菖蒲 陈棕（烧灰存性） 枯矾（各一两） 地榆 槐角子 胡麻仁 雷丸 防风 漏
芦芜荑 麝香（各五钱）
共磨细末，炼蜜为丸桐子大，每服一钱，日三服，白汤送下。
洗方 喇叭花（即土地黄苗）煎汤，日洗二次。
却毒汤
瓦松 马齿苋 川椒 川文蛤 防风 生甘草 枳壳 侧柏叶 苍术 葱白（各三钱） 焰硝（一两）
煎汤，日洗三次。
牝痔并一切内外痔，疼痛不可忍新黄栝蒌一枚，以刀旋下顶，不去穣，选不蛀皂角子填满，将顶盖好，外用纸筋泥
固济约三指浓，以炭火簇合烧令红，放于地下坑内出火毒，一宿取出，加麝香一钱，每服一钱，研极细，瓷瓶收贮，米
饮调服。
新久痔痛 海螵蛸去粗皮，研细末，用生麻油调成膏，用鸭翎扫上，每日夜用之，日久自消。
外痔神消散（杜秘。）
红栀子（捣碎） 黄柏 胡黄连（各一两）
水二宫碗煎一碗，二煎、三煎俱煎一碗，共三碗，去渣，入皮硝一斤炖化，撤
去泥脚，取上清硝汁，以文火慢炼成硝。大田螺十六个，每个入冰片一厘。（待螺化成水，
将水拌入硝内，再加熊胆、儿茶各五钱，研细和入硝内拌匀听用。）每用头一次用苦参一两，水三大碗

适用于痔疮坚硬作痛，脱肛肿泛不收的情况。冰片一分，熊胆二分，研成细末。先取一个大田螺，用尖刀挑开螺盖，将药放入其中，放置片刻，待田螺化成浆水，用鸡毛蘸取药液扫涂在痔疮上，频繁使用即可痊愈。
又方
用田螺水养候其螺盖打开，放入少许冰片，田螺自会化成水，用鸡毛蘸取扫涂患处。
又方
将槐花研成粉末，灌入雄牛胆内阴干后制成丸剂，用温开水送服三钱。
又方
白鹅胆（取汁，三四枚）、熊胆（二分）、冰片（一分）。
调匀，涂抹在痔疮上。
又方
橄榄核（煅灰）、熊胆（二钱）、冰片（六分）。
研匀，用鹅胆汁调和涂抹。
内痔
树上干燥的桃子一枚，用阴阳瓦焙干，再加入三分冰片放入瓶内，挤入猪胆汁注入肛门内。
立止痔疼
乌梅肉七枚，用阴阳瓦焙干研成细末，加入冰片三分、儿茶七分，研成细末。先用瓦松皮硝汤清洗患处，再涂抹药末。
又方
活蚯蚓洗净泥土，捣烂后用热酒冲服，外用猪胆汁调和杏仁、冰片粉末，用鸡毛扫涂患处。
药线方
各种痔疮瘿瘤，凡是根蒂小而头面大的，用此线系住，患处的根部自然会脱落。
芫花（五钱）、壁钱（二钱）、白色细扣线（三钱）。
用水一碗，同浸在小瓷罐内，慢火煮至水干为度，取出线阴干。凡遇到上述病患，用一根线，患处大的用两根，双扣系于根蒂，两头留线，日渐收紧，患处自然变冷、紫黑，枯落后用长肉药收口。
又方
用蜘蛛网四边的粗丝合成线，结在患处根部。
枯痔法
凡是痔疮泛出，即用此药涂之，痔疮自然干枯变黑脱落。欲用此方，四周好肉须先用护痔散保护好良肉。
明矾（四两）、轻粉、朱砂（各三钱）、白砒（四钱）。
先将明矾放入铜勺内熔化，次入砒末搅匀，以明矾枯干为度，去火毒片刻，次入轻粉、朱砂，再研极细，装入瓷罐贮存。每日辰时、午时、申时三个时辰，用温水洗净痔疮，用唾液调和涂抹，七八日后痔疮自然枯尽，然后上生肌药。
护痔散
白芨、大黄、苦参、寒水石、绿豆粉、黄柏（各等分）。
研细，用热水调涂四周好肉上，然后再搽枯痔药。
唤痔散
痔疮在肛门内肠头上，外面看不见，痛苦不堪，用此药将痔疮唤出，以葱汤洗净后上药。
磁石（一两，要能吸铁的活磁石）、草乌尖（生用五分）、枯矾（五钱）、干姜（三分，泡过另研）。
共研极细。用生姜汁或葱汁调涂肛门上，少顷肛门自然向内脱出，痔疮上下洗净，四周好肉上用前文提到的护药，其次上枯痔药，一日三次上药，洗时用新笔蘸药清洗。如此六七日脱尽痔根，即用生肌药收口，后用贴顶升阳散将其收入肠内，内服槐角丸。
贴顶升阳散
蓖麻子（四五粒去壳）、麝香（三分）。
共捣成膏。将头顶心头发去掉钱币大小一块，贴上此药片刻，肛门即收入。如迟缓，再用一口醋喷在患者脸上，立刻收回。
熏痔法
莲蓬壳一个，五倍子一个，将五倍子开一孔纳入明雄黄五分在内，再将五倍子有孔一头纳入莲蓬壳内，用线扎紧，放入小口砂锅内水煎十数沸，对着痔疮熏之，冷了再加热，频繁熏自有效。
又方
苍耳子、荆芥、黄芩、花椒、马齿苋、瓦松、皮硝、白矾、槐花（各等分）。
每用五钱加葱白五根，煎汤熏洗。
又方
苦荬菜煮烂为度，和汤置器中坐熏，待温下手以菜频频洗之，每日洗三次。
洗痔黄硝汤
痔疮肿痛。大黄二两，水十二碗煎至八碗，再入朴硝一两，略滚倾桶内薰洗之。

生甘草节大者一百个，为末，炼蜜为丸桐子大，每空心用槐米煎汤送下，轻则三钱，重则五钱，服半料或一料即愈。戒房事百日，永不再发，神验无比，此天下第一奇效方也。若痔肿痛难忍，发而极重者，用地骨皮一两，荆芥、槐角子、枳壳、金银花各三钱，煎汤频洗，午后空心再进一服，自然渐渐消去而愈，不可以平易忽视。
大肠火盛，肛门肿痛难于大便，或生痔并肛门边生疖毒者
槐米不拘多少，炒深黄色，放地上去火毒，为末，空心黄酒调服三钱，服三四钱即愈。若生痔并一切疖毒，多服自消，极验。
痔疮丸
黄连、苦参、乳香（去油）、没药（去油）、雄黄（各一两）、连翘、僵蚕、蝉蜕、防风、全蝎、槐角（入牛胆汁煮）、生地、牛膝、陈皮、穿山甲、当归、枳壳、地龙（去泥晒干，各二两）、蜈蚣（焙，去头、足，二十条）、象牙末（五钱）、人参（二钱五分）、蜂房（一个，入玄明粉干眼内，草纸湿透包好，用微火煨之）。
各制为末，炼蜜为丸，空心开水送下三钱。忌一切火酒、发物、房事，服过六七日，再用后方洗。
洗痔法
荔枝草、马鞭草（阴干，各半斤）、蒲公英（二两）、甘草（三钱）。
入罐煎好，再入皂矾一两，略煎数沸，（皂矾煎久，升去无功。）先熏后洗。
痔疮（江仍度。）
粉甘草（八两，用青盐四两和水拌，晒干又拌又晒，汁尽为度）、粉甘草（八两，生晒）。
共磨末，炼蜜为丸，每早白汤送下三钱。
痔疮蜡矾针
黄蜡熔化，入枯矾末少许于内，揉成长条如线，看痔漏深浅插入，待脓尽再上生肌药收功。
痔疮突出疼痛坐立不便
先用韭菜洗净，煎沸汤于瓦木器中熏之，通手沃洗即愈。如未消用生姜切薄片放于痔上痛甚处，以熟艾作炷于上，灸三炷，黄水即出自消。若肛门上有三二个痔，三五日后如前法逐一灸之，屡验。
外痔
红枣去核，入铜青线扎，炭火煅存性，研细末，痔潮干渗；痔干以津润湿搽之。

First wash with Wasong (Selaginella tamariscina) and Xiaosha (Natrii Sulfas) decoction, then apply powder.

Burn Mianli Fish bones to produce smoke and fumigate the anus; parasites within the hemorrhoids will die.
Medicated Thread Method
For various hemorrhoids and goiters where the base is small but the head is large, tie with this thread; the affected root will naturally fall off.
Yuanhua (Genkwa Flos) 5 qian, Biqian (Oecobius Nidus) 2 qian, white thin knotting thread 3 qian.
Soak in one bowl of water in a small porcelain jar, boil slowly over low heat until water is dry. Take out the thread and dry in shade. For such conditions, use one thread (two for larger lesions), double-knot around the base, leaving ends loose, tightening gradually day by day. The lesion will naturally become cold, purple-black, wither, and fall off; then use flesh-generating medicine to close the wound.

Hemorrhoid Withering Method
For protruding hemorrhoids, apply this medicine; the hemorrhoids will naturally dry, turn black, wither, and fall off. Before using this prescription, protect the surrounding healthy skin with Huzhi San (Hemorrhoid Protection Powder).
Mingfan (Alumen) 4 liang, Qingfen (Calomelas) 3 qian, Zhusha (Cinnabaris) 3 qian, Baipi (Arsenic Trioxide) 4 qian.
First melt Alumen in a copper spoon, add Arsenic powder and stir evenly until Alumen becomes brittle. Remove fire toxicity for a moment, then add Qingfen (Calomelas) and Zhusha (Cinnabaris), grind extremely fine, and store in a porcelain jar. At Chen (7-9 AM), Wu (11 AM-1 PM), and Shen (3-5 PM) hours, wash the hemorrhoids with warm water, mix with saliva, and apply. After 7-8 days, the hemorrhoids will naturally wither completely; then apply flesh-generating medicine.
Huzhi San (Hemorrhoid Protection Powder)
Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), Hanshuishi (Halloysitum Rubrum), Lvdou Fen (Vigna Radiatae Semen Pulvis), Huang Bo (Phellodendri Cortex) [all in equal parts].

Huanni San (Hemorrhoid Summoning Powder)
For hemorrhoids located inside the anus at the rectal tip, invisible externally, causing unbearable pain. Use this medicine to summon the hemorrhoid out. Clean with scallion decoction before application.
Cishi (Magnetitum) 1 liang (must be magnetic), Caowu Jian (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Caulis Acumen) [raw] 5 fen, Kufan (Alumen Ustums) 5 qian, Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) [soaked, ground separately] 3 fen.
Grind extremely fine. Mix with fresh ginger juice or scallion juice and apply to the anus. Soon the anus will prolapse internally, exposing the hemorrhoids. Wash the upper and lower parts of the hemorrhoids, apply protection medicine to surrounding healthy skin, then apply withering medicine. Apply three times daily. Wash with a new brush dipped in medicine. After 6-7 days, when the hemorrhoid root is fully expelled, use flesh-generating medicine to close the wound, then use Tie Ding Shengyang San (Apex-Raising Powder) to retract the intestine, and internally take Huaijiao Wan (Sophora Pill).

One lotus pod shell, one Chinese gallnut (Wubeizi). Process each into powder, make pills with refined honey. Take 3 qian with boiling water on empty stomach. Avoid alcohol, stimulating foods, and sexual activity. After 6-7 days, wash with following formula.

Melt Huangla (Beeswax), add little Kufan (Alumen Ustums) powder, roll into thread-like strip. Insert according to depth of hemorrhoid/fistula. After pus is exhausted, apply flesh-generating medicine to complete healing.

Protruding, Painful Hemorrhoids Making Sitting Difficult
First wash Jiucai (Allii Tuberosi Rhizoma et Radix), boil in clay/wood vessel, fumigate. When tolerable, wash thoroughly; heals. If not resolved, cut fresh Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) into thin slices, place on most painful part of hemorrhoid, make moxa cone from cooked Aiye (Artemisiae Argyi Folium), moxa 3 cones; yellow fluid emerges and resolves. If 3-2 hemorrhoids on anus, moxa each one by one after 3-5 days as above; repeatedly effective.
Anal Nest Formation with Pain
Wild Mint and Mingfan (Alumen) in equal parts, decoct for fumigation and washing; resolves spontaneously.

Remove pit from Red Date, insert Tongqing (Chalcanthite), tie with thread, calcine in charcoal fire preserving nature, grind fine. For moist/seeping hemorrhoids, apply dry powder; for dry hemorrhoids, moisten with saliva and apply.

One fresh Huanggualu (Trichosanthes Kirilowii Fruit), shave off top without removing pulp, fill with non-moldy Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus) seeds, cover top. Seal with paper-clay mixture about three fingers thick. Roast in charcoal fire until red, bury underground overnight to remove fire toxicity. Take out next day, add 1 qian Shexiang (Moschus).
