痘毒攻目神法 每清晨用兔粪八粒，清水蝉蜕去头、足二十四只，水二大
碗，入瓷罐内慢火熬滚，令其性味俱出，入公猪肝或黑羊肝七尖，四两，切薄片于汤
内，一刻即熟，先饮汤，后食肝，汤散兼治两月之久，翳膜可消去一半，百日之久，
汤散奏效，自可痊愈。戒暴躁恼怒，并戒煎炒辛热等物。凡遇此等险证，必须细心
研究，斟酌用意，不可忽略。
清毒保目汤 痂落后，忽然头顶大痛者，乃余毒上攻两目也。急宜服此，以
解上攻之毒火，可免目患。
柴胡（一钱） 蝉蜕（二十一个） 当归 桔梗（各八分） 连翘 防风 牛蒡子 川芎 荆
芥穗 赤芍（各七分） 升麻 黄芩（酒炒） 薄荷（各五分） 山栀（酒炒） 甘草（各三分）
灯心五十寸同煎。
清毒拨翳汤 痧痘翳膜神效。
生地黄（一钱五分） 当归（一钱） 柴胡（八分） 牛蒡子 白蒺藜（去土炒） 天花粉（酒蒸） 白葛
粉薄荷 防风 川芎 密蒙花 谷精草 草决明 甘菊花（各七分） 栀子（酒炒） 羌活
木贼草（各五分） 川连（酒炒，三分）
生姜一片煎，食远服。若大便秘涩，加酒炒大黄一钱五分，通利仍除之。切忌寒凉，并眼科点药。
痘疮损目
轻粉 黄丹（各等分）
研细。左眼吹右耳，右眼吹左耳。
痘后眼不能开（窦氏）。 鳝鱼血滴入眼内，或芭蕉根汁温洗，并效。
痘入眼。
白蒺藜（炒，去刺） 谷精草 防风（各等分）
共为末，每日食后米泔水调下二钱五分。
痘疮入目，痛楚恐伤目者 浮萍阴干，研末，三钱，羊肝半个，竹刀切碎捣
烂，共汁和，空心调下，清茶过口。伤目者，数服自愈，小儿减半。
痘入目或病后生障。
蝉蜕（洗净） 白菊花（各等分）
研末，每服二钱蜜汤调，数服愈。
小儿痘后，翳膜遮睛，百日内者可治。
兔粪（瓦焙） 鼓槌谷精草（炒去土净，各一两）
共为细末，不拘茶、酒、菜、饭内，掺入服之，一料全愈。
又方 谷精草一两，生蛤粉二两，为末，用 猪肝一两，去净筋膜，竹刀切片，
和药末一钱，饭上蒸熟，连肝食之。
小儿飞痘入眼，外用吹耳法
黄丹 轻粉（各五分）
共研匀。左目吹右耳，右目吹左耳，每日吹厘许。
痘疮 疹入眼生翳障。
白菊花 谷精草 绿豆皮（各等分）
共为末。每用一钱，以柿饼一个，粟米泔一盏，同煮。候泔尽，食柿，日食三
枚，浅者五七日，重者半月全愈。
又方 旋鸡肫内黄皮，焙末拌饭中，或药内，与儿吃，七日自愈。
痘疹入目，眼生白翳 橄榄核磨水，加轻粉一二厘，调匀，搽眼胞上。药气入里即落。

【清毒保目汤】痘疮结痂脱落后，若突然感到头顶剧烈疼痛，这是余毒上攻双眼所致。应立即服用此方，以解除上攻的毒火，从而避免眼部病变。
处方：柴胡（一钱）、蝉蜕（二十一个）、当归、桔梗（各八分）、连翘、防风、牛蒡子、川芎、荆芥穗、赤芍（各七分）、升麻、黄芩（酒炒）、薄荷（各五分）、山栀（酒炒）、甘草（各三分）。加灯心草五十寸同煎。
【清毒拨翳汤】治疗痧痘引起的角膜云翳，疗效神奇。
处方：生地黄（一钱五分）、当归（一钱）、柴胡（八分）、牛蒡子、白蒺藜（去土炒）、天花粉（酒蒸）、白葛粉、薄荷、防风、川芎、密蒙花、谷精草、草决明、甘菊花（各七分）、栀子（酒炒）、羌活、木贼草（各五分）、川连（酒炒，三分）。加生姜一片煎服，饭后久时服用。若大便秘结不通，加酒炒大黄一钱五分，待大便通畅后即停用大黄。切忌使用寒凉药物及眼科点眼药水。
【痘疮损目】

【又方】谷精草一两，生蛤粉二两，研为末。用猪肝一两，去净筋膜，用竹刀切片，与药末一钱混合，在饭上蒸熟，连肝一起食用。
【小儿飞痘入眼，外用吹耳法】
黄丹、轻粉（各五分）。共研均匀。左眼患病吹入右耳，右眼患病吹入左耳，每日吹入少许。
【痘疮疹入眼生翳障】
白菊花、谷精草、绿豆皮（各等份）。共研为末。每次取一钱，用一个柿饼、一碗粟米泔水，共同煮制。待泔水煮尽，吃柿饼，每日吃三个，浅症五至七日，重症半月可全愈。
【又方】刮取鸡肫内的黄皮，焙干研末拌入饭中，或拌入药物中，给患儿食用，七日自愈。
[Divine Method for Pox Toxin Attacking the Eyes] Every morning, take eight rabbit feces pellets and twenty-four cicada sloughs (cleaned with water, heads and feet removed). Add two large bowls of water into a porcelain jar and simmer slowly over low heat until boiling, allowing the properties and flavors to be fully extracted. Add seven liang (approx. 210g) of rooster liver or black sheep liver, sliced thinly, into the decoction; it cooks in a moment. Drink the soup first, then eat the liver. Administer this continuously for two months; corneal opacity can be reduced by half. After one hundred days, the efficacy will manifest, leading to recovery. Avoid irritable anger and rage, and refrain from consuming fried, spicy, and warm-natured foods. Whenever encountering such critical conditions, one must study carefully, deliberate on the therapeutic intent, and never neglect.
[Qingdu Baomu Decoction (Clearing Toxicity and Protecting the Eyes)] If severe headache suddenly occurs at the vertex after pox scabs fall off, it indicates residual toxin attacking both eyes. Immediately administer this formula to resolve the ascending toxic fire, thereby preventing eye disorders.
Prescription: Chai Hu (Bupleuri Radix, 1 qian), Chan Tui (Cicadae Periostracum, 21 pieces), Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Jie Geng (Platycodonis Radix, each 8 fen), Lian Qiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Niu Bang Zi (Arctii Fructus), Chuan Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Jing Jie Sui (Schizonepetae Spica), Chi Shao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra, each 7 fen), Sheng Ma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Huang Qin (Scutellariae Radix, wine-fried), Bo He (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba, each 5 fen), Shan Zhi (Gardeniae Fructus, wine-fried), Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, each 3 fen). Simmer together with fifty cun of Deng Xin Cao (Junci Medullae).
[Qingdu Boyi Decoction (Clearing Toxicity and Dispersing Opacity)] Highly effective for corneal opacity caused by measles or smallpox.
Prescription: Sheng Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix, 1.5 qian), Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 1 qian), Chai Hu (Bupleuri Radix, 8 fen), Niu Bang Zi (Arctii Fructus), Bai Ji Li (Tribuli Fructus, cleaned and stir-fried), Tian Hua Fen (Trichosanthis Radix, steamed with wine), Bai Ge Fen (Puerariae Radix Powder), Bo He (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Chuan Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Mi Meng Hua (Descurainiae Semen seu Herba), Gu Jing Cao (Eleutherococcus Trifoliatus Herb), Cao Jue Ming (Cassiae Semen), Gan Ju Hua (Chrysanthemi Flos, each 7 fen), Zhi Zi (Gardeniae Fructus, wine-fried), Qiang Huo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Mu Zei Cao (Equiseti Herba, each 5 fen), Chuan Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma, wine-fried, 3 fen). Simmer with one slice of Sheng Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens). Take long after meals. If constipation is severe, add Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, wine-fried, 1.5 qian); remove Da Huang once bowel movements are unobstructed. Strictly avoid cold-natured medicines and ophthalmic drops.
[Pox Sores Damaging the Eyes]
Qing Fen (Calomelas) and Dan Sha (Minium) in equal parts. Grind into fine powder. For left eye affliction, insufflate into the right ear; for right eye affliction, insufflate into the left ear.
[Eyes Unable to Open After Pox] (Formula by Dou Shi) Drip eel blood into the eyes, or wash with warm juice of Banana Root (Musa Basjoo Stem Juice); both are effective.
[Pox Entering the Eyes]
Bai Ji Li (Tribuli Fructus, stir-fried, thorns removed), Gu Jing Cao (Eleutherococcus Trifoliatus Herb), Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) in equal parts. Grind into powder. Take 2.5 qian mixed with rice washing water after each meal.
[Pox Sores Entering the Eyes, Painful Fear of Eye Damage] Dry floating fern (Wu Ping) in the shade, grind into powder (3 qian). Mix with half a sheep liver chopped and pounded finely using a bamboo knife. Combine juices, take on an empty stomach, followed by clear tea to rinse the mouth. If eyes are already damaged, several doses will lead to self-healing; reduce dose by half for children.
[Pox Entering the Eyes or Opacity Formed After Illness]
Chan Tui (Cicadae Periostracum, washed) and Bai Ju Hua (Chrysanthemi Flos) in equal parts. Grind into powder. Take 2 qian per dose mixed with honey water; several doses lead to cure.
[Children with Corneal Opacity Obscuring Vision After Pox, Treatable Within 100 Days]
Tu Fen (Leporis Feces, baked on tile) and Gu Jing Cao (Eleutherococcus Trifoliatus Herb, stir-fried and cleaned, each 1 liang). Grind into fine powder. Sprinkle into tea, alcohol, vegetables, or rice as desired and ingest. One course leads to complete recovery.
[Another Formula] Gu Jing Cao (Eleutherococcus Trifoliatus Herb, 1 liang) and Sheng Ha Fen (Concha Meretricis et Cyprinae, 2 liang), ground into powder. Take 1 qian of powder mixed with slices of pork liver (1 liang, sinews and membranes removed, sliced with bamboo knife). Steam on rice until cooked, then consume the liver along with the medicine.
[External Ear-Insufflation Method for Children's Flying Pox Entering the Eyes]
Dan Sha (Minium) and Qing Fen (Calomelas) (each 5 fen). Grind uniformly. Insufflate into the right ear for left eye affliction, and into the left ear for right eye affliction. Insufflate a tiny amount daily.
[Pox Rash Entering Eyes Causing Opacity]
Bai Ju Hua (Chrysanthemi Flos), Gu Jing Cao (Eleutherococcus Trifoliatus Herb), Lv Dou Pi (Phaseoli Vulgaris Pericarpium) in equal parts. Grind into powder. Take 1 qian per dose. Boil together with one persimmon and one bowl of millet washing water. When the water is consumed up, eat the persimmon. Consume three persimmons daily. Mild cases heal in five to seven days; severe cases heal in half a month.
[Another Formula] Scrape the yellow skin from inside the chicken gizzard, bake and grind into powder. Mix into rice or medicine and feed to the child. Self-heals in seven days.
[Measles/Pox Entering Eyes, White Opacity Forming] Grind olive pits into water. Add 1-2 li of Qing Fen (Calomelas), mix evenly, and apply to the eyelids. The medicinal vapor penetrates inward, causing the opacity to fall off.
