绣球风 老杉木一段，烧存性，研细。用熟鸡蛋黄炒枯取油，调搽。

苦参 蛇床子（各二两） 吴茱萸（一两）
水四大碗，煎一半，候温洗之，带湿扑上后药，寒水石、硫黄各等分研细，掺上，绢帛包紧。
又方 豆壳煎水洗。
又方 磨古镜水搽。
又方 落苏叶煎汤洗，并烧灰搽。
又方 韭菜煎水洗。

杨柳叶煎汤，乘热熏洗后，用蚯蚓屎焙燥研掺，三四次愈。
阴球开花（单方）。狗橘子七个煎汤，入罐内将阴球挂罐口，离汤一二寸，俟熏
待温倾盆内洗之，如此者三日痊愈。
肾囊痒。
荷叶 吴茱萸 苍术（各一两）
水煎滚，临洗加皮硝一两洗之。
绣球风 五倍子一个，锥一眼入银珠一钱，用阴阳瓦焙，研细末，麻油调搽。

肾囊风 山萸肉的核子煎汤温洗。
又方
蛇床子 艾叶 吴茱萸（各一两）
水煎百沸，放盆内加芒硝五钱，化尽频洗。
又方
紫苏 明矾 菖蒲 臭树花 浮萍 花椒
共煎汤，熏洗数次，除根。
又方 干荷叶煎汤熏洗二三次。
又方 丝瓜子仁酒煎，临卧服之，出
汗即愈。
又方（姚伯玉）。 绣球花煎洗。
又方 墙头上酱板豆草，或鲜或阴干煎洗。
囊风痒痛黄水不干者 蚯蚓泥、铅粉，井水调敷。
绣球风（阴囊湿疹）：取老杉木一段，烧至存性（保留药材部分炭化性质），研成细粉。用熟鸡蛋黄炒枯后提取的油，调和药粉外搽患处。
又一方：苦参、蛇床子（各二两）、吴茱萸（一两）。用水四大碗，煎煮至剩一半水量，待药液温度适宜时清洗患处，趁湿扑上后方药物：寒水石、硫黄各等分研细，撒在患处，用绢帛包扎固定。
又一方：用磨古镜的水外搽。
又一方：苦参（二两）、白蒺藜（五钱）、甘草（四钱）。用杨柳叶煎汤，趁热熏洗患处后，用焙干研细的蚯蚓屎粉末撒敷，经过三四次治疗即可痊愈。
阴球开花（阴囊皮肤溃烂如花开状）单方：取狗橘子七个煎汤，将药液装入罐内，将阴囊挂在罐口上方，距离汤面一二寸，先熏蒸，待温度适宜后倒入盆中清洗，连续三天即可痊愈。
肾囊痒（阴囊瘙痒）：荷叶、吴茱萸、苍术（各一两）。加水煎煮至沸腾，临洗时加入皮硝（芒硝）一两进行清洗。
绣球风：取五倍子一个，锥一个小孔，放入银珠一钱，用阴阳瓦焙干，研成细末，用麻油调和后外搽。
洗方：威灵仙、蛇床子、土大黄、苦参（各五钱）、砂仁壳（三钱）、老葱头（七个）。煎汤熏洗患处。
又一方：蛇床子、艾叶、吴茱萸（各一两）。加水煎煮百沸（剧烈沸腾多次），倒入盆中加入芒硝五钱，待完全融化后频繁清洗。
Xiuqiu Feng (Scrotal Eczema): Take a segment of old fir wood, burn it until it retains its medicinal properties (charred but not fully ashed), and grind it into fine powder. Mix with oil extracted from fried cooked egg yolk and apply externally to the affected area.
Another prescription: Sophora root (Kushen) and Cnidium fruit (Shechuangzi) (each 2 liang), Evodia fruit (Wuzhuyu) (1 liang). Add four large bowls of water, decoct until half remains. When warm, wash the affected area. While still moist, dust with the following powder: Calcitum (Han Shui Shi) and Sulfur (Liu Huang) in equal parts, ground finely. Apply and wrap tightly with silk fabric.
Another prescription: Wash with decoction made from bean pods.
Another prescription: Apply water used for grinding ancient mirrors.
Another prescription: Wash with decoction of Solanum melongena leaves (Eggplant leaves), and also apply ash obtained by burning these leaves.
Another prescription: Wash with decoction made from Chinese chives (Jiucai).
Another prescription: Sophora root (Kushen) (2 liang), Tribulus fruit (Bajili) (5 qian), Licorice root (Gancao). Decoct willow leaves in water. Use the hot decoction to fumigate and wash the affected area. Then, apply dried and ground earthworm excrement powder. Cure after three or four applications.
Yin Qiu Kai Hua (Ulceration of the Scrotum resembling blooming flowers) - Single remedy: Decoct seven fruits of Dog Orange (Gou Juzi). Place the decoction in a jar. Hang the scrotum over the jar mouth, about one to two cun above the liquid surface. Fumigate first. When cool enough, pour into a basin and wash. Continue for three days for recovery.
Shen Nang Yang (Scrotal Itching): Lotus leaf (Heye), Evodia fruit (Wuzhuyu), Atractylodes rhizome (Cangzhu) (each 1 liang). Decoct in water until boiling. Just before washing, add Natrii Sulfas (Pixiao/Mangxiao) 1 liang and wash.
Xiuqiu Feng: Take one Galla Chinensis (Wubeizi), pierce a hole, insert 1 qian of Cinnabar (Yinzhu). Roast on a special kiln tile (Yinyang Wa) until dry, then grind into fine powder. Mix with Sesame oil (Mayou) and apply externally.
Washing Formula: Clematis root (Weilingxian), Cnidium fruit (Shechuangzi), Polygonum multiflorum root (Tudahuang), Sophora root (Kushen) (each 5 qian), Amomum seed shell (Sharen Qiao), Old green onion bulb (7 pieces). Decoct for fumigation and washing.
Shen Nang Feng: Wash with warm decoction of Cornus officinalis seeds (Shanyurou de hezi).
Another prescription: Cnidium fruit (Shechuangzi), Mugwort leaf (Aiye), Evodia fruit (Wuzhuyu) (each 1 liang). Boil vigorously in water. Pour into a basin, add Natrii Sulfas (Mangxiao) 5 qian, dissolve completely, and wash frequently.
Another prescription: Perilla leaf (Zisu), Alum (Mingfan), Acorus rhizome (Changpu), Stinking tree flower (Choushu hua), Duckweed (Fuping), Sichuan pepper (Huajiao). Decoct together for fumigation and washing several times to eradicate the root cause.
Another prescription: Dry lotus leaf decoction for fumigation and washing two or three times.
Another prescription: Decoct Trichosanthes kirilowii seed (Sigua Zi Ren) in wine. Take before sleep. Recovery occurs upon sweating.
Another prescription (by Yao Boyu): Wash with decoction of Hydrangea macrophylla flower (Xiuqiu hua).
Another prescription: Weeds growing on wall tops (Jiangbandou cao), whether fresh or shade-dried, decoct for washing.
For Nang Feng with itching, pain, and persistent yellow discharge: Mix Earthworm mud (Qiuyin ni) and Lead carbonate (Qianfen) with well water to make a paste for external application.
