通天再造散 与小神丸相连间服。虚者慎用。
煨大黄（七钱） 郁金（三钱） 皂刺（两半） 丑牛（六钱即牵牛子）
上为末。早起面东服五钱。酒调下。食后必泻出恶物。及各色虫。先服三早。次服小神丸。至十日。又停三
日。每日服末药一次。三日后。又服丸药如前。
追命散 此方较通圣散稍缓而力勇。
川大黄（斤半） 皂角刺（斤半） 川郁金（五两）
上为末。酒调。每服三钱。量人虚实加减。泻下赤虫。其病日近。泻下黑色者日久。隔五六日服一次。以虫
尽为度。勿令病患知。恐藏匿不出。
二圣散 保命
大黄（半两） 皂角刺（三钱）
先将皂角刺烧灰为末。用大黄煎汤。调下二钱。早服桦皮散。中以升麻汤下泻青丸。晚服二圣散。
行药方
巴豆肉（五钱净油） 生大黄（一钱） 明雄黄（一钱） 广木香（一钱）
上将巴豆肉捣烂。取老米饭数合。醋煮。擂烂成糊。入各药杵匀为丸。如桐子大。每服十丸。茶送下。如大
泻。即停勿服。服小神丸十日。即停三日。每日服行药丸十粒。三日三次。后又服小神丸。以后俱照此例。
又服小神丸。当兼针灸熏洗诸法治之。令病易愈。宜谨守戒忌。
汗后下药方（补）
家桃仁（一钱） 京赤芍（一钱） 当归尾（八分） 尖槟榔（一钱） 老枳壳（钱半） 淮木通（钱半）
条黄芩（八分） 小甘草（八分）
姜皮灯心引。另包大黄四钱。芒硝三钱。冲服。
通天再造散与小神丸交替服用。体质虚弱者应谨慎使用。

将上述药物研为细末。清晨面向东方服用五钱，用酒调服。进食后必然排出恶浊之物及各色寄生虫。先连续服用三个早晨，接着服用小神丸。持续十日后，再停药三日。之后每日服用一次药末。停药三天后，又按前法服用丸药。
追命散 此方比通圣散稍缓但药力勇猛。
川大黄（一斤半） 皂角刺（一斤半） 川郁金（五两）
将上述药物研为细末，用酒调服。每次服用三钱，根据患者虚实情况加减用量。若泻下红色寄生虫，说明病程较短；若泻下黑色寄生虫，说明病程较长。每隔五六日服用一次，以虫体排尽为度。不要让患者知道服药，恐怕虫体藏匿不出。
二圣散 用于保命
大黄（半两） 皂角刺（三钱）
先将皂角刺烧成灰并研为细末，用大黄煎煮的汤液调服二钱。早晨服用桦皮散，中午用升麻汤送服泻青丸，晚上服用二圣散。
行药方
巴豆仁（五钱，去净油） 生大黄（一钱） 明雄黄（一钱） 广木香（一钱）
先将巴豆仁捣烂，取几合老米饭，用醋煮烂，研磨成糊状，加入各味药物杵匀制成丸药，大小如梧桐子大。每次服用十丸，用茶送服。如果发生严重腹泻，立即停药不服。服用小神丸十日，然后停药三日。每日服用行药丸十粒，三日三次。之后又服用小神丸。此后均照此例执行。
另外服用小神丸时，应当结合针灸、熏洗等治疗方法，使疾病容易痊愈。应当严格遵守禁忌。
汗后下药方（补益类）
家桃仁（一钱） 京赤芍（一钱） 当归尾（八分） 尖槟榔（一钱） 老枳壳（一两半） 淮木通（一两半）
条黄芩（八分） 小甘草（八分）
以姜皮和灯心草为引，另包大黄四钱、芒硝三钱，冲服。
Tongtian Zaizao San (Universal Restoration Powder) is taken alternately with Xiaoshen Wan (Little Divine Pill). It should be used with caution in patients with deficiency.
Wei Dahuang (Baked Rhubarb, 7 qian), Yujin (Curcuma Aromatica Rhizome, 3 qian), Zao Ci (Gleditsia Sinensis Thorn, 1.5 liang), Chouniu (Pharbitis Seed/Qianniu Zi, 6 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. In the early morning, facing east, take 5 qian, mixed with wine and swallowed. After eating, foul matter and various colored parasites will inevitably be discharged. Take for three consecutive mornings first, then take Xiaoshen Wan. Continue for ten days, then stop for three days. Thereafter, take the powder once daily. After stopping for three days, resume taking the pills as before.
Zhuiming San (Life-Chasing Powder) is slightly milder than Tongsheng San but has vigorous efficacy.
Chuan Dahuang (Sichuan Rhubarb, 1.5 jin), Zaojiao Ci (Gleditsia Sinensis Thorn, 1.5 jin), Chuan Yujin (Sichuan Curcuma Aromatica Rhizome, 5 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with wine, and take 3 qian per dose. Adjust according to the patient's excess or deficiency condition. If red worms are discharged, the disease is recent; if black worms are discharged, the disease has been present for a long time. Take once every five or six days, until all worms are expelled. Do not let the patient know about the medication, lest the worms hide and fail to emerge.
Ersheng San (Two Sages Powder) for preserving life.
Dahuang (Rhubarb, 0.5 liang), Zaojiao Ci (Gleditsia Sinensis Thorn, 3 qian).
First, burn the Gleditsia Sinensis Thorn to ash and grind it into powder. Use decoction of Rhubarb to mix and take 2 qian. In the morning, take Huapi San (Birch Bark Powder); at noon, take Xieqing Wan (Draining Green Pill) with Shengma Tang (Cimicifuga Decoction); in the evening, take Ersheng San.
Xingyao Fang (Medicine-Advancing Formula)
Badou Ren (Croton Seed Kernel, 5 qian, oil removed), Sheng Dahuang (Raw Rhubarb, 1 qian), Ming Xionghuang (Realgar, 1 qian), Guang Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, 1 qian).
First, crush the Croton Seed Kernel. Take several he of old rice, boil in vinegar until soft, and grind into a paste. Add the other medicines and pound evenly to form pills, sized like paulownia seeds. Take 10 pills per dose, swallowed with tea. If severe diarrhea occurs, stop immediately and do not take further doses. Take Xiaoshen Wan for ten days, then stop for three days. Take 10 Xingyao Pills daily, three times over three days. Then resume taking Xiaoshen Wan. Thereafter, follow this pattern.
Additionally, when taking Xiaoshen Wan, combine with acupuncture, fumigation, and washing therapies to facilitate recovery. Strictly observe dietary and lifestyle prohibitions.
Hou Xia Xia Yao Fang (Post-Sweating Purging Formula - Tonifying)
Jia Taoren (Domestic Peach Kernel, 1 qian), Jing Chishao (Beijing Red Peony Root, 1 qian), Danggui Wei (Tail of Angelica Sinensis Radix, 8 fen), Jian Binglang (Pointed Areca Seed, 1 qian), Lao Zhike (Old Aurantium Fructus, 1.5 qian), Huai Mutong (Akebia Caulis, 1.5 qian).
Tiao Huangqin (Striped Scutellaria Root, 8 fen), Xiao Gancao (Small Licorice Root, 8 fen).
Use Jiangpi (Pericarpium Zingiberis Recens) and Dengxincao (Juncus Effusus Pith) as guides. Wrap separately: Dahuang (Rhubarb, 4 qian) and Mangxiao (Mirabilite, 3 qian), dissolve and swallow.
