治瘴后腰疼脚痛浑身疼。
苍术 陈皮 浓朴 半夏 茯苓 当归 川芎（大） 肉桂 干姜 桔梗 甘草 枳壳（气弱者不用）
上姜三片煎服。
治瘴后。精神少。不喜饮食。此药能调胃进食。顺气化痰。不冷不燥。功效尤多。

上各等分。姜三片。枣一枚。水煎服。
治瘴后体倦。食少多痰。

上各等分。姜水煎服。如易饥食不多。即饱闷者。加藿香砂仁。名香砂六君汤。

治瘴后虚烦。不眠心胆虚怯。气郁生痰。痰与气搏。变生诸证。或四肢浮肿。心虚烦闷。触
事易惊。或梦不祥。或异象眩惑。遂致心惊胆怯。

上姜七片。枣一枚。水煎食前热服。
治瘴疾呕逆。头疼及气厥痰饮。
防风 天麻 半夏（各五钱生用） 南星 干姜 川乌（各一两） 川芎 甘草
上共为末。水丸作饼子。每服五饼姜汤下。
治疗瘴气病后出现的腰痛、脚痛及全身疼痛。

以上药材加生姜三片、大枣一枚，用水煎煮服用。
治疗瘴气病后精神萎靡、食欲不振的情况。此药能调理脾胃、增进食欲、顺气化痰，药性不寒不燥，功效显著。

治疗瘴气病后身体疲倦、饮食减少且多痰的症状。

以上药材各取等分，用姜水煎煮服用。如果患者容易饥饿但进食量少，或者感到饱胀胸闷，则加入藿香和砂仁，此方名为香砂六君汤。

治疗瘴气病后出现的虚烦、失眠，以及心胆气虚胆怯、气机郁结生痰、痰气互搏从而引发各种证候。症状包括四肢浮肿、心中虚烦闷乱、遇事易受惊吓、梦见不祥之兆或奇异景象导致眩晕迷惑，进而致使心惊胆怯。
半夏（一两五钱）、枳实（一两）、陈皮（一两五钱）、甘草（四钱）、茯苓（三两）、竹茹
以上药材加生姜七片、大枣一枚，用水煎煮，饭前热服。
治疗瘴疾引起的呕吐逆气、头痛以及气厥、痰饮病症。
防风、天麻、半夏（各五钱，生用）、南星、干姜、川乌（各一两）、川芎、甘草
以上药材共同研为细末，用水泛丸制成饼子状，每次服用五饼，用姜汤送服。
To treat lower back pain, foot pain, and generalized body pain following malarial fever (Zhang Nue).
Cangzhu Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Chenpi Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Houpo Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis, Banxia Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum, Fuling Poria, Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Chuanxiong Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong (large dose), Rougui Cortex Cinnamomi, Ganjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, Jiegeng Radix Platycodonis, Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae. (Zhike Fructus Aurantii should not be used for those with Qi deficiency.)
Decoct the above herbs with three slices of Shengjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens and take orally.
To treat spontaneous sweating (Zihan) following malarial fever.
Huangqi Radix Astragali, Baishao Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rougui Cortex Cinnamomi, Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae.
Decoct the above herbs with three slices of Shengjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens and one Dazao Fructus Jujubae in water and take orally.
To treat lethargy and anorexia following malarial fever. This prescription can regulate the Stomach to promote appetite, move Qi to resolve phlegm, is neither cold nor dry, and has numerous efficacies.
Renshen Radix Ginseng, Baizhu Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Chenpi Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Fuling Poria, Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae.
Take equal parts of the above herbs, add three slices of Shengjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens and one Dazao Fructus Jujubae, decoct in water, and take orally.
To treat fatigue and reduced food intake with excessive phlegm following malarial fever.
Renshen Radix Ginseng, Baizhu Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Fuling Poria, Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae, Chenpi Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Banxia Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum.
Take equal parts of the above herbs, decoct in water with ginger, and take orally. If the patient feels hungry easily but eats little, or experiences fullness and chest oppression, add Huoxiang Herba Agastaches and Sharen Fructus Amomi Rotundi. This formula is named Xiangsha Liujun Tang (Aromatic Sand Cardamom Six Gentlemen Decoction).
(Treatment is the same as Liujun Tang.)
Renshen Radix Ginseng (1 liang), Baizhu Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (5 qian), Fuling Poria (1 liang), Ganjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens (2 liangs, processed), Sharen Fructus Amomi Rotundi (2 liangs), Maiya Fructus Hordei Germinatus (1 liang, stir-fried).
Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae (1.5 liangs).
Process with refined honey to make pills. Each liang of powder makes eight pills. Take one pill per dose, chew thoroughly before meals, and swallow with Ginger Water.
To treat deficiency heat irritability and insomnia following malarial fever, along with deficiency and timidity of the Heart and Gallbladder, Qi stagnation generating phlegm, and phlegm clashing with Qi causing various syndromes. Symptoms include edema of the four limbs, mental restlessness and oppression due to Heart deficiency, susceptibility to fright upon encountering events, dreams of inauspicious omens or bizarre illusions causing dizziness and confusion, ultimately leading to a startled Heart and timid Gallbladder.
Banxia Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum (1.5 liangs), Zhishi Fructus Aurantii Immaturus (1 liang), Chenpi Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (1.5 liangs), Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae (4 qian), Fuling Poria (3 liangs), Zhuru Pericarpium Arecae Preparatum.
Decoct the above herbs with seven slices of Shengjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens and one Dazao Fructus Jujubae in water. Take hot before meals.
To treat vomiting and regurgitation caused by Malaria (Zhang Ji), headache, Qi syncope, and Phlegm-fluid retention.
Fangfeng Radix Saposhnikoviae, Tianma Rhizoma Gastrodiae, Banxia Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum (each 5 qian, raw), Nanxing Rhizoma Arisaematis Cum Bile, Ganjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, Chuanwu Rhizoma Aconiti Lateralis Preparatus (each 1 liang), Chuanxiong Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae.
Grind all into fine powder, make pills using water into cake-like shapes. Take five cakes per dose with Ginger Water.
