风轮傍边白睛内，白如锯齿枣花同。怒伤肝胆邪冲眼，还睛散用车知茺。人参防黑
黄芩茯，坠翳丸服可收功。
【注】枣花内障者，风轮傍边，白睛之内，映出白翳，如枣花锯齿之状。缘怒伤肝胆，令
脑邪热冲入目中，致成此障，久则变为瞳神细小。宜服还睛散，再服坠翳丸。
枣花翳还睛散方
车前子 知母 茺蔚子 人参 防风 黑参（各二钱） 黄芩（一钱半） 茯苓（二钱）
上为粗末，以水二盏，煎至一盏，去渣温服。
坠翳丸方（见偃月内障下）
头响如雷又似风，雷头风热毒冲瞳，脑汁下注瞳色变，瞳仁大小目昏蒙。泻肝芩梗
硝黄黑，羌活车归知母龙，虚者磁石丸姜附，味黑丹皮磁石同。
【注】雷头风内障，初患之时，头面多受冷热，毒瓦斯冲入头中，致头内响声如风如雷，头旋发热，
日久冲入眼内，脑汁下注，瞳仁变色，瞳或大小不定。实者宜服泻肝散；虚者宜服磁石丸。
泻肝散方
黄芩 桔梗 芒硝 大黄 黑参 羌活 车前子 当归 知母（各一钱） 龙胆草（五分）
上为粗末，以水二盏，煎至一盏，食后去渣温服。
磁石丸方
干姜（一两） 附子（炮，五钱） 五味子（半两） 黑参（一两） 牡丹皮（一两） 磁石（烧红，醋淬
三次，一两）
上为细末，炼蜜为丸，如桐子大，食前茶清送下一钱。
在风轮（黑睛）旁边的白睛内部，白色的翳障形状如同锯齿或枣花一般。愤怒损伤肝胆，导致邪气上冲眼部，治疗宜用还睛散，方中包含车前子、知母、茺蔚子。若需防止变黑及加入黄芩、茯苓，可服用坠翳丸以收功效。
【注】所谓枣花内障，是指在风轮旁边、白睛之内，映现出白色翳障，形状像枣花的锯齿。这是因为愤怒损伤了肝胆，致使脑部的邪热冲入眼中，从而形成此症，日久则会导致瞳神缩小。适宜服用还睛散，随后再服用坠翳丸。
枣花翳还睛散方：
车前子、知母、茺蔚子、人参、防风、黑参（各二钱）、黄芩（一钱半）、茯苓（二钱）。
以上药材研为粗末，用水两盏，煎煮至一盏，去渣后温服。
头部响声如雷又似风声，雷头风的火热毒邪冲击瞳孔，脑汁下注导致瞳色改变，瞳孔大小不一且视力昏蒙。实证宜服泻肝散，药物包括黄芩、桔梗、芒硝、大黄、黑参、羌活、车前子、当归、知母、龙胆草；虚证宜服磁石丸，药物包含五味子、牡丹皮、磁石等。
【注】雷头风内障，初起时，头面部多受冷热之邪，毒瓦斯冲入头部，导致头部内响声如风如雷，伴有头晕发热。日久邪气冲入眼内，脑汁下注，导致瞳孔变色，瞳孔大小不定。实证适宜服用泻肝散；虚证适宜服用磁石丸。

以上药材研为粗末，用水两盏，煎煮至一盏，饭后去渣温服。
磁石丸方：
干姜（一两）、附子（炮制，五钱）、五味子（半两）、黑参（一两）、牡丹皮（一两）、磁石（烧红后用醋淬炼三次，一两）。
以上药材研为细末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸药，饭前用清茶送服一钱。
In the white sclera adjacent to the Fenglun (cornea), the white nebula appears similar in shape to sawteeth or a jujube flower. Anger damages the Liver and Gallbladder, causing pathogenic factors to rush upward into the eyes; treatment should employ Huanjing San (Restore Vision Powder), which includes Qianqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), and Chongweizi (Leonuri Fructus). To prevent darkening, Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) and Fuling (Poria) may be added, and Zhuanyi Wan (Nebula-Dropping Pill) can be taken to achieve therapeutic success.
[Note] The condition known as Jujube Flower Cataract (Zaohua Neizhang) refers to a white nebula appearing within the white sclera beside the cornea, resembling the sawteeth of a jujube flower. This arises because anger injures the Liver and Gallbladder, allowing brain pathogenic heat to rush into the eyes, resulting in this obstruction; over time, it may transform into a constricted pupil (Tongshen). It is appropriate to take Huanjing San, followed by Zhuanyi Wan.
Formula for Jujube Flower Nebula: Huanjing San (Restore Vision Powder)
Qianqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), Chongweizi (Leonuri Fructus), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Heishen (Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata) [each 2 qian], Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) [1.5 qian], Fuling (Poria) [2 qian].
Grind the above ingredients into a coarse powder. Decoct with two cups of water until reduced to one cup, remove the dregs, and take warm.
Formula for Zhuanyi Wan (See formula under Ouyue Neizhang/Crescent Moon Cataract).
Head noises like thunder and wind, Lei Tou Feng (Thunder-Head Wind) heat-toxin rushes to the pupil, brain fluid descends causing pupil color change, pupil size varies and vision is blurred. For excess patterns, take Xiegan San (Drain Liver Powder) containing Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Heishen (Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Qianqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), Longdancao (Gentianae Radix); for deficiency patterns, take Cishi Wan (Magnetite Pill) containing Wuweizi (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus), Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex), and Cishi (Magnetitum).
[Note] Lei Tou Feng Neizhang (Thunder-Head Wind Internal Obstruction): Initially, the head and face are often exposed to cold or heat, and toxic vapors rush into the head, causing internal head noises like wind or thunder, accompanied by vertigo and fever. Over time, pathogens rush into the eyes, brain fluid descends, causing pupil discoloration and variable pupil size. Excess patterns are suitable for Xiegan San; deficiency patterns are suitable for Cishi Wan.
Formula for Xiegan San (Drain Liver Powder)
Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Heishen (Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Qianqianzi (Plantaginis Semen), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma) [each 1 qian], Longdancao (Gentianae Radix) [0.5 qian].
Grind the above ingredients into a coarse powder. Decoct with two cups of water until reduced to one cup, remove the dregs after meals, and take warm.
Formula for Cishi Wan (Magnetite Pill)
Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed) [5 qian], Wuweizi (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus) [0.5 liang], Heishen (Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata) [1 liang], Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex) [1 liang], Cishi (Magnetitum, calcined red and quenched in vinegar three times) [1 liang].
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take 1 qian before meals, washed down with clear tea.
