四钱） 枯矾 皂矾 火硝（各一两五钱） 先用防风
荆芥 木贼 灵仙 胆草 石决明 归尾（各三钱）
水六碗，煎数十滚，滤去渣，入枯矾、火硝、皂
矾三味，煮干为则，细研，同五味入阳城罐，升打六
炷香，文武火，冷定取出。升上者专点 肉，其效
甚速。
大拨云主药，每甘石一钱，加灵药一分，翳浓再
加，翳薄再减。火批主药一钱，加冰片一分，雄黄三
分，朱砂三分，硼砂二分，玄明粉二分。以上治一切
火障眼。
风批主药一钱，朱砂三分，冰片一分，制过铜绿
一分。以上治风障。
如拳毛倒睫，加石燕、石蟹，烧红醋淬为末，各
用二分半，入煎药和匀点之。
如迎风流泪，加螵蛸末分半，轻粉五厘，入主药内。
如痘风、月家风、烂弦等眼，用蕲艾熏过，铜
绿、水粉以乳汁调搽眼弦。不宜令入眼内。如弦好了，
内有红赤，用前风批药点之。
日批大拨云主药一钱，加桑霜五分，珍珠三分，
丁香五分，空白三分，朱砂三分，花蛛二分半，五
退一分，秋石一分，灵药一分。共为细末，点外障
浓云翳， 肉攀睛多年，血翳、垂帘、倒睫，一切浓
云、顽翳为主。只待云尽，见珠瞳人。方用清珠复
明散，下月批主药是也。
月批小拨云主药一钱，加朱砂三分，珍珠三分，
丁香五分，空白三分，蚕霜五分，花蛛二分。共为细
末，点外障发翳，以此为主。
【升打灵药法】
取汞、铅（各二两二钱）、青盐、硼砂、砂（各二两四钱）、枯矾、皂矾、火硝（各一两五钱）。先用防风、荆芥、木贼、威灵仙、龙胆草、石决明、当归尾（各三钱），加水六碗，煎煮数十次沸腾后，滤去药渣。将枯矾、火硝、皂矾这三味药加入滤液中，煮至水分干涸为度，研磨成细粉。将此细粉与前述五味药一同放入阳城罐中，用文武火加热蒸馏六炷香的时间，待冷却后取出。蒸馏升华得到的药物专门用于点治胬肉（翼状胬肉），疗效非常迅速。
大拨云主药方：每用甘石一钱，加入灵药一分；若翳膜厚则再加量，若翳膜薄则减量。
火批主药方：每用火批主药一钱，加入冰片一分、雄黄三分、朱砂三分、硼砂二分、玄明粉二分。以上配方用于治疗一切火邪引起的眼障。
风批主药方：每用风批主药一钱，加入朱砂三分、冰片一分、经过炮制的铜绿一分。以上配方用于治疗风邪引起的眼障。
如果是拳毛倒睫（睫毛向内生长刺入眼球），加入石燕、石蟹，烧红后用醋淬炼研末，各用二分半，混入煎药中调和后点眼。
如果是迎风流泪，加入海螵蛸末分半、轻粉五厘，混入主药内使用。
如果是痘风、月家风、烂弦（睑缘炎）等眼病，用蕲艾熏蒸过的铜绿、水粉，以乳汁调匀涂抹于眼睑边缘。不宜让药液进入眼内。如果眼睑边缘愈合后，内部仍有红赤现象，用上述风批药方点眼。
日批大拨云主药方：每用日批大拨云主药一钱，加入桑霜五分、珍珠三分、丁香五分、空白（此处疑为“白蔹”或类似药材，依原文保留）三分、朱砂三分、花蛛二分半、五退一分、秋石一分、灵药一分。共研为细末，用于点治外障浓密云翳、胬肉攀睛多年、血翳、垂帘、倒睫，以及一切浓云、顽固翳膜为主。只待云翳完全消散，露出黑睛瞳人后，才改用清珠复明散，即下文所述的月批主药。
月批小拨云主药方：每用月批小拨云主药一钱，加入朱砂三分、珍珠三分、丁香五分、空白三分、蚕霜五分、花蛛二分。共研为细末，用于点治外障初发翳膜，以此方为主。
[Method for Sublimating and Beating Lingyao]
Take Mercury (Hydrargyrum), Lead (Plumbum) (each 2 liang 2 qian), Qingyan (Green Salt), Borax (Borax), Sha (Sand) (each 2 liang 4 qian), Kufan (Calcined Alum), Zaofan (Green Vitriol), Huoxiao (Saltpeter) (each 1 liang 5 qian). First, use Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Jingjie (Schizonepeta Spike), Muzei (Equisetum Hiemale), Lingxian (Aconitum Coreanum), Danshen (Gentiana Scabra), Shijueming (Argopecten Irradians Shell), Guiwei (Angelica Sinensis Tail) (each 3 qian). Add six bowls of water, boil until it has rolled dozens of times, filter to remove the dregs. Add the three herbs Kufan, Huoxiao, and Zaofan to the filtrate, and boil until the moisture is dry. Grind into a fine powder. Mix this fine powder with the aforementioned five ingredients and place them in a Yangcheng jar. Distill using mild and strong fire for the duration of six incense sticks. After cooling down, take out the product. The sublimated substance is specifically used to treat Pterygium (Wu Rou), with very rapid efficacy.
Main prescription for Da Boyun (Great Cloud-Dispersing): For every 1 qian of Ganshi (Hemimorphite), add 1 fen of Lingyao (Spirit Medicine); if the nebula (Yi) is thick, increase the dosage; if thin, decrease it.
Huopi Main Prescription: For every 1 qian of Huopi main medicine, add 1 fen of Bingpian (Borneol), 3 fen of Xionghuang (Realgar), 3 fen of Zhusha (Cinnabar), 2 fen of Pengsha (Borax), and 2 fen of Xuanmingfen (Mirabilite). The above prescriptions are used to treat all types of Fire Obstruction Eye diseases.
Fengpi Main Prescription: For every 1 qian of Fengpi main medicine, add 3 fen of Zhusha (Cinnabar), 1 fen of Bingpian (Borneol), and 1 fen of processed Tonglv (Malachite). The above prescriptions are used to treat Wind Obstruction Eye diseases.
For conditions such as Trichiasis (Quanmao Daojie - inverted eyelashes), add Shiyan (Swallow Stone) and Shixie (Stone Crab), heat until red, quench in vinegar, and grind into powder. Use 2.5 fen of each, mix evenly with decoction medicine, and apply to the eye.
For tearing upon exposure to wind, add 0.5 fen of Piaoxiao powder (Cuttlebone) and 5 li of Qingfen (Calomel), and incorporate into the main medicine.
For eye conditions such as Doufeng (Smallpox Wind), Yuejiafeng (Monthly Family Wind), and Lanxian (Rotten Eyelid Margin/Blepharitis), use Tonglv (Malachite) fumigated with Qiai (Artemisia Princeps Mugwort) and Shufen (Lead Powder), mixed with milk juice to apply to the eyelid margin. Care should be taken not to let the medicine enter the eye. If the eyelid margin heals but redness remains inside, use the aforementioned Fengpi medicine to apply to the eye.
Ripi Da Boyun Main Prescription: For every 1 qian of Ripi Da Boyun main medicine, add 5 fen of Sangshuang (Mulberry Frost), 3 fen of Zhenzhu (Pearl), 5 fen of Dingxiang (Clove), 3 fen of Kongbai (Blank/White material), 3 fen of Zhusha (Cinnabar), 2.5 fen of Huazhu (Flower Spider), 1 fen of Wuitui, 1 fen of Qiushi (Autumn Stone), and 1 fen of Lingyao (Spirit Medicine). Grind all into a fine powder. This is used to apply to external obstructions with dense cloud-like nebulae, long-standing Pterygium (Nu Rou Pan Jing), Blood Nebula (Xue Yi), Curtain Drooping (Chui Lian), Trichiasis, and all dense clouds and stubborn nebulae. Only after the cloudiness has completely cleared and the pupil (Tong Ren) is visible, should one switch to Qingzhu Fuming San (Clear Pearl Restoring Vision Powder), which refers to the Yuepi main medicine described below.
Yuepi Small Boyun Main Prescription: For every 1 qian of Yuepi Small Boyun main medicine, add 3 fen of Zhusha (Cinnabar), 3 fen of Zhenzhu (Pearl), 5 fen of Dingxiang (Clove), 3 fen of Kongbai (Blank/White material), 5 fen of Can shuang (Silkworm Frost), and 2 fen of Huazhu (Flower Spider). Grind all into a fine powder. This is used to apply to early-stage external obstruction nebulae, serving as the primary prescription.
