钱（炒黑） 荆芥三钱。水煎服。一剂而痛安，再剂而肠升，三剂而
兼清大肠之火，水源不断，火气自消，故园有可归之途，有不急返
昴日星君说：“妙极了。我再选一方，适用于全身疼痛，从背部开始一直延伸到腰、膝和小腿胫骨，无处不痛的情况。这是因为饮食损伤了肾脏，肾受伤后邪气侵犯正气，长久停留不肯透出体外。虽然肾不宜直接泄泻，但可以通过调理使胃与大肠的风湿之邪得以去除。方剂组成：黄耆一两、白术五钱、茯苓五钱、甘草一钱、防风五分、羌活五分。用水煎服。服用一剂后疼痛减轻，两剂后疼痛消除，再用八味地黄丸进行调理，从此永不复发。”
蓝大仙说：“非常妙。我也选一方，适用于全身出现肿块且疼痛的人，人们通常认为是痛风。然而虽然是痛风，是因为湿气……（原文此处有缺漏）……只……钱……痛止。（原文此处有缺漏）有夜间睡觉遗尿的人，此人怕冷喜热，面色黄而身体怯弱，大便稀溏，小便频繁，人们以为是小肠虚寒所致，谁知其实是肾……（原文此处有缺漏）一剂即止。（原文此处有缺漏）一年老之人，不必在夜间睡觉时遗尿，即使白天不睡觉也会自行遗尿。这比之前的情况更重，这是命门火衰不能制约水液所致。夫老人孤……（原文此处有缺漏）苓……（原文此处有缺漏）此……”
刘仙说：“妙极了。我选一方，治疗脱肛症，病程久了会出现涩痛，人们以为是肠道虚弱导致下陷，谁知其实是阳气衰弱，不能……（原文此处有缺漏）污秽……（原文此处有缺漏）之品……（原文此处有缺漏）白……”

Mao Ri Xing Jun (Star Lord of the Ox Constellation) said: "Excellent. I select another prescription for cases where pain pervades the entire body, starting from the back and extending to the waist, knees, and shins, with no area spared. This is caused by dietary injury to the Kidney; when the Kidney is injured, pathogenic factors oppress the healthy Qi, lingering long without being expelled. Although the Kidney should not be purged directly, the wind-dampness in the Stomach and Large Intestine can be eliminated. The formula consists of: Huangqi (Radix Astragali) 1 liang, Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) 5 qian, Fuling (Poria) 5 qian, Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae) 1 qian, Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae) 5 fen, Qianghuo (Rhizoma Notopterygii) 5 fen. Decoct in water and take orally. Pain decreases after one dose, and disappears after two doses. Subsequently, regulate with Bawei Dihuang Wan (Eight-Ingredient Rehmannia Pill) to prevent recurrence permanently."
Lan Da Xian (Blue Great Immortal) said: "Very excellent. I also select a prescription for cases where lumps appear all over the body accompanied by pain, which people generally consider to be Gout (Tongfeng). [text missing] For those who have nocturnal enuresis while sleeping, the person fears cold and prefers heat, has a sallow complexion and weak physique, loose stools, and frequent urination. [text missing] An elderly person may experience spontaneous enuresis even during the day without sleeping, which is more severe than before. Liu Xian said: "Excellent. I select a prescription to treat Rectal Prolapse (Tuogang). If prolonged, it causes aching pain. Liu Xian said: "Most excellent. However, there are also cases of Rectal Prolapse without constipation. People think it is Sinking due to Qi Deficiency, but who knows it is actually the Rushing Out of Fire in the Large Intestine. Da... [text missing] ... Da... [text missing] ... etc... [text missing] ... naturally at ease. The formula consists of: Xuanshen (Radix Scrophulariae) 1 liang, Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) 3 qian, Shudi (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata) 1 liang, Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) 3 qian, Diyü (Herba Siegesbeckiae) ... qian (stir-fried until black), Jingjie (Herba Schizonepetae) 3 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. Pain settles after one dose, the intestine rises after a second dose, and after three doses...
