When the pulse is minute and fine, imperceptible, or intermittent: Use a round-bladed needle to puncture the Fuliuxue (KI7, Reproduction Stream) acupoint of the Foot-Shaoyin Kidney Meridian. Insert the needle to the bone level, advancing downward in the direction of the needle. Wait until the returning-yang pulse appears before withdrawing the needle.
For injuries from scorpion stings, snake bites, dog bites, or centipede bites, where pain is unbearable: Carefully examine the meridian pathways involved and determine the flow direction (shun/ni) and qi status to apply acupuncture accordingly. "Shun" and "ni" refer to the direct draining of qi along the meridian; during this process, the patient should hold their breath to prevent toxic vapors from spreading through the meridians. Recite the following needle incantation: "Heavenly spirit shines bright, wishing for longevity; The Great Mystery's One, guarding its true form; Lords of the Five Zang Organs, each maintain peace; With one strike of the divine needle, ten thousand poisons vanish; Swiftly as law commands, summon the Nine Needles." Chant the incantation once, blow air onto the needle, visualize the needle as a fire dragon, and imagine it expelling the disease from the patient's heart and abdomen, leading to rapid recovery.
For drowning victims who have been dead overnight but can still be saved: Immediately untie the victim's clothing and moxa points at the center of the umbilicus (Shenque CV8).
For rabid dog bites: Moxa the wound site.
For snake bites: Apply three moxa cones to the injury site, and simultaneously place a slice of garlic on the bite wound, applying moxibustion over the garlic.

Regarding the specialty of Bian stone therapy, although texts such as *Zisheng Jing* and *Zhenjiu Sishu* exist, their contents are vast and profound, making it difficult to grasp their essence. Only Master Chen obtained the secret family transmission of Mr. Zisang, compiled these essentials, and authored this book to facilitate learning for future generations. It has now been re-corrected, with details and brevity determined, to be particularly pertinent and crucial, enabling people of all times and places to enter the realm of benevolence and longevity.
