香苏散
紫苏 香附 陈皮 甘草 槟榔 木瓜
加姜、葱。水煎服。
将药材研成细末。空腹时用滚开水调服。

黄耆鳖甲散（出自《和剂局方》）
人参，黄耆，茯苓，天冬，半夏，知母，桑白皮，地骨皮，生地黄，赤芍，桔梗，肉桂，紫菀，秦艽，鳖甲，柴胡，甘草。
加水煎煮后服用。
人参散（出自《本事方》） 治疗五劳。
人参，白术，茯苓，甘草，当归，赤芍，半夏曲，柴胡，黄芩，干葛。
加入生姜、大枣，加水煎煮后服用。
小三五七散 治疗眩晕。

以上药物研成细末，用鹅瓴管蘸取少量药粉，吹入耳内。
推气散 治疗右胁疼痛、胀满、食欲不振。
枳壳，桂心，片子姜黄（各半两，另一版本作僵蚕），甘草（炙，一钱半）。
研成细末。每次服用二钱，用姜枣汤或酒送下。
通关散 治疗鼻疾。
白矾，直僵蚕，南星（生用），梨芦，全蝎（等分）。
以上药物研成细末，用鹅瓴管吹入鼻内。

胡麻，蔓荆子，枸杞子，牛蒡子（各五钱），防风，苦参，白蒺藜，栝蒌根（各五钱）。
以上药物研成细末。每次服用二钱，煎煮甘草贯众汤漱口，不拘时间，用茶清调服。每日进服三次。
花蛇散（出自《三因方》） 治疗癞病。
白花蛇（酒浸，去皮骨，二两），生犀角（半钱），青皮（半两），黑丑（半两，一半生用一半炒）。
以上药物研成细末。每次服用二钱，配合腻粉半钱，研匀。在五更天时用糯米饮调服。以排出恶毒之物为度。十余日后再进服。
鸡鸣散 治疗扑击损伤。
大黄（一两，酒浸），杏仁（三七粒，去皮尖）。
以上药物研成细末。用一碗酒，煎至六分。在鸡鸣时分服用。到晚上瘀血排出则痊愈。如果痊愈了，就会觉得气息微弱不能说话。对于服药不及者，急忙掰开嘴巴，灌入热小便。
调经散（出自《三因方》） 治疗月经不调。
当归，赤芍，没药，肉桂，细辛，甘草，麝香。
以上药物研成细末。用生姜汁、酒、米饮，空腹任意调服。
失笑散（出自《和剂局方》） 治疗妇人血瘀。
蒲黄（炒），五灵脂（酒研，淘去砂土，等分）。
以上药物研成细末，用浓醋熬成膏状，用水调服。
木香顺气散 治疗赤白带下。
京三棱，石三棱，萝卜子（炒），槟榔，陈皮，鸡爪三棱，半夏，白茯苓，人参，木香（各一两），黑丑，砂仁，白豆蔻（各五钱）。
以上药物研成细末，用姜汁打糊制成丸剂。
蒲黄散
蒲黄，干荷叶，牡丹皮，玄胡索，生地黄，甘草。
加入少许蜂蜜，加水煎煮后服用。

Zonghui San (Brown Ash Powder) [Source: *Shiqin*]
Bai Zong (Decayed Palm Fiber) (Any amount), burn to ash while preserving its nature. Take two qian mixed with wine on an empty stomach; clear rice decoction is also acceptable.
Sanhui San (Three Ashes Powder) [Source: Yang Shi]
Ce Bai Ye (Cacumen Platycladi, roasted and powdered, 5 qian), Zong Lu (Cortex Trachycarpi, preserved by burning, not white, 3 qian), Tong Zi (Fructus Toonae, burnt to charcoal, 2 qian).
Grind all into powder. Divide into two doses. Take with rice decoction on an empty stomach.
Huangqi San (Astragalus Powder) [Added Formula] Treats hemoptysis leading to consumptive disease (Xulao).
Gancao (Licorice Root, 4 qian), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix), Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) (each half liang).
Cut into pieces. Take half a liang per dose, decoct in water and take orally.
Muxiang Jiaojia San (Costus Interlacing Powder) Treats dysentery.
This refers to the simultaneous use of Liuhe Tang (Six Harmonies Decoction) and Huoxiang Zhengqi San (Agastache Powder for Regulating Qi).
Qizhen San (Seven Treasures Powder) Treats Wulao (Five Consumptions).
This is Bazhen San (Eight Treasures Powder) minus Bian Dou (Vigna Seed).

Tianxiong (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, processed), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) (each 2 fen), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus) (each 5 fen), Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (each 7 fen).
Grind into powder. Take mixed with wine.

Add Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger). Decoct in water and take orally.
Xi Gan San (Liver-Washing Powder) [Source: *De Xiao Fang*] Treats eye diseases.
Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried), Shanzhiren (Gardeniae Fructus), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, baked) (equal parts).
Grind into powder. Take mixed with water after meals.
Ming Er San (Ear-Ringing Powder) [Source: *Ji Sheng Fang*] Treats ear diseases.
Jin Cishi (Magnetitum, one piece bean-sized), Chuanshanjia (Manis Squama, preserved by burning, ground, 1 zi).
Wrap the above in new cotton wool and insert into the ear. Hold a small piece of raw iron in the mouth. Stop when a wind-like sound is felt in the ear.
Taohong San (Peach Red Powder) Treats ear diseases.
Gan Yanzhi (Dry Carmine), Bai Fan (Alumen) (equal parts).
Grind into powder. Dip the tip of a goose-bone tube into the powder and blow it into the ear.
Tuiqi San (Qi-Pushing Powder) Treats pain and distension in the right hypochondrium with loss of appetite.
Zhiqiao (Aurantii Fructus), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Pianzi Jianghuang (Curcumae Radix) (each half liang, another version says Jiangcan/Bombyx Batryticatus), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried, 1.5 qian).
Grind into powder. Take two qian per dose, washed down with ginger-jujube soup or wine.
Tongguan San (Passage-Opening Powder) Treats nasal diseases.
Bai Fan (Alumen), Zhi Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus), Nanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, raw), Lilu (Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus), Quanxie (Scorpio) (equal parts).
Grind into powder. Blow into the nose using a goose-bone tube.
Painong Tuoli San (Suppurative Pus and Interior-Supporting Powder) Treats carbuncles, ulcers, boils, and toxic swellings.
Di Wugong (Scolopendra), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Gancao (Licorice Root) (equal parts).
Grind into powder. Take mixed with wine.
Wuxiang San (Five Fragrances Powder) [Source: *Heji Jufang*]
Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum), Jishe Xiang (Litseae Fructus) (each 1 qian), Shexiang (Moschus), Xunlu Xiang (Boswelliae Resina) (1 qian).
Grind into powder. Take mixed with wine.
Huanji San (Skin-Changing Powder) [Source: Yang Shi]
Huma (Sesami Fructus), Manjingzi (Viticis Fructus), Gouqizi (Lycii Fructus), Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus) (each 5 qian), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), Bai Jili (Tribuli Fructus), Gualougen (Trichosanthis Radix) (each 5 qian).
Grind into powder. Take two qian per dose. Rinse mouth with decoction of Gancao (Licorice Root) and Guan Zhong (Cyati Spora). Take at any time, mixed with clear tea. Take three times daily.
Huashe San (Flower Snake Powder) [Source: *San Yin Fang*] Treats leprosy (Lai).
Baihua She (Bungarus multicinctus, soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, 2 liang), Sheng Xi (Rhino Horn, 0.5 qian), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride, 0.5 liang), Heiqiu (Ilicis Fructus, 0.5 liang, half raw, half stir-fried).
Grind into powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with Nifen (Calomelas, 0.5 qian) and ground evenly. Take at dawn (Jiming time) with glutinous rice decoction. Continue until foul toxins are discharged. Repeat after ten days.
Jiming San (Rooster-Crowing Powder) Treats traumatic injuries from falls/blows.
Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 1 liang, soaked in wine), Xingren (Pruni Semen, 21-37 grains, skin and tips removed).
Grind into powder. Use one bowl of wine, decoct until reduced to 6/10. Take at rooster-crowing time. By evening, if stasis blood is discharged, recovery occurs. If recovered, the patient may feel weak and unable to speak. For those who cannot swallow medicine, forcibly open the mouth and pour hot urine into it.
Tiaojing San (Menstruation-Regulating Powder) [Source: *San Yin Fang*] Treats irregular menstruation.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Moyao (Myrrha), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Gancao (Licorice Root), Shexiang (Moschus).
Grind into powder. Take as desired on an empty stomach, mixed with ginger juice, wine, or rice decoction.
Shixiao San (Laugh-Out-of-Pain Powder) [Source: *Heji Jufang*] Treats blood stasis in women.
Puhuang (Pollen Typhae), Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces, ground with wine, washed to remove sand and soil) (equal parts).
Grind into powder. Cook with strong vinegar into a paste. Take mixed with water.
Muxiang Shunqi San (Costus Qi-Regulating Powder) Treats leukorrhea (red and white discharge).
Jing Sanleng (Sparganii Rhizoma), Shi Sanleng (Sparganii Rhizoma), Luobozhong (Brassicae Semens), Binglang (Arecae Semen), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Jizhao Sanleng (Sparganii Rhizoma), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Bai Fuling (Poria), Renshen (Ginseng Root), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) (each 1 liang), Heiqiu (Ilicis Fructus), Sharen (Amomi Fructus Rotundus), Baidoukou (Amomi Fructus) (each 5 qian).
Grind into powder. Make pills using ginger juice as a binder.
Puhuang San (Typha Powder)
Puhuang (Pollen Typhae), Gan Heye (Dried Nelumbinis Folium), Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex), Yanhusuo (Corydalis Rhizoma), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix), Gancao (Licorice Root).
Add a little honey. Decoct in water and take orally.
Heye San (Lotus Leaf Powder)
Heye (Nelumbinis Folium), Puhuang (Pollen Typhae), Gancao (Licorice Root), Sheng Dihuang Zhi (Juice of Rehmanniae Radix), Mitang (Honey).
Boil Heye (Lotus Leaf) and Gancao (Licorice Root) in water. Remove dregs. Add Puhuang (Typha Pollen) and Dihuang Zhi (Rehmannia Juice). Mix well with honey and take.
Xiangsu San (Costus and Perilla Powder)
Zisu (Perillae Folium), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Gancao (Licorice Root), Binglang (Arecae Semen), Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus).
Add Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger) and Congbai (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus). Decoct in water and take orally.
