形肥饮食过多，而过期经行者，此湿痰壅滞，躯脂逼迫也。宜服六君子汤合芎归汤。
六君子汤
人参 白术 茯苓 炙甘草 陈皮 半夏
芎归汤
当归身 川芎 香附 枳壳（各一钱，炒） 滑石（二钱）
姜枣为引，空心服。
性躁多气伤肝，而动冲任之脉，宜服九味四物汤，兼服滋阴丸。如误食辛热药物，致经再行，亦用九味四
物汤，更服三补丸。
九味四物汤
熟地黄 当归 川芎 白芍 人参 柴胡 黄芩 黄连 甘草
水煎空心服。
滋阴丸
知母 黄柏（等分） 蜜丸滚汤下。
三补丸

经来几点而止，过五六日或十日又来几点，一月之内常行二三次，面色青黄。先服胶艾汤一二剂，次服紫
金丸。

水煎空心服。
紫金丸
青皮 陈皮（各五钱） 苍术 槟榔 砂仁 红豆（各六钱） 良姜 乌药 枳壳 香附（各八钱）
三棱（一两） 蓬术（二两）
粳米糊丸，食后米汤下百丸（一方无蓬术、苍术、香附）。
经来十日半月不止，乃血热妄行也。当审其妇曾吃椒姜热物过度，治之犹易。宜用金狗汤。
金狗汤
金毛狗脊 川续断 阿胶 地榆 川芎 当归 白芷（各一钱） 白芍 黄芩（各八分） 熟地黄（二钱）
水煎空心服。
形体肥胖且饮食过量，导致月经过期才来的，这是湿痰壅滞，体内脂肪压迫所致。适宜服用六君子汤合芎归汤。

用生姜、大枣为药引，空腹服用。
性情急躁多怒伤及肝脏，扰动冲脉和任脉，适宜服用九味四物汤，同时服用滋阴丸。如果误食辛辣热性药物，导致月经再次来潮，也使用九味四物汤，再加服三补丸。

制成蜜丸，用温水送服。
月经来潮点滴即止，过五六天或十天又来一点，一个月内常行经两三次，面色青黄。先服用胶艾汤一两剂，接着服用紫金丸。

用粳米糊制成丸药，饭后用米汤送服一百丸（另一版本无蓬术、苍术、香附）。
月经来潮十日半月不止，这是血热妄行所致。应当审查该妇女是否曾过度食用花椒、生姜等热性食物，治疗起来还比较容易。适宜使用金狗汤。
In individuals with a robust physique and excessive dietary intake, delayed menstruation is caused by the stagnation of damp-phlegm (Damp-Phlegm) and the compression exerted by adipose tissue. It is advisable to administer Liu Jun Zi Tang (Six Gentlemen Decoction) combined with Xiong Gui Tang (Szechuan Lovage and Angelica Decoction).

Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix), Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Fu Ling (Poria), Zhi Gan Cao (Prepared Licorice Root), Chen Pi (Tangerine Peel), Ban Xia (Pinellia Tuber).
Xiong Gui Tang (Szechuan Lovage and Angelica Decoction)
Dang Gui Shen (Angelica Sinensis Root Tip), Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome), Xiang Fu (Cyperus Rotundus Rhizome), Zhi Ke (Bitter Orange Fruit) (each 1 qian, stir-fried), Hua Shi (Talcum) (2 qian).
Use fresh ginger and jujube as guides; take on an empty stomach.
Individuals with irritable temper and excessive anger injure the Liver (Liver), disturbing the Chong Mai (Penetrating Vessel) and Ren Mai (Conception Vessel). It is advisable to administer Jiu Wei Si Wu Tang (Nine-Ingredient Four Substances Decoction) and concurrently take Zi Yin Wan (Nourish Yin Pill). If spicy and hot medications are mistakenly ingested, causing menstruation to resume, Jiu Wei Si Wu Tang should still be used, supplemented by San Bu Wan (Three Tonics Pill).

Decoct in water; take on an empty stomach.
Zi Yin Wan (Nourish Yin Pill)
Zhi Mu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma), Huang Bo (Phellodendri Cortex) (equal parts).
Form into honey pills; swallow with warm boiled water.
San Bu Wan (Three Tonics Pill)
Huang Qin (Scutellaria Root) (wine-fried), Huang Bo (Phellodendri Cortex) (wine-fried), Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizoma) (wine-fried).

When menstruation starts with scanty flow and stops quickly, then resumes slightly after five or ten days, occurring two or three times within a month, accompanied by a bluish-yellow complexion, first administer Jiao Ai Tang (Donkey-hide Gelatin and Mugwort Decoction) for one or two doses, followed by Zi Jin Wan (Purple Gold Pill).

Qing Pi (Green Tangerine Peel), Chen Pi (Tangerine Peel) (each 5 qian), Cang Zhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Bing Lang (Areca Seed), Sha Ren (Amomi Fructus), Hong Dou (Adzuki Bean) (each 6 qian), Liang Jiang (Galangal Rhizome), Wu Yao (Lindera Root), Zhi Ke (Bitter Orange Fruit), Xiang Fu (Cyperus Rotundus Rhizome) (each 8 qian), San Leng (Sparganii Rhizoma) (1 liang), Peng Ze (Curcumae Rhizoma) (2 liang).
Form into pills using rice paste; take 100 pills after meals with rice soup (another prescription excludes Peng Ze, Cang Zhu, and Xiang Fu).
Menstruation lasting ten days to half a month without stopping is due to blood heat causing reckless movement (Blood Heat). One must ascertain if the woman has excessively consumed pungent, ginger-like, or hot foods; treatment remains relatively straightforward. Jin Gou Tang (Golden Dog Spine Decoction) is appropriate.
