瘀血冲心（从高坠下欲死）
仓卒取药不及，擘开口以热小便灌之。或卒坠压倒、打死，将本人如僧打坐，令一人将
头发放低，用半夏末吹入鼻中，醒后以生姜汁、真麻油搅匀灌之，再以干荷叶烧灰，热小便

八厘散

急取雄鸡一只，刺血，量患人酒量冲服，痛立止，神效无比。（《赤水玄珠》）
夺命散（治扑打，金刀伤及破伤风，伤湿发痛，强直如痫状者）
天南星 防风
等分为末，水调敷患处，出水为妙，仍以温酒调服一钱。已死心尚温者，热童便灌调二
钱。 斗殴内伤坠压者，酒和服童便连灌三服即苏。亦可煎服。（《三因方》）
脑破骨折
蜜和葱白捣匀浓敷，立效。（《秘方集验》）
跌压（瘀血积痛难忍）
当归尾五钱 桃仁（去皮尖）廿一粒 大黄（酒煎）一两
酒煎，鸡鸣时服至明。取下瘀血即愈。（《秘方集验》）
跌打损伤神效方
九世还魂草 鹿含草 落得打草 麻皮头（上部倍加） 土鳖各等分
下部加苎根；内伤加白头蚯蚓、五味为君。随便再加红花、苏木等药。酒、水煎服，汗

接骨不知痛（骨节损伤、脱臼接骨者）
用凤仙花根酒磨服半寸，最多一寸，然后揉托而上则不知痛。但多服伤人，以一寸为极。

坠车落马（筋骨痛不止）
元胡索末，酒服二钱，日进二次即愈。（《秘方集验》）

在紧急情况下来不及取药时，掰开患者嘴巴，用热的小便灌入。或者突然被坠物压倒、打死，让患者摆出类似僧人打坐的姿势，由一人拉住其头发使其头部降低，将半夏粉末吹入鼻中。待患者苏醒后，用生姜汁与纯正芝麻油搅拌均匀后灌服，再用干荷叶烧成的灰，用热小便调匀后服用三钱，每日服用三次即可自愈。（出自《附刊感应篇注证》）
八厘散
土鳖虫一钱（焙干研末），乳香、没药、血竭各一钱，大半夏（生用），当归（酒浸），巴豆霜，砂仁，雄黄，香甜瓜子各五分。
研为细末密封保存备用。每次服用八厘，用优质黄酒送服。小儿服用三厘。只要能让患者开口服下就能救活。

无论是外感还是内伤皆为首选，哪管内部损伤多么严重；

筋骨折伤
急忙取一只雄鸡，刺破放血，根据患者的酒量用酒冲服，疼痛立刻停止，功效无比神奇。（出自《赤水玄珠》）
夺命散（治疗被打伤、金刃刀伤及破伤风，受湿邪发作疼痛，身体强直如同癫痫发作症状者）
天南星、防风。
等分为末，用水调匀敷在患处，以渗出液体为妙，同时仍用温酒调服一钱。若心脏已停但尚有余温者，用热童便调服二钱灌下。斗殴导致内伤或被坠物压伤者，用酒调和童便连续灌服三次即可苏醒。也可以煎煮后服用。（出自《三因方》）

跌压（瘀血积聚疼痛难以忍受）
当归尾五钱，桃仁（去皮尖）二十一粒，大黄（酒煎）一两。
用酒煎煮，在鸡鸣时分服用直到天亮。排出瘀血后即可痊愈。（出自《秘方集验》）
跌打损伤神效方
九世还魂草、鹿含草、落得打草、麻皮头（上部损伤加倍使用）、土鳖各等分。
下部损伤加苎麻根；内伤加白头蚯蚓，以上五味药作为主药。随意再加红花、苏木等药物。用酒和水煎煮服用，出汗后即愈。有一个姓沈的泥瓦工，从屋顶跌落，服用此方三天完全痊愈。（出自《怀德堂笔记》）
接骨不知痛（骨节损伤、脱臼复位者）
用凤仙花根用酒磨碎服用半寸，最多一寸，然后进行揉捏托举复位就不会感到疼痛。但是多服会伤人，以服用一寸为极限。（出处未详）
Blood Stasis Rushing to the Heart (Near death from falling from a height)
In emergencies where medication cannot be obtained in time, pry open the mouth and pour hot child's urine into it. Or if suddenly crushed by a fall or beaten to death, position the person in a posture resembling a monk's meditation, have one person lower their head by pulling their hair, blow powder of Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia, 半夏) into the nose. After regaining consciousness, mix fresh ginger juice with pure sesame oil evenly and administer. Then, take dry lotus leaves burned to ash, mixed with hot child's urine, and ingest three qian. Bali San (Eight-Centigram Powder)
Eupolyphaga seu Steleophaga (Tubiechong, 土鳖) one qian (roasted and powdered), Frankincense (Ruxiang, 乳香), Myrrh (Moyao, 没药), Dragon's Blood (Xuexie, 血竭) each one qian, Large Pinellia Tuber (Dabanxia, 大半夏) raw, Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归) soaked in wine, Crotonis Fructus Extract (Bashuang, 巴霜), Amomi Fructus (Sharen, 砂仁), Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄), Sweet Melon Seeds (Xiangtian Guazi, 香甜瓜子) each five fen.
Grind into fine powder, store sealed for use. Each dose is eight li, taken with good wine. Children take three li. As long as the patient can open their mouth and swallow, they will survive.

Add Caccasiae Capillus Carbonisatus (Xuyutai, 血余炭) one qian, Panacis Japonici Radix (Luodeda, 落得打) one qian. Both ground into powder and swallowed.
Middle Body Injuries (e.g., arm fractures)

Hot Compress Method
Use raw green onions with roots, chopped finely, stir-fried until the juice dries up. Apply while hot to the affected area. Bind externally with silk fabric to immediately stop pain and bleeding. (From *Wanbing Huichun*)
Tendon and Bone Fractures
Quickly obtain one rooster, prick it to draw blood, and mix with alcohol according to the patient's tolerance to drink. Pain stops immediately, with unparalleled efficacy. (From *Chuishui Xuanzhu*)
Duoming San (Life-Rescuing Powder) (For bruises, cuts, tetanus, pain from dampness, stiffness resembling epilepsy)
Arisaema Cum Bile (Tiannanxing, 天南星), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 防风).
Grind equally into powder, mix with water to apply to the affected area; oozing fluid is ideal. Also, take one qian mixed with warm wine. If the heart has stopped but remains warm, mix two qian with hot child's urine and administer. For internal injuries from fights or crushing, mix with wine and hot child's urine, administer three doses consecutively to regain consciousness. Can also be decocted and taken. (From *Sanyin Fang*)
Skull Fracture and Brain Injury
Mix honey and white parts of green onions, pound into a uniform paste, apply thickly to the site for immediate effect. (From *Mifang Jiyuan*)
Bruising and Compression (Unbearable pain from accumulated blood stasis)
Tail of Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dangguiwei, 当归尾) five qian, Peach Kernel (Taoren, 桃仁) twenty-one seeds (skin and tip removed), Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, 大黄) one liang (decocted in wine).
Decoct in wine, take at cockcrow until dawn. Recovery occurs after expelling blood stasis. (From *Mifang Jiyuan*)
Divine Efficacy Formula for Bruises and Trauma
Jiusi Huanhun Cao (Nine-Generation Soul-Returning Grass), Dinosauria Herb (Luhancacao, 鹿含草), Panacis Japonici Radix (Luodadacao, 落得打草), Hemp Root Head (Mapi Tou, 麻皮头) (double dose for upper body), Blatta Orientalis (Tubie, 土鳖) in equal parts.
For lower body injuries, add Ramie Root (Zhugen, 苎根); for internal injuries, add White-headed Earthworm (Baitou Qiuyin, 白头蚯蚓), using these five as the chief ingredients. Add Safflower (Honghua, 红花) and Sappan Wood (Sumu, 苏木) as desired. Decoct in wine and water, take until sweating occurs for recovery. A mason surnamed Shen fell from a roof and recovered completely in three days taking this formula. (From *Huide Tang Biji*)
Bone Setting Without Pain (For joint injuries and dislocations requiring reduction)
Use root of Impatiens balsamina, grind with wine, take half cun, maximum one cun. Then perform kneading and lifting reduction without pain. However, excessive dosage harms the body; limit to one cun. (Source unknown)
Traumatic Bone Fracture
Use Rosa laevigata fruit receptacle (Jinyingzi Dou, 金樱子兜 - i.e., Rosa laevigata root), peel, decoct in wine, take hot. Apply residue to the affected area for immediate cure. (From *Yuanjitang Kanshi*)
