葛氏，男子阴卒肿痛方。
灸足大趾第二节下横纹理正中央，五壮，佳。姚云，足大趾本，三壮。

小儿阴疝，发时肿痛。
根据仙翁前灸法，随左右灸，瘥。
随痛如刺方。
但服生夜干汁取下，亦可服丸药下之。云作走马汤，亦在尸注中有。
阴丸卒缩入腹，急痛欲死，名阴疝。
野狼毒四两，防风二两，附子三两，烧。蜜丸服三丸，如桐子大，日夜三度。
阴茎中，卒痛不可忍。
雄黄，矾石各二两，甘草一尺，水五升，煮取二升，渍。姚云，疗大如斗者。

阴蚀欲尽者。
虾蟆，兔屎，分等，末，勃疮上。
阴痒汁出。
嚼生大豆黄，涂之，亦疗尿灰疮。
姚疗阴痒生疮。
嚼胡麻，涂之。
葛疗阴囊下湿痒，皮剥。
乌梅十四枚，钱四十文，三指撮盐，苦酒一升。于铜器内总渍九日。日洗之，又煮槐皮
，若黄柏汁，及香叶汁，并良。
疗人阴生疮，脓出臼方。
高昌白矾一小两，捣细，麻仁等分，研，炼猪脂一合于瓷器中。和搅如膏，然后取槐白
皮，切作汤，以洗疮上，拭令干。即取膏涂上，然后以楸叶粘贴，不过三。
又阴疮有二种。
一者作臼脓出，曰阴蚀疮，二者但亦作疮，名为热疮。若是热，即取黄柏一两，黄芩一
两，切，作汤洗之。仍取黄连，黄柏，作末，敷之。
女子阴疮。
末硫黄，敷上。姚同，又烧杏仁，捣，涂之。
又方，末雄黄，矾石，各二分。麝香半分，捣，敷，姚同。
若阴中痛。
矾石二分熬，大黄一分，甘草半分，末绵裹如枣，以导之，取瘥。
若有息肉突出。
以苦酒三升，渍乌喙五枚，三日，以洗之。日夜三四度。
若苦痒搔之，痛闷。
取猪肝炙热，纳阴中，当有虫着肝。
小儿秃方。
取白头翁根，捣，敷一宿，或作疮，二十日愈。
灸颓。
但灸其上，又灸茎上，又灸白小腹脉上，及灸脚大趾三中。灸一壮，又灸小指头，随颓
左右着灸。
姚氏方。
杨柳枝如足大趾大，长三尺，二十枚。水煮令极热，以故纸及毡，掩肿处。取热柳枝，
更取拄之，如此取得瘥，止。
又卵颓。
熟捣桃仁，敷之，亦疗妇人阴肿，燥即易之。
《短剧》，牡丹散，疗颓偏大气胀方。
牡丹，防风，桂心，豉，熬，铁精，分等。合捣下，服方寸匕。小儿一刀圭，二十日愈
。大良，婴儿以乳汁和，如大豆，与之。
不用药法，疗颓必瘥方。
令病患自把糯米饼子一枚，并皂荚刺一百个，就百姓间坐社处。先将皂荚刺分合社人。
社官，三老已下，各付一针，即出饼子示人。从头至尾，皆言从社官已下，乞针捶。社人
问云，捶何物。病患云，捶人魁。周匝总遍讫，针并插尽。实时饼却到家，收掌于一处，饼
干，颓不觉，自散，永瘥，极神效。
附方
《千金方》，有人阴冷，渐渐冷气入，阴囊肿满恐死，日夜疼闷不得眠。
取生椒择之，令净，以布帛囊着丸囊，令浓半寸。须臾热气大通，日再易之，取消，瘥
。
又《外台秘要》方。
煮大蓟根汁，服之，立瘥。
《梅师方》，治卒外肾偏肿疼痛。
大黄末，和醋涂之，干即易之。
又方，桂心末，和水调方寸匕，涂之。
又方，治卒外肾偏疼。
皂荚和皮为末，水调，敷之，良。
《初虞世方》，治水 偏大，上下不定疼痛。
牡蛎不限多少，盐泥固济，炭三斤， 令火尽，冷取二两，干姜一两，炮石为细末，用
冷水调。稀稠得所，涂病处，小便利，即愈。
《经验方》，治丈夫本脏气伤膀胱连小肠等气。
金铃子一百个，温汤浸过，去皮巴豆二百个，捶微破，麸二升。同于铜锅内炒，金铃子
，赤熟为度，放冷取出，去核为末，每服三钱。非时，热酒，醋汤调，并得，其麸，巴豆不
用也。
《外台秘要》，治膀胱气急宜下气。
芜荑捣，和食盐末，二物等分。以绵裹如枣大，纳下部，或下水恶汁，并下气，佳。
又治阴下湿。
吴茱萸一升，水三升，煮三沸，去滓，洗痒瘥。
又治阴头生疮。
以蜜煎甘草，涂之，瘥。
《千金方》，治丈夫阴头痈，师所不能治。
乌贼鱼骨末，粉敷之，良。
又《千金翼方》。
鳖甲一枚，烧令末，以鸡子白和，敷之，良。
葛氏方：男子阴部突然肿痛的治疗方。
在足大趾第二节下方的横纹正中央施灸，灸五壮，效果更佳。姚氏记载说，灸足大趾根部（本），灸三壮。
又一方：取桃核中的桃仁，炒熟后研成粉末，用酒送服，剂量如弹丸大小。姚氏记载说，不超过三个。
又一方：取灶心黄土，研成粉末，用鸡蛋黄调和，外敷患处。蛇床子研成粉末，与鸡蛋黄调和后外敷，也很好。
又一方：取六枚鸡翅膀上的羽毛，烧成炭，再与蛇床子一起研成粉末，等量混合服用。少量药末随睾丸左右分布，敷在睾丸上，效果更佳。姚氏方中没有蛇床子。
小儿阴疝，发作时肿痛。
根据仙翁之前的灸法，随疼痛部位左右施灸，可痊愈。
针对疼痛如针刺的方子。
只需服用生夜干汁以通下，也可以服用丸药通便。据说制作成走马汤，也在治疗尸注病中有记载。
阴囊突然收缩入腹，剧烈疼痛欲死，称为阴疝。
野狼毒四两，防风二两，附子三两，炮制后制成蜜丸，每次服三丸，如梧桐子大小，每日三次。
阴茎中突然剧痛，难以忍受。
雄黄、矾石各二两，甘草一尺，加水五升，煮取二升，用于浸泡患处。姚氏记载说，适用于肿胀如斗大的情况。
又一方：黄连、黄柏等量，研成粉末。煮取肥猪肉的汁液，浸泡疮口后，撒药粉。姚氏方是用蜂蜜煎甘草，研末，涂抹患处。近来见到有龟头肿胀、颈部疮口快要断开的情况，用猪肉汁浸泡，按照姚氏的方法，效果神奇。
阴部腐蚀将尽者。
蛤蟆、兔屎等量，研成粉末，敷在腐烂的疮口上。
阴部瘙痒且有分泌物。
嚼碎生大豆黄，涂抹患处，也可治疗尿垢疮。
葛氏治疗阴囊下部潮湿瘙痒，皮肤剥落。
乌梅十四枚，铜钱四十文，三指撮的盐，醋一升。放在铜器中总共浸泡九天。每天清洗患处，另外煮槐树皮、黄柏汁或香叶汁，也有效。
治疗人阴部生疮，流脓形成溃疡的方子。
高昌白矾一小两，捣细，麻仁等量，研磨，炼猪脂一合放入瓷器中。调和搅拌如膏状，然后取槐白皮，切碎煮水，用来清洗疮口，擦干。随即涂上药膏，然后用楸叶粘贴，不超过三次。
又有两种阴疮。
一种是形成溃疡流脓，称为阴蚀疮；另一种只是生疮，称为热疮。如果是热疮，就取黄柏一两、黄芩一两，切碎煮水清洗。再取黄连、黄柏研成粉末，外敷。
女子阴疮。
硫黄研末，敷在患处。姚氏相同，另外烧杏仁，捣碎后涂抹。
如果阴道内疼痛。
矾石二分炮制，大黄一分，甘草半分，研末，用棉布包裹如枣核大小，纳入阴道，以求痊愈。
如果有息肉突出。
用醋三升，浸泡乌喙五枚，三天后，用来清洗患处。每天三四次。
如果苦于瘙痒抓挠后，感到疼痛昏闷。
取猪肝烤热，纳入阴道中，应当会有虫子附着在肝上。
小儿秃疮方。
取白头翁根，捣碎，敷上一晚，或者会形成疮口，二十天痊愈。
治疗阴囊肿垂。
只灸患处，又灸阴茎上，又灸小腹部的脉络上，以及灸脚大趾中间穴位。灸一壮，又灸小脚趾头，随阴囊肿垂的左右位置施灸。
姚氏方。
杨柳枝粗细如足大趾，长三尺，二十枚。水煮至极热，用旧纸和毡子，覆盖在肿胀处。取热的柳枝，再次按压，如此反复直到痊愈为止。
又治睾丸下垂。
熟捣桃仁，外敷，也可治疗妇女阴部肿胀，干燥了就更换。
《短剧》中的牡丹散，治疗偏侧阴囊肿大气胀的方子。
牡丹、防风、桂心、豆豉，炒制，铁精，等量。混合捣碎过筛，服用方寸匕。小儿服用一刀圭，二十天痊愈。效果很好，婴儿用乳汁调和，如大豆大小，喂给婴儿。
不用药物疗法，治疗阴囊肿垂必愈的方子。
让病人自己拿一枚糯米饼，并带一百个皂荚刺，到百姓祭祀土地神的地方坐下。先将皂荚刺分给参加祭祀的人。社官、三老以下，每人给一根针，随即拿出饼子给人看。从头到尾，都说从社官以下，乞求针扎。社人问：“扎什么？”病人说：“扎人的魁首。”转完一圈后，针全部插完。立刻把饼带回家，收存于一处，饼干了，阴囊肿垂不知不觉自行消散，永远痊愈，极其灵验。
附方
《千金方》记载，有人阴部寒冷，渐渐冷气侵入，阴囊肿满恐惧致死，日夜疼痛昏闷无法入睡。
取生花椒挑选干净，用布帛袋子装好，做成半寸厚的垫子。一会儿热气通畅，每天更换两次，直到消除，痊愈。
《梅师方》，治疗突然发生的睾丸偏侧肿痛。
大黄末，用醋调和涂抹，干了就更换。
又一方，治疗突然发生的睾丸偏侧疼痛。
皂荚连皮研成粉末，用水调匀，外敷，效果好。
《初虞世方》，治疗阴囊一侧肿大，上下不定疼痛。
牡蛎不限多少，用盐泥密封固定，用三斤炭火煅烧，直到火熄灭，冷却后取二两，干姜一两，炮制后研成细末，用冷水调匀。稀稠适度，涂在患处，小便通利，即愈。
《经验方》，治疗男子本脏气伤及膀胱连小肠等气机阻滞。
金铃子一百个，温水浸泡，去皮；巴豆二百个，捶打微破；麸皮二升。同在铜锅内炒，金铃子炒至赤熟为度，放冷取出，去核研末，每次服用三钱。非服药时间，可用热酒或醋汤调服均可，其中的麸皮和巴豆不需要了。
《外台秘要》，治疗膀胱气急宜下气。
芜荑捣碎，和食盐末，两物等量。用棉布包裹如枣核大小，纳入下部，或者排出恶臭液体，并下气，效果好。
又治疗阴部潮湿。
吴茱萸一升，水三升，煮三沸，去渣，清洗瘙痒处，痊愈。
Ge's Prescription: For sudden swelling and pain of the male genitals.
Moxibustion is applied to the exact center of the transverse crease below the second joint of the big toe, five moxa cones (Zhuang), which is better. Yao states to moxibust at the root of the big toe, three moxa cones.
Another prescription: Take the kernels from peach pits, roast them, grind into powder, and take with wine in a dose the size of a pellet. Yao states not more than three.
Another prescription: Take hearth earth (Zaozhong Huangtu), grind into powder, mix with egg yolk, and apply externally. Semen Cnidii (Shechuangzi) ground into powder, mixed with egg yolk, and applied externally, is also good.
Another prescription: Crush Radix Brasiccae Juncidae (Wujinggen) or Herba Verbenae (Mabiancao), and apply externally; both are effective. Yao's method is the same.
Another prescription: Take six chicken feathers (Jihe), burn them to ash, mix with equal parts of Semen Cnidii (Shechuangzi) powder, and take orally. Apply a small amount of powder around the scrotum on both sides, which is better. Yao's prescription does not include Semen Cnidii (Shechuangzi).
Pediatric Yin Hernia: Swelling and pain during attacks.
According to the previous moxibustion method by Xianweng, moxibustion is applied to the left or right side depending on the location, leading to recovery.
For pain like stabbing.
Simply take the juice of fresh Ye Gan (Night-dried plant, likely referring to a specific herb contextually lost or generic) to induce purgation, or take pill medicine to induce bowel movement. It is said that Zouma Tang (Running Horse Decoction) is also recorded in the treatment of Shizhu (Corpse Transmission).
Sudden retraction of the testicles into the abdomen, severe pain as if dying, named Yin Hernia.
Radix Stellerae (Yelangdu) 4 liang, Radix Saposhnikoviae (Fangfeng) 2 liang, Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata (Fuzi) 3 liang, processed. Make honey pills, take 3 pills each time, size of Sophora japonica seeds, three times a day.
Sudden unbearable pain in the penis.
Realgar (Xionghuang) and Alum (Fanshi) each 2 liang, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) 1 chi, add 5 sheng of water, boil to obtain 2 sheng, for soaking. Yao states it treats cases where swelling is as large as a bushel basket.
Ge's Prescription: For ulcerated and rotting sores on the male genitals.
Boil Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbai) to wash the area, then apply white honey.
Another prescription: Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian) and Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbai) in equal parts, grind into powder. Boil fat pork to extract juice, soak the sore, then dust with powder. Yao's prescription uses honey-fried Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), ground into powder, and applied. Recently, I saw cases of swollen glans and neck sores about to break off; soaking with pork juice according to Yao's prescription yields miraculous effects.
For genital erosion nearing completion.
Bufo bufo gargarizans (Xama) and Lepus cuniculus feces (Tushisi) in equal parts, grind into powder, apply to the ulcer.
Genital itching with discharge.
Chew raw yellow soybeans (Da Dou Huang) and apply; this also treats urine crust sores.
Yao's treatment for genital itching and sores.
Chew Sesamum indicum (Huma) and apply.
Ge's treatment for dampness and itching under the scrotum with skin peeling.
Fructus Mume (Wumei) 14 pieces, copper coins worth 40 wen, salt measured by three fingers, vinegar 1 sheng. Soak all together in a copper vessel for nine days. Wash daily. Also, decoct Cortex Morae Albae (Huai Pi), Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbai) juice, or Fructus Ligustri Lucidi (Xiangye) juice, all are effective.
Prescription for human genital sores discharging pus forming ulcers.
Gaochang Alum (Bai Fan) 1 xiao liang, finely ground; Sesamum indicum seed (Maren) in equal parts, ground; refined lard (Lian Zhizhi) 1 he placed in a porcelain vessel. Mix and stir until paste-like. Then take Cortex Morae Albae (Huai Baipi), cut and decoct to wash the sore, wipe dry. Immediately apply the ointment, then paste with Ficus pumila leaves (Qiu Ye), no more than three applications.
There are two types of genital sores.
One forms an ulcer with pus discharge, called Yin Shi Chuang (Genital Erosion Sore); the other simply forms a sore, named Re Chuang (Heat Sore). If it is a Heat Sore, take Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbai) 1 liang, Radix Scutellariae (Huangqin) 1 liang, cut and decoct to wash. Then take Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian) and Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbai), grind into powder, and apply.
Female Genital Sores.
Sulfur (Liu Huang) ground into powder, apply externally. Yao's method is the same; additionally, burn Almond (Xing Ren), crush, and apply.
Another prescription: Realgar (Xionghuang) and Alum (Fanshi) each 2 fen, Moschus (Shexiang) 0.5 fen, grind into powder, apply externally. Yao's method is the same.
If there is pain inside the vagina.
Alum (Fanshi) 2 fen, roasted; Radix Rhei Palmati (Dahuang) 1 fen; Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) 0.5 fen, grind into powder, wrap in cotton like a date, insert vaginally, to achieve cure.
If there is polypoid protrusion.
Soak Radix Aconiti Carmichaelii Preparata (Wuhui) 5 pieces in 3 sheng of vinegar for three days, then use to wash. Three to four times a day.
If suffering from itching, scratching causes pain and faintness.
Take pig liver, roast until hot, insert into the vagina; parasites should attach to the liver.
Pediatric Alopecia Areata Prescription.
Take Radix Pulsatillae (Baitouweng), crush, apply overnight; it may form a sore, healing in twenty days.
Moxibustion for Scrotal Edema/Hernia.
Moxibustion is applied to the affected area, also on the penis, on the abdominal vessels, and on the Sanzhong point of the big toe. One moxa cone, also on the little toe, moxibustion applied to the left or right side depending on the hernia.
Yao's Prescription.
Willow branch (Yangliuzhi) as thick as the big toe, 3 chi long, 20 branches. Boil in water until very hot, cover the swollen area with old paper and felt. Take the hot willow branch, press again, repeat until cured.
Another for Testicular Descent.
Thoroughly crush Peach Kernel (Taoren), apply externally; also treats female genital swelling, change when dry.
"Duan Ju" Mu Dan San: Prescription for unilateral scrotal swelling and qi distension.
Cortex Moutan (Mudan), Radix Saposhnikoviae (Fangfeng), Ramulus Cinnamomi (Guixin), Fermented Soybean (Chi), roasted, Iron Essence (Tiejing), in equal parts. Mix, crush, and sieve. Take one fangcun bi. Children take one daogui, heal in twenty days. Very effective; infants mix with milk, size of soybean, and feed.
Non-drug method for curing Scrotal Hernia.
Have the patient hold one glutinous rice cake and 100 Gleditsia sinensis thorns (Zaojia Ci), sit at a commoner's She (Earth God) altar. First distribute the thorns to the participants. The She Official, San Lao, and below each receive one needle, then show the cake to people. From head to tail, say begging needles from the She Official downwards. Participants ask "What to pierce?" Patient says "Pierce the person's chief." After going around completely, all needles are inserted. Immediately take the cake home, store it together. When the cake dries, the scrotal hernia will unknowingly dissipate and be permanently cured, extremely effective.
Attached Prescriptions
"Qian Jin Fang" records: Someone has cold genitals, gradually cold qi enters, scrotum swells full fearing death, painful and restless day and night unable to sleep.
Take fresh Sichuan pepper (Sheng Jiao), select clean, put in cloth bag, make cushion half inch thick. Soon heat flows through, change twice a day, until eliminated, cured.
Also "Waitai Miyao" Prescription.
Decoct Radix Cirsii Japonici (Daji) juice, take orally, immediate cure.
"Mei Shi Fang": Treats sudden unilateral testicular swelling and pain.
Radix Rhei Palmati (Dahuang) powder, mix with vinegar to apply, change when dry.
Another prescription: Ramulus Cinnamomi (Guixin) powder, mix with water to form fangcun bi, apply.
Another prescription: Treats sudden unilateral testicular pain.
Gleditsia sinensis fruit (Zaojia) with skin ground into powder, mix with water, apply, good effect.
"Chu Yushi Fang": Treats unilateral scrotal enlargement, moving up and down with pain.
Oyster Shell (Muli) unlimited amount, sealed with salt mud, roast with 3 jin charcoal until fire extinguishes, cool and take 2 liang, Dried Ginger (Shengjiang) 1 liang, processed stone ground to fine powder, mix with cold water. Adjust consistency appropriately, apply to diseased area, urination becomes smooth, then cured.
"Jingyan Fang": Treats men's organ qi injury affecting bladder connecting to small intestine etc.
Julingzi 100 pieces, soaked in warm water, peel off; Bitter Apricot Seed (Badou) 200 pieces, slightly crushed; Bran 2 sheng. Stir-fry together in copper pot until Julingzi turns red and ripe, cool and remove, remove pits, grind to powder. Take 3 qian each time. At any time, mix with hot wine or vinegar soup, both work; the bran and Badou are not used.
"Waitai Miyao": Treats bladder qi urgency needing downward movement of qi.
Myrobalan (Wuyi) crushed, mixed with salt powder, equal parts. Wrap in cotton like a date, insert into lower part, or discharge foul fluid, and move qi, good.
Also treats dampness in the genitals.
Evodia Fruit (Wuzhuyu) 1 sheng, water 3 sheng, boil three boils, remove dregs, wash itchy area, cured.
Also treats sores on the glans.
Honey-fried Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), apply, cured.
"Qian Jin Fang": Treats male glans carbuncle, which doctors cannot treat.
Cuttlefish Bone (Wuzeiyu Gu) ground into powder, dust externally, good.
Also "Qianjin Yifang".
Testudo Sinensis Carapace (Biejia) one piece, burn to powder, mix with egg white, apply, good.
