良方中有数法，皆累验者，可参用之。

五灵脂，狗胆汁和丸，如鸡头大，每服一丸，煎热生姜酒磨化，再汤蒸令极热。先煮温
粥半升，持在手，令病患乘药热顿饮，便以粥送下。

上同研如碧玉色，临卧，置舌根下一字，咽津无妨，迟明瘥。凡口疮不可失睡，一夜失

随左右所患，肩尖微近后骨缝中，小举臂取之，当骨解陷中，灸五壮，予目睹灸数人皆
愈，灸毕，项大痛，良久乃定，永不发。予亲病齿，百方治之皆不验，用此法灸遂瘥。

脂以真定者为良，细布袋盛，清水百沸汤煮，浮水面者，以新竹罩篱掠取，投新水中；

【治吐，紫粉丸】取针砂用醋浸泡一夜，倒掉醋液，随即带着剩余的醋进行炒制，直到药锅（铫子）呈现红色且无烟雾升起时停止。待冷却后，细细研磨，再用醋调和成团，放入火中烧至通红，取出待冷却，再次研磨至极细，用糊剂制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用四十丸，用米粥汤送服。服完后，再喝大约一盏米的粥汤，呕吐即可停止。如果症状未完全稳定，可再次服用。对于小儿，将药丸做得更小一些，根据孩子的年龄大小给予相应剂量，效果极为神奇。呕吐的原因有多种，《良方》中有几种方法，都经过多次验证有效，可以参考使用。
【配方】辰砂（五钱）、信砒（半钱多一点）、巴豆（七个，取仁去油后的霜状物）、胭脂（一钱）。
以上药材加入少许熔化的蜡和一两滴油，混合药物制成丸剂，用油纸包裹。成人丸药如绿豆大小，小儿丸药如芥菜籽大小。用浓煎的槐花甘草汤，放温后送服一丸，忌食热性食物。服药半小时后，此药治疗人的呕吐，只需服用一次。常给人服用一丸，偶尔两人患病，分而治之。用于救治呕吐逆乱、连粥药都无法服下的情况。
【另一法】五灵脂，与狗胆汁和匀制成丸药，如鸡头米大小。每次服用一丸，用热生姜酒磨化，再隔水蒸至极热。先煮半升温粥，拿在手中，让病人趁着药热的机会一口气喝完，随即用粥送下。
【治口疮及齿痛】黄柏（半两）、螺子黛（二钱）。
以上两味药共同研磨成碧玉色的粉末。临睡前，取一字量的药粉置于舌根下，吞咽津液无妨，天亮时病愈。凡是患有口疮不可熬夜失眠，若一夜未睡，根据病变部位在左侧还是右侧，在肩部尖端稍靠近后背骨缝处，微微抬起手臂寻找穴位，正当骨骼缝隙凹陷的地方，艾灸五壮。我亲眼目睹灸治数人皆痊愈。灸完后，颈部会剧烈疼痛，过很久才平息，此后永不复发。我亲人患牙痛，用各种方法治疗都不见效，用此法灸治便痊愈了。
【乌发方】脂膏以真定府出产的为优良。用细布袋盛装，放入百沸开水中煮，浮在水面的脂膏，用新竹编制的篱笆状工具捞取，投入新水中；久煮仍不浮出的，全部丢弃不用。加入生白茯苓末，不进行特殊炮制，只是削去外皮，捣碎筛选成细末，拌匀。每天早晨取三钱匕的量，含在口中，用少量温水搅动漱口，然后像平常一样用手指仔细刷牙，最后用温水咽下，漱口水照常吐出。能够……
[Treatment for Vomiting, Purple Powder Pill] Take Zhen Sha (Magnetite) and soak it in vinegar overnight. Discard the vinegar, then stir-fry it with the remaining vinegar until the clay pot (Yao Zi) turns red and no smoke rises, then stop. After cooling, grind it finely. Mix with vinegar to form a dough, burn it in fire until it turns red-hot, take it out, let it cool, and grind it again to an extremely fine powder. Make pills with paste, sized like sophora seeds. Take 40 pills per dose, swallowed with rice gruel broth. After taking, drink about one cup of rice gruel; vomiting will cease. If not stabilized, take another dose. For children, make smaller pills and adjust the dosage according to the child's age and size; the effect is miraculous. There are various causes of vomiting; *Liang Fang* contains several methods that have been repeatedly verified as effective, which can be consulted and used.
[Formula] Chen Sha (Cinnabar, 5 qian), Xin Pi (Arsenic Trioxide, slightly more than 0.5 qian), Ba Dou (Croton Seed, 7 seeds, use the oil-free residue/rub), Yan Zhi (Rouge, 1 qian).
Add a small amount of melted wax and one or two drops of oil to the above ingredients, mix into pills, and wrap them in oiled paper. Adult pills are sized like mung beans; pediatric pills are sized like mustard seeds. Administer one pill with warm strong decoction of Sophora flower and Licorice root. Avoid hot food. Half an hour later, this medicine treats human vomiting; only one dose is usually required. Often give people one pill; occasionally when two people are sick, treat them separately. [This method is for] treating vomiting and regurgitation where even gruel and medicine cannot be taken down.
[Another Method] Wu Ling Zhi (Trogopterus Dung) mixed with Dog Bile to form pills, sized like Chinese chestnuts. Take one pill per dose. Grind the pill in hot Ginger Wine, then steam over boiling water until extremely hot. First, cook half a sheng of warm rice gruel, hold it in hand, and have the patient drink it all at once while the medicine is hot, then follow immediately with the gruel.
[Treatment for Mouth Ulcers and Toothache] Huang Bo (Phellodendron Bark, 0.5 liang), Luo Zi Dai (Indigo Naturalis/Lapis Lazuli Pigment, 2 qian).
Grind the above two ingredients together until they resemble the color of jasper. Before going to bed, place a "yi" (a traditional measure approx. 0.3-0.5g) of powder under the root of the tongue. Swallowing saliva is permissible. By dawn, the illness will heal. Those suffering from mouth ulcers must not lose sleep. If one night is lost to insomnia, depending on whether the lesion is on the left or right side, locate the point slightly behind the shoulder tip near the posterior bone seam. Raise the arm slightly to find the depression between the bones. Moxibustion with five moxa cones should be applied. I have personally witnessed several people cured by this method. After moxibustion, there is severe pain in the neck which subsides after a long time, and the condition never recurs. My relative suffered from toothache; all other treatments failed, but this moxibustion method cured him.
[Blackening Hair Formula] The fat/grease produced in Zhending is considered superior. Place it in a fine cloth bag and boil in rolling water. Scoop out the grease that floats on the surface using a new bamboo sieve/strainer and immerse it in fresh water. Any grease that does not float after prolonged boiling should be discarded.
