浮萍（阴干）
上每服一二钱，随儿大小，以羊子肝半个，入盏子内，以杖子刺碎烂，投水半合，绞取
肝汁，调下，食后服，不甚者一服瘥，已伤目者十服瘥。邢杜医用此药，前后效者甚多。
治小儿走马疳，牙龈腐烂，恶血口臭，牙齿脱落。
黄连（末三钱） 铜绿 麝香（各一钱） 水银（一钱煮枣肉一枚同研）
右漱口净，以药敷疮上，兰香叶覆之。内蚀为坎者，一敷，即生肉。
治小儿走马疳，唇齿疮烂，逡巡野狼狈，用此即瘥。

上等分相合，左右转研，多千下，当极细如面，每以鸡翎摭少许扫疮上。其疮即干，慎
勿多用，恐入腹中有大毒，慎之。海州东海县民家卖此药，每一病，只一扫，如米许大，无
不瘥者。

上为丸，如麻子大，饮下五七丸，惊疳，金银薄荷汤下；肝疳腹胀，桃仁茴香汤下；疳
虫，东引石榴苦楝根汤下。五岁以上十丸，此药尤治疳痢，协热而痢者不可服。
每次服用一钱或二钱，根据患儿年龄大小调整剂量。取半个羊肝放入盏中，用杖子将其捣碎成泥状，加入半合水，绞取肝汁，用药粉调匀后服用，在饭后服用。病情较轻者，服用一次即可痊愈；已经伤及眼睛的，服用十次即可痊愈。邢杜医使用此药，前后治愈的案例非常多。

以上三味药等分混合，左右旋转研磨上千下，直到极细如面粉状。每次用鸡翎蘸取少许扫在疮口上。疮口就会干燥，千万不要多用，恐怕进入腹中有大毒，务必谨慎。海州东海县百姓家售卖此药，每一个病例，只扫一次，如米粒大小，没有不痊愈的。
治疗小儿各种疳积，各种痢疾，饮食损伤导致的气胀，身体消瘦头大，头发结成穗状，高热不吃东西且多困倦，牙齿腐烂鼻部生疮，丁奚疳，大蚵疳。
大蚵（一枚，去皮、骨、腹、胃，炙烤后研为粉末，用一盏无灰酒和一枚猪胆共同熬制成膏） 诃子（炮制） 使君子 胡黄连 蝉壳（不洗） 墨石子 芦荟 芜荑 熊胆 朱砂 夜明砂 雄黄（各一分，研磨） 木香 肉豆蔻（春夏各半分，秋冬各一分） 牛黄（二钱） 麝香（一钱） 龙脑（五分）
以上药物制成丸剂，如麻子大小。温水送服五到七丸。惊疳，用金银薄荷汤送服；肝疳腹胀，用桃仁茴香汤送服；疳虫，用东引石榴苦楝根汤送服。五岁以上儿童服用十丸。此药尤其治疗疳痢，伴有热象的痢疾不可服用。

Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, *Coptis chinensis*), powdered, three qian; Viriditas (Tonglü); Musk (Shexiang, *Moschus*); Mercury (Shuiyin, *Hydrargyrum*, one qian, boiled with one jujube flesh and ground together).
Rinse the mouth thoroughly first, then apply the medicine to the sores, covering them with leaves of *Lindera aggregata* (Lanxiang). For sores that have eroded inward forming cavities, a single application promotes tissue regeneration.
Treating pediatric "Zouma Gan", where ulcers on lips and teeth spread rapidly, causing critical distress; this prescription ensures recovery.
Realgar (Pishuang); White Arsenite (Fenshuang, *Arsenicum album*). These two substances must be ground extremely fine first.
Calcined Alumen (Duanshi), sifted and ground.
Mix equal parts of the above three ingredients. Grind by rotating left and right for over a thousand times until as fine as flour. Each time, use a chicken feather to sprinkle a small amount onto the sore. The sore will dry up. Be extremely cautious not to use too much, as ingestion may cause severe toxicity. In Donghai County, Haizhou, people sold this medicine. For each case, only one sprinkle, sized like a grain of rice, was sufficient for cure without exception.
Treating various types of pediatric Gan syndrome (malnutrition syndrome), various dysenteries, qi distension due to dietary injury, emaciation with a large head, hair matted in tufts, high fever with anorexia and lethargy, rotting teeth and nasal sores, Dingxi Gan, and Dahe Gan.
Dahe (*Bufo bufo gargarizans* or similar toad product), one piece: remove skin, bones, abdomen, and stomach; roast and grind into powder. Boil with one zhan of unfermented wine and one pig gallbladder until it forms a paste.
Terminalia Chebula Retz. (Hezi), processed; Quisqualis Indica L. (Shijunzi); Picrorhiza Scrophulariiflora Pennell (Huhuanglian); Cicada Slough (Chanke), unwashed; Inkstone Stone (Moshizi); Aloe (Luhui); Myrobalan (Wuyi); Bear Gallbladder (Xiongdan); Cinnabar (Zhusha); Nyctibiidae Excrement (Yemingsha); Realgar (Xionghuang, *Realgar*), one fen each, ground; Costus Root (Muxiang); Nutmeg (Roudoukou), half fen in spring/summer, one fen in autumn/winter; Calculus Bovis (Niuhuang, *Bovis Calculus*), two qian; Musk (Shexiang, *Moschus*), one qian; Borneol (Longnao), five fen.
Grind all ingredients into pills the size of hemp seeds. Administer five to seven pills with warm water. For Jing Gan (Shock Gan), administer with Jin Yinbohe Tang (Honeysuckle and Mint Decoction); for Gan Gan (Liver Gan) with abdominal distension, administer with Taoren Huixiang Tang (Peach Kernel and Fennel Decoction); for Gan Chong (Gan Parasites), administer with Dongyin Shiliu Kulian Gen Tang (East-facing Pomegranate and Chinaberry Root Decoction). Children over five years old take ten pills. This medicine is particularly effective for Gan Dysentery. It should not be taken for dysentery accompanied by heat syndromes.
