腊茶 五倍子（等分） 腻粉（少许）
上先以浆水葱椒煎汤洗，后敷之，未瘥，再为之。
铜钱（一百枚） 乌梅（七个） 盐（二钱）
上水一碗半，煎一碗，热洗，二方相须用之，无不即验。
久患用之即瘥。
决明子（不以多少）
上为末，加少水银粉，同为散。先以物擦破癣上，以散敷之。
上取稻上花蜘蛛十余个，置桃李枝上，候垂丝下，取东边者捻为线，系定瘤子，七日候
换，瘤子自落，沈兴宗待制家老姥，病瘤如掌拳，用此法系之，至三换，瘤子遂干，一夜忽
失所在，天明前枕边得之，如一干栗。
弩肉裹甲，脓血疼痛不瘥，（出《灵苑》）
胆矾（烧）
上先剔去肉中甲，敷药疮上，纵有弩肉，一敷即干落。
腊月猪脂（五两） 蜡（半斤以上洗煎） 铅丹（罗） 自然铜 密陀僧（各四两研细）
白矾（十二两） 麒麟竭 没药 乳香 朱砂（各一两细研）
上新鼎中先熔脂，次下蜡，出鼎于冷处，下密陀僧铅丹自然铜，暖火再煎，滴入水中不
散。出鼎于冷处，下诸药，用柳篦搅匀，泻入瓷瓶内。不停住手搅至凝，圆如弹丸，且用笋
皮之类衬之，极冷，收贮。凡伤折用一丸，入少油火上化开，涂伤痛处，以油单获之。其甚
者，以灯心裹木夹之，更取一丸，分作小圆，热葱酒下，痛即止。如药力尽，再觉痛，更一
服，痛止即已。骨折者两上便安，牙疼甚者贴之即止，此方小说所载。有人遇异人得之，予
家每合

以上取稻花上的蜘蛛十余只，放置在桃李树枝上，等待它们垂下丝来，选取东边的丝捻成线，系在瘤子上，七天观察更换一次，瘤子自然脱落。沈兴宗待制家的老妇人，患瘤子大如手掌拳头，用此法系住它，经过三次更换，瘤子变干，一夜之间忽然不知去向，天亮前在枕头边找到它，像一颗干栗子。

胆矾（烧制）。
以上药物先剔除肉中的指甲，将药敷在疮口上，即使有弩肉，一敷即干枯脱落。
腊月猪脂（五两）、蜡（半斤以上，洗净煎煮）、铅丹（过筛）、自然铜、密陀僧（各四两，研细）。
白矾（十二两）、麒麟竭、没药、乳香、朱砂（各一两，细研）。
以上药物在新鼎中先熔化猪脂，其次加入蜡，将鼎取出放在冷处，加入密陀僧、铅丹、自然铜，用小火再煎，滴入水中不散开。将鼎取出放在冷处，加入其他药物，用柳条搅拌均匀，倒入瓷瓶内。不停手搅拌直到凝固，形状如弹丸，并用笋皮之类衬垫，极冷后收贮。凡是有跌打损伤的，用一丸，加入少量油在火上化开，涂抹在伤痛处，用油单覆盖。病情严重的，用灯心草包裹木夹固定，再取一丸，分成小圆粒，用热葱酒送服，疼痛立即停止。如果药效过后，又感到疼痛，再服用一次，疼痛停止即可。骨折者用上后立即安适，牙疼严重的贴敷即可停止，此方记载于小说中。有人遇到异人得到此方，我家每次配制

Latet Cha (Winter Tea), Wubeizi (Galla Chinensis) in equal parts, Nifen (Calomel) in a small amount.
