上以皂角水煮肉令烂，细研，和药为丸，梧桐子大，每服二十丸，空心温酒下，薄荷汤
亦得，伯父吏部病瘰 ，百疗不瘥。得此乃愈，梁氏老妪。颔下有疮，如垂囊，服此药，囊
日消。至于都平，闽僧嘉履病瘰 ，服之半月皆愈，此皆予目击。
地骨皮一物，先刮取浮皮，别收之。次取浮皮下腻白粉，为细散，其白粉下坚赤皮，细
锉，与浮皮处为粗未，粗末细散各贮之。每用粗皮一合许，煎浓汁，乘热洗疮，直候药汤冷，
以软帛KT 干，乃用细散敷之。每日洗贴一次，以瘥为期。梓州路转运判官张君，曾当胸
下锐骨端，隐隐微痛，后月余渐有小瘰子，如豆粒，久之愈大如粟，遂溃脓成疮，至痛楚不
可卧。

上荆芥腊茶下三钱，忌盐酒房事动风物，一百二十日，服半月后，两腰眼灸十四壮，此
丞相《长安公家方》。已手医人无数，又尝与方扬州天长东氏，卖此药遂着于淮南。若头面
四体风疮肿痒多汁者，六七八服即瘥，予亲试之。

以上药材，用皂角水煮肉至烂熟，细细研磨，混合药物制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用二十丸，空腹时以温酒送服，用薄荷汤送服也可以。我的伯父吏部患有瘰疬（颈部淋巴结结核），各种疗法都不见效。得到此方后才痊愈。梁家的老妇人，下巴下有疮疡，像垂下的囊袋，服用此药后，囊袋日渐消退。到了都平，闽地僧人嘉履患有瘰疬，服用此药半个月全部痊愈，这些都是我亲眼目睹的。
地骨皮一味药，先刮取表面的浮皮，单独收存。接着取浮皮下面腻白的粉层，研成细散；其下坚硬的赤色皮层，细细切碎，与浮皮部分一起制成粗末。将粗末和细散分别储存。每次使用约一合粗皮，煎煮浓汁，趁热清洗疮口，一直等到药汤变冷，用软布擦干，然后敷上细散。每天清洗并贴敷一次，直到痊愈为止。梓州路转运判官张君，曾在胸下锐骨端隐隐微痛，一个月后逐渐长出小瘰疬，像豆粒大小，时间久了变大如粟米，最终溃破流脓形成疮疡，疼痛剧烈无法躺卧。
以上三味药，用荆芥和腊茶三钱煎服，忌食盐、酒及房事等动风之物，需坚持一百二十日。服药半个月后，在两腰眼穴各灸十四壮。这是丞相《长安公家方》中的方子。已经治愈无数病人，我又曾将此方给扬州天长东氏，售卖此药因此在淮南地区闻名。如果是头面四肢的风疮，肿胀瘙痒且多渗出液者，服用六到七副即可痊愈，这是我亲自试验过的。
Saponariae Fructus (30 pods, coated with butter, roasted, skin removed, sliced and decocted to remove dregs) Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata (4 liang, steamed) Menthae Haplocalycis Folium Dry (4 liang) Lean Mutton (half jin) Scrophulariae Radix (4 liang)
Boil the mutton in Saponariae Fructus water until tender. Grind finely, mix with the other herbs, and make pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, administered on an empty stomach with warm wine; decoction of Menthae Haplocalycis Folium is also acceptable. My uncle, a Minister of Personnel, suffered from scrofula (tuberculous lymphadenitis of the neck), and various treatments failed. He was cured only after obtaining this prescription. An old woman from the Liang family had a sore under her chin resembling a hanging sac; after taking this medicine, the sac gradually disappeared. In Duping, the Fujian monk Jialü suffered from scrofula and was completely cured after half a month of taking this medicine. All these cases were witnessed by me personally.
For Cortex Lycii Radicis (Di Gu Pi), first scrape off the superficial floating bark and store it separately. Next, take the greasy white powdery layer beneath the floating bark and grind it into a fine powder. The hard reddish bark beneath the white powder should be finely chopped and processed together with the floating bark into coarse particles. Store the coarse particles and the fine powder separately. For each use, take approximately one he (a traditional unit of volume) of the coarse bark, decoct it to make a concentrated liquid, and wash the sore while hot. Wait until the medicinal liquid cools down, dry the area with a soft cloth, and then apply the fine powder. Wash and apply once daily until healed. Zhang Jun, the Transport Judge of the Sizhou Circuit, initially experienced vague, slight pain at the end of the sharp bone below his chest. Over a month later, small scrofulous nodules appeared, sized like bean grains. After a long time, they enlarged to the size of millet seeds, eventually suppurating and forming ulcers, causing severe pain that made lying down impossible.
Sesami Semen Nigrum (half sheng, pounded separately) Gastrodiae Rhizoma (2 liang) Boswelliae Resina (3 fen)
Decoct the above three herbs with Schizonepetae Spica (Jing Jie) and aged tea (La Cha) totaling 3 qian. Avoid salt, alcohol, sexual intercourse, and other wind-aggravating factors. The course lasts 120 days. After half a month of medication, moxibustion of 14 moxa cones is applied to each of the two Yao Yan acupoints (waist eyes). This prescription comes from the "Chang'an Gong Family Formula" of the Chancellor. It has cured countless patients. I also provided this formula to Dong Shi of Tianchang, Yangzhou; selling this medicine made it famous in the Huainan region. For wind sores on the head, face, and four limbs characterized by swelling, itching, and abundant exudate, six or seven doses will result in recovery. I have tested this personally.
