小儿食乳饭早，食肉太早，或肠胃停蓄甜腻，化为蛔虫，皱眉多啼，呕吐
清沫，腹中作痛，肚胀青筋，唇口紫黑，摇头齿痒是也。玉诀歌∶恶哭痰青蛔咬
心，涎生积冷痛难任，每餐甜物并时果，致得虫生病转深。先用使君子散、芦荟
丸取蛔，后温脾胃。
使君子散 治小儿疳蛔。
使君子（十个，瓦上炒，为末） 甘草（胆汁浸一夕） 白芜荑（各一分） 苦楝子（五个，炮，去核）
上末之。每服一钱，水煎服。
芦荟丸 治小儿疳蛔。
芦荟 安息香 胡黄连 枳壳（麸炒。各一钱） 使君子（三七个，炒） 芜荑（一分） 定粉（一钱半） 麝香
（少许）
上末， 猪胆糊丸，如绿豆大。五七丸，米饮吞下。
〔张涣〕三根散 治蛔疳虫动，啼叫不止，每至月初间尤甚，状如神祟。
贯众根 棠梨根 醋石榴根（各一两） 栗刺 故绵 干漆（各半两）
上件药六味，并烧灰存性，捣、罗为细末。每服一钱，用水八分，煎四分，去
滓放温服，不拘时候。
除毒丹 此方治蛔疳不瘥，传染兄弟姊妹。
鬼臼（一两，去毛） 苦参（锉） 青葙子 草龙胆（各半两） 硫黄 绯绢 干虾蟆 白矾（各一分）
上件药并烧灰存性，捣、罗为细末，炼蜜和，如麻子大。每服十粒，磨沉香汤下，量儿大小加减。
猪肚丹 治小儿疳瘦盗汗，多倦少力，大便有虫，曾经大效。
川黄连（拣净） 胡黄连 木香（各一两） 羌活 芦荟 肉豆蔻 鳖甲（酥炙，去裙 ） 白芜
荑（各半两）
上件捣，罗为细末，用 猪肚一个，洗刮令净，先以好香白芷二两，纳肚中蒸
极熟，去白芷不用，却入诸药，缝合再蒸如泥，取出同猪肚捣二三百下，成膏，
丸如黍粟大。每服十粒，米饮下，不拘时候，量儿大小加减。
谷精丹 治诸病下虫如丝发，或如马尾，甚者，便至夭伤。
谷精草（三两，入饼子纳盐泥固济，用慢火煨通赤为度，取出） 干蟾（三枚，五月五日取者，用酥炙黄） 皂荚
（三寸，烧灰）
胡黄连 瓜蒂 母丁香（各半两。以上捣罗为细末，次入） 粉霜 芦荟 麝香（各一分。并细研）
上件都拌匀，用猪胆汁和如黍米大。每服十粒，米泔放温下，量儿大小加减。
桃柳汤 服诸药后用此法助之。
桃枝（二两） 柳枝（二两）
上件并锉碎，以水两大碗，煎数沸，通手浴儿，甚佳。浴儿毕，用一青衣服盖
之，疳虫自出，为验。
小儿合地，面无颜色，啼声乍高，状似心痛，往往口干，发动有时，医人不识，妄
呼见祟，不知小儿曾吃生肉，肉化为虫，此方大效。苦楝丸
苦楝根 鹤虱 朱砂（各一两） 槟榔（三个） 麝香（一钱）
上末，面糊丸，如小豆大。每服三丸，白汤下，日三服。忌毒物。
下虫丸 治疳蛔诸虫。
新白苦楝根皮（酒浸，焙） 绿包贯众 木香 桃仁（浸，去皮，焙） 芜荑（焙） 鸡心槟榔（各二钱）
鹤虱（炒，一钱） 轻粉（五分） 干虾蟆（炙焦，三钱） 使君子（五十，取肉，煨）
上为末，面糊丸，麻子大。每服一二十丸，天明清肉汁下。内加当归、川连各二钱五分。
小儿过早食用乳食和米饭，或过早吃肉，或者肠胃中停滞蓄积甜腻食物，转化为蛔虫，表现为皱眉、多啼哭、呕吐清稀泡沫、腹中疼痛、腹部胀大且可见青筋、嘴唇和口唇呈紫黑色、摇头及牙齿发痒。玉诀歌曰：恶哭、痰色青、蛔虫咬心，涎液增多因积冷所致，疼痛难以忍受；每餐食用甜食及时令水果，导致生虫病情加深。先用使君子散、芦荟丸驱虫，之后温补脾胃。
使君子散 治疗小儿疳病伴蛔虫。
使君子（十个，在瓦上炒制，研为粉末） 甘草（用胆汁浸泡一夜） 白芜荑（各一分） 苦楝子（五个，炮制，去核）
以上药物研为细末。每次服用一钱，用水煎服。
芦荟丸 治疗小儿疳病伴蛔虫。
芦荟 安息香 胡黄连 枳壳（麸皮炒。各一钱） 使君子（二十一个，炒制） 芜荑（一分） 定粉（一钱半） 麝香（少许）
以上药物研为细末，用猪胆汁调糊制成丸药，大小如绿豆。每次五至七丸，用米汤送服。
〔张涣〕三根散 治疗蛔疳虫动，啼叫不止，每到月初时尤其严重，症状如同鬼神作祟。
贯众根 棠梨根 醋石榴根（各一两） 栗刺 旧绵絮 干漆（各半两）
以上六味药，全部烧成灰但保留药性，捣碎并过筛为细末。每次服用一钱，用水八分，煎至四分，去渣放温后服用，不拘时间。
除毒丹 此方治疗蛔疳不愈，传染给兄弟姊妹。

猪肚丹 治疗小儿疳病消瘦、盗汗，疲倦乏力，大便中有虫，曾经非常有效。
川黄连（拣选干净） 胡黄连 木香（各一两） 羌活 芦荟 肉豆蔻 鳖甲（用酥油炙烤，去裙边） 白芜荑（各半两）
以上药物捣碎、过筛为细末，用一个猪肚，清洗刮净，先放入好香白芷二两，纳入肚中蒸至极熟，取出白芷不用，再放入诸药，缝合后再次蒸成泥状，取出连同猪肚一起捣二三百下，成为膏状，制成如黍粟大小的丸药。每次服用十粒，用米汤送下，不拘时间，根据患儿年龄大小增减剂量。
谷精丹 治疗各种疾病排出如丝发或马尾状的虫，严重者会导致夭折伤害。
谷精草（三两，放入饼子中用盐泥密封固济，用慢火煨至通赤为止，取出） 干蟾（三枚，五月五日采集的，用酥油炙烤至黄） 皂荚（三寸，烧成灰）
胡黄连 瓜蒂 母丁香（各半两。以上捣碎过筛为细末，其次加入） 粉霜 芦荟 麝香（各一分。并细研）
以上药物搅拌均匀，用猪胆汁调和如黍米大小。每次服用十粒，用温凉的淘米水送下，根据患儿年龄大小增减剂量。
桃柳汤 服用各种药物后用此法辅助。
桃枝（二两） 柳枝（二两）
以上药物切碎，用两大碗水，煎煮数沸，温度适宜时给患儿洗浴，效果很好。洗浴完毕后，用一件青色衣服盖在身上，疳虫自然排出，以此作为验证。
小儿合地（一种病症），面色无华，啼哭声忽高忽低，状似心痛，往往口干，发作有定时，医生不认识，胡乱称为见鬼，不知是小儿曾吃生肉，肉化为虫，此方非常有效。苦楝丸
苦楝根 鹤虱 朱砂（各一两） 槟榔（三个） 麝香（一钱）
以上研为细末，用面糊制成丸药，大小如小豆。每次服用三丸，用白开水送下，每日三次。忌食有毒食物。
下虫丸 治疗疳病蛔虫及其他寄生虫。
新白苦楝根皮（酒浸，焙干） 绿包贯众 木香 桃仁（浸透，去皮，焙干） 芜荑（焙干） 鸡心槟榔（各二钱）
鹤虱（炒制，一钱） 轻粉（五分） 干虾蟆（炙焦，三钱） 使君子（五十个，取肉，煨制）
以上为细末，用面糊制成丸药，大小如麻子。每次服用一二十丸，清晨空腹用肉汁送下。内加当归、川连各二钱五分。
Early consumption of milk, rice, or meat by infants, or the accumulation of sweet and greasy foods in the intestines and stomach, can transform into Ascaris lumbricoides (roundworm). Symptoms include furrowing brows, frequent crying, vomiting clear froth, abdominal pain, abdominal distension with visible subcutaneous veins, purplish-black lips and mouth, head shaking, and itching teeth. The *Yujue Ge* states: "Crying miserably with green phlegm indicates roundworm biting the heart; excessive saliva due to cold accumulation causes unbearable pain. Frequent consumption of sweets and seasonal fruits deepens the parasitic disease." First, use *Shijunzi San* (Quince Seed Powder) or *Luhui Wan* (Aloe Pill) to expel roundworms, then warm the spleen and stomach.
**Shijunzi San** treats pediatric malnutrition complicated by roundworm infection.
*Shijunzi* (Ten seeds, stir-fried on a tile, powdered), *Gancao* (Licorice Root, soaked in bile overnight), *Bai Wuyi* (White Melia Toosendan Fruit, each one fen), *Kulianzi* (Five seeds, processed, pitted).
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Take one qian per dose, decocted in water.
**Luhui Wan** treats pediatric malnutrition complicated by roundworm infection.
*Luhui* (Aloe), *Anxi Xiang* (Benzoin Resin), *Huanglian* (Scutellaria Root), *Zhiqiao* (Bitter Orange Peel, bran-fried, each one qian), *Shijunzi* (Twenty-one seeds, fried), *Wuyi* (One fen), *Dingfen* (Lead Carbonate, one and a half qian), *Shexiang* (Musk, a small amount).
Grind into powder, mix with pig bile paste to form pills the size of mung beans. Take five to seven pills, swallowed with rice drink.
*[Zhang Huan]* **Sangen San** treats roundworm malnutrition with restless worms, incessant crying, worsening at the beginning of each month, resembling spirit possession.
*Guanzhong Gen* (Cyathulae Radix), *Tangli Gen* (Pyrus Betulaefolia Root Bark), *Cu Shiliu Gen* (Vinegar-treated Pomegranate Root Bark, each one liang), *Li Ci* (Castanea Spinosa Spine), *Gu Mian* (Old Cotton Floss), *Ganqi* (Dried Resin of Rhus Verniciflua, each half liang).
Burn the six herbs to ash while preserving their properties, grind and sieve into fine powder. Take one qian per dose, decoct in eight parts water until four parts remain, strain, and take warm at any time.
**Chudu Dan** treats persistent roundworm malnutrition that may infect siblings.
*Guijiu* (Podophyllum Rhizome, one liang, de-haired), *Kushen* (Sophora Root, sliced), *Qingxiangzi* (Celosia Seed), *Caolongdan* (Gentian Root, each half liang), *Liuhuang* (Sulfur), *Fei Juan* (Red Silk Fabric), *Gan Xama* (Dried Toad, each one fen), *Baifan* (Alum).
Burn all ingredients to ash while preserving properties, grind and sieve into fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take ten pills per dose, washed down with ground Agarwood decoction, dosage adjusted by age.
**Zhudu Dan** treats pediatric malnutrition with emaciation, night sweats, fatigue, and worms in stool. Previously highly effective.
*Chuan Huanglian* (Cleaned Scutellaria Root), *Huanglian* (Scutellaria Root), *Muxiang* (Aucklandia Root, each one liang), *Qianghuo* (Notopterygium Rhizome), *Luhui* (Aloe), *Roudoukou* (Nutmeg), *Biejia* (Turtle Shell, fried with butter, skirt removed), *Bai Wuyi* (White Melia Toosendan Fruit, each half liang).
Grind and sieve into powder. Clean one pig stomach, insert two liang of fragrant Angelica Dahurica Rhizome, steam until very soft, remove Angelica, add the herbal powder, sew shut, and steam again until mushy. Remove and pound together with the stomach for 200-300 strokes to form a paste. Form pills the size of millet grains. Take ten pills per dose with rice drink, adjusted by age.
**Gujing Dan** treats expulsion of thread-like or horse-tail-like worms, which can be fatal if severe.
*Gujing Cao* (Eriocaulon Flower Head, three liang, baked in clay with salt until red-hot), *Gan Chan* (Dried Toad, three pieces collected on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, fried with butter until yellow), *Zaojia* (Soap Pod, three cun, burned to ash).
*Huanglian* (Scutellaria Root), *Gua Di* (Melon Stalk), *Mu Dingxiang* (Clove, each half liang). Grind these into powder. Add *Fenshuang* (Calomel), *Luhui* (Aloe), *Shexiang* (Musk, each one fen). Fine-grind all. Mix well, bind with pig bile into pills the size of millet grains. Take ten pills per dose with warm rice water, adjusted by age.
**Taoliu Tang** Use this method after administering other drugs as an aid.
*Tao Zhi* (Peach Twig, two liang), *Liu Zhi* (Willow Twig, two liang).
Chop finely, decoct in two large bowls of water until boiling. Bathe the child in the warm solution. After bathing, cover the child with a blue garment; the emergence of parasites confirms efficacy.
**Xiao'er Hedi** presents with pallor, fluctuating cry intensity resembling heart pain, dry mouth, and periodic attacks. Often misdiagnosed as spirit possession. This condition arises from eating raw meat that transforms into worms. **Kulian Wan** is highly effective.
*Kulian Gen* (Melia Root Bark), *Heshi* (Chrysanthemum Parthenium Fruit), *Zhusha* (Cinnabar, each one liang), *Binglang* (Betel Nut, three pieces), *Shexiang* (Musk, one qian).
Grind into powder, bind with wheat flour paste into pills the size of small beans. Take three pills per dose with plain boiled water, three times daily. Avoid toxic foods.
**Xia Chong Wan** treats malnutrition with various intestinal parasites.
*Xin Bai Kulian Gen Pi* (Fresh White Melia Root Bark, wine-soaked, dried), *Lv Bao Guanzhong* (Green-wrapped Cyathulae Radix), *Muxiang* (Aucklandia Root), *Taoren* (Peach Kernel, soaked, peeled, dried), *Wuyi* (Dried), *Jixin Binglang* (Chicken-heart shaped Betel Nut, each two qian), *Heshi* (Fried, one qian), *Qingfen* (Calomel, five fen), *Gan Xama* (Dried Toad, roasted until scorched, three qian), *Shijunzi* (Fifty seeds, flesh extracted, roasted).
Grind into powder, bind with wheat flour paste into pills the size of hemp seeds. Take 10-20 pills per dose, taken fresh with meat juice on an empty stomach in the morning. Add *Danggui* (Angelica Sinensis Root) and *Chuan Lian* (Scutellaria Root), each two qian and five fen.
