《圣惠》夫黑丹者，由风毒伤于肌肉，故令黑色也，初发痒痛或 肿起，微黑色也。
风化锻石二两，屋四角茅草三两，烧灰为末，鸡清调涂。茺蔚子、蛇衔草、护
火草、各二两，杵烂，鸡白调涂。青羊脂熟摩病上，日三五度用之。（如无青羊，白
羊亦可，但不及尔） 猪槽下泥涂。又，以喂猪杓子炙令热，熨之。
张涣祛毒丹 治丹黑色，痒痛肿起。
川升麻 漏芦 芒硝（各二两） 黄芩 栀子仁（各一两）
上为粗末。每以水三盏，煎两匙头末，微热，以帛拓丹上，以消为度。
《圣惠》夫小儿丹发肉中，有如丹赤色者，大者如手，剧者遍身赤痒，故号天火
丹也。
《本事》天火丹从背起赤点，用桑白皮末、羊指调涂。麻油五合，生鲫鱼半
斤，同杵如泥，涂丹上，干即易。虎脂二两，黄丹一两，研为膏涂。桑根白皮二
两，甘菊花一两半，丹参、莽草各一两，锉匀，每用二两，水三升，煮二升，去
滓，温浴儿，避风。以小儿埋胞衣瓶子中水一二合，时时与儿服，及涂身上有毒处。
《千金》治天火丹病、初从髀间起，小儿未满百日，犯行路灶君，若热流阴头，赤肿
血出，方用伏龙肝为末，鸡清调涂。
又方 鲫鱼肉（锉，五合），小豆末（三合），杵成膏，水和，敷之良。又诸火丹，天火
龙火着肉作疮，急以盐汤喷，次以山药涂。（如无生者，只以干者为末，水调涂）又方，以羊脂
调赤）
石脂末涂之。
《圣惠方》所谓黑丹，是由于风毒侵袭肌肉，导致皮肤呈现黑色。初发时患处瘙痒疼痛或肿胀隆起，颜色微黑。
配方一：风化煅石二两，房屋四角茅草三两，烧成灰后研为细末，用鸡蛋清调和涂抹患处。
配方二：茺蔚子、蛇衔草、护火草各二两，捣烂如泥，用蛋清调和涂抹。
外用法：用青羊脂加热后按摩患处，每日使用三至五次。（如果没有青羊，白羊也可以，但效果不如前者）
外用法：用猪槽下的泥土涂抹。
又法：将喂猪的勺子烧热，熨烫患处。
张涣的祛毒丹：治疗丹毒呈黑色，伴有瘙痒、疼痛和肿胀隆起。
药材：川升麻、漏芦、芒硝（各二两），黄芩、栀子仁（各一两）。
制法与用法：将上述药物捣碎成粗末。每次取两匙头的药末，加水三盏，煎煮至微热，用布巾蘸药液拓敷在丹毒处，以丹毒消退为度。
《圣惠方》记载小儿丹毒发于肌肉之中，有的呈现丹赤色，大的如手掌大小，严重的全身赤红瘙痒，所以称为天火丹。
《本事方》记载天火丹从背部开始出现赤点，用桑白皮粉末、羊脂调和涂抹。
配方：麻油五合，生鲫鱼半斤，一同捣烂如泥，涂抹在丹毒处，干了就更换。
配方：虎脂二两，黄丹一两，研磨成膏状涂抹。

《千金方》治疗天火丹病，初起从大腿根部开始，若患儿未满百日，触犯了行路灶君（迷信说法，指禁忌），导致热气流入阴头，出现赤肿出血，方剂用伏龙肝研为细末，用鸡蛋清调和涂抹。
又一方：鲫鱼肉（切碎，五合），小豆粉（三合），捣成膏状，用水调和，敷贴患处效果好。
又法：各种火丹，天火、龙火附着肌肉形成疮疡，急忙用盐水喷洒，随后用山药涂抹。（如果没有鲜山药，只用干山药研为细末，用水调和涂抹）
又方：用羊脂调和赤石脂粉末涂抹。
According to the *Shenghui Fang*, "Heidan" (Black Erysipelas) is caused by wind-toxin invading the muscles, resulting in black discoloration of the skin. Initially, the affected area may itch and hurt or swell, appearing slightly black.
Formula 1: Eructed Calcined Stone (Fenghua Danshi) 2 liang, thatch grass from the four corners of a house 3 liang, burned to ash and ground into powder, mixed with egg white for topical application.
Formula 2: Leonurus Fructus (Chongweizi), Dracocephalum Herba (Shejiancao), and Huhucao each 2 liang, pounded until soft/mushy, mixed with egg white for topical application.
External method: Rub warm fat from a black sheep onto the lesion three to five times daily. (If a black sheep is unavailable, a white sheep may be used, though it is less effective.)
External method: Apply mud from under a pig trough.
Another method: Heat a pig-feeding spoon and apply it as a hot compress (warm compression) to the lesion.
Zhang Huan's Qudu Dan: Treats erysipelas presenting as black, with itching, pain, and swelling.
Ingredients: Chuan Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Loulu (Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba), Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas) (each 2 liang); Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Zhiziren (Gardeniae Semen) (each 1 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into a coarse powder. For each dose, take two spoonfuls of the powder, add three cups of water, simmer until slightly warm, and apply to the erysipelas using a cloth pad. Continue until the eruption subsides.
The *Shenghui Fang* states that when erysipelas erupts in the flesh of infants, it may appear red like cinnabar; large lesions can be as big as a hand, and severe cases involve whole-body redness and itching, hence termed Tianhuo Dan (Sky Fire Erysipelas).
The *Benshi Fang* records that Tianhuo Dan begins with red spots on the back. Use powder of Morus Alba Cortex (Sangbaipi) mixed with sheep fat for topical application.
Formula: Sesame Oil (Mayou) 5 he, fresh crucian carp half jin, pounded together into a paste, applied to the erysipelas; change when dry.
Formula: Tiger Fat (Huzhi) 2 liang, Lead Monoxide (Huandan) 1 liang, ground into an ointment for topical application.
Formula: Mulberry Root Bark (Sanggen Baipi) 2 liang, Chrysanthemum Indicum Flower (Gan Juhua) 1.5 liang, Salvia Miltiorrhiza Radix et Rhizoma (Danshen), and Polystachya Lysistemon Herb (Mangcao) each 1 liang. Cut uniformly. Take 2 liang per dose, boil in 3 sheng of water until reduced to 2 sheng, strain, and use the liquid to bathe the infant warmly, keeping away from wind.
Alternative method: Use one to two he of water from the bottle in which the infant's placenta was buried. Administer orally occasionally and apply topically to toxic areas on the body.
The *Qianjin Fang* treats Tianhuo Dan, which initially starts between the thighs. If the infant is under one hundred days old and has offended the taboo of the "Stove Lord of Travel," causing heat to flow to the glans penis resulting in redness, swelling, and bleeding, use Long Earth (Fulonggan) ground into powder, mixed with egg white for topical application.
Another formula: Crucian Carp Meat (Jiyu Rou) chopped (5 he), Adzuki Bean Powder (Xiaodou Mo) (3 he), pounded into a paste, mixed with water, and applied externally for good effect.
Another method: For various fire-erysipelas where Sky Fire or Dragon Fire adheres to the muscle forming sores, urgently spray with salt water, then apply Yam (Shanyao). (If fresh yam is unavailable, use dried yam ground into powder, mixed with water for topical application.)
Another method: Mix Red Halloysite Powder (Chishizhi Mo) with Sheep Fat for topical application.
