酒漏内，以棕塞其漏窍，用水二斗，煎滚淋汁，慢火熬浓，以十碗取一碗为度，以浓实瓷器收贮，
密封固。如用入矿锻石调匀为糊，点瘤顶上，以湿纸数重贴药上，如若未干不须贴，若留久药干，
以唾调涂，直待十分黑腐，以刀剪刮取之，腐肉未尽，又点又刮。如怕剪刮者，却用井金散点之以
渐，腐烂自去，不用针刀，后却以膏药贴之，去尽腐肉为度。
井金散 治六瘤瘰，大有神效。
土黄（三钱） 砂（生，晒干） 雄黄（各二钱） 轻粉 朱砂 乳香 没药（各一钱） 麝香 片
脑（各少许）
为末，以唾调为稀糊。涂瘤顶上，唾湿纸两重盖之。后用黄龙膏贴纸上，间日一度
上药，次添药彻的周回，大如韭叶，如此上之无复，渐渐折之，后根摇自然有裂 ，随
后自下来。若腐肉未去尽者， 针头散于疮口腐肉上，贴膏药，一日一换，直待腐肉去
尽为度。
造土黄法
信石（生，二两） 砂（生二钱） 木鳖子肉 巴豆肉（各五钱）
上以信、 研末。以木鳖、巴豆捣成膏，入石脑油和作一块，油纸数重包裹，埋于土
坑四十九日，取出，瓷器收贮听用，如无石脑油亦可。
黄龙膏 凉肌退肿。
黄柏 黄芩 大黄
上末，蜜水调为糊饼，贴纸上。
又枯瘤方
砒 砂 黄丹 雄黄 轻粉（各一钱） 朱砂 乳香 没药（各二钱） 斑蝥（生用三十个）
上研为末，糯米粥为丸，捏作棋子样，爆干。先灸破瘤顶三柱，以药饼盖上，用黄柏
末，以水调贴之，数日，自然枯干落下。
一方 以铜绿为末，草刺瘤破掺上，以膏药涂之。
〔世〕 点瘤赘方，神验。
桑柴灰 枣树灰 黄荆灰 桐壳灰(各二升半)
上以沸汤淋汁五碗许，澄清。入斑蝥四十个、穿山甲五片、乳香、脑子，不拘多少，
约五碗煎作二碗，用瓷器盛之。乳香、脑子候冷入之，后临用时，入新锻石调成膏，神

锻石（十两） 麻油 大黄（五钱，水浸透取汁，各半盏）
上将锻石炒红，入麻油、大黄汁和匀，慢火炒如桃花色，瓷器收贮听用。
〔垣〕 诸瘿恶气，肩 （男左灸十八壮，右十七壮；女右灸十八壮，左十七壮）
又法 天府（十七壮） 冲阳（随年壮）
〔甲〕 瘿，天窗（一作天容，《千金》作天府）及 会主之。瘿瘤，气舍主之。
《本事》治果报面生赘瘤方 用艾丸灸十壮，即用醋磨硫黄涂纸上，剪如螺蛳掩子大，
贴所灸处；更用膏药重贴，二日一换，候痒，挤出脓如绿豆粉，即愈。硫黄，罗谦甫作雄
黄。
将药液滴入漏孔中，用棕毛塞住漏孔的窍道，用水二斗，煎煮至沸腾后淋取汁液，再用慢火熬煮浓缩，以十碗药液最终得到一碗为限度，装入质地致密的瓷器中密封保存。如果使用时，加入煅烧过的石炭（锻石）调匀成糊状，点涂在瘤体顶部，上面覆盖数层湿纸；如果药未干则不需要贴湿纸，若放置久了药变干，用唾液调和涂抹，直到瘤体完全发黑腐烂，用刀剪刮除腐肉；如果腐肉没有刮干净，就再次点药并刮除。如果害怕使用剪刀刮除，则改用井金散点涂，让其自然逐渐腐烂脱落，不使用针刀，之后贴上膏药，直到腐肉全部去除为止。
井金散：治疗六种类型的瘿瘤和瘰疬，有极大的神效。
配方：土黄（三钱）、生砂（晒干）、雄黄（各二钱）、轻粉、朱砂、乳香、没药（各一钱）、麝香、冰片（各少许）。
制作与用法：研成细末，用唾液调成稀糊状。涂在瘤体顶部，上面覆盖两层浸湿的纸。之后用黄龙膏贴在纸上，每隔一天上药一次，下次添加药物时要彻底覆盖周围，宽度像韭菜叶一样宽，这样反复上药，瘤体逐渐萎缩，根部松动自然出现裂缝，随后自行脱落。如果腐肉没有去尽，用针头散撒在疮口腐肉上，贴上膏药，每天更换一次，直到腐肉全部去除为止。
制造土黄的方法：
信石（生用，二两）、生砂（二钱）、木鳖子仁、巴豆仁（各五钱）。
将信石和砂研成粉末。将木鳖子和巴豆捣成膏状，加入石脑油和成一块，用多层油纸包裹，埋在土坑中四十九天，取出后装入瓷器中备用，如果没有石脑油也可以不用。
黄龙膏：清凉肌肤，消退肿胀。
配方：黄柏、黄芩、大黄。
制作与用法：研成粉末，用蜂蜜水调成糊饼状，贴在纸上。
又一方：枯瘤方
配方：砒霜、砂、黄丹、雄黄、轻粉（各一钱）、朱砂、乳香、没药（各二钱）、斑蝥（生用三十个）。
制作与用法：研成细末，用糯米粥做成丸药，捏成棋子形状，烘干。先灸破瘤顶三壮，将药饼盖在上面，用黄柏粉末加水调匀贴敷，几天后，瘤体自然干枯脱落。
另一方法：将铜绿研成粉末，用草刺刺破瘤体后掺入药粉，再贴上膏药。
〔世〕 点治瘤赘方，非常灵验。
配方：桑柴灰、枣树灰、黄荆灰、桐壳灰（各二升半）。
制作与用法：用沸水淋取汁液约五碗，澄清。加入斑蝥四十个、穿山甲五片、乳香、冰片，数量不限，大约煎煮至五碗变成两碗，用瓷器盛装。乳香、冰片要等冷却后再加入，临用时加入新煅的石炭调成膏状，效果神妙。敷在瘤上，干了用清水润湿。其效果如神。
龙骨散：促进肌肉生长。
配方：诃子肉、生龙骨、细茶（各等分）。
制作与用法：研成粉末，干撒。
麻药
配方：南星、半夏、川乌、川椒、锻石、草乌（各等分）。
制作与用法：以上六味药材均生用研成粉末。用醋调匀涂在瘤上，用药时就不会疼痛。
止血药
配方：京墨、百草霜（各等分）。
制作与用法：研成粉末，撒在伤口上，随即用手按住。
桃红散：止血效果显著。
配方：锻石（十两）、麻油、大黄（五钱，用水浸泡透后取汁，各半盏）。
制作与用法：先将锻石炒至发红，加入麻油和大黄汁搅拌均匀，用慢火炒成桃花色，装入瓷器中备用。
〔垣〕 各种瘿瘤伴有恶气，可艾灸肩井穴（男性左灸十八壮，右十七壮；女性右灸十八壮，左十七壮）。
另一种方法：灸天府穴（十七壮）、冲阳穴（按患者年龄决定壮数）。
〔甲〕 瘿病，天窗穴（一作天容穴，《千金方》作天府穴）及膻中穴主治。瘿瘤，气舍穴主治。
《本事方》治疗面部因因果报应而生赘瘤的方法：用艾炷灸十壮，立即用醋磨硫黄涂在纸上，剪成螺蛳掩子大小，贴在灸过的部位；再用膏药重重地贴在上面，两天换一次，等到发痒时，挤出脓液像绿豆粉一样，病就好了。这里的硫黄，罗谦甫认为是雄黄。
Drip the medicinal liquid into the leak, plug the orifice with palm fiber, use two *dou* (approx. 10 liters) of water, boil until rolling, and extract the juice by pouring hot water over the residue. Simmer slowly to concentrate, reducing ten bowls of liquid to one bowl as the limit. Store in a dense porcelain vessel and seal tightly. When using, mix with calcined stone carbon (*duan shi*) to form a paste, apply it to the top of the tumor, and cover with several layers of wet paper. If the medicine is not dry, no need to apply wet paper; if left for a long time and dries out, mix with saliva and reapply. Continue until the tissue turns completely black and necrotic, then scrape off the dead flesh with a knife and scissors. If the necrotic tissue is not fully removed, repeat the application and scraping. If afraid of scraping with scissors, use *Jingjin San* (Well Gold Powder) applied gradually to allow natural rotting and detachment, without needles or knives. Afterwards, apply a plaster until all necrotic tissue is removed.
*Jingjin San* (Well Gold Powder): Treats six types of goiters and scrofula, with great efficacy.
Ingredients: *Tuhuang* (Earth Yellow, approx. 3 qian), raw cinnabar (*Sha*, dried and sun-dried), realgar (*Xionghuang*, each 2 qian), calomel (*Qingfen*), cinnabar (*Zhusha*), frankincense (*Ruxiang*), myrrh (*Moyao*, each 1 qian), musk (*Shexiang*), borneol (*Pinao*, each a small amount).
Preparation and Usage: Grind into powder, mix with saliva to form a thin paste. Apply to the top of the tumor, cover with two layers of wetted paper. Then apply *Huanglong Gao* (Yellow Dragon Plaster) over the paper. Apply medication every other day. For subsequent applications, extend the medication thoroughly around the periphery, about the width of a leek leaf. Repeat this process until the tumor gradually shrinks, the root loosens and cracks naturally, and eventually falls off. If necrotic tissue remains, sprinkle *Zhentou San* (Needle Head Powder) on the wound's necrotic area, apply a plaster, change once daily, until all necrotic tissue is removed.
Method for Preparing *Tuhuang*:
Arsenic trioxide (*Xinshi*, raw, 2 liang), raw cinnabar (*Sha*, 2 qian), seed of *Strychnos nux-vomica* (*Mubiezi* meat), seed of *Croton tiglium* (*Badou* meat, each 5 qian).
Grind arsenic trioxide and cinnabar into powder. Pound *Mubiezi* and *Badou* into a paste. Mix with petroleum ether (*Shinao you*) to form a lump. Wrap in multiple layers of oil paper and bury in an earth pit for 49 days. Remove and store in porcelain for use. Petroleum ether may be omitted if unavailable.
*Huanglong Gao* (Yellow Dragon Plaster): Cools the skin and reduces swelling.
Ingredients: Phellodendri Cortex (*Huangbai*), Scutellariae Radix (*Huangqin*), Rheii Radix et Rhizoma (*Dahuang*).
Preparation and Usage: Grind into powder, mix with honey water to form a paste cake, apply to paper.
Another Formula for Desiccating Tumors:
Orpiment (*Pi*), cinnabar (*Sha*), red lead (*Huangdan*), realgar (*Xionghuang*), calomel (*Qingfen*, each 1 qian), cinnabar (*Zhusha*), frankincense (*Ruxiang*), myrrh (*Moyao*, each 2 qian), blister beetle (*Banmao*, raw, 30 pieces).
Preparation and Usage: Grind into powder, bind with rice porridge into pills shaped like chess pieces, and bake dry. First, moxibustion to pierce the tumor apex (three moxa cones). Cover with the pill, apply a mixture of *Huangbai* powder and water. After several days, the tumor will naturally desiccate and fall off.
Another Method: Grind verdigris (*Tonglü*) into powder, prick the tumor with a grass thorn, sprinkle the powder, and apply a plaster.
[Shi] Point-treatment formula for tumors and excrescences, highly effective.
Ingredients: Ash from mulberry branches (*Sangchai hui*), ash from jujube trees (*Zaoshu hui*), ash from *Vitex negundo* (*Huangjing hui*), ash from tung nut shells (*Tongke hui*, each 2.5 sheng).
Preparation and Usage: Pour boiling water over ashes to extract approximately five bowls of juice, clarify. Add 40 blister beetles (*Banmao*), 5 slices of pangolin scales (*Chuanshanjia*), frankincense (*Ruxiang*), and borneol (*Naozi*), quantity不拘 (unrestricted). Decoct until five bowls reduce to two bowls. Store in porcelain. Add frankincense and borneol only after cooling. Before use, mix with freshly calcined stone carbon (*duan shi*) to form a paste. Apply to the tumor; moisten with clear water if dry. The effect is miraculous.
*Longgu San* (Dragon Bone Powder): Promotes muscle growth.
Ingredients: Pericarpium Arecae Catalpae (*Hezi rou*), fossilized bone (*Longgu*, raw), fine tea (*Xiacha*, equal parts).
Preparation and Usage: Grind into powder, apply dry.
Anesthetic
Ingredients: Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix (*Nanxing*), Pinelliae Tuber (*Banxia*), Aconiti Radix (*Chuanwu*), Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (*Chuanjiao*), calcined stone carbon (*Duan shi*), Aconiti Radix Preparata (*Caowu*, equal parts).
Preparation and Usage: Grind all six ingredients (raw) into powder. Mix with vinegar and apply to the tumor to prevent pain during treatment.
Hemostatic Medicine
Ingredients: Beijing inkstone soot (*Jingmo*), soot from hundred herbs (*Baicaoshuang*, equal parts).
Preparation and Usage: Grind into powder, sprinkle on the wound, and press immediately with hand.
*Taohong San* (Peach Red Powder): Highly effective for stopping bleeding.
Ingredients: Calcined stone carbon (*Duan shi*, 10 liang), sesame oil (*Mayou*), Rheii Radix et Rhizoma (*Dahuang*, 5 qian, soaked in water to extract juice, half cup each).
Preparation and Usage: Stir-fry the calcined stone carbon until red. Add sesame oil and *Dahuang* juice, mix well. Stir-fry slowly over low heat until it resembles peach blossom color. Store in porcelain.
[Yuan] For various goiters with malignant qi, moxibustion on Jianjing (GB21) (Male: Left 18 cones, Right 17 cones; Female: Right 18 cones, Left 17 cones).
Another method: Moxibustion on Tianfu (LU3) (17 cones), Chongyang (ST42) (number of cones based on age).
[Jia] Goiter is primarily treated by Tianchong (SI16) (also known as Tianrong, SK17; *Qianjin Fang* cites Tianfu LU3) and Shanzhong (CV17). Goiters and tumors are primarily treated by Qishe (ST12).
*Benshi Fang* treats facial tumors caused by karmic retribution: Moxibustion with ten cones. Immediately grind sulfur (*Huanghuang*) with vinegar, apply to paper, cut to size of a snail shell, and paste on the moxibusted site. Cover heavily with a plaster, change every two days. When itching occurs, squeeze out pus resembling mung bean powder; the disease heals. Note: Sulfur here, Luo Qianfu interpreted as realgar (*Xionghuang*).
