罗青散（《瑞竹》） 治单双乳蛾。
蒲黄（五钱） 罗青 盆硝（研。各三钱） 甘草（二钱）
上为细末，每服一钱，冷蜜水调，细细咽之；吞不下，鸡翎蘸药，喉内扫之，立效。
粉香散 吹乳蛾即开。
白矾（三钱） 巴豆（三粒，去皮油） 轻粉 麝
香（各少许）
上于铁器上熬矾令沸，入巴豆在矾内，候枯，去巴豆不用，将矾研末，入粉、麝，吹喉中。
干姜散（《三因》） 治悬痈热，卒暴肿大。
干姜 半夏（汤洗去滑，等分）
上为细末，以少许着舌上，咽津。
玄参散（《本事》） 治悬痈痛，不下食。
玄参（一两） 升麻 射干 大黄（各半两） 甘草（二钱半）
上为细末，每服三钱，用水一盏煎至七分，放温，时时含咽，良验。
射干丸 治悬痈肿痛，咽喉不利。
射干 炙甘草 杏仁（汤洗，去皮尖及双仁，麸炒微黄。各半两） 川升麻 川大黄（微炒） 木
鳖子（各二钱半）
上为细末，炼蜜和丸，如小弹子大，常含一丸，咽津。
烧盐散 治喉中悬痈垂长，咽中妨闷。
烧盐、枯矾研细，各等分，和匀，以箸头点之即消。
马牙硝散 治喉痈，及伤寒热后咽痛，闭塞不通，毒瓦斯上冲。
马牙硝细研，每服一钱，绵裹含咽津，以通为度。
射干散 治悬痈肿痛，咽喉不利，胸中烦热。
射干 天竺黄（研） 马牙硝（研。各一两） 犀角屑 玄参 川升麻 白矾 白药 黄药
炙甘草（各半两）
上为细末，研匀，炼蜜和捣三二百杵，丸如小弹子大，不拘时，以绵裹一丸，含咽津。
硼砂散 治悬痈肿痛。
硼砂（研） 马牙硝 滑石 寒水石（各二钱） 片脑（研，半钱） 白矾（一钱半）
上为细末，每服半钱，不拘时，新汲水调服。
启关散 治风热客搏上焦，悬痈肿痛。
恶实（炒） 甘草（生用。各一两）
上为细末，每服二钱匕，水一盏，煎六分，旋含之，良久咽下。
罗青散（出自《瑞竹方》）：治疗单侧或双侧乳蛾。
蒲黄（五钱）、罗青、盆硝（研磨，各三钱）、甘草（二钱）。
以上药物研成细末，每次服用一钱，用冷蜂蜜水调服，细细咽下；若吞咽困难，可用鸡毛蘸取药粉，在喉内扫拭，立即见效。
粉香散：吹入喉中治疗乳蛾，即刻见效。
白矾（三钱）、巴豆（三粒，去皮去油）、轻粉、麝香（各少许）。
将白矾在铁器上加热至沸腾，放入巴豆在矾中，待其枯焦后，取出巴豆不用，将剩余的矾研成粉末，加入轻粉和麝香，吹入喉中。
干姜散（出自《三因极一病证方论》）：治疗悬痈热症，突然剧烈肿大。
干姜、半夏（用汤水洗去滑腻，等量）。
以上药物研成细末，取少量置于舌上，随唾液咽下。
玄参散（出自《济生方》）：治疗悬痈疼痛，无法进食。
玄参（一两）、升麻、射干、大黄（各半两）、甘草（二钱半）。
以上药物研成细末，每次服用三钱，用水一盏煎至七分，放温后，时时含漱并咽下，疗效良好。
射干丸：治疗悬痈肿痛，咽喉不利。
射干、炙甘草、杏仁（用汤水洗，去皮尖及双仁，麸炒至微黄，各半两）、川升麻、川大黄（微炒）、木鳖子（各二钱半）。
以上药物研成细末，用炼蜜调和制成丸药，大小如小弹子，经常含服一丸，随唾液咽下。
烧盐散：治疗喉中悬痈垂长，咽喉部堵塞闷痛。
烧盐、枯矾研细，各等分，混合均匀，用筷子头蘸取点涂患处即可消除。
马牙硝散：治疗喉痈，以及伤寒热病后咽痛，闭塞不通，毒气上冲。
马牙硝细研，每次服用一钱，用棉布包裹含于口中，随唾液咽下，以通畅为度。
射干散：治疗悬痈肿痛，咽喉不利，胸中烦热。
射干、天竺黄（研磨）、马牙硝（研磨，各一两）、犀角屑、玄参、川升麻、白矾、白药、黄药、炙甘草（各半两）。
以上药物研成细末，混合均匀，用炼蜜调和捣击三二百次，制成如小弹子大小的丸药，不拘时间，用棉布包裹一丸，含于口中随唾液咽下。
硼砂散：治疗悬痈肿痛。
硼砂（研磨）、马牙硝、滑石、寒水石（各二钱）、片脑（研磨，半钱）、白矾（一钱半）。
以上药物研成细末，每次服用半钱，不拘时间，用新汲水调服。
启关散：治疗风热客邪搏结于上焦，导致悬痈肿痛。
恶实（炒）、甘草（生用，各一两）。
以上药物研成细末，每次服用二钱匕，用水一盏，煎至六分，随时含漱，过一会儿咽下。
Luqing San (from *Ruizhu Fang*): Treats unilateral or bilateral ru'e (tonsillitis).
Puhuang (Corylinae Pollen, 5 qian), Luqing, Penxiao (Borax, ground, each 3 qian), Gancao (Licorice Root, 2 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose, mix with cold honey water, and swallow slowly; if swallowing is difficult, dip a chicken feather in the medicine and sweep it inside the throat for immediate effect.
Fenxiang San: Blow into the throat to treat ru'e, effective immediately.
Baifan (Alumen, 3 qian), Badou (Crotonis Fructus, 3 seeds, peeled and oil removed), Qingfen (Calomelas), Shexiang (Moschus, each a small amount).
Heat Baifan in an iron vessel until boiling, add Badou into the alum, wait until it becomes dry and brittle, remove and discard Badou, grind the remaining alum into powder, add Qingfen and Shexiang, and blow into the throat.
Ganjiang San (from *San Yin Ji Yi Bing Zheng Fang Lun*): Treats xuan'yong (peritonsillar abscess) heat syndrome, sudden severe swelling.
Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, washed with decoction to remove slipperiness, equal parts).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, place a small amount on the tongue, and swallow with saliva.
Xuanshen San (from *Jisheng Fang*): Treats xuan'yong pain, inability to eat.
Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix, 1 liang), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Yegany (Belamcandae Rhizoma), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, each half liang), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, 2.5 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct with one cup of water until reduced to 0.7 cups, let cool to warm temperature, gargle and swallow occasionally for good efficacy.
Shegan Wan: Treats xuan'yong swelling and pain, throat obstruction.
Shegan (Belamcandae Rhizoma), Zhi Gancao (Prepared Licorice Root), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum, washed with decoction, peeled, removed tips and double kernels, bran-fried until slightly yellow, each half liang), Chuan Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Chuan Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, lightly fried), Mubiezi (Spatholobi Caulis, 2.5 qian each).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of small marbles. Usually hold one pill in the mouth and swallow with saliva.
Shaoyan San: Treats xuan'yong hanging long in the throat, feeling of blockage and stuffiness in the pharynx.
Shaoyan (Burnt Salt), Kufan (Stewed Alum), ground finely, equal parts, mixed evenly, apply with the tip of a chopstick to eliminate the condition.
Mayaxiao San: Treats hou'yong (laryngeal abscess), and post-febrile sore throat from Shanghan (Cold Damage) with blockage and unblocking, toxic qi rushing upward.
Fine-grind Mayaxiao (Natrii Sulfas), take 1 qian per dose, wrap in cotton, hold in mouth and swallow with saliva, stop when patent.
Shegan San: Treats xuan'yong swelling and pain, throat obstruction, chest irritability and heat.
Shegan (Belamcandae Rhizoma), Tianzhuhuang (Calami Tuber, ground), Mayaxiao (Natrii Sulfas, ground, each 1 liang), Xijiaoxie (Rhinocerotis Cornu, shaved), Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix), Chuan Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Baifan (Alumen), Baiyao, Huangyao, Zhi Gancao (Prepared Licorice Root, each half liang).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix evenly, combine with refined honey and pound 300-200 times, form pills the size of small marbles. At any time, wrap one pill in cotton, hold in mouth and swallow with saliva.
Pengsha San: Treats xuan'yong swelling and pain.
Pengsha (Borax, ground), Mayaxiao (Natrii Sulfas), Huashi (Talcum), Hanshuishi (Aqua Marina), Pian Nao (Camphora, ground, half qian), Baifan (Alumen, 1.5 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take half qian per dose at any time, mix with fresh drawn water and ingest.
Qiguan San: Treats wind-heat pathogenic factors attacking the upper jiao, causing xuan'yong swelling and pain.
Eshi (Arctii Fructus, fried), Gancao (Raw Licorice Root, each 1 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take two qian bi per dose, decoct with one cup of water until reduced to 0.6 cups, gargle frequently, and swallow after a while.
