因兜取，以致如此。用药温导阳气，渐退寒邪，补虚消疝，暖养肾经，能使复元。一应
小肠气寒疝之疾，久新不过三料。
第一料
舶上茴香，（用盐半两，同炒焦黄，和盐秤） 川楝子（炮，去核） 沙参（洗，锉） 木香（各一两）
上为细末，水煮米糊为丸，如桐子大。每服二十丸，空心用温酒或盐汤下，日三服。小
病一料可安，才尽便可用第二料。
第二料药加∶
荜茇（一两） 槟榔（半两）
上共前药六味重五两半，为末，根据前糊丸。丸数汤使亦如前。若病未愈，服第三料。
第三料药加∶
白茯苓（四两，紧实者，去黑皮） 黑附子（炮，去皮脐秤，半两，或加作一两）
上通前八味，重十两，并根据前糊丸汤使，丸数加至三十丸。小肠气发频及三十年者，寒
疝气如栲栳大者，皆可消散，神效。
宣胞丸 治外肾肿痛。
黑牵牛（半生半熟，取头末一两） 川木通（一两，炒） 青木香（一两，斑蝥七枚同炒香，用斑蝥五枚）
上为细末，酒糊为丸，如桐子大。每服三十丸，温酒、盐汤任下。
地黄膏子丸（海藏） 治男子妇人脐下奔豚气块，小腹疼痛，卵痛即控睾相似，渐成肿，
阴阴痛，上冲心腹不可忍者。
血竭 沉香 木香 广术（炮） 玄胡索 人参 蛤蚧 当归 川芎 川楝子（麸炒） 续
断白术 全蝎 茴香（炒） 柴胡 吴茱萸 没药（以上分两不定，随证加减用之）
气多加青皮，血多加肉桂。
上为细末，地黄膏子丸，如桐子大。空心温酒下二十丸，日加一丸，至三十丸。
安息香丸（《易简》） 治阴气下坠痛胀，卵核肿大，坚硬如石，痛不可忍。
玄胡索（炒） 海藻（洗） 昆布（洗） 青皮（去白） 茴香（炒） 川楝子（去核） 马兰花（各一两半） 木
香（半两，不见火） 大戟（酒浸三宿，切片焙干，三钱半）
上为细末，另将 砂、真阿魏、真安息香三味各二钱半，用酒一盏，醋一盏，将上
三味淘去砂土，再用酒、醋合一盏熬成膏，入麝香一钱，没药二钱半，俱各另研细，入前
药一同和丸，如绿豆大。每服十丸至十五丸，空心用绵子灰调酒下。
念珠丸（《本事》） 治膀胱疝气，外肾肿痛不可忍。
乳香 砂（飞。各三钱） 黄蜡（一两）
上二味，同研匀，溶蜡和丸，分作一百八丸，以线穿之，露一宿，次日用蛤粉为衣。旋用乳香汤下。
秘传茱萸内消丸 治肾虚为邪所袭，留伏作痛，阴 偏大，或生疮出黄水。

《济生》橘核丸 治四种 病，卵核肿胀，偏有小大，或坚硬如石，痛引脐腹，甚则肤
囊肿胀成疮，时出黄水，或成痈溃烂。
橘核（炒） 海藻 昆布 海带（各洗） 川楝肉（炒） 桃仁（麸炒。各一两） 制浓朴 木通 枳
实（麸炒） 延胡索（炒） 桂心 木香（各半两）
为细末，酒糊丸，如梧子大。每服七十丸，空心盐酒、盐汤下。虚寒甚者，加炮川
乌一两。坚胀久不消者，加 砂二钱，醋煮旋入。
昆布丸 治阴疝肿大偏坠。
昆布 海藻（各洗去咸，炙） 芜荑仁（炒） 蒺藜子（炒，去角） 槟榔（锉。各一两半） 枳壳（去穣，麸
炒） 大麻仁（研。各二两） 诃藜勒（炒，去核） 黄 木香（各七钱五分） 陈皮（去白，炒） 桃仁（去皮
尖，炒，研） 菟丝子（酒浸一宿，另研。各一两）
上为细末，研匀，炼蜜和丸，如梧桐子大。每服三十丸，空心用温酒或盐汤送下。
雄黄洗方 治阴疝肿痛不能忍，及阴肿大如斗核痛者。
雄黄（研） 甘草（各一两） 白矾（研，二两）
上为细末，每用药一两，热汤五升，通手洗肿处，良久再暖洗至冷，候汗出瘥。
香附散 治 疝胀及小肠气。
上用香附，不拘多少，为末。每用酒一盏，入海藻一钱，煎至半盏，先捞海藻细嚼，
用煎酒调香附末二钱服。一方，以海藻为末，用热酒调尤妙，甚者灌之。一方，热酒下荆芥末。
三白散（大小便不通。） 保和丸（伤食。）
海藻丸 治偏坠小肠气效。
海藻 海带（各一两） 斑蝥（二十八枚，去足翅） 巴豆（二十八个，去壳，完全者）
上斑蝥、巴豆二味同装生绢袋中，用好醋一碗，以瓦铫盛，四味同煮，将干，去斑
蝥、巴豆不用，只将海带二味细研为末，以淡豆豉一百粒，以煮药余醋略浸，蒸饼为膏，
和药末为丸，如梧子大。每服用麝香少许，朱砂三钱，乳钵细研至无声，却入麝香再研匀
为衣，日干，以新瓦瓶收之。每初服七粒，再服十粒，三服十五粒，若未愈再进三两服。皆
用十五粒，仍用盐炒茴香细嚼，酒吞下，空心服。忌鸭子并 酱动气等物。久病三五服
效。此药贵新合效速，若合下稍久，多服为佳。
〔狐疝〕
蜘蛛散
蜘蛛（十四枚，炒焦） 桂（半两要入厥阴，取其肉浓者。）
上为散，每服一钱，蜜丸亦可。
雷公云∶凡使勿用五色者，兼大身上有刺毛者，并薄小者。须用屋西南有纲，身小
尻大，腹内有苍黄脓者真也。凡用去头足了，研如膏投药中，此余之法，若仲景炒焦用，全无功矣。
一方，治水 偏大，上下不定，疼痛不止。牡蛎不拘多少，盐泥固济，炭三斤，
令火尽冷，取二两，干姜一两，焙，为细末，二味和匀，冷水调得所，涂病处，小便大利即愈。
〔通治〕
五积散（中寒。） 青木香丸（见气。） 参苏饮（发热。） 异功散即五积散。
川楝子丸 治疝气，一切下部之疾悉皆治之，肿痛缩小，虽多年，服此药永去根本。
川楝子（净肉一斤，分四处，四两用麸一合，斑蝥四十九个，同炒麸黄色，去麸斑蝥不用。四两用麸
一合，巴豆四十九粒，同炒麸黄色，去麸巴豆不用。四两用麸一合，巴戟一两，同炒麸黄色，去麸巴戟不
用。四两用盐一两，茴香一合，同炒黄色，去盐及茴香不用） 木香（一两，不见火） 破故纸（一两，炒香为度）
上为末，酒糊丸，如梧子大。每服五十丸，盐汤下，甚者日进三两服，空心食前。
木香导气丸 治男子小肠气肚疼，一切气积，以补下元虚冷，脾胃不和，并宜服之，有效。
木香 乳香 川楝子（去核） 八角茴香 丁香 香附子 破故纸 葫芦巴 荆三棱
甘草（各一两） 杜仲（半两炒去丝）
上为细末，酒糊为丸，梧桐子大。每服三十丸，加至五十丸，用温酒或盐汤空心送
下，日进三服。
立效散 治疝因食积作痛。
山楂（一钱五分，醋炒） 青皮（一钱二分，醋炒） 小茴香（盐水炒） 枳实（麸炒） 苍术（米泔浸一
宿，炒） 香附 吴茱萸 山栀（炒黑） 川楝肉（各一钱）
水二盅，姜三片，煎八分，食前服。
桃仁当归汤 治疝因瘀血作痛。
桃仁（去皮尖，二钱） 当归尾（酒洗） 玄胡索（各一钱半） 川芎 生地黄 赤芍药（炒） 吴茱
萸青皮（醋炒。各一钱） 牡丹皮（八分）
水二盅，姜三片，煎八分，食前服。
因为兜取（用力牵拉），导致出现这种情况。用药温通引导阳气，逐渐驱退寒邪，补益虚损、消除疝气，温暖滋养肾经，能使身体恢复健康。所有小肠气寒疝的疾病，无论新病久病，不超过三料药即可治愈。
第一料
舶上茴香（用盐半两，同炒至焦黄，连同盐一起称量） 川楝子（炮制，去核） 沙参（清洗，锉碎） 木香（各一两）
以上药物研为细末，用水煮米糊作为粘合剂制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用二十丸，空腹时用温酒或淡盐汤送服，每日三次。小病一料药即可痊愈，刚吃完就可以开始服用第二料。
第二料药增加：
荜茇（一两） 槟榔（半两）
以上与前药共六味，总重五两半，研为细末，根据前面的方法用米糊制丸。丸药的服用数量和汤剂送服方法也照旧。如果病未痊愈，服用第三料。
第三料药增加：
白茯苓（四两，选质地紧实的，去掉黑皮） 黑附子（炮制，去皮和脐，称量半两，或者加到一两）
以上连同前药共八味，总重十两，都按照前面的方法用米糊制丸，服用汤剂和丸数增加到三十丸。如果是小肠气发作频繁以及患病三十年的人，寒疝气块大如栲栳（一种圆形器具）的，都可以消散，效果神奇。
宣胞丸 治疗外肾（睾丸）肿痛。
黑牵牛（一半生用一半熟用，取头末一两） 川木通（一两，炒） 青木香（一两，与斑蝥七枚同炒香，只用斑蝥五枚的量）
以上研为细末，用酒糊制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用三十丸，温酒或淡盐汤任其选择送服。
地黄膏子丸（出自张元素《医学启源》） 治疗男子妇人脐下奔豚气块，小腹疼痛，睾丸疼痛如同牵引睾丸一般，逐渐肿胀，隐隐作痛，向上冲撞心腹，痛苦难以忍受。
血竭 沉香 木香 广术（炮制） 玄胡索 人参 蛤蚧 当归 川芎 川楝子（麸炒） 续断 白术 全蝎 茴香（炒） 柴胡 吴茱萸 没药（以上分两不定，随证加减使用）
气滞多加青皮，血瘀多加肉桂。
以上研为细末，用地黄膏子制丸，大小如梧桐子。空腹用温酒送服二十丸，每天增加一丸，直到三十丸为止。
安息香丸（出自《太平惠民和剂局方·易简方》） 治疗阴气下坠引起的痛胀，卵核肿大，坚硬如石，疼痛难以忍受。
玄胡索（炒） 海藻（清洗） 昆布（清洗） 青皮（去掉白色内层） 茴香（炒） 川楝子（去核） 马兰花（各一两半） 木香（半两，不经过火炒） 大戟（酒浸三天，切片焙干，三钱半）
以上研为细末，另外准备砂、真阿魏、真安息香三味药各二钱半，用酒一盏、醋一盏，将上述三味药淘洗去砂土，再用酒、醋合一盏熬成膏状，加入麝香一钱、没药二钱半，都分别研细，加入前面的药中一同和丸，大小如绿豆。每次服用十丸至十五丸，空腹用绵子灰调酒送服。
念珠丸（出自《本事方》） 治疗膀胱疝气，外肾肿痛难以忍受。
乳香 砂（飞过。各三钱） 黄蜡（一两）
以上两味，同研均匀，熔化黄蜡和药制成丸药，分成一百零八丸，用线穿起来，露天放置一夜，第二天用蛤粉做衣。随时用乳香汤送服。
秘传茱萸内消丸 治疗肾虚被邪气侵袭，留伏体内引起疼痛，阴囊一侧偏大，或者生疮流出黄水。
吴茱萸（一半用酒浸、一半用醋浸一晚，焙干） 山茱萸（蒸，去核） 马兰花（醋浸，焙干） 黑牵牛（炒，取头末） 延胡索（略炒） 川楝子（蒸，去皮核） 舶上茴香（盐炒） 海藻（清洗去咸味，焙干） 橘皮 青皮（去掉白色内层） 官桂（各一两） 桃仁（去皮，炒） 白蒺藜（炒，捣去刺） 木香（各半两）
研为细末，用酒煮稀糊制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用四十丸，饭前用温酒或淡盐汤任其选择送服。
《济生方》橘核丸 治疗四种疝病，卵核肿胀，一边大一边小，或者坚硬如石，疼痛牵引脐腹，甚至皮肤囊肿胀成疮，时常流出黄水，或者形成痈疽溃烂。
橘核（炒） 海藻 昆布 海带（各清洗） 川楝肉（炒） 桃仁（麸炒。各一两） 制厚朴 木通 枳实（麸炒） 延胡索（炒） 桂心 木香（各半两）
研为细末，用酒糊制丸，大小如梧桐子。每次服用七十丸，空腹用盐酒或淡盐汤送服。虚寒严重的，加炮川乌一两。坚硬胀满久不消退的，加硇砂二钱，用醋煮后随即加入。
昆布丸 治疗阴疝肿大偏坠。
昆布 海藻（各清洗去咸味，炙烤） 芜荑仁（炒） 蒺藜子（炒，去掉角刺） 槟榔（锉碎。各一两半） 枳壳（去掉瓤，麸炒） 大麻仁（研碎。各二两） 诃黎勒（炒，去核） 黄芪 木香（各七钱五分） 陈皮（去掉白色内层，炒） 桃仁（去掉皮尖，炒，研碎） 菟丝子（酒浸一晚，另研。各一两）
以上研为细末，研磨均匀，用炼蜜和丸，大小如梧桐子。每次服用三十丸，空腹用温酒或淡盐汤送服。
雄黄洗方 治疗阴疝肿痛难以忍受，以及阴囊肿大如斗核且疼痛的情况。
雄黄（研碎） 甘草（各一两） 白矾（研碎，二两）
以上研为细末，每次用药一两，热汤五升，温度适宜时清洗肿胀处，过一会儿再加热清洗直至变冷，等到出汗即愈。
香附散 治疗疝胀及小肠气。
上面只用香附，不拘多少，研为细末。每次用酒一盏，加入海藻一钱，煎至半盏，先捞出海藻细细咀嚼，用煎好的酒调香附末二钱服用。另一法，将海藻研为细末，用热酒调服尤其好，病情重的灌服。又一法，用热酒送服荆芥末。
海藻丸 治疗偏坠小肠气效果显著。
海藻 海带（各一两） 斑蝥（二十八枚，去掉足翅） 巴豆（二十八个，去掉壳，完整的）
将斑蝥、巴豆两味药装入生绢袋中，用好醋一碗，用瓦锅盛放，四味药同煮，煮至水分将干时，去掉斑蝥、巴豆不用，只将海带两味药研为细末，用淡豆豉一百粒，用煮药剩下的醋稍微浸泡，蒸饼做成膏状，与药末混合制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用时取少许麝香、朱砂三钱，在乳钵中细研至无声，再加入麝香研匀作为丸衣，晒干，用新瓦瓶收藏。初次服用七粒，第二次服用十粒，第三次服用十五粒，如果未痊愈再进服两三服。之后都服用十五粒，仍然用盐炒茴香细细咀嚼，酒吞服，空腹服用。忌食鸭子以及动气等食物。久病服用三五次见效。此药贵在新鲜配制，见效快，如果配制后存放稍久，多服为佳。
〔狐疝〕
蜘蛛散
蜘蛛（十四枚，炒焦） 桂枝（半两，要入厥阴经，选取肉质厚实的。）
以上研为散剂，每次服用一钱，也可以做成蜜丸。
雷公说：凡是使用蜘蛛，不要用五色相间的，兼身上有刺毛的，以及薄小的。必须使用屋檐西南角结网的，身体小屁股大，腹内有苍黄色脓液的才是真品。凡是用时去掉头足，研成膏投入药中，这是雷公的方法，如果像张仲景那样炒焦使用，完全无效。
另一方，治疗水疝偏大，上下不定，疼痛不止。牡蛎不拘多少，用盐泥封固，用炭火三斤烧尽冷却，取二两，干姜一两，焙干，研为细末，两味药和匀，冷水调合适，涂在病处，小便大利即愈。
〔通治〕
五积散（主治中寒。） 青木香丸（见气病章节。） 参苏饮（主治发热。） 异功散即五积散。
川楝子丸 治疗疝气，一切下部疾病都能治疗，肿痛缩小，即使是多年老病，服用此药可永除病根。

以上研为细末，用酒糊制丸，大小如梧桐子。每次服用五十丸，淡盐汤送服，病情重的每天进服二三服，空腹或饭前服用。
木香导气丸 治疗男子小肠气腹痛，一切气积，以补下元虚冷，脾胃不和，都适宜服用，有效。

以上研为细末，用酒糊制丸，大小如梧桐子。每次服用三十丸，加至五十丸，用温酒或淡盐汤空腹送服，每天进服三次。
立效散 治疗因食积引起的疝痛。
山楂（一钱五分，醋炒） 青皮（一钱二分，醋炒） 小茴香（盐水炒） 枳实（麸炒） 苍术（米泔水浸一晚，炒） 香附 吴茱萸 山栀（炒黑） 川楝肉（各一钱）
水二盅，姜三片，煎至八分，饭前服用。
桃仁当归汤 治疗因瘀血引起的疝痛。
桃仁（去皮尖，二钱） 当归尾（酒洗） 玄胡索（各一钱半） 川芎 生地黄 赤芍药（炒） 吴茱萸 青皮（醋炒。各一钱） 牡丹皮（八分）
水二盅，姜三片，煎至八分，饭前服用。
Because of pulling or traction, this condition arises. Medications should be used to warm and guide the Yang Qi (vital energy), gradually retreating the Cold Evil (pathogenic cold), tonifying deficiency, eliminating hernia, and warming and nourishing the Kidney Meridian, enabling recovery. For all diseases of Xiao Chang Qi (Small Intestine Qi) and Cold Hernia, whether new or old, three doses are sufficient for cure.
First Dose:
Bo Shang Hui Xiang (Fennel from overseas markets) [Half tael of salt, stir-fried together until scorched yellow, weighed with salt] Chuan Lian Zi (Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit) [Pao-processed, pips removed] Sha Shen (Glehnia Root) [Washed, sliced] Mu Xiang (Aucklandia Root) [Each one tael]
Grind into fine powder. Use rice paste boiled in water as a binder to make pills, size of Sophora seeds. Take twenty pills each time, on an empty stomach, with warm wine or light salt soup, three times daily. Minor illnesses can be cured with one dose; immediately after finishing, proceed to the second dose.
Second Dose adds to the medicine:
Bi Bo (Long Pepper Fruit) [One tael] Bing Lang (Areca Nut) [Half tael]
These six ingredients total five taels and half a tael. Grind into powder, prepare pills according to the previous method using rice paste. The number of pills and method of administration remain the same. If the illness is not cured, take the third dose.
Third Dose adds to the medicine:
Bai Fu Ling (Poria) [Four taels, select dense ones, remove black skin] Hei Fu Zi (Prepared Aconite Root) [Pao-processed, remove skin and navel, weigh half tael, or add up to one tael]
These eight ingredients total ten taels. Prepare pills according to the previous method using rice paste. Increase the dosage to thirty pills. For frequent attacks of Xiao Chang Qi or cases lasting thirty years, or Cold Hernia masses as large as a Kaolao (round basket), these can all dissipate, with miraculous efficacy.
Xuan Bao Wan (Progeny Releasing Pill) Treats swelling and pain of the external kidneys (testicles).
Hei Qian Niu (Black Morning Glory Seed) [Half raw, half cooked, take the first extraction powder, one tael] Chuan Mu Tong (Kadsura Stem) [One tael, stir-fried] Qing Mu Xiang (Vladimiria Root) [One tael, stir-fried with seven Mustard Beetles until fragrant, use the equivalent of five beetles]
Grind into fine powder. Use wine paste to make pills, size of Sophora seeds. Take thirty pills each time, with warm wine or light salt soup as desired.
Di Huang Gao Zi Wan (Rehmannia Paste Pill) (From Zhang Yuansu) Treats Ben Tun Qi (Rushing Pig Qi) mass below the umbilicus in men and women, lower abdominal pain, testicular pain resembling traction of the testes, gradual swelling, dull pain, upward rushing to the heart and abdomen that is unbearable.

Add Qing Pi (Tangerine Peel) for excess Qi; add Rou Gui (Cinnamon Bark) for excess Blood stasis.
Grind into fine powder. Use Di Huang (Rehmannia) paste to make pills, size of Sophora seeds. Take twenty pills on an empty stomach with warm wine. Increase by one pill daily until reaching thirty pills.
An Xi Xiang Wan (Benzoin Pill) (From Yi Jian Fang) Treats sinking of Yin Qi causing pain and distension, swelling of the scrotal sac, hardness like stone, unbearable pain.
Yan Hu Suo (Corydalis Rhizome) [Stir-fried] Hai Zao (Sargassum Thallus) [Washed] Kun Bu (Kelp Thallus) [Washed] Qing Pi (Tangerine Peel) [Remove white pith] Hui Xiang (Fennel) [Stir-fried] Chuan Lian Zi (Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit) [Remove pips] Ma Lan Hua (Iris Tectorum Flower) [Each one tael and a half] Mu Xiang (Aucklandia Root) [Half tael, do not expose to fire] Da Ji (Euphorbia Root) [Soaked in wine for three nights, sliced and dried, three qian and a half]
Grind into fine powder. Separately take Sha (Realgar), Zhen A Wei (Asafoetida), and Zhen An Xi Xiang (Benzoin) [Each two qian and a half]. Use one cup of wine and one cup of vinegar. Wash the three ingredients to remove sand and soil. Then combine wine and vinegar (one cup) and boil the three ingredients into a paste. Add She Xiang (Musk) [One qian] and Mo Yao (Myrrh) [Two qian and a half], both ground separately into fine powder. Mix with the previous powder to make pills, size of mung beans. Take ten to fifteen pills each time, on an empty stomach, mixed with ash from cotton seeds and wine.
Nian Zhu Wan (Rosary Pill) (From Ben Shi Fang) Treats Bladder Hernia Qi, unbearable swelling and pain of the external kidneys.
Ru Xiang (Frankincense) Sha (Realgar) [Flown/Refined. Each three qian] Huang La (Yellow Beeswax) [One tael]

Grind into fine powder. Use one tael of powder per application. Add five sheng of hot water. Wash the swollen area at a comfortable temperature. Warm it again later until cool. Recovery occurs when sweating ensues.
Xiang Fu San (Cyperus Powder) Treats Hernia distension and Xiao Chang Qi (Small Intestine Qi).
Use Xiang Fu (Cyperus Rhizome) in any quantity. Grind into powder. Take one cup of wine, add one qian of Hai Zao (Sargassum Thallus). Boil until half a cup remains. First, chew the Hai Zao finely. Then take two qian of Xiang Fu powder mixed with the decocted wine. Another method: grind Hai Zao into powder, mix with hot wine, which is excellent. For severe cases, administer forcibly. Another method: take Jing Jie (Schizonepeta) powder with hot wine.

Place Ban Mao and Ba Dou in a raw silk bag. Use one bowl of good vinegar. Place in a clay pot. Boil all four items together. When nearly dry, remove Ban Mao and Ba Dou. Only grind Hai Zao and Hai Dai into fine powder. Take 100 grains of Dan Dou Chi (Fermented Soybean). Soak briefly in the remaining vinegar from boiling the medicine. Steam into a paste. Mix with the medicine powder to make pills, size of Sophora seeds. For each dose, take a small amount of She Xiang (Musk) and three qian of Zhu Sha (Cinnabar). Grind finely in a mortar until silent. Add She Xiang and grind evenly to coat the pills. Dry in the sun. Store in a new clay jar. Initial dose: seven pills. Second dose: ten pills. Third dose: fifteen pills. If not cured, continue for two or three more doses. Subsequent doses are fifteen pills. Chew salt-stir-fried Hui Xiang (Fennel) finely and swallow with wine. Take on an empty stomach. Avoid duck and foods that move Qi. For chronic illness, three to five doses show effect. This medicine is best when freshly made for rapid effect. If stored too long, taking more is better.

Grind into powder. Take one qian each time. Honey pills are also acceptable.
Lei Gong says: Do not use spiders with five colors, those with prickly hairs on the body, or those that are thin and small. Must use those found on the southwest side of eaves, with small bodies and large abdomens, containing greenish-yellow pus inside. When using, remove head and feet, grind into paste, and add to medicine. This is Lei Gong's method. If processed by frying until scorched like Zhang Zhongjing, it is completely ineffective.
Another prescription treats Shui Hernia (Water Hernia) with unilateral enlargement, moving up and down, unceasing pain. Use Mo Li (Oyster Shell) in any quantity. Seal with salt mud. Burn with three jin of charcoal until the fire is out and cooled. Take two taels. Gan Jiang (Dried Ginger) [One tael, dried]. Grind into fine powder. Mix the two ingredients evenly. Adjust with cold water. Apply to the diseased area. Recovery occurs when urination becomes abundant.
