地芝丸 亦能治脉风成疠。

定志丸
远志（去苗心） 菖蒲（各二两） 人参 白茯苓（去皮，各一两）
为细末，炼蜜丸，以朱砂为衣。每服十
丸，加至二十丸，米饮下，食后。
除风益损汤
熟地黄 当归 白芍药 川芎（各一钱） 本 前胡 防风（各七分）
作一服，水二盏，煎一盏，去滓，大热服。
上方以熟地黄补肾水为君，黑睛为肾之子，此虚则补其母也。以当归补血，为目为
血所养，今伤则血病；白芍药补血又补气，为血病气亦病也，为臣。川芎治血虚头痛，
本通血去头风为佐。前胡、防风通疗风邪，俾不凝留为使。兼治亡血过多之病。伤于眉骨
者，病自目系而下，以其手少阴有隙也，加黄连疗之。伤于 者，病自抵过而上，伤于
耳者，病自锐 而入，以其手太阳有隙也，加柴胡疗之。伤于额交巅耳上角及脑者，病自
内而出，以其足太阳有隙也，加苍术疗之。伤于耳后、耳角、耳前者，病自客主人斜下，
伤于颊者，病自锐 而入，以其足少阳有隙也，加龙胆草疗之。伤于额角及巅者，病自
目系而下，以其足厥阴有隙也，加五味子疗之。凡伤甚者，从权倍加大黄，泻其败血。眵
多泪多，羞涩赤肿者，加黄芩疗之。
加减地黄丸 治目为物伤。
生地黄（酒蒸） 熟地黄（各半斤） 牛膝 当归（各三两） 枳壳（二两） 杏仁（去皮） 羌活 防风
（各一两 一本各等分）
为细末，炼蜜丸，如桐子大。每服三十丸，空心食前温酒送下，淡盐汤亦可。上方
以地黄补肾水真阴为君，夫肾水不足者，相火必盛，故生熟地黄退相火也。牛膝逐败血，
当归益新血为臣。麸炒枳壳和胃气，谓胃为多血生血之所，是补其原；杏仁润燥，谓血
少生燥，为佐。羌活、防风俱升发清利，大除风邪为使。七情五贼，饥饱劳役之病睛痛
者，与当归养荣汤兼服。伤寒愈后之病，及血少血虚血亡之病，俱互服也。
补肝丸 补肾丸 石决明丸 皂角丸 生熟地黄丸（俱见内外障。）
加味四物汤 治打损眼目。
当归 川芎 白芍药 熟地黄 防风 荆芥（各等分）
上 咀为散，每服三钱，水一盏半，煎至一盏，再入生地黄汁少许，去滓温服。再
以生地黄一两，杏仁二十粒去皮尖，研细，用绵子裹药，敷在眼上令干，再将瘦猪肉薄切
粘于眼上，再服《局方》黑神散。
《局方》黑神散
蒲黄 熟地黄 肉桂 当归 赤芍药 白姜 甘草（各等分）
上为末，童子小便、生地黄汁相和调服。
内消散 治伤损眼。
羌活 独活 苏木 红内消 当归 川芎 大黄 钓钩藤 白芷 红花 桃仁 甘
草节 赤芍药 生地黄 栝蒌根 紫金皮 金锁匙 血竭草
上水煎，食后服。次用生地黄一两，杏仁五十枚，捣烂贴眼上，复以精猪肉贴之。

羌活 独活 红内消 苏木 赤芍药 钩藤 白芷（各五钱） 甘草节（三钱） 地榆 瓜
萎根（各四钱）
上 咀，每服三钱，白水煎，食后服。
经效散 治撞刺生翳。
大黄 当归 芍药（各半两） 粉草 连翘（各二钱半） 北柴胡（一两） 犀角（一钱）
上水煎，食后服。
一绿散 治打扑伤损眼胞，赤肿疼痛。
芙蓉叶 生地黄（各等分）
上捣烂，敷眼胞上；或为末，以鸡子清调匀敷。
治目被物刺损有翳
生地黄 生薄荷 生巨叶 生土当归朴硝
上不拘多少，研烂，贴太阳二穴。
地芝丸 也能治疗由脉风引起的疠病。

作为一剂，用水两盏，煎煮至一盏，滤去药渣，趁大热服用。
上方以熟地黄补肾水为君药，黑睛属肾之子，肾虚则补其母（肝/肾同源之意，此处指补肾以养肝明目或滋水涵木，原文逻辑为补肾水以治黑睛之虚）。以当归补血，因为眼睛依靠血液滋养，现在受伤则血受损；白芍药既补血又补气，因为血病则气亦病，作为臣药。川芎治疗血虚引起的头痛，藁本通血脉、去除头风，作为佐药。前胡、防风通治风邪，使其不凝滞停留，作为使药。兼治失血过多的病症。伤在眉骨者，病势从目系向下，因为手少阴心经有间隙，加黄连治疗。伤在颧部者，病势自下而上，伤在耳部者，病势自锐处而入，因为手太阳小肠经有间隙，加柴胡治疗。伤在额部、头顶交会处、耳上角及脑部者，病势自内而出，因为足太阳膀胱经有间隙，加苍术治疗。伤在耳后、耳角、耳前者，病势自客主人穴斜下，伤在颊部者，病势自锐处而入，因为足少阳胆经有间隙，加龙胆草治疗。伤在额角及头顶者，病势自目系向下，因为足厥阴肝经有间隙，加五味子治疗。凡是伤势严重的，酌情加倍使用大黄，以泻出败坏之血。眼屎多、泪水多、羞明赤肿者，加黄芩治疗。

加味四物汤 治疗被打伤眼睛。

切碎成散剂，每次服用三钱，用水一盏半，煎至一盏，再加入少许生地黄汁，滤去药渣温服。再用生地黄一两，杏仁二十粒去皮尖，研细，用棉布包裹药敷在眼睛上直至干燥，再将瘦猪肉薄切粘于眼睛上，再服用《局方》黑神散。
《局方》黑神散
蒲黄 熟地黄 肉桂 当归 赤芍药 白姜 甘草（各等分）
研成粉末，用童子小便与生地黄汁混合调服。
内消散 治疗眼部损伤。

羌活 独活 红内消 苏木 赤芍药 钩藤 白芷（各五钱） 甘草节（三钱） 地榆 瓜萎根（各四钱）
切碎，每次服用三钱，白水煎煮，饭后服用。
经效散 治疗撞击刺伤生翳。
大黄 当归 芍药（各半两） 粉草 连翘（各二钱半） 北柴胡（一两） 犀角（一钱）
用水煎煮，饭后服用。
Dizhi Wan (Cistanche Pill) can also treat leprosy caused by wind in the vessels.
Sheng Dihuang (Fried Rehmanniae Radix), Tianmendong (Asparagi Radix, each 4 liang), Zhike (Stir-baked Aurantii Fructus), Gan Juhua (Chrysanthemi Flos, each 2 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 100 pills per dose, washed down with clear tea water.
Dingzhi Wan
Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, remove seedlings and heart), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma, each 2 liang), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Baifuling (Poria, remove skin, each 1 liang).
Grind into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills, coat with Cinnabar. Take 10 pills per dose, increase to 20 pills, taken after meals with rice drink.
Zhuyang Huoxue Tang (See "Eye Pain").
Chufeng Yisun Tang
Shu Dihuang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Baishaoyao (White Peony Root), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, each 1 qian), Bencao (Ligustici Wallichii Rhizoma), Qianhu (Peucedani Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, each 7 fen).
As one dose, decoct with two cups of water until one cup remains, filter dregs, and take while very hot.
In the above formula, Shu Dihuang tonifies Kidney Water as the Sovereign herb; the black cornea is the child of the Kidney, so deficiency is treated by tonifying its mother. Danggui nourishes Blood, as the eyes are nourished by Blood, and injury causes Blood pathology; Baishaoyao nourishes both Blood and Qi, as Blood pathology leads to Qi pathology, serving as the Minister. Chuanxiong treats headache due to Blood deficiency, and Bencao unites blood and removes head wind, serving as the Assistant. Qianhu and Fangfeng treat wind pathogens to prevent stagnation, serving as the Envoy. It also treats conditions of excessive blood loss. For injuries to the brow bone, the disease path descends from the eye system due to gaps in the Hand Shaoyin channel; add Huanglian for treatment. For injuries to the cheekbone, the disease path ascends; for injuries to the ear, the disease path enters from sharp angles due to gaps in the Hand Taiyang channel; add Chaihu for treatment. For injuries to the forehead, vertex, upper outer corner of the ear, and brain, the disease path emerges from within due to gaps in the Foot Taiyang channel; add Cangzhu for treatment. For injuries behind the ear, ear corners, and front of the ear, the disease path descends obliquely from Kerenzhuren (ST7); for injuries to the cheek, the disease path enters from sharp angles due to gaps in the Foot Shaoyang channel; add Longdancao for treatment. For injuries to the frontal angle and vertex, the disease path descends from the eye system due to gaps in the Foot Jueyin channel; add Wuweizi for treatment. In cases of severe injury, double the dose of Dahuang temporarily to purge bad blood. For excessive discharge, tearing, photophobia, redness, and swelling, add Huangqin for treatment.
Jiajian Dihuang Wan Treats eye injury by objects.
Sheng Dihuang (Wine-steamed Rehmanniae Radix), Shu Dihuang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix, each half jin), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, each 3 liang), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, 2 liang), Xingren (Pruni Semen, remove skin), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, each 1 liang; another version uses equal parts).
Grind into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills per dose, before meals on an empty stomach with warm wine; light salt water is also acceptable. In the above formula, Dihuang tonifies the true Yin of Kidney Water as the Sovereign herb; when Kidney Water is insufficient, Minister Fire must flourish, so Sheng Dihuang and Shu Dihuang together subdue Minister Fire. Niuxi expels bad blood, and Danggui benefits new blood, serving as the Minister. Bran-fried Zhike harmonizes Stomach Qi, as the Stomach is the source of abundant blood generation, thus tonifying the origin; Xingren moistens dryness, as blood deficiency generates dryness, serving as the Assistant. Qianghuo and Fangfeng both have ascending and clearing properties to greatly eliminate wind pathogens, serving as the Envoy. For eye pain caused by seven emotions, five thieves, hunger/fullness imbalance, or fatigue, take concurrently with Danggui Yangrong Tang. For conditions following recovery from Shanghan (Cold Damage), as well as those involving blood deficiency, blood emptiness, or blood loss, these formulas may be used interchangeably.
Bugan Wan, Bushen Wan, Shijueming Wan, Zaojiao Wan, Shengshu Dihuang Wan (All see "Internal and External Obstructions").
Jiawei Siwu Tang Treats eye trauma from blows.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Baishaoyao (White Peony Root), Shu Dihuang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica, equal parts).
Cut into coarse pieces for a powder. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct with one and a half cups of water until one cup remains, add a little fresh Sheng Dihuang juice, filter dregs, and take warm. Then, take 1 liang of Sheng Dihuang and 20 Xingren kernels (remove skin and tips), grind finely, wrap in cotton, and apply to the eye until dry. Then attach thin slices of lean pork to the eye, and subsequently take Heishen San from Ju Fang.
Ju Fang Heishen San
Puhuang (Typhae Pollen), Shu Dihuang (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chishaoyao (Red Peony Root), Baijiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, equal parts).
Grind into powder, mix and take with urine from a young boy and fresh Sheng Dihuang juice.
Neixiaosan Treats eye trauma.
Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix), Sumu (Sappan Lignum), Hongneixiao (Carthami Flos), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Diaogouteng (Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Honghua (Carthami Flos), Taoren (Persicae Semen), Gancao Jie (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma with nodes), Chishaoyao (Red Peony Root), Sheng Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix), Gualougen (Trichosanthis Radix), Zijinpi (Morus Albae Cortex Radicis), Jin Suoshi (Scutellaria Barbata Herb), Xuexie草 (Dracaenae Sanguis).
Decoct in water, take after meals. Subsequently, mash 1 liang of Sheng Dihuang and 50 Xingren kernels, apply to the eye, and cover with fine pork meat.
Another Prescription
Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix), Hongneixiao (Carthami Flos), Sumu (Sappan Lignum), Chishaoyao (Red Peony Root), Gouteng (Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, each 5 qian), Gancao Jie (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma with nodes, 3 qian), Diyu (Sanguisorbae Radix), Gualougen (Trichosanthis Radix, each 4 qian).
Cut into coarse pieces, take 3 qian per dose, decoct in plain water, take after meals.
Jingxiao San Treats corneal opacity from impact or puncture.
Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix, each half liang), Fencacao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus, each 2.5 qian), Bei Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix, 1 liang), Xijiao (Rhinocerotis Cornu, 1 qian).
Decoct in water, take after meals.
Yilü San Treats eyelid trauma from blows, with redness, swelling, and pain.
Furongye (Hibisci Sabdariffae Folium), Sheng Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix, equal parts).
Mash and apply to the eyelids; or grind into powder, mix with egg white, and apply.
Treatment for Eye Puncture Injury with Opacity
Sheng Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix), Sheng Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Sheng Juye (Mori Folium), Sheng Tu Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix wild type), Xiaoshaoshi (Natrii Sulfas).
Take appropriate amounts, grind into a paste, and apply to the Taiyang acupoint.
