解毒丸（洁古） 善治男子妇人及小儿一切积热不解，停留作毒，上焦壅热，咽喉不利，
口干多渴，伏暑困闷，霍乱不宁，或山岚瘴气，及食毒酒毒，吐逆不定，游风丹毒，迷
惑昏困，不省人事，虚烦发躁，赤目口疮。善解四时伤寒之疾，发散瘟疫毒邪之气，及四
方人不服水土，一切诸毒，并皆解之。常服补真益气，化毒除风，神效不可细述。
滑石 黄芩 贯众 茯苓 山栀子 干姜 草龙胆 大豆 青黛 甘草 薄荷 寒
水石（各一两） 益智仁 砂仁 大黄 山豆根 生地黄 桔梗 百药煎 紫河车（即蚤休）
绿豆粉 马屁勃 板蓝根 黄药子（各半两）
上为细末，炼蜜为丸，如弹子大。每服一丸，新汲水化下，细嚼，或噙化亦得；小
儿半丸；如妇人血晕不省，生姜、薄荷水磨下一丸。
又解毒丸 解世间不测一切毒。
山豆根 山茨菰 绿豆粉（各三两） 板蓝根 土马棕 黄药子 紫河车 续随子仁
木通 盆硝 藿香 五味子 薄荷 贯众 寒水石 白僵蚕 干葛 雄黄 百药煎（各二
两） 茜草根 大黄 朱砂（各一两） 麝香（半两） 甘草（腊月竹筒盛，置粪清内，春日开取阴干，四两）
上为细末，蒸饼和丸，如弹子大，以螺青三两和匀，留一半为衣。每服半丸，用生
姜、蜜水化下。
《三因》解霉丸 治误食毒草并百物毒，救人于必死。
板蓝根（四两，干者洗净，晒干） 贯众（一两，锉，去毛） 青黛（研） 甘草（生用。各一两）
上为末，炼蜜丸，如桐子大，以青黛另为衣。如稍觉精神恍惚，即是误中诸毒，急
取十五丸烂嚼，用新水送下即解。或用水浸蒸饼为丸，尤佳。常服三五丸，大解暑热。
神仙解毒万病丹（一名玉枢丹，一名紫金锭）
治一切药毒，菰子毒，鼠莽毒，恶菌蕈、金石毒，吃疫死牛马肉毒，河豚毒，时行瘟疫，
山岚瘴疟，忽喉闭，缠喉风，脾病黄肿，赤眼，疮疖，冲冒寒暑，热毒上攻，或自缢溺
水，打扑伤损，痈疽发背未破，鱼脐疮肿，汤火所伤，百虫鼠犬蛇伤，男子妇人或中颠邪
狂走，鬼胎鬼气，并宜服之。凡人居家或出入不可无此药，真济世卫家之宝。如毒药岭
南最多，若游宦岭表，才觉意思不快，便服之即安。二广山谷间有草，曰胡蔓草，又
名断肠草，若人以急水吞之急死，缓水吞之缓死。又取毒蛇杀之，以草覆上。以水洒之，
数日菌生其上，取为末，酒调以毒人，始亦无患，再饮洒，即毒发立死。其俗淫，妇人
多自配合，北人与人情分相好，多不肯逐北人回，阴以药置食中，北人远，即戒之曰∶子
某年来，若从其言，即复以药解之，若过期不往，必死矣，名曰定年药，北人届彼，亦
宜志之。若觉中毒，四大不调，即便服之。或于鸡、豚、鱼、羊、鹅、鸭等肉下药，复食
此物，即触发其毒，急服此药一粒，或吐或痢，随服便瘥。昔有一女子久患劳瘵病，为
尸虫所噬，磨一粒服之，一时久吐下小虫千余条，一大者正为两段，后只服苏合香丸，半
月遂复如常。至牛马六畜中毒，亦以此救之，无不效。
山茨菰（南北处处有之，俗名金灯笼，叶似韭，花似灯笼，白色，上有黑点，结子三梭，二月开花，
三月结子，四月初苗枯，即挖地得之，迟则苗腐烂，难寻矣。与有毒老鸦蒜极相类，但蒜无毛，茨菰上有
毛包裹，宜辨。去皮，洗极净，焙，二两） 川文蛤（一名五倍子，捶破，洗刮内浮，焙干，二两） 千金
子（一名续随子，去壳，拣色极白者，用纸包裹，换纸研数十次，去尽油，以色白再研纸无油成霜为度，
用一两） 麝香（拣尽血毛皮壳，细研净，三钱） 红芽大戟（杭州紫大戟为上，江南上大戟次之，去芦根，洗
极净，焙干，一两半。北方绵大戟，色白者大峻利，反能伤人，弱人服有吐血者，忌之慎之。）
上各研为细末，和匀，以糯米粥为剂，每料分作四十粒，于端午、重阳、七夕合，如
欲急用，辰日亦得，于木臼中杵数百下。不得令妇人、孝子、不具足人、鸡、犬之类见
之，切宜秘惜，不可广传，轻之无效。如痈疽发背未破之时，用冷水磨涂痛处，并磨服，
良久觉痒立消。阴阳二毒，伤寒心闷，狂言乱语，胸膈壅滞，邪毒未发，及瘟疫山岚瘴
气，缠喉风，冷水入薄荷一叶同研下。急中颠邪，喝叫乱走，鬼胎鬼气，并用暖无灰酒
下。自缢落水死，心头暖者，及惊死、鬼迷死未隔宿者，并冷水磨灌下。蛇、犬、蜈蚣
伤，并用冷水磨涂伤处。诸般疟疾，不问新久，临发时煎桃、柳枝汤磨下。小儿急慢惊
风，五疳八痢，蜜水薄荷一叶同磨下。牙关紧急，酒磨涂，一丸分作三服，量大小与之。
牙痛，酒磨涂，及含药少许吞下。汤火伤，东流水磨涂伤处。打扑伤损，炒松节无灰酒下。
年深日近头疼，太阳疼，用酒入薄菏叶磨，纸花贴太阳穴上。诸般痫疾，口眼 斜，眼目
掣眨，言语謇涩，卒中风口噤，牙关紧急，筋脉挛缩，骨节风肿，手脚疼痛，行步艰辛，一
应风气疼痛，并用酒磨下。有孕妇人不可服。（一方，加山豆根、全蝎、朱砂、雄黄各一两。）
保灵丹
治蛊毒诸毒，一切药毒，神效。
朱砂（净，细研，一两） 大山豆根（半两） 雄黄 黄丹 麝香 黄药子 续随子（生杵末。各二
钱半） 川巴豆（肥者，取肉不去油，二钱半） 斑蝥（二钱半，去头足） 糯米（半生半炒） 赤蜈蚣（二条，
一生一炙）
上各修治，入乳钵研和，于端午、重阳、腊日修合，不令鸡、犬、妇人见，用糯米稀
糊丸，如龙眼核大，阴干，瓷盒收。每一丸，好茶清吞下，不得嚼破，须臾病患自觉心头
如拽断皮条声，将次毒物下，或自口出，或大便出，嫩则是血，老则成鳖或蜷螂诸杂带
命之物，药丸凝血并下，以水洗净收，可救三人。如中毒口噤，即挑开下药，或蛇、蝎
两汗诸毒，以好醋磨敷患处立解。服药已效，如知毒害之家，不必研究，若诉之，其毒再
发不救，瘥后更忌酒肉毒食一月，惟软饭可也。或急用，但择吉日，精洁修合。
青黛雄黄散 凡始觉中毒，及蛇虫咬，痈疽才作，即服此，令毒瓦斯不聚。
好青黛 雄黄（各等分）
上研细，新汲水调下二钱。
归魂散 凡国中蛊在膈上者，当用此药吐之。
白矾 建茶（各一两）
上二味为细末，每服五大钱，新汲水调下，顿服，一时久，当吐毒出。此药入口，其
味甘甜，并不觉苦味者是也。
雄朱丸 治蛊毒从酒食中着者。端午日合。
麝香（二钱半，别研） 雄黄 朱砂（俱另研，水飞过） 赤脚蜈蚣（微炙，去足） 续随子（各一两）
上为细末，入雄黄、朱砂、麝香研匀，以糯米煮粥和丸，如芡实大。每服一丸，热酒
吞下，毒当与药俱下。
桔梗散
桔梗（去芦，不以多少，择味苦者，锉碎微炒）
上为细末，每服三钱，米饮调服，不拘时候。此药不吐不痢，加之易为收买，多服
有益。如服吐痢药后，日进两三服，使毒瓦斯日渐消散，不致再发动也。
石刻方 治蛊毒，无论年代远近，但煮一鸭卵，插银钗于内，并噙之约一食顷，取
视钗股俱黑，即中毒也。
五倍子（二两） 硫黄末（一钱） 丁香 麝香 轻粉（各少许） 糯米（二十粒） 甘草（三寸半生半炙）
上用水十分，于瓶内煎七分，候药面生皱皮为熟，绢滤去滓，通口服。病患平正仰
卧，令头高，觉腹中有物冲心者三次，即不得动；若吐，以盆桶盛之，如 鱼之类，乃
是恶物，吐罢饮茶一盏，泻亦无妨，旋煮白粥补。忌生冷油腻 酱十日，后服解毒丸三
五丸，经旬平复。
七宝丸 治蛊毒。
败鼓皮 蚕蜕纸（各烧存性） 刺 皮 五倍子 续随子 朱砂（研） 雄黄（研。各等分）
上为细末，糯米稀糊和丸，如梧子大。每服七丸，空心用熟水送下。
东坡雄黄丸 治蛊毒及虫蛇畜兽毒。
雄黄 明矾（生用。各等分）
上于端午日合，研细，熔黄蜡和丸，如梧桐子大。每服七丸，念药王菩萨、药王菩萨七遍，白汤送下。
蜜髓煎 治中蛊毒，令人腹内坚痛，面目青黄，病变无常。
蜜（一碗） 猪骨髓（五两，研）
上同煎令熟，分作十服，日三服即瘥。
马兜铃根汤 治五种蛊毒，及草蛊术，在
西京处及岭南人若行此毒，人人咽刺痛欲死者。用马兜铃根一两，细锉，以水一盏，煎
至七分，去滓，空心顿服，当时吐出蛊，未吐再服，以快为度。一方，以苗为末，温水
调服。一方，用根捣末，水服方寸匕。
治诸蛊毒方
上用鳗鲡鱼干末，空心服之，三五度瘥。一方，烧炙令香食之，尤佳。其鱼有五色纹者良。
铁精丸 治食中有蛊毒，腹内坚痛，面目青黄瘦瘁，淋露骨立，病变无常。
铁精（乃 铁炉中如尘紫色轻者为佳，不拘多少）
上为细末，以生鸡肝捣和，丸如梧桐子大，曝干。每服五丸、七丸，温酒下。
治中蛊毒
上用山豆根，不以多少，密遣人和水研已，禁声，服少许，不止再服。
槲皮散 治蛊毒下血，如烂肉片，心腹 痛，如有物啮，若不即治，食人五脏乃死。
槲木（北阴白皮） 桃根白皮（各四两，并细锉） 皮灰 乱发灰（各一两） 火麻子汁（五升）
上先以水五盏，煮槲皮、桃根皮，取浓汁二盏，和麻子汁，每服暖汁一盏，调 皮
灰、发灰二钱匕，令患人少食，旦服，须臾用水一盏，以鸡翎引吐于水中，如牛涎，诸蛊并出。
治中蛊毒，下血如肝。
蓖麻子（一粒，去皮） 朴硝（一钱）
上细研作一服，新汲水调下，连作二三服效。
地榆散 治蛊毒下血，或腹痛，或不痛，百治不效，烦渴不止。
臭榆根（东引根白皮，密炙焙干） 地榆（各半两）
上为细末，每服一钱，热米饮调下。
苦瓠汤 治蛊毒吐血，或下血如烂肝。
上用苦瓠一枚切，以水二大盏，煎取一盏，去滓，空心分温二服，吐下蛊即愈。《范
汪方》云∶苦瓠毒，当临时量用之。《肘后
方》云∶用苦酒一升煮令消，饮之神验，一名苦葫芦。
疗卒中蛊下血如鸡肝者，昼夜出血石余，四脏皆损，惟心未毁，或鼻破待死者。
上以桔梗捣屑，以酒服方寸匕，日三服。不能下药者，以物拗口开灌之。心中当烦，须
臾自定，服七日止。当猪肝 以补之，神良。
茜根散 治蛊注下血如鸡肝，体热，心腹中烦闷。
茜根 川升麻 犀角屑 地榆（锉） 黄芩 黄连（炒。各一两）
上为散，每服四钱，水一中盏，煎六分，去滓，不拘时温服。
雄黄散 治中蛊毒吐血。
雄黄（二钱五分，研） 伏龙肝（半两，研） 斑蝥（去足翅，糯米炒，十四枚，去糯米） 獭肝（如枣大，炙）
上为细末，每服二钱匕，空心以酪浆调下。或吐蛤蟆及蛇虫等出是效。
麦面散 治中蛊吐血。
上用小麦面二合，分为三服，以冷水调下，半日服尽，当下蛊即瘥。
黄龙汤 治因食中毒。
上将灶底当釜直下掘取赤土为细末，以冷水调，随多少服之。或以犀角水磨取汁饮，
亦治食六畜肉中毒，大效。
解一切食毒，及饮酒不知中何毒，卒急无药可解。
荞 甘草（生用。各二两）
上细锉，以水五盏，同煎取二盏，停冷去滓，分三服。一方，解一切药毒，加蜜少许同煎服之。
食躁或躁方，用豉煮浓汁饮之。
解面毒方
上以萝卜啖之。麦面太热，萝卜能解其性。
治中豆腐毒方
上用生萝卜煎汤，如非时无萝卜，用子煎汤亦可。有人好食豆腐，因中其毒，医治
不效，偶更医，医至中途，适见做豆腐之家夫妇相争，因问云∶今早做豆腐，妻误将萝
卜汤置腐锅中，今豆腐不成，盖豆腐畏萝卜也。医得其说，至病家凡用汤使，具以萝卜
煎汤，或调或咽，病者遂愈。
解菰子毒及一切菌毒
上用芫花生者为末，每服一钱，新汲水下，以利为好。
中蕈毒方
忍冬草生啖之，即金银花也，又名老翁须，又名鸳鸯草。掘地作坑，以新汲水投坑
中搅之，乘混浊取出，以绢滤过，用瓷器盛。每服时调转，饮一盏，至三盏当效。人粪汁，
饮一升。大豆浓煮汁饮之。服诸吐痢药并解。取粪汁法，截淡竹去青皮，浸渗其中，取筒
中汁是也。食枫树菌而笑不止，亦治以前方。
蕈毒吐泻不止者，用细茶芽研细，以新汲井水服，神效。治蕈毒欲死方，用石首鱼
头，或鲞头亦妙，白水煮汁，灌之即愈。治中蕈毒，用笆竹不入泥者数节，煎汤饮之，立
效。荷叶杀蕈毒。
误食芋烦毒欲死，亦治以前方。其芋根，山东人名魁芋，人种芋三年不收，亦成野芋，并杀人。
蜀椒闭口者有毒，误食之戟人咽喉，气欲绝，或吐下白沫，身体痹冷，急治之，用
肉桂煎汁饮之。或食蒜，或食地浆。或浓煮豆豉汁饮之，并解。
钩吻与芹菜相似，误食杀人，解之用荠 八两，水六升，煮取二升，分温二服。钩
吻生池傍，无他异，其茎有毛，以此别之。
【解毒丸（洁古）】擅长治疗男子、女子及小儿各种积热无法消散，停滞转化为毒邪，上焦壅滞发热，咽喉不畅，口干多渴，伏暑导致的困倦烦闷，霍乱引起的不安，或是山岚瘴气，以及饮食中毒、酒毒，呕吐逆乱不定，游风丹毒，神志迷惑昏沉，不省人事，虚烦发躁，眼睛发红，口舌生疮。善于解除四季伤寒之疾，发散瘟疫毒邪之气，以及四方之人不服水土引起的一切诸毒，都能予以化解。长期服用可补益真气，益气，化解毒邪，祛除风邪，神效难以详尽描述。
滑石、黄芩、贯众、茯苓、山栀子、干姜、草龙胆、大豆、青黛、甘草、薄荷、寒水石（各一两）；益智仁、砂仁、大黄、山豆根、生地黄、桔梗、百药煎、紫河车（即蚤休）、绿豆粉、马屁勃、板蓝根、黄药子（各半两）。
将上述药材研为细末，用炼蜜制成丸剂，大小如弹子。每次服用一丸，用新汲取的凉水化开送服，细细咀嚼，或者含化也可以；小儿服用半丸；如果是妇人血晕不省人事，用生姜、薄荷水磨碎后化开一丸送服。
【又解毒丸】能解除世间不可预测的各种毒邪。
山豆根、山茨菰、绿豆粉（各三两）；板蓝根、土马棕、黄药子、紫河车、续随子仁、木通、盆硝、藿香、五味子、薄荷、贯众、寒水石、白僵蚕、干葛、雄黄、百药煎（各二两）；茜草根、大黄、朱砂（各一两）；麝香（半两）；甘草（腊月装在竹筒里，置于粪清中，春日取出阴干，四两）。
将上述药材研为细末，用蒸饼和丸，大小如弹子，用螺青三两混合均匀，留一半作为丸衣。每次服用半丸，用生姜、蜜水化开送服。
《三因方》解霉丸 治疗误食毒草及各类物品中毒，能在必死之际救人。
板蓝根（四两，干者洗净晒干）、贯众（一两，锉碎去毛）、青黛（研细）、甘草（生用，各一两）。
将上述药材研为细末，用炼蜜制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子大，另用青黛作为丸衣。如果稍觉精神恍惚，就是误中了各种毒邪，急忙取十五丸烂嚼，用新水送下即可解毒。或者用水浸湿蒸饼制丸，尤其好。长期服用三五丸，能大大解除暑热。
神仙解毒万病丹（又名玉枢丹，又名紫金锭）
治疗一切药物中毒，菰子毒，鼠莽毒，恶菌蕈、金石毒，吃疫死牛马肉中毒，河豚毒，时行瘟疫，山岚瘴疟，突然喉闭，缠喉风，脾病黄肿，红眼，疮疖，冲冒寒暑，热毒上攻，或者是自缢溺水，跌打损伤，痈疽发背未破，鱼脐疮肿，汤火烫伤，被百虫、鼠、犬、蛇咬伤，男子妇人若是中了癫邪狂走，鬼胎鬼气，都适宜服用。凡是居家或出入不可没有此药，真是济世卫家的宝物。如在毒药岭地区最多，若外出做官到岭南，刚觉得心意不快，就服用它立刻安适。二广山谷间有一种草，叫胡蔓草，又名断肠草，如果有人用急水吞服会急死，用缓水吞服会缓死。又有取毒蛇杀死，用这种草覆盖在上面，洒水，几天后菌菇长在草上，取来研末，调酒用来毒人，起初也无患，再饮酒，就会毒发立即死亡。当地风俗淫乱，妇女多与北方人结合，北方人与当地人感情好，大多不肯让北方人回去，暗中在食物中下药，北方人远离时，就告诫他说：“你某年来，如果听从我的话，就用解药解之，如果过期不去，必死无疑”，名叫定年药，北方人到那里，也应该记住。如果觉得中毒，四大不调，就立刻服用它。或者在鸡、猪、鱼、羊、鹅、鸭等肉中下药，再吃这些肉，就会触发其毒，急忙服用此药一粒，或吐或泻，随服药便痊愈。过去有一个女子久患劳瘵病，被尸虫噬咬，磨一粒服用，一时之间吐出落下小虫千余条，一条大的正好分为两段，后来只服用苏合香丸，半月就恢复如常。至于牛马六畜中毒，也用此药救治，无不有效。

将上述各药研为细末，混合均匀，用糯米粥做粘合剂，每料分作四十粒，在端午、重阳、七夕制作，如果想要急用，辰日也可以，在木臼中杵数百下。不得让妇人、孝子、身体不全的人、鸡、狗之类看见，务必秘惜，不可广泛传播，轻视它则无效。如痈疽发背未破之时，用冷水磨涂痛处，并磨服，很久觉得痒立消。阴阳二毒，伤寒心闷，狂言乱语，胸膈壅滞，邪毒未发，以及瘟疫山岚瘴气，缠喉风，用冷水入薄荷一叶同研下服。急中癫邪，喝叫乱走，鬼胎鬼气，都用暖无灰酒送下。自缢落水死，心头还暖的，以及惊死、鬼迷死未过夜的，都用冷水磨灌下。蛇、犬、蜈蚣咬伤，都用冷水磨涂伤处。各种疟疾，不问新旧，发作时煎桃、柳枝汤磨下送服。小儿急慢惊风，五疳八痢，用蜜水薄荷一叶同磨下送服。牙关紧急，用酒磨涂，一丸分作三服，根据大小给予。牙痛，用酒磨涂，以及含药少许吞下。汤火伤，用东流水磨涂伤处。跌打损伤，炒松节用无灰酒送下。年深日久的头疼，太阳穴疼，用酒入薄荷叶磨，纸花贴太阳穴上。各种痫疾，口眼歪斜，眼目掣眨，言语謇涩，卒中风口噤，牙关紧急，筋脉挛缩，骨节风肿，手脚疼痛，行走艰辛，一应风气疼痛，都用酒磨下送服。孕妇不可服用。（一方，加山豆根、全蝎、朱砂、雄黄各一两。）
【保灵丹】
治疗蛊毒诸毒，一切药物中毒，神效。
朱砂（净，细研，一两）；大山豆根（半两）；雄黄、黄丹、麝香、黄药子、续随子（生杵末，各二钱半）；川巴豆（肥者，取肉不去油，二钱半）；斑蝥（二钱半，去头足）；糯米（半生半炒）；赤蜈蚣（二条，一生一炙）。
将上述各药修治，放入乳钵研和，在端午、重阳、腊日制作，不让鸡、犬、妇人看见，用糯米稀糊丸，如龙眼核大，阴干，瓷盒收藏。每一丸，用好茶清吞下，不得嚼破，片刻病患自觉心头如拽断皮条声，将次毒物下行，或从口出，或大便出，嫩则是血，老则成鳖或蜷螂诸杂带命之物，药丸凝血一并排出，用水洗净收存，可救三人。如果中毒口噤，就挑开嘴下药，或者蛇、蝎两汗诸毒，用好醋磨敷患处立刻解除。服药已效，如果知道是毒害之家，不必追究，若诉之于人，其毒复发不救，痊愈后更忌酒肉毒食一月，只吃软饭即可。或者急用，只要选择吉日，精洁制作。
【青黛雄黄散】凡刚开始觉得中毒，以及蛇虫咬伤，痈疽才发作，就服用此药，令毒瓦斯不聚集。
好青黛、雄黄（各等分）。
将上述研细，新汲水调下二钱。
【归魂散】凡国中蛊在膈上的，应当用此药催吐。
白矾、建茶（各一两）。
将上述两味研为细末，每次服五大钱，新汲水调下，顿服，一时左右，应当吐出毒物。此药入口，味道甘甜，并不觉得苦味的是正确的。
【雄朱丸】治疗蛊毒从酒食中中的。端午日制作。
麝香（二钱半，别研）；雄黄、朱砂（俱另研，水飞过）；赤脚蜈蚣（微炙，去足）；续随子（各一两）。
将上述研为细末，加入雄黄、朱砂、麝香研匀，用糯米煮粥和丸，如芡实大。每次服一丸，热酒吞下，毒当与药一起下行。
【桔梗散】
桔梗（去芦，不以多少，择味苦的，锉碎微炒）。
将上述研为细末，每次服三钱，米饮调服，不拘时候。此药不吐不痢，加之容易购买，多服有益。如果服用吐痢药后，日进两三服，使毒瓦斯日渐消散，不致再发动。
【石刻方】治疗蛊毒，无论年代远近，只要煮一个鸭蛋，插银钗于内，并含着约一顿饭时间，取出看钗股都变黑，就是中毒了。
五倍子（二两）；硫黄末（一钱）；丁香、麝香、轻粉（各少许）；糯米（二十粒）；甘草（三寸半，生半炙）。
用水十分，在瓶内煎至七分，候药面生皱皮为熟，绢滤去滓，通口服。病患平正仰卧，令头高，觉得腹中有物冲心三次，就不得动；如果吐，用盆桶盛之，如鱼之类，乃是恶物，吐罢饮茶一盏，泻也无妨，随即煮白粥补养。忌生冷油腻酱十日，后服解毒丸三五丸，经旬平复。
【七宝丸】治疗蛊毒。
败鼓皮、蚕蜕纸（各烧存性）；刺蓟皮、五倍子、续随子、朱砂（研）、雄黄（研，各等分）。
将上述研为细末，糯米稀糊和丸，如梧子大。每次服七丸，空心用熟水送下。
【东坡雄黄丸】治疗蛊毒及虫蛇畜兽毒。
雄黄、明矾（生用，各等分）。
将上述在端午日制作，研细，熔黄蜡和丸，如梧桐子大。每次服七丸，念药王菩萨七遍，白汤送下。
【蜜髓煎】治疗中蛊毒，令人腹内坚痛，面目青黄，病变无常。
蜜（一碗）；猪骨髓（五两，研）。
将上述同煎令熟，分作十服，日三服即愈。
【马兜铃根汤】治疗五种蛊毒，以及草蛊术，在西京处及岭南人若行此毒，人人咽刺痛欲死者。用马兜铃根一两，细锉，以水一盏，煎至七分，去滓，空心顿服，当时吐出蛊，未吐再服，以快为度。一方，以苗为末，温水调服。一方，用根捣末，水服方寸匕。
【治诸蛊毒方】
上用鳗鲡鱼干末，空心服之，三五度愈。一方，烧炙令香食之，尤佳。其鱼有五色纹者良。
【铁精丸】治疗食中有蛊毒，腹内坚痛，面目青黄瘦瘁，淋露骨立，病变无常。
铁精（乃铁炉中如尘紫色轻者为佳，不拘多少）。
将上述研为细末，以生鸡肝捣和，丸如梧桐子大，曝干。每次服五丸、七丸，温酒下。
【治中蛊毒】
上用山豆根，不以多少，密遣人和水研已，禁声，服少许，不止再服。
【槲皮散】治疗蛊毒下血，如烂肉片，心腹痛，如有物啮，若不即治，食人五脏乃死。
槲木（北阴白皮）、桃根白皮（各四两，并细锉）；皮灰、乱发灰（各一两）；火麻子汁（五升）。
先以水五盏，煮槲皮、桃根皮，取浓汁二盏，和麻子汁，每次服暖汁一盏，调皮灰、发灰二钱匕，令患人少食，旦服，须臾用水一盏，以鸡翎引吐于水中，如牛涎，诸蛊并出。
【治中蛊毒，下血如肝】
蓖麻子（一粒，去皮）、朴硝（一钱）。
将上述细研作一服，新汲水调下，连作二三服效。
【地榆散】治疗蛊毒下血，或腹痛，或不痛，百治不效，烦渴不止。
臭榆根（东引根白皮，密炙焙干）、地榆（各半两）。
将上述研为细末，每次服一钱，热米饮调下。
【苦瓠汤】治疗蛊毒吐血，或下血如烂肝。
上用苦瓠一枚切，以水二大盏，煎取一盏，去滓，空心分温二服，吐下蛊即愈。《范汪方》云：苦瓠毒，当临时量用之。《肘后方》云：用苦酒一升煮令消，饮之神验，一名苦葫芦。
【疗卒中蛊下血如鸡肝者】昼夜出血石余，四脏皆损，惟心未毁，或鼻破待死者。
上以桔梗捣屑，以酒服方寸匕，日三服。不能下药者，以物拗口开灌之。心中当烦，须臾自定，服七日止。当猪肝以补之，神良。
【茜根散】治疗蛊注下血如鸡肝，体热，心腹中烦闷。
茜根、川升麻、犀角屑、地榆（锉）、黄芩、黄连（炒，各一两）。
将上述为散，每次服四钱，水一中盏，煎六分，去滓，不拘时温服。
【雄黄散】治疗中蛊毒吐血。
雄黄（二钱五分，研）、伏龙肝（半两，研）、斑蝥（去足翅，糯米炒，十四枚，去糯米）、獭肝（如枣大，炙）。
将上述研为细末，每次服二钱匕，空心以酪浆调下。或吐蛤蟆及蛇虫等出是效。
【麦面散】治疗中蛊吐血。
上用小麦面二合，分为三服，以冷水调下，半日服尽，当下蛊即愈。
【黄龙汤】治疗因食中毒。
上将灶底当釜直下掘取赤土为细末，以冷水调，随多少服之。或以犀角水磨取汁饮，亦治食六畜肉中毒，大效。
【解一切食毒，及饮酒不知中何毒，卒急无药可解】
荞麦、甘草（生用，各二两）。
将上述细锉，以水五盏，同煎取二盏，停冷去滓，分三服。一方，解一切药毒，加蜜少许同煎服之。
食躁或躁方，用豉煮浓汁饮之。
【解面毒方】
上以萝卜啖之。麦面太热，萝卜能解其性。
【治中豆腐毒方】
上用生萝卜煎汤，如非时无萝卜，用子煎汤亦可。有人好食豆腐，因中其毒，医治不效，偶更医，医至中途，适见做豆腐之家夫妇相争，因问云：今早做豆腐，妻误将萝卜汤置腐锅中，今豆腐不成，盖豆腐畏萝卜也。医得其说，至病家凡用汤使，具以萝卜煎汤，或调或咽，病者遂愈。
【解菰子毒及一切菌毒】
上用芫花生者为末，每服一钱，新汲水下，以利为好。
【中蕈毒方】
忍冬草生啖之，即金银花也，又名老翁须，又名鸳鸯草。掘地作坑，以新汲水投坑中搅之，乘混浊取出，以绢滤过，用瓷器盛。每服时调转，饮一盏，至三盏当效。人粪汁，饮一升。大豆浓煮汁饮之。服诸吐痢药并解。取粪汁法，截淡竹去青皮，浸渗其中，取筒中汁是也。食枫树菌而笑不止，亦治以前方。
蕈毒吐泻不止者，用细茶芽研细，以新汲井水服，神效。治蕈毒欲死方，用石首鱼头，或鲞头亦妙，白水煮汁，灌之即愈。治中蕈毒，用笆竹不入泥者数节，煎汤饮之，立效。荷叶杀蕈毒。
误食芋烦毒欲死，亦治以前方。其芋根，山东人名魁芋，人种芋三年不收，亦成野芋，并杀人。
蜀椒闭口者有毒，误食之戟人咽喉，气欲绝，或吐下白沫，身体痹冷，急治之，用肉桂煎汁饮之。或食蒜，或食地浆。或浓煮豆豉汁饮之，并解。
钩吻与芹菜相似，误食杀人，解之用荠苨八两，水六升，煮取二升，分温二服。钩吻生池傍，无他异，其茎有毛，以此别之。

Grind the above into a fine powder, mix with steamed bread dough to form pills the size of a bullet, coat with 3 liang of Luoqing (Turquoise/Lapis Lazuli pigment), reserving half for coating. Take half a pill each time, dissolve in ginger and honey water.
[Sanyuan Fang] Jie Mei Wan (De-mold Pill) Treats poisoning from accidentally eating toxic grasses and various substances, saving lives from certain death.
Banlangen (Isatidis Radix) (4 liang, dried, washed, sun-dried), Guanzhong (Cyathulae Rhizoma) (1 liang, chopped, de-haired), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) (ground), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (raw, each 1 liang).
Grind into powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of sesame seeds, coat separately with Qingdai. If one feels slightly disoriented or spiritless, it indicates poisoning; immediately take 15 pills, chew thoroughly, and swallow with fresh water to resolve the toxin. Alternatively, make pills using water-soaked steamed bread, which is even better. Regular consumption of 3-5 pills greatly relieves summerheat.
[Immortal Antidote for Ten Thousand Diseases Pill] (Also known as Yushu Dan, Zijin Ding)
Treats all drug poisonings, Guzi (wild rice shoot) poisoning, Shuman (rat/mouse) poisoning, poisonous mushrooms, mineral/stone toxins, poisoning from eating plague-stricken cattle/horses, pufferfish poisoning, seasonal epidemics, mountain miasma/malaria, sudden throat closure, winding throat wind, spleen disease with yellow swelling, red eyes, sores and boils, exposure to cold/summerheat, attacking heat toxins, suicide by hanging/drowning, blunt trauma, unruptured carbuncles/back abscesses, fish-umbilicus swelling, scalds/burns, injuries from insects/rats/dogs/snakes, mania/wandering due to evil spirits or ghost fetuses/qi in men and women. Essential for home use and travel. Particularly useful in Lingnan where poisons are common; taking it at the first sign of malaise ensures safety. In the Er Guang valleys grows Hu Man Cao (Hu Man Grass), also called Duanchang Cao (Heartbreak Grass). Swallowed with urgent water causes rapid death; with slow water, slower death. Snakes killed under this grass produce mushrooms when watered; these mushrooms ground and mixed with wine can poison others. Locals use this to harm outsiders ("Year-Determining Poison"). If poisoned and the Four Great Elements are imbalanced, take this immediately. If poison was added to meat (chicken/pig/fish/sheep/goose/duck), eating it triggers the toxin; take one pill of this antidote, inducing vomiting or diarrhea to recover. A woman with chronic consumption disease bitten by corpse worms took one pill, vomited/dropped over a thousand small worms (one large split in two), then recovered after taking Suhe Xiang Wan for half a month. Also effective for livestock poisoning.
Shancigu (Sagittariae Sagittifoliae Rhizoma) (found everywhere, vulgar name Jin Denglong, leaves like leeks, flowers like lanterns, white with black spots, triangular fruit, blooms Feb, fruits Mar, dies Apr, dig up then or roots rot; distinguish from toxic Allium, Shancigu has hairy covering, peel, wash clean, dry, 2 liang); Chuan Wen Ge (Wubeizi/Five-Gall Nut) (crack, wash, scrape inner float, dry, 2 liang); Qianjin Zi (Xuisui Zi/Euphorbiae Lathyridis Semen) (shell off, select pure white, wrap in paper, grind repeatedly changing paper until oil is gone and powder is white like frost, 1 liang); Shexiang (Moschus) (cleaned, finely ground, 3 qian); Hongya Daji (Red-bud Euphorbia) (Hangzhou Purple Daji is best, Jiangnan Large Daji next, remove rhizome base, wash clean, dry, 1.5 liang. Northern Mian Daji is too harsh and dangerous, avoid in weak patients).
Grind each into fine powder, mix well, use glutinous rice porridge as binder, divide into 40 pills. Prepare on Dragon Boat Festival, Double Ninth Festival, or Qixi Festival; Chen day is acceptable for urgency. Pounded hundreds of times in a wooden mortar. Do not let women, mourners, disabled persons, chickens, or dogs see it. Keep secret; disrespect renders it ineffective. For unruptured carbuncles, grind with cold water, apply to pain site and ingest; itching subsides quickly. For Yin-Yang dual toxins, cold damage chest oppression, delirium, chest fullness, pre-epidemic toxins, mountain miasma, winding throat wind, grind with cold water and one mint leaf. For acute mania/wandering, warm non-ash wine. For hanging/drowning with warm heart, or fright/spirit possession not overnight, grind with cold water and灌 (administer). For snake/dog/scorpion bites, grind with cold water and apply. For malaria (new/old), decoct peach/willow branch soup to grind pills. For pediatric convulsions/gut parasites/dysentery, grind with honey water and mint leaf. For locked jaw, grind with wine, divide pill into three doses by age. For toothache, grind with wine, hold and swallow small amount. For burns, grind with flowing east water and apply. For trauma, fried pine resin with non-ash wine. For chronic headache/Sun Tai headache, grind with wine and mint, apply paper flower to Sun Tai acupoint. For epilepsy, facial deviation, eye twitching, slurred speech, stroke lockjaw, muscle spasms, joint swelling, limb pain, walking difficulty, all wind-pain, grind with wine. Contraindicated in pregnancy. (Alternative formula adds Shandougen, Quanxie, Zhusha, Xionghuang each 1 liang.)
[Baoling Dan]
Treats Gu poison and all other toxins, drug poisonings, with miraculous effect.
Zhusha (Cinnabaris) (clean, finely ground, 1 liang); Dashandougen (Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix) (0.5 liang); Xionghuang (Realgar), Huangdan (Minii Oxidum Rubrum), Shexiang (Moschus), Huangyaozi (Dioscoreophyllicae Rhizoma), Xuisui Zi (Euphorbiae Lathyridis Semen) (raw ground, each 2.5 qian); Chuandabao (Crotonis Fructus) (plump, flesh only, keep oil, 2.5 qian); Banmao (Mylabris) (2.5 qian, head/legs removed); Nuomi (Glutinis Rice) (half raw, half roasted); Chi Wugong (Centipedae Corpus) (2, one raw, one roasted).
Process ingredients, grind in mortar. Prepare on Dragon Boat Festival, Double Ninth, or La Day. Avoid seeing by animals/women. Bind with glutinous rice paste, form pills size of longan seed, dry in shade, store in porcelain. Swallow one pill with good tea liquor, do not chew. Patient will feel tearing sensation in chest as toxin exits via mouth or stool (blood if fresh, beetle/beetle-like if old). Collect expelled matter, wash, save; one pill can save three people. For locked jaw, pry open and administer. For snake/scorpion venom, grind with good vinegar and apply locally. After recovery, if source is known, do not pursue; reporting may cause toxin recurrence. Avoid alcohol/meat/toxic foods for one month, eat soft rice only. For urgency, choose auspicious days and prepare cleanly.
[Qingdai Xionghuang San]
For early signs of poisoning, insect bites, initial abscesses, to prevent toxin aggregation.
Hao Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), Xionghuang (Realgar) (equal parts).
Grind fine, mix with fresh cool water, take 2 qian.
[Huihun San]
For Gu located above the diaphragm, induces vomiting.
Baifan (Alumen), Jiancha (Jian Tea) (each 1 liang).
Grind fine, take 5 da qian, mix with fresh cool water, drink at once. Vomiting should occur within an hour. The taste is sweet, not bitter, indicating correct preparation.
[Xiong Zhu Wan]
Treats Gu from wine/food. Prepared on Dragon Boat Festival.
Shexiang (Moschus) (2.5 qian, separately ground); Xionghuang (Realgar), Zhusha (Cinnabaris) (separately ground, water-washed); Chi Jiao Wugong (Centipedae Corpus) (lightly roasted, legs removed); Xuisui Zi (Euphorbiae Lathyridis Semen) (each 1 liang).
Grind fine, mix Xionghuang, Zhusha, Shexiang. Bind with glutinous rice porridge, form pills size of Euryale Seed. Take one pill with hot wine; toxin exits with pill.
[Jiegeng San]
Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix) (remove rhizome base, any amount, select bitter ones, chop, lightly roast).
Grind fine, take 3 qian with rice drink, anytime. Non-emetic, non-purgative, easy to obtain, beneficial in excess. After emetic/purgative therapy, take 2-3 times daily to dissipate residual toxin.
[Stone Inscription Formula]
Treats Gu regardless of duration. Boil a duck egg, insert silver hairpin, hold in mouth for meal duration. If pin turns black, confirms poisoning.
Wubeizi (Five-Gall Nut) (2 liang), Liuhuang Mo (Sulfur Powder) (1 qian), Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos), Shexiang (Moschus), Qingfen (Calomelas) (small amounts), Nuomi (Glutinous Rice) (20 grains), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (3.5 cun, half raw half roasted).
Decoct in 10 parts water to 7 parts. When surface wrinkles, it's ready. Filter through silk, drink whole. Patient lies supine with head elevated. If feeling rushing in abdomen 3 times, remain still. Catch vomit (looks like fish, bad matter). Drink tea after vomiting, mild diarrhea is okay. Replenish with white porridge. Avoid cold/greasy/salty for 10 days. Then take Jiedu Wan 3-5 pills. Recover in 10 days.
[Qibao Wan]
Treats Gu.
Baigupi (Drum Skin), Cantuizhi (Silkworm Cast Skin) (burned to ash character); Ciji Pi (Urticae Cortex), Wubeizi (Five-Gall Nut), Xuisui Zi (Euphorbiae Lathyridis Semen), Zhusha (Cinnabaris) (ground), Xionghuang (Realgar) (ground, equal parts).
Grind fine, bind with glutinous rice paste, form pills size of Sophora Seed. Take 7 pills on empty stomach with cooked water.
[Dongsuo Xionghuang Wan]
Treats Gu and animal/insect venom.
Xionghuang (Realgar), Mingfan (Alumen) (raw, equal parts).
Prepare on Dragon Boat Festival, grind fine, bind with melted beeswax, form pills size of Sophora Seed. Take 7 pills, recite Medicine King Bodhisattva mantra 7 times, swallow with plain water.
[Mi Sui Jian]
Treats Gu causing abdominal hardness/pain, green-yellow complexion, variable symptoms.
Mi (Honey) (1 bowl), Zhu Guisui (Porcine Medulla) (5 liang, ground).
Simmer together until cooked, divide into 10 doses, take 3 times daily until cured.
[Madouling Gen Tang]
Treats five types of Gu and grass Gu. In Western Capital/Lingnan, victims suffer throat piercing pain.
Madouling Gen (Aristolochiae Radix) (1 liang, chopped), decoct in 1 cup water to 0.7 cup, strain, drink on empty stomach. Vomits Gu immediately; repeat if needed until relief. Alternative: use herb powder with warm water. Alternative: root powder with water measure (Fang Cun Bi).
[Treat Various Gu Formulas]
Use dried Mianli Fish (Anguilla marmorata) powder, take on empty stomach, 3-5 doses cures. Alternative: roast until fragrant and eat. Fish with five-color stripes is best.
[Tiejing Wan]
Treats food Gu causing abdominal hardness/pain, green-yellow emaciation, bone-protruding thinness, variable symptoms.
Tiejing (Iron Dust from furnace, purple-light dust is best, any amount).
Grind fine, mix with raw chicken liver, form pills size of Sophora Seed, dry. Take 5-7 pills with warm wine.
[Treat Gu Poisoning]
Use Shandougen (Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix), any amount. Secretly have someone grind with water, maintain silence, take small amount, repeat if necessary.
[Hupi San]
Treats Gu bleeding like rotten meat, abdominal pain like biting, fatal if untreated (eats viscera).
Humu Pi (Oak Bark, northern shade white bark), Taogen Baipi (Peach Root Bark) (each 4 liang, chopped); Pi Hui (Ash?), Luafa Hui (Hair Ash) (each 1 liang), Huomazi Zhi (Hemp Seed Juice) (5 sheng).
Boil barks in 5 sheng water to get 2 sheng thick juice, mix with hemp juice. Take 1 sheng warm juice, mix with 2 qian bi/hair ash. Patient eats little. Morning dose: induce vomiting with chicken feather dipped in water; expect ox-saliva like substance containing all Gu.
[Treat Gu Bleeding like Liver]
Bimazi (Ricini Semen) (1 grain, peeled), Puxiao (Natrii Sulfas) (1 qian).
Grind fine, one dose, mix with fresh cool water. Repeat 2-3 doses for effect.
[Diyu San]
Treats Gu bleeding, abdominal pain (with/without), refractory cases, persistent thirst.
Chouyu Gen (Styphnolobii Radix? Text says Stink Elm Root, East-facing white bark, roasted/dried), Diyu (Sanguisorbae Radix) (each 0.5 liang).
Grind fine, take 1 qian with hot rice drink.
[Ku Hu Tang]
Treats Gu hematemesis or bloody stool like rotten liver.
Ku Hu (Bitter Bottle Gourd) (1 piece, sliced), decoct in 2 large cups water to 1 cup, strain, drink warm divided twice on empty stomach. Vomiting/downward expulsion of Gu cures. Fan Wang Fang: adjust dosage. Zhou Hou Fang: boil with vinegar (Ku Jiu), effective. Also called Ku Hulu.
[Treat Acute Gu Bleeding like Chicken Liver]
Day/night bleeding over a shi, four zang damaged, heart intact, or nasal rupture impending death.
