调经种玉汤
凡妇人无子，多因七情所感，致使气盛血衰，经水不调，或先或后，或淡或紫，如血块，或崩漏带下，或肚
腹疼痛，或子宫虚冷，不能受胎，宜进此汤。
当归（酒洗四钱） 川芎（四钱） 吴茱萸（泡，四钱） 陈皮（三钱） 白茯苓（三钱） 香附（三钱，制）
延胡索（三钱） 丹皮（三钱） 干姜（炒二钱） 熟地（六钱） 官桂（二钱） 熟艾（二钱） 白芍（一钱）
若过期而经水色淡者，宜用桂、姜、艾。如先期三五日者，而经色紫，方中去桂、姜、艾，加条芩一钱。右
锉四剂，生姜三片，水煎，空心温服。渣再煎服待经至之日服起，一日一剂，过三十时之外，则当交媾，必成孕
矣。若不成孕，而经期必准。
蒋示吉曰∶凡人经尽种子之后，最宜将息。勿怒勿劳，勿举动，勿远行，勿沐浴，勿复行房事以扰其子宫，
宜多服养肝、平气、清热、养血、补脾之品，胎自固矣。予家四金匮丸出自秘府，实有挽回造化之功，屡用屡验，
调经种子如神。
四金匮丸
香附（六两，用黄柏、山栀各三两同浸炒） 川芎（四两） 续断（四两） 白术（四两） 茯苓（四两）
当归（四两） 山药（四两） 白芍（四两，俱酒洗炒） 青皮（四两，炒） 砂仁（四两，炒） 白薇（四两，酒洗）
条芩（四两，酒炒） 生地（四两，酒洗）
共为末，山药、淡醋汤糊为丸，醋汤下。盖条芩、白术安胎圣药，且力能清下焦实火，火去则阴自足，一
增其利，一去其害，又何小产之虑乎？
安胎万全神应汤
治胎孕三月前后，或经怒，或行走蹶跌，以致胎伤，腹痛腰疼，一服即安。虽见血，一二日未离宫者，犹可
安之。倘先经三四五个月，已半产者，及到月分，略觉腰骨酸胀，一服即
安，数服万全矣。
当归（一钱） 熟地（八分，姜汁制） 白术（一钱） 黄芩（一钱） 川芎（一钱） 白芍（七分，炒）
白茯苓（七分） 炙黄 （七分） 杜仲（七分） 阿胶珠（七粒）
如胸前作胀，加紫苏（六分），陈皮（六分），下带或红加地榆（一钱），艾（七分）。见血加川续断（一
钱），糯米百粒。水煎，空心温服。
凡是妇女不孕，大多是因为七情（喜、怒、忧、思、悲、恐、惊）所伤，导致气盛血衰，月经失调，或者经期提前或推后，或者经色淡红或紫暗，伴有血块，或者出现崩漏（非经期大量出血或淋漓不尽）和带下病，或者腹部疼痛，或者子宫虚冷，无法受孕，适宜服用此汤。

延胡索（三钱） 丹皮（三钱） 干姜（炒二钱） 熟地（六钱） 官桂（二钱） 熟艾（二钱） 白芍（一钱）
如果经期推迟且经血色淡的，适宜使用桂枝、干姜、艾叶。如果经期提前三五天且经色紫红的，方中去除桂枝、干姜、艾叶，加入条芩一钱。以上药材锉碎为四剂，加生姜三片，水煎煮，空腹温服。药渣再次煎煮服用，从月经来潮之日开始服药，每日一剂，过了三十个时辰之后，应当进行房事，必定能怀孕。如果不能怀孕，但月经周期一定会变得规律。
蒋示吉说：凡是妇女月经结束后受孕，最需要注意调养休息。不要发怒，不要劳累，不要剧烈活动，不要远行，不要洗澡，不要再次行房事以扰动子宫，适宜多服用滋养肝脏、平抑气机、清热、养血、补脾的药物，胎元自然稳固了。我家珍藏的四金匮丸出自秘府，确实有扭转造化之功，屡用屡验，调理月经、助孕效果如神。

共同研为细末，用山药和淡醋汤制成糊状作为丸药，用醋汤送服。因为条芩、白术是安胎的圣药，而且力量能清泻下焦实火，火去则阴液自然充足，一方面增加其益处，一方面去除其危害，又有什么担心小产的呢？
治疗怀孕三个月前后，或者因发怒，或者因行走跌倒，导致胎伤，腹痛腰疼，服用一次即安宁。即使见血，一二天内胎儿未脱离子宫的，还可以安胎。如果是已经经过三四五个月，发生半产（小产）的，以及到了月份，略感腰骨酸胀的，服用一次即安宁，服用数次即可万全。

Tiaojing Zhongyu Decoction (Regulating Menses and Nourishing Jade Decoction)
In cases of female infertility, it is often due to emotional disturbances (Seven Emotions: joy, anger, worry, thought, sadness, fear, and fright), causing Qi excess and Blood deficiency, leading to irregular menstruation. Symptoms may include early or late periods, pale or purplish blood color, presence of blood clots, metrorrhagia and leukorrhea, abdominal pain, or a cold and deficient uterus unable to conceive. It is suitable to take this decoction.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Washed with wine, 4 qian), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (4 qian), Evodiae Fructus (Soaked, 4 qian), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (3 qian), Poria (3 qian), Cyperi Rhizoma (3 qian, processed), Corydalis Rhizoma (3 qian), Moutan Cortex (3 qian), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Stir-fried, 2 qian), Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (6 qian), Cinnamomi Ramulus (2 qian), Artemisiae Argyi Folium Preparatum (2 qian), Paeoniae Radix Alba (1 qian).
If the period is delayed and the menstrual blood is pale, it is suitable to use Cinnamomi Ramulus, Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, and Artemisiae Argyi Folium. If the period arrives three to five days early and the blood color is purple, remove Cinnamomi Ramulus, Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens, and Artemisiae Argyi Folium from the formula, and add Scutellariae Baicalensis Radix (Tiaoqin) 1 qian. The above herbs are coarsely crushed into four doses. Add three slices of fresh ginger, decoct in water, and take warm on an empty stomach. The dregs should be decocted again and taken. Start taking the medicine from the day menstruation begins, one dose per day. After thirty hours have passed, intercourse should occur, and pregnancy will likely result. If pregnancy does not occur, the menstrual cycle will become regular.
Jiang Shiji said: After conception following the end of menstruation, utmost care in rest and recuperation is essential. Avoid anger, fatigue, strenuous activity, long journeys, bathing, and sexual intercourse to disturb the uterus. It is advisable to frequently consume substances that nourish the Liver, soothe Qi, clear heat, nourish Blood, and tonify the Spleen; the fetal foundation will naturally become secure. Sijin Kui Wan (Four Golden Cist Pills)
Cyperi Rhizoma (6 liang, soaked and stir-fried together with Phellodendri Cortex and Gardeniae Fructus, each 3 liang), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (4 liang), Dipsaci Radix (4 liang), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (4 liang), Poria (4 liang), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (4 liang), Dioscoreae Rhizoma (4 liang), Paeoniae Radix Alba (4 liang, all washed with wine and stir-fried), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride (4 liang, stir-fried), Amomi Fructus Rotundus (4 liang, stir-fried), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (4 liang, washed with wine), Scutellariae Baicalensis Radix (4 liang, wine-stir-fried), Rehmanniae Radix (4 liang, washed with wine).
Grind all into fine powder. Use Dioscoreae Rhizoma and light vinegar soup to make a paste for forming pills. Take with vinegar soup. Scutellariae Baicalensis Radix and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma are sacred medicines for calming the fetus. Moreover, they have the strength to clear excess fire in the Lower Jiao. When fire is removed, Yin naturally becomes sufficient. One increases benefit, the other removes harm; thus, what need is there to worry about spontaneous abortion?
Antai Wanquan Shenying Decoction (Ten Thousand Complete Divine Response Decoction for Calming the Fetus)
Treats conditions around three months of pregnancy where, due to anger or physical trauma such as stumbling or falling, the fetus is injured, causing abdominal pain and lower back pain. One dose brings immediate relief. Even if bleeding occurs, if the fetus has not detached from the uterus within one or two days, it can still be calmed. If miscarriage has already occurred after three to five months, or if near term there is slight soreness and distension in the lumbar bones, one dose brings immediate relief, and several doses ensure complete safety.
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (1 qian), Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (8 fen, prepared with ginger juice), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (1 qian), Scutellariae Baicalensis Radix (1 qian), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (1 qian), Paeoniae Radix Alba (7 fen, stir-fried), Poria (7 fen), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle (7 fen), Eucommiae Cortex (7 fen), Ejiao Granulum (7 grains).
If there is distension in the chest, add Schizonepetae Spica (6 fen) and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (6 fen). For excessive leukorrhea or red discharge, add Sanguisorbae Radix (1 qian) and Artemisiae Argyi Folium (7 fen). For bleeding, add Dipsaci Radix (1 qian) and Oryzae Semen (100 grains). Decoct in water and take warm on an empty stomach.
