米泔水漱净疳毒。再敷齿患处效。
治一切牙疳穿腮破唇实有奇效。
取白茄蒂。不拘多少。阴干。瓦上炙燥。为细末。加冰片少许。收固每吹患处。即愈。
专治走马牙疳。延烂穿腮不堪。危险之症。
用红枣一枚去核。入红砒如黄豆大一粒。扎好放瓦上炙至枣上起白烟。俟烟尽取下盖熄候冷。加冰片一字。研
极细。吹患处。效速如神。若久烂之孔。亦能生肌捷速也。

搜各名家要义。及友人秘授者。皆经应验之方也后之治者。认症勿差。用药勿错。安有不效。至于临症变通。又存
乎其人耳。

Aloe (2 qian), Phellodendri Cortex (5 qian), Bai Renyan (0.5 qian, prepared by removing the pits from five red dates, inserting 0.1 qian of Renyan into each date, and burning until the carbonized nature is preserved). Grind all into a fine powder. First, rinse the mouth with rice washing water to clean away the gan toxin. Then apply to the affected teeth area; it is effective.
Treats all types of dental gan causing cheek perforation and lip rupture, with remarkable efficacy.
Take white eggplant stalks, any quantity. Dry in the shade, then roast on a tile until dry, grind into a fine powder. Add a small amount of Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian), store tightly, and insufflate onto the affected area each time; it will heal immediately.
Treats pediatric oral gan with divine efficacy.
Burn sugarcane peel to ash, grind into powder. Add one zi of Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian), sprinkle onto the affected area.
Specifically treats Zouma Ya Gan (Horse-running Dental Gan), characterized by unbearable rotting and cheek perforation, a dangerous condition.
Use one red date, remove the pit, insert a piece of Hong Pi (Red Arsenic) the size of a soybean, tie securely, and place on a tile. Roast until white smoke rises from the date. Treats all types of dental gan with remarkable efficacy.
Borax (0.5 qian), Pollen Typhae (Pu Huang) (0.1 qian), Numbai (Human Ash) (2 fen), Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus (Ma Bo) (0.1 qian), Catechu (Er Cha) (0.1 qian), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Cum Nodo (Gancao Jie) (8 li), Bombyx Batryticatus (Jiang Can) (5 li), Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian) (5 li), Moschus (Shexiang) (4 li). Grind all into a fine powder, store tightly. Rinse mouth with water, then insufflate; it heals after several applications. This formula originates from Xiuyun Shanshanren, and its efficacy surpasses that of Shengong Dan and Renzhongbai San. If the gan condition is severe, add Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) and Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) in equal parts.
For all cases of dental gan that do not heal for a long time, insufflation yields divine results without exception.
Take straw, any quantity, bind tightly into a bundle. On the Winter Solstice, place it in an open-air manure vat. Retrieve it at the Spring Equinox, wash away impurities in flowing water, and place it on the roof to be exposed to sun, rain, and snow. The older, the better. Then burn the straw into black ash, grind into powder. For every liang, add 3 fen of Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian), mix with milk, and grind extremely fine. Insufflate onto the affected area; immediate effect occurs. Shufu Shi stated: The above formulas for treating dental gan are widely collected from the essential insights of various famous physicians and secret teachings from friends. All have been verified as effective. Future practitioners must diagnose accurately and prescribe correctly; how could they fail? As for clinical flexibility, it depends on the practitioner themselves.
