疝气偏坠∶以小绳量患人口两角，为一分，作三折，成三角，如△样，以一角安脐心，
两角在脐下两旁，尽处是穴。患左灸右，患右灸左，二七壮立愈。二穴俱灸亦可。
膀胱气攻两胁脐下，阴肾入腹∶灸脐下六寸两旁各一寸，炷如小麦大，患左灸右，患右
寒疝引起的腹痛：取阴市、太溪、肝俞穴。
疝瘕（腹内结块，伴有疼痛）：取阴跷穴（这两个穴位位于足内踝下方的凹陷处。主治突然发作的疝气、小腹疼痛，采用左病右治、右病左治的原则，每侧灸三壮。女性月经不调，也可施灸）。
卒疝（突然发作的疝气）：取丘墟、大敦、阴市、照海穴。
疝气：取曲泉、中封、太冲、商丘穴。
癖积（小腹下方疼痛）：取太溪、足三里、阴陵泉、曲泉、脾俞、三阴交穴。
疝瘕：取阴陵泉、太溪、丘墟、照海穴。
肠癖（痢疾或肠道积聚），疝气，小肠痛：取通谷穴（灸一百壮）、束骨、大肠俞穴。
偏坠木肾（睾丸一侧肿大下垂如木石）：取归来、大敦、三阴交穴。
阴疝：取太冲、大敦穴。
瘕积涉及膀胱和小肠：用烧红的针刺五枢穴；灸气海、足三里、三阴交、气门穴（各灸一百壮）。
肾脏偏虚寒冷，大小便频数，或者阴器收缩入腹：取大敦穴。
阴肿（外阴肿胀）：取曲泉、太溪、大敦、肾俞、三阴交穴。
阴茎痛：取阴陵泉、曲泉、行间、太冲、阴谷、三阴交、大敦、太溪、肾俞、中极穴。
阴茎痛，阴部汗出湿冷：取太溪、鱼际、中极、三阴交穴。
转胞（膀胱扭转导致排尿困难），小便淋漓不尽：取关元穴。
肾脏虚冷，日渐消瘦，劳伤，阴部寒冷疼痛，气短遗精：取肾俞穴。
遗精白浊：取肾俞、关元、三阴交穴。
梦遗失精：取曲泉穴（灸一百壮）、中封、太冲、至阴、膈俞、脾俞、三阴交、肾俞、关元、三焦俞穴。
寒热交替的气淋：取阴陵泉穴。
淋证癃闭：取曲泉、然谷、阴陵泉、行间、大敦、小肠俞、涌泉、气门穴（各灸一百壮）。
小便黄赤：取阴谷、太溪、肾俞、气海、膀胱俞、关元穴。
小便颜色异常（五色）：取委中、前谷穴。
小便失禁：取承浆、阴陵泉、委中、太冲、膀胱俞、大敦穴。
小便色红如血：取大陵、关元穴。
妇人胞宫扭转，小便不利：灸关元穴（十四壮）。
遗尿：取神门、鱼际、太冲、大敦、关元穴。
阳痿丸缩：取阴谷、阴交、然谷、中封、大敦穴。
阴挺出（子宫脱垂或阴部组织下坠）：取太冲、少府、照海、曲泉穴。
疝气偏坠：用小绳测量患者口角两端的距离，作为一分，将其折叠成三段，形成三角形，形状如“△”。将三角形的一个角置于脐心，另外两个角位于脐下两旁，末端即为穴位。患左侧则灸右侧，患右侧则灸左侧，灸十四壮可立即痊愈。双侧穴位同时施灸也可以。
膀胱之气攻冲两胁及脐下，阴器收缩入腹：灸脐下六寸、两旁各一寸处的穴位，艾炷如小麦大小，患左侧则灸右侧，患右侧……

Place one corner at the center of the umbilicus, and the other two corners at the ends below the umbilicus on both sides; these points are the acupoints. Treat left-sided lesions by moxa on the right side, and right-sided lesions on the left side; moxa 14 grains per point for immediate cure. Moxa on both points simultaneously is also acceptable.
