浮气在皮中者凡五行，行五，五五二十五。项中大筋两旁各一，风府两旁各一，侠背以下至
尻尾二十一节，十五间各一。五脏之俞各五，六府之俞各六，委中以下至足小趾旁各六俞。
足少阳脉气所发者凡六十二穴。两角上各二，直目上发际内各五，耳前角上各一，耳前角下
各一，锐发下各一，客主人各一，耳后陷中各一，下关各一，耳下牙车之后各一，缺盆各一
，掖下三寸胁下至 八间各一，髀枢中各一，膝以下至小趾次趾各六俞。足阳明脉气所发凡
六十八穴。额颅发际旁各三，面鼽骨空各一，大迎之骨空各一，人迎各一，缺盆外骨空各一
，膺中骨间各一，侠鸠尾之外当乳下三寸，侠胃脘各五，侠脐广三寸各三，下脐二寸侠之各
三，气冲动脉各一，伏菟上各一，三里以下至足中趾各八俞，分之所在穴空。手太阳之脉气

急脉各一，手少阴各一，阴阳跷各一，手足诸鱼际脉气所发者凡三百六十五穴也。水俞五十
七穴，尻上五行，行五，伏菟上两行五，左右各一行，行五踝，上各一行，行六穴。

The back-Shu points of the Zang organs total fifty, those of the Fu organs total seventy-two, the Shu points for treating heat total fifty-nine, and those for treating water (edema) total fifty-seven. On the head, there are five rows, each with five points, totaling twenty-five points. There are ten points on both sides of the Chong vessel. There are two points on both sides above the Dazhui point. The Tongzizifubai points are two, the Li Biyanzhong points are two, the Dubi points are two, the Erzhongduosuowen points are two, the Meiben points are two. The Wanggu points are two, the Xiang zhongyang point is one, the Zhenggu points are two, the Shangguan points are two, the Daying points are two, the Xiaguan points are two, the Tianzhu points are two, the Juxu shangxia lian points are four, the Quya points are two, the Tiantu point is one, the Tianfu points are two, the Tianyou points are two, the Futu points are two, the Tianchuang points are two, the Jianjie points are two, the Guanyuan point is one, the Weiyang points are two, the Jianzhen points are two, the Yanmen point is one, the Qi point is one, the Xiongyu points are twelve, the Beiyu points are two, the Yingyu points are twelve, the Fenrou points are two, the Huashangheng points are two, the Yinyangqiao points are four. The Shu points for treating water are located in the various muscle spaces, those for treating heat are in the Qi fen, and those for treating cold are in the two knees (haigujia). The Li Biyanzhong points are two; there are twenty-five major contraindicated areas, located five cun below the Tianfu point. In total, there are three hundred and sixty-five points, which are the pathways for acupuncture treatment. The points where the Qi of the Foot-Taiyang meridian emerges number seventy-eight. One point at each inner canthus, five points from the hairline to the vertex three and a half cun lateral, spaced three cun apart; the floating Qi in the skin forms five rows, each with five points, totaling twenty-five. One point on each side of the large tendon in the neck, one point on each side of the Fengfu point, and one point in each of the fifteen intervals from the spine below to the sacrococcygeal region's twenty-one vertebrae. Each of the five Zang organs has five Back-Shu points, and each of the six Fu organs has six Back-Shu points. Below the Weizhong point to the lateral side of the little toe, there are six Shu points each. The points where the Qi of the Foot-Shaoyang meridian emerges total sixty-two. Two points above each angle of the head, five points inside the hairline directly above the eyes, one point above the anterior angle of the ear, one point below the anterior angle of the ear, one point below the sharp hair, one point at the Keyrenman point on each side, one point in the depression behind the ear, one point at the Xiaguan point on each side, one point behind the jaw below the ear, one point at the Quepen point on each side, one point in the eight intervals from three cun below the axilla to the hypochondrium, one point at the Bitshu point, and six Shu points from below the knee to the second toe. The points where the Qi of the Foot-Yangming meridian emerges total sixty-eight. Three points lateral to the hairline on the forehead, one point in the empty space of the nasal bone on each side, one point in the empty space of the Daying bone on each side, one point at the Renying point on each side, one point in the empty space outside the Quepen bone on each side, one point between the bones in the chest, one point lateral to the outer edge of the Jiawei when three cun below the nipple, five points on each side of the stomach cavity, three points lateral to the navel spanning three cun, three points lateral to two cun below the navel, one point at the Qichong artery on each side, one point above the Futu on each side, and eight Shu points from the Sanli point down to the middle toe; these are the locations of the acupoints. The points where the Qi of the Hand-Taiyang meridian emerges number thirty-six. One point at each inner canthus, one point at each outer canthus, one point below the nasal bone, one point on the auricle, one point in the ear, one point at the Jugu point on each side, one point at the Quye upper bone point on each side, one point in the depression above the cervical vertebrae on each side, one point four cun above the Tianchuang point, one point at the Jianjie point on each side, one point three cun below the Jianjie point on each side, and six Shu points from the elbow to the base of the little finger. The points where the Qi of the Hand-Yangming meridian emerges number twenty-two. Two points at the lateral margin of the nasal cavity and on the neck, one point in the empty space of the Daying bone, one point at the meeting of the Gui bone, one point at the meeting of the [tibial] bone, and six Shu points from the elbow to the base of the index finger. The points where the Qi of the Hand-Shaoyang meridian emerges number thirty-two. One point below the nasal bone, one point behind the eyebrow, one point above the angle, one point behind the lower Wanggu point, one point in the neck anterior to the Foot-Taiyang meridian, one point flanking the Futu point, one point at the Jianzhen point, one point in the interval three cun below the Jianzhen point, and six Shu points from the elbow to the base of the fourth finger. The points where the Qi of the Du vessel emerges number twenty-eight. Two points in the center of the neck, eight points in the center behind the hairline, three points in the center of the face, and fifteen points from the Dazhui point down to the coccyx and its sides. From the sacrum down, there are twenty-one segments, which is the method of the spinal column. The points where the Qi of the Ren vessel emerges number twenty-eight. Two points in the center of the throat, one point in the depression of the sternum on each side, one point from three cun below the Jiwei point to five cun of the stomach cavity, and one point from the stomach cavity down to the Henggu point spanning six and a half cun; this is the method of the abdominal vessels. One point below the Yinbie under the eye, one point on the lower lip, and one point at the Yinjiao. The points where the Qi of the Wei vessel emerges number twenty-two. One point half a cun lateral to the Jiawei extending to the navel, and one point five fen lateral to the navel extending to the Henggu; this is the method of the abdominal vessels. One point under the tongue of the Foot-Shaoyin, one point at the Ji mai in the genital hair of the Jueyin, one point of the Hand-Shaoyin, and one point of the Yinyangqiao. The points where the Qi of the fish-interstices of the hands and feet emerges total three hundred and sixty-five. The Shu points for treating water number fifty-seven: five rows on the sacrum, each with five points; two rows above the Futu, each with five points; one row on each side of the ankle, each with five points; and one row above the ankle, each with six points.
