For cold hernia (Han Shan) causing abdominal pain, the Yinshi (ST33) acupoint is suitable. Additionally, Taichong (LR3) and Ganshu (BL18) should be used. For hernia masses (Shan Jia), the Yinqiao (KI6) acupoint must be treated. For sudden hernia pain, Dadun (LR1) and Qiuxu (GB40) are indicated. Treatment can also include Yinshi (ST33), Zhaohai (KI6), Sanyinjiao (SP6), and Ququan (LR8). It is advisable to combine these six acupoints, including Yinlingquan (SP9), for attacking the pathogen. Abdominal diseases referred to as hernia masses are best treated with Yinlingquan (SP9), Taichong (LR3), and Qiuxu (GB40). Adding Zhaohai (KI6) makes four acupoints; following this method ensures no error in treatment. For intestinal dysentery (Chang Pi) and small intestine pain, moxibustion up to one hundred Zhu units using Tonggu (BL39) is applied. Jinggu (BL64) and Dachangshu (BL25), these three acupoints together yield miraculous effects. For unilateral testicular swelling (Pian Zhui) or woody kidney (Mu Shen), Guilai (ST29), Dadun (LR1), and Sanyinjiao (SP6) are sufficient. For yin hernia, Taichong (LR3) and Dadun (LR1) are selected; treating these three acupoints eliminates disaster without fail. Accumulations involving the bladder and small intestine should be treated by physicians using burning needle (Fan Zhen) therapy. Wushu (GB27), Qihai (CV6), and Zusanli (ST36) are chosen. Moxibustion of one hundred Zhu units on Qimen (LR14) combined with Sanyinjiao (SP6) addresses yin swelling accompanied by frequent urination and defecation, or when yin qi ascends into the abdomen, where Dadun (LR1) is suitable. For yin swelling, Ququan (LR8) and Taichong (LR3) are used, along with Dadun (LR1), Sanyinjiao (SP6), and Shenshu (BL23). Penile swelling and pain are treated with Ququan (LR8), combined with Yinlingquan (SP9), Yinggu (KI10), and Xingjian (LR2). Taichong (LR3), Dadun (LR1), and Taichong (LR3) [Note: Text repeats], along with Shenshu (BL23), Zhongji (CV3), and Sanyinjiao (SP6) lead to recovery. For penile pain with sweating in the yin region, Taichong (LR3), Yuji (LU10), and Zhongji (CV3) are taken. Adding Sanyinjiao (SP6) creates four acupoints, which are highly effective. For zhuanbao (bladder displacement causing urinary retention) resulting only in dribbling, Guanyuan (CV4) is truly effective. For declining due to gradual weakness from kidney deficiency and cold, with yin pain, shortness of breath, seminal emission, and fatigue, there is no need to seek other treatments for this condition. Treating only one acupoint, Shenshu (BL23), is sufficient. For seminal emission and white turbidity, moxa is applied to Shenshu (BL23), combined with Guanyuan (CV4) and Sanyinjiao (SP6). For nocturnal emissions, one hundred Zhu units of moxa are applied to Ququan (LR8), combined with Zhongfeng (LR4), Taichong (LR3), and Zhiyin (BL67). Ge Shu (BL17), Pishu (BL20), and Shenshu (BL23) are accurately located. Guanyuan (CV4), Sanjiaoshu (BL22), and Sanyinjiao (SP6) are utilized. For alternating chills and fever with qi strangury, Yinlingquan (SP9) is suitable. Dribbling is treated by Ququan (LR8) and Ranggu (KI2). Yinlingquan (SP9), Xingjian (LR2), and Dadun (LR1), Yongquan (KI1), Qimen (LR14), and Xiaochangshu (BL27) are involved. For yellow and red urine, Yinggu (KI10) is selected, combined with Taixi (KI3), Shenshu (BL23), and Qihai (CV6). Blangguangshu (BL28) should be treated concurrently. These five acupoints, without omission, possess miraculous power. For urine of five colors, Weizhong (BL40) is treated, requiring the addition of Qian gu (SI6) and a second point. For urinary incontinence, Shangchengjiang (CV24) is used. Between Yinlingquan (SP9), Weizhong (BL40), and Taichong (LR3), combined with Blangguangshu (BL28) and Dadun (LR1), treating these six acupoints brings patient peace. For urine red like blood, Dal ing (PC7) is taken, combined with Guanyuan (CV4) for symptom relief. For women with uterine prolapse causing difficult urination, fourteen Zhu units (two times seven) of moxa are applied to Guanyuan (CV4). For enuresis, Shenmen (HT7) and Yuji (LU10) are used, combined with Taichong (LR3), Dadun (LR1), and Guanyuan (CV4). For impotence and retracted testicles, Yinggu (KI10) is selected, combined with Ranggu (KI2), Sanyinjiao (SP6), and Zhongfeng (LR4). Adding Dadun (LR1) makes five acupoints; the disease will soon show miraculous results. For vaginal prolusion (Yin Ting), Taichong (LR3) is treated, combined with Shaofu (HT8), Zhaohai (KI6), and Ququan (LR8). For hernia with unilateral descent, use a small rope measured against the corner of the patient's mouth. Fold it into three parts to form a triangle, resembling a "△" shape as a standard. Place one corner on the center of the navel. Place the other two corners level below the navel. The ends of these two corners mark the moxibustion points. If the affliction is on the left, moxa the right side, and vice versa (cross-moxibustion). Apply twenty-one Zhu units to each; the disease heals immediately. Moxibusting both points also brings peace. For bladder qi attacking the flanks and below the navel, with yin-kidney qi entering the abdomen worsening the condition, measure six cun downward from the umbilicus. The points are located one cun lateral to this line on both sides. Treat the opposite side if the affliction is on the left or right. Use moxa cones the size of wheat grains accordingly.
