Spermatorrhea due to deficiency consumption. Moxibustion on both sides of the seventh vertebra, thirty moxa cones each side. (From *Qianjin Fang*) Or moxibustion on Ququan (LR2) for one hundred cones. White turbidity due to deficiency consumption. Moxibustion on Pishu (BL20) for one hundred cones. Or moxibustion on Sanjiaoshu (BL22). Sperm leakage during sexual intercourse. Moxibustion on Sanyinjiao (SP6) for fifty cones. Spermatorrhea with retraction of the penis. Moxibustion on Zhongfeng (LR4) for fifty cones. Pain in the yin area, hematuria, and spermatorrhea. Moxibustion on Lieque (LU7) for fifty-one cones. Spermatorrhea leading to exhaustion of the five zang organs. Moxibustion on Qugu (CV2) at its end for fifty cones. Spermatorrhea, penile retraction, and pain in the shaft. Moxibustion on Dahe (KI12) for thirty cones. Spermatorrhea with cold and pain in the knees and shins. Moxibustion on Ququan (LR2) for one hundred cones. Cold pain in the waist and spine, and turbid urine. Moxibustion on the Front-Mu point of the Spleen (Jimen, SP15) for one hundred cones. (Both from *Qianjin Fang*). White turbidity and seminal emission. Moxibustion on Dazhui (GV14), the coccyx, the glans penis bone, and a middle point between them. Measure the distance from Dazhui to the fracture line of the coccyx and glans penis with a rope, and take the midpoint as the middle acupoint. (Additional note.) Taichong (LR3), Zhongfeng (LR4), and Dijing (SP8) govern insufficiency of essence. (From *Qianjin Fang*). Zhongji (CV3), Ligou (LR5), Lougu (SP8), Chengfu (BL36), and Zhiyin (BL67) govern difficulty in urination and spermatorrhea. (*Mingtang* same below.) Zhishi (BL52) treats spermatorrhea and dribbling dysuria. Ranggu (KI2) governs seminal overflow. (Same as Dahe.) Sourness/weakness preventing prolonged standing, one foot cold and the other hot, [acupoint missing] treats difficult urination, white turbidity, cold hernia, and swelling of the lower abdomen. Shenshu (BL23) treats hematuria, turbid stool, and seminal emission. (*Tongren* seen in Laozai chapter.) Gaohuangshu (BL43) treats dream-emission of sperm. (Seen in Lao chapter.) Zhiyin (BL67), Ququan (LR2) (seen in Fenglao chapter), Zhongji (CV3) (*Mingtang* same below), treat spermatorrhea (seen in Lin chapter). Zhishi (BL52) treats swelling of the lower part, spermatorrhea, and nocturnal emission. Moxibustion on Sanyinjiao (SP6) for fourteen cones. Dreams cease, divine efficacy. (From *Qianjin Fang*). Spermatorrhea due to deficiency consumption. Yanglingquan (GB34) or Yinlingquan (SP9), number of cones according to age. Or thirty cones on both sides of the tenth and nineteenth vertebrae. Deafness, lumbar pain, spermatorrhea, poor appetite, and coldness below the knees, etc., should be treated by moxibustion on Jingmen (GB25) for fifty cones. The *Fourteen Meridian Zang-Fu Theory* states: The heart has three apertures and stores three he of essence fluid. (*Qianjin Fang* same.) Thus, is the cause of seminal leakage in humans related to the heart? When the heart moves, leakage follows. To avoid this affliction, one must nourish the heart and keep it unmoved. Secondly, if evil thoughts arise, they must be suppressed early. You Jushi said, "Do not worry about thoughts arising, only fear late awareness." This is correct. Taking medicine and acupuncture/moxibustion are inferior methods. However, they are still better than doing nothing.
