(Note: This meridian starts from Chengqi (Chengqi, 承泣), passes through Daying (Daying, 大迎), follows Jiache (Jiache, 颊车), and ascends to the forehead. Another version claims it starts from Touwei (Touwei, 头维), which is incorrect.)
Chengqi (Chengqi, 承泣; also known as Mianliao or Shuxi) is located 0.7 cun below the pupil, in the depression directly beneath the pupil. It is the meeting point of the Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian, Yangqiao Vessel, and Ren Vessel. (Acupuncture is prohibited. Another view suggests needling 0.3 cun.) Treats constant cold tears and night blindness.

Xiaguan (Xiaguan, 下关) is located below Kezhuren (ST7? No, GB7 Tinghui is often associated, but text says Guest Master/Kezhuren which is ST7? Wait, Kezhuren is usually ST7? No, Kezhuren is ST7? Actually, Kezhuren is often identified as ST7 or GB7 depending on context, but standard is ST7 is Xiaguan's neighbor? Let's stick to text: "Foot-Shaoyang Jing Kezhuren"). It is below Kezhuren of the Foot-Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian, ascending from Jiache to the lower edge of the arterial pulse anterior to the ear. There is a gap when the mouth is closed, and it closes when opened; thus, take the point with the mouth closed. It is the meeting point of the Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian and Foot-Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian. (Needle 0.3 cun. *Tongren* notes: Moxibustion is prohibited). Treats otorrhea (pus from the ear), hemifacial paralysis, and temporomandibular joint dislocation.
Touwei (Touwei, 头维) is located at the frontal hairline corner, 4.5 cun lateral to Shenting (DU24) of the Du Vessel. It is the meeting point of the Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian and Foot-Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian. (Needle 0.3 cun, insert horizontally downwards removing scalp, moxibustion is prohibited). Treats headache, eye pain, and tearing.
Renying (Renying, 人迎; also known as Tianwu Hui) is located in the neck, 1.5 cun lateral to the laryngeal prominence, where the large artery beats strongly. Extend the head to locate the point. It is the meeting point of the Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian and Foot-Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian. (Needle 0.4 cun, excessive depth may induce vomiting, moxibustion is prohibited). Treats regurgitation, cholera-like symptoms, wheezing, and dyspnea.
Shuitu (Shuitu, 水突; also known as Shuimen) is located anterior to the sternocleidomastoid muscle in the neck, directly below Renying and above Qishe, adjacent to the trachea. (Needle 0.3 cun, moxa 3 moxibullae). Treats cough with rebellious qi, pharyngeal abscess, wheezing, and inability to lie flat.
Qishe (Qishe, 气舍) is located anterior to the sternocleidomastoid muscle in the neck, approximately 1 cun below the laryngeal prominence, beside the Ren Vessel near Tiantu (CV22), in the depression against the bone tip with a notch. (Needle 0.3 cun, moxa 3 moxibullae). Treats pharyngolaryngeal obstruction, dysphagia, and goiter.
Quepen (Quepen, 缺盆; also known as Tiangai) is located in the depression of the clavicle on the shoulder, serving as the pathway for the qi of the five zang and six fu organs. (Needle 0.3 cun, deep insertion causes rebellious qi; pregnant women are forbidden acupuncture, moxa 3 moxibullae). Treats Xifen (accumulation in the chest), chest fullness, edema, scrofula, pharyngolaryngeal obstruction, and chest heat from Cold Damage.
Qihu (Qihu, 气户) is located below Jugu (GB21? Text says Jugu, likely referring to a specific landmark or typo for Jugu/GB21 or similar, but text says "Ju Gu" which might be a typo for Jugu or a specific bone landmark. Given context "below Ju Gu", likely refers to the collarbone area or a specific bone. Standard texts place Qihu below the supraclavicular fossa. Text says "below Ju Gu, 2 cun lateral to Zushaof Yin Fushu". Let's translate literally.), 2 cun lateral to the Foot-Shaoyin Kidney Meridian's Fushu point, and 4 cun lateral to Xuanji (CV15) of the Ren Vessel, in the depression. Locate with the head raised. (Needle 0.3 cun, moxa 5 moxibullae). Treats cough with rebellious qi, chest and back pain, and dyspnea.
Kufang (Kufang, 库房) is located 1.6 cun below Qihu, 4 cun lateral to Huagai (CV19), in the depression. Locate with the head raised. (Needle 0.3 cun, moxa 5 moxibullae). Treats chest and hypochondriac fullness, cough with rebellious qi, and expectoration of purulent blood and turbid foam.
Wuyi (Wuyi, 屋翳) is located 1.6 cun below Kufang, 4 cun lateral to Zigong (CV17), in the depression. Locate with the head raised. (Needle 0.3 cun, moxa 5 moxibullae). Treats expectoration of purulent blood and turbid foam, body swelling, and skin pain.
Yingchuang (Yingchuang, 膺窗) is located 1.6 cun below Wuyi, 4 cun lateral to Yutang (CV16), in the depression. Locate with the head raised. (Needle 0.4 cun, moxa 5 moxibullae). Treats chest fullness and inability to lie flat, borborygmus with diarrhea, mastitis with chills and fever.
Ruzhong (Ruzhong, 乳中) is located at the center of the nipple. Note in *Qifu Lun*: Puncturing or moxa here will cause ulceration. If the ulcer contains clear fluid or pus and blood, it is treatable; if polyps form, it is difficult to treat.
Rugen (Rugen, 乳根) is located 1.6 cun below Ruzhong, 4 cun lateral to the midline, in the depression. Locate with the head raised. (Alternatively, for women, the point aligns with the nipple when bent forward ○ Needle 0.3 cun, moxa 3 moxibullae). Treats subcostal fullness, diaphragmatic qi stagnation with dysphagia, mastitis, and cholera-like symptoms. *Jujia Biyong Fang* states: For chronic cough with rebellious qi, moxa 3 moxibullae one finger-breadth below the nipple (left for men, right for women); recovery occurs immediately. If not recovered, it is incurable.
Burong (Burong, 不容) is located at the end of the fourth rib, 1.5 cun lateral to Youmen (KI15) of the Foot-Shaoyin Kidney Meridian, 2 cun lateral to the midline, level with Juque (CV14). (Needle 0.5 cun, moxa 3 moxibullae). Treats abdominal fullness, mass, and radiating pain to the chest and back.
(Note: Burong is 1.5 cun lateral to Youmen, consistent across texts. Detailed examination shows Youmen is 0.5 cun from the midline. From Burong to Qichong, the 24 points on both sides are each 2 cun from the midline, which is correct. However, from Burong to Roubamen, the 12 points on both sides being defined as 3 cun from the midline is an error.)
Chengman (Chengman, 承满) is located 1.5 cun below Burong. (Old editions say 1 cun, which is wrong). It is 2 cun lateral to Shangwan (CV13). (Needle 0.3 cun, moxa 5 moxibullae). Treats borborygmus, abdominal distension, and inability to eat or drink.
